Absolutely delicious and fresh food! The service was amazing. We were bummed to be leaving before Thursday when they fillet a tuna and make dishes fresh! Definitely worth a visit. You can tell they put a lot of pride and creativity into their dishes. ❤️

The tuna cutting experience was incredible. The food was very delicious, each course was unique with bold flavors all with tuna. The staff was very friendly and welcoming including the manager, Jeremy. The cocktails were made with the freshest ingredients and the bartender made delicious mixes. I definitely recommend the tuna cutting experience on Thursday nights.

We came here for lunch as a group of 4. The server was attentive and friendly. One of the owners came to our table and introduced himself as well as gave us some great recommendations. The cocktails were delicious. Recommend the Spicy Mezcalita and Pink Lady. We tried two of the ceviches; the seafood was SO fresh with amazing flavors. We also had the soft shell crab tacos, as well as the shrimp. Highly recommend; the soft shell crab tacos are a bit pricy, but worth every penny. We will definitely make it back to try more of their unique menu!

Raw Baja is a very pretty restaurant on the 2nd floor of Plaza Nova, El Tezal. I had the pan roasted totoaba which was absolutely delicious. The fish was perfectly cooked and the sauce was fantastic. The server was very friendly and professional and he spoke English which was helpful for me. After I told him how much I enjoyed the fish chef Emilio came out and talked to me about how he prepared the sauce and where the totoaba fish is sourced. I appreciated his friendliness and the education he gave me about the fish. My dinner was such an enjoyable experience that I look forward to returning and working my way through the menu. I have lived in Cabo for 6 months and this restaurant is a standout.
