The 17 Best New Orleans Dining Deals for Summer | Eater New Orleans

"Remoulade, the casual family-friendly eatery from Arnaud’s, is celebrating 25 years of dishing New Orleans cuisine on Bourbon Street. Which is why they’re offering a three course menu for $25 Sunday through Thursday, a good deal especially with Arnaud’s signature shrimp remoulade as an option." - Beth D’Addono

Had some tasty food! Nice clean environment for NOLA. Our waitress was so nice and hilarious too! We had many poboys out there but this was a very tasty BBQ shrimp on THIN BBQ sauce! Being from the west coast we only have thick sauce so it was an awesome and tasty new experience 👍

Google
One of my most favorite places to eat in New Orleans. Everything there to has the best flavor. The price is really good and the gumbo is so delicious. Fried oysters OMG. Must visit if you're ever in this part of town

Jessie Peterson

Google
We love this place! Found it on a good tour and keep coming back! Food is always good, oysters do not disappoint and the staff is awesome! If you get a chance get a tour of the Queens of Mardi Gras!

Jeannie McCarthy

Google
This place was so good! Get the stuffed crab, oh my goodness. Also the pecan pie- it was perfectly not too sweet for me. We back a second time!

Fein Cirillo

Google
Not a huge fan honestly. The staff was really nice! The chargrilled oysters were great but otherwise just not great food. Spent like $50 and didn't eat most of it. The crawfish pies were way too greasy and had almost no flavor. Even the remoulade burger had lots of char but little actual flavor. Has a bar and a restaurant off behind it. Located on Bourbon street and is owned by Arnaud's so had expected better.

Google
Jeanne our server was the sweetest person. Kind and considerate that we were from out of town, she took the time to explain the different options for us. The food was the best we have had so far. Especially the stuffed crab which I just had to ask for a second. The atmosphere was quiet which is hard to find on Bourbon Street. Just soft music and real polite hospitality. This is a must stop place for great Louisiana food and people.

Google
Was my first stop on my first day traveling to NOLA. My gf and I split the Taste of New Orleans special and enjoyed a few happy hour cocktails for a very reasonable price. Service was great and so was the food.

Steve Watson

Google
Arnaud's Oysters, File Gumbo, Fried Pickles with remoulade sauce, with a draft NOLA blonde beer. Enjoyed the oysters and pickles. Gumbo was good, but not great. Nice, cozy atmosphere. Reasonably priced.

Yelp
This restaurant will always have a place in our hearts because it's the first place our son has his first shellfish. He's allergic to nuts, and somehow got it into his head that he was also allergic to shellfish. So I've spent years lying to him and telling him that shrimp and lobster and oysters aren't all that good. Well he had a reaction to something a few months back, and afterwards, the doctor told him, "No, you're not allergic to shellfish, not sure where you got that idea. Enjoy New Orleans!" So, we started him out with some gumbo, which is very good, though not the best in town - I'd give it a B or B+. We went with some chargrilled oysters (figured we'd save the raw ones for later) which were delicious. Then we ordered some of everything: jambalaya, crawfish etouffe, etc. It is ALL really, really, really good!!!

Yelp
I'll give it a four instead of a 3 1/2 because the gluten free selection is pretty fair actually and I got to safely have my craving for red beans and rice quenched. The food is average but really feels like New Orleans authentic diner style food. The jambalaya is more than mild even if you take the spice out, but still flavorful. BIGGEST oysters I've ever seen in my life, but I felt like I got a lot of shell in each bite. They don't have a separate gluten free menu anymore but you can ask the waiter and they'll help you. The service is sweet but had a little trouble with understanding my order but I did slightly order complicated. We had a whole plate of chargrilled oysters they kept trying to take away and ask if we were done with, even if there was 4 left. A little too attentive on that end haha overall they're all really sweet!

Yelp
young and dumb is all I can call this. After being dropped off to explore Bourbon at a young age you get tired of it real quick. Nothing is really THAT good on Bourbon. Since I'm a great friend so ill take you about anywhere besides the quarters but I made an exception and totally regretted it. The environment nice and quiet inside when the world outside the doors are going mad. They didn't have a bunch of people there and it was a busy weekend and I know why (food sucks). Service was great waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and tended to us appropriately. But the food was just terrible I got a shrimp and crab soup safe option and it was TERRIBLE I'm not a fan of tomato-based soups because they are often very tart unlike cream or cheese-based soups. Sticking to the safest thing on the menu I got fried shrimp. Well, they tasted like they nothing, not a tap of the season just bland shrimp and nice fries what a bust! So it's safe to stay I won't be coming back.

Yelp
Awesome Cajun egg rolls!! We took to go since we arrived 7 minutes before closing. Staff was very friendly and accommodating while we waited. We hope to go back for lunch or dinner. We came back for dinner and our server Julie took excellent care of us. Southern charm and hospitality! Turtle soup - hubby liked it. Don't ask me as I'm not a good one to ask about weird things like that but I did try a very small bite. I thought it was chewy. Again, don't take my word for it. Chicken and waffles - had to try. Great chicken and great waffles. Not sure I really like them together but maybe next time for breakfast? Meat pies - very good! Second time trying meat pies in NOLA and I'm truly inspired to make these at home. Time to buy a deep fryer.

Yelp
I liked this place so much that I came back 3 days in a row. I can't figure out why the rating isn't much higher. We discovered Remoulade our first night in NOLA. We walked in because it looked reasonably clean inside and it was reasonably price (just being honest). We were sat at the bar and we started off with the wings. Let me tell you, I don't even like wings that much but I loved these. They were perfectly crispy, perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious. I ordered the catfish poboy for my main and my husband ordered the crawfish etoufee. Both were delicious. Service was great, no complaints. The next day, we tried the pecan pie. It was great! Not to sweet, not to heavy, but I recommend splitting it. The day after, I ordered the blackened chicken personal pizza. While, it wasn't as blackened as I am used to, it was still very tasty. My husband ordered the turtle soup and the Etoufee once again. I was not mad at either. Honestly, maybe I got lucky but it was great all around. Don't let the other reviewers scare you away!

Yelp
The menu was varied and affordable. The food was delicious. But I was half way in to a hurricane, so probably everything would have been amazing lol. Anyhow we got the nachos and tore them up! Wacko Tacos N'awlins Nachos $8.00 Crispy tortilla chips loaded with red beans, smoked sausage, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, guacamole, sour cream & jalapeno peppers

Yelp
Cajun hot sausage PO boy, muffuletta and a simple basket of fries was our choice for lunch here in the French Quarter. With so many places to choose from and everything you can possibly imagine under the sun, it can be a bit daunting to even make a decision as to what to eat. We wanted something simple and fairly quick to eat and this certainly fit the bill. First impression was we were early to their normal festivities, as we were only the second people in the shop. None the less they were helping us with everything we were asking and letting us know what the best things on the menu were. Love to get the locals opinions on food and see for myself. However I have always loved PO Boys, and with the hot Cajun sausage it made it a very simple choice for me. Jinger my wife decided on a muffuletta which she had never had before, but has always wanted to try. I must admit her choice was a great one by far. Basically an Italian sandwich on muffuletta bread and a olive tapenade and to add to it warned, made this by far the choice to go with. Don't get me wrong the PO Boy, was flavorful and delicious, but the flavor derived from the toppings on that sandwich were fantastic. I will have to try more of them in other places to see if they stack up. Clean, classy, prompt and courteous are all things that can be said about this restaurant as well as the staff. Will certainly not hesitate to eat here again.

Yelp
An hour early for a dinner reservation next door, we popped in here for a snack at the bar. To be honest, I was skeptical, though I felt better when I realized Remoulade was part of the Arnaud's franchise. We ended up with a snack I dubbed "oysters three ways," which was actually oysters seven ways, but who's counting? We had a dozen and a half raw, which I learned to love by slathering them with any and all condiments on the plate, the oyster "sampler," which was five delicious varieties of stuffed oyster (except the artichoke one - not my fave), and a half dozen broiled, which were sizzling with butter and garlic. Washed down with a sazerac, this was perfection! It was so good, we came back the next day at lunchtime for a repeat performance. By this time, we had succumbed to day drinking and I walked in with some kind of tiki concoction that the bartender was kind enough to let me keep drinking. He also whipped up some special sauce for our oysters on the half shell that was really special! He then gave us some helpful tips for seeing our first Mardi Gras parade, and sent us on our way, full of oysters and very happy.

Yelp
It's soo good to be back in New Orleans. I just freaking love this city. So unique and lots of character. So I met up with my friend to stroll down our old playground, just like back in the days along Bourbon St. We're hungry and my friend recommended this place. It's spacious inside and surprisingly not busy at all, considering it's smack in the middle of Bourbon St. I believe it's part of the Brennan family and is the cheapest restaurant in their empire. I wanted Cajun/Creole Nawlins food so I went with Red Beans and Rice and Smoke Sausage. My friend ordered Shrimp Creole. They gave us bread as the appetizer. Red beans and rice is a simple dish but many folks screwed it up with the beans. The beans need to be soft and mushy for me. This place did it just right! It was flavorful and the sausage was thick and juicy. This is one of the best red bean and rice dish I had. And it was only $10; a bargain in the French Quarter. My friend dish didn't look good for Shrimp Creole but it was tasty and we both loved it. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal until Mickey showed up lurking in a corner near me. I was spooked as it was a good size rat (yuck) hiding in the corner with only his face showing. We flagged the wait staff and they came over. But they were nonchalant and just rub it off saying " it's an old area with old pipes" Seriously. They didn't even comp a discount on our meal though I wasn't expecting it. Seeing Mickey ruined my otherwise enjoyable meal. I took off a point for Mickey"s unwelcome appearance and a point off for the staff brushing it off like it's no big deal.

Yelp
I can't understand this place getting fewer than 5 stars. Came in late for lunch - 2pm? On a Tuesday. Working in a closeby town and wanted to visit the area. This place was open and seemed inviting. I'm happy my yelp app wasn't working because otherwise I would not have tried it! The seafood gumbo is inspired. The jambalaya is awesome. And the meat pie... almost made me cry. It is perfect. Seriously. The lemon offsets the crayfish beautifully and lightens it up a bit. Give this place a try. Seriously, this is one of the best meals I have had in a long time. Perfectly balanced and flavorful with just enough spice. Wow.

Yelp
Price $$ Service- Excellent Clean Restrooms On Bourbon Street Had dinner here on Monday, January 6th, 2020 and ordered Jambalya and Grilled Oysters. Service was excellent and enjoyed the Grilled Oysters (which I never had before), Oysters on the Halfshell & Jambalaya. Food was amazing and Staff was friendly with Excellent Service. Would I come here again? Hell Yeah.

Yelp
We ate here while we were in the Veaux Carre. Nice New Orleans style restaurant with a raw oyster bar. We ordered the baked oyster special with garlic butter and Parmesan cheese, turtle soup and a dozen raw oyster. The oysters were really nice size, and the baked oysters were very tasty. The turtle soup was topped with a shot of sherry and was amazing. All in all a very nice meal and experience! Would definitely recommend to others. We will be dining here again. Nice job!!!

Yelp
Our HSE gang returned to NOLA from Houma for dinner.we wandered around the FQ for awhile looking for a place to accommodate or group. We settled here! Our waitress was prompt and efficient with drinks and taking our orders. I ordered the Natchitoches Meat Pie, David a hamburger, Brandy oysters and salad, the other six I do not know. While our waitress brought drinks and bread, we didn't wait long for our food! My meal was served hot, with crisp French fries. David's burger made him happy as did Brandi's. John and Paul ordered po'boys of one sort or another. The environment was very noisy, running about 89.3 dBA due to alcohol conversation and no sound absorbing surfaces. The venue is oyster bar/restaurant. I highly recommend the Natchitoches meat pies (think large empanada). I WILL order the again. I'll return to Remoulade's again.

Yelp
We LOVED this place and we only stopped there on a whim as we walked towards Bourbon Street. Staff was polite and worked fast to get us our drinks and food. We enjoyed some jambalaya (mild... I should have gone with medium) and the Louisiana Eggrolls (too spicy for my date to handle lol).
google avatar

Cam C.

Yelp
Stopped in for a quick bite the other night and it was great! Sat at the bar and the bartender was really nice and helpful! We ordered a beer, a couple sazeracs, fried pickles and crawfish pies. All fresh and delicious!! Will definitely try more on the menu next time!!
google avatar

Yelp
Best kept secret around these parts. The food is totally amazing--all the ingredients are super fresh and cooked to perfection. Kitchen is basically Arnauds! (They're owned by the same folks). They made me wings without breading which shows how they're house making everything. Their sauces are awesome. Every dish everyone got was devoured!

Yelp
This was a random spot for our munchies walking on Bourbon street. It was late and I was just craving oysters again. It was not a busy restaurant and we were told to finish our drinks before entering their restaurant. The place was clean as well as their bathrooms. We had about half and hour to eat before closing time. We were served warm bread and butter. We did order a side of Zesty Garlic cheese bread. This was good. We ordered chilled oysters and charbroiled oysters which is a common thing in these parts of New Orleans. Of course, it was fresh and good. The chilled oysters were served with my favorite cocktail sauce and horseradish. At least, their horseradish was spicy. We also ordered a oyster and shrimp Po boy. Pretty big size but too much bread coating for me and it just didn't have that Cajun kick. Food and service is about 3.5 stars. Service was good enough. We were the loudest in the restaurant and they didn't give us a hard time since they were closing. This is a good place to have that snack before partying again! ;-p

Yelp
Every trip to the big easy seems to find me here... and every time it is a treat. Stuffed crab and the boudin...WOW! Outstanding! Say at the oyster bar and had an absolute blast with the staff. More laughs than I've had in ages. Wonderful choice for a great meal and a great time.
google avatar

Sergio M.

Yelp
Great place we spontaneously picked. Quick service and excellent service. Waitress Ashley was fantastic explain the dish well and was very friendly. Good stop for good lunch
google avatar

Dustyn M.

Yelp
This was the first place my wife and I ate on our recent trip to New Orleans. That day they were fantastic. The staff was very friendly, my wife had a friend oyster po-boy with onion rings, I had a friend shrimp po-boy with crab boiled new potatoes and it was all fantastic and perfectly seasoned and the onion rings were some of the best my wife and I had ever had. We loved it so much that we wanted our last meal in New Orleans to be there. Oops. I again got the fried shrimp po-boy. The shrimp were undercooked and unseasoned. My wife ordered a mufellata and was happy with it. We both ordered onion rings and we got an order of onion rings and an order of fries and the staff member we told about the mistake did nothing about it and we didn't have time mess with it. So if you are going to eat here do it in the evening/night. Do not go right after they open because that staff isn't very friendly and the kitchen apparently only knows the basics of cookings.
google avatar

David M.

Yelp
Remoulade is the discount outlet of the well-known Arnaud's. Its versions of the Louisiana standbys, such as gumbo, jambalaya and crawfish étouffée, were good and reasonably priced. The combo offering to allow you to sample three of the standbys for under $20. The staff was very nice and the atmosphere extremely casual. This is a very good option for those on a budget or wanting a quick meal.
google avatar

Ginger W.

Yelp
Good service but the food was morning amazing. My burger was over cooked and the nachos were all crushed up and a mess. Hard to eat nachos with broken chips that are tiny pieces. The Cesar salad was good so that's a plus.
google avatar

Mackenzie B.

Yelp
This place was great and the staff was amazing! The food tasted delicious and drinks were good too. The only problem is our food was warm but not hot when it was served. It seemed like it had been sitting out before making it out to us. We had full service at the bar and the bartender was very personable and seemed happy to be there! I would come back in my next NOLA visit.
google avatar

Susan B.

Yelp
If you are looking for authentic crawfish etouffee, skip this place and look elsewhere. It lacked flavour and heat. The shrimp was good. It was bland, but the cocktail sauce and remoulade made up for it. I'd say it was a good stop for a tourist that doesn't care for spicy food. The Tito's frozen strawberry lemonade was delicious! We could have drank quite a number of those! Staff was pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was clean.
google avatar

Emily B.

Yelp
At 9/10 at night, the place was very busy. Groups of people would come in, they would clear after a while, it would only be empty for a few minutes and then more people came. It is one of the restaurants open later than 10 in the area which was much appreciated. I had the taste of New Orleans, which was gumbo, red beans and rice, and a stuffed crab. Delicious!
google avatar

Matt G.

Yelp
Better than the 3 star average, that's for sure. This is the cheaper and more casual version offered by Arnaud nearby. Thin crust Tuscan pizza was really good. It's not easy to get a thin crust pizza right and not burn it. Shrimp Poboy was good, I Like that the shrimp was kind of lightly fried. A good amount of shrimp too. I like to put some of their mustard they keep on the table inside. Good Cole slaw too. Says shrimp bisque on the online menu, but not showing as an option on dine in menu.
google avatar

Bennett C.

Yelp
Food was ok at best. At best. Spend your money elsewhere. P.S. - our waitress told us she hated this place also.
google avatar

Elle O.

Yelp
Tried the Cajun egg rolls. They were ok. The staff is friendly enough but the place was empty when we went in. We decided to just get our order to go. Not sure I'd order that again but I would maybe stop in and try something different next time.

Yelp
This restaurant has been on my vacation go-to list for several years. Finally got here this time! Located on bourbon street. Very spacious, very clean. Party of 4 adults and 3 kids. It was the oldest boys birthday (9) and he wanted pizza and ice cream. The food was very good and the servers were awesome. The kids enjoyed their pizzas (they were out of kids chicken nuggets-odd). I had the Mad Dog with chili, cheese and jalapeño- delicious. Our daughter had the jambalaya which she said was very good. Ribs and burger were also very tasty. We ordered ice cream for the kids which they loved. As a surprise our server brought out a brownie with vanilla ice cream and a candle for the birthday boy! I tasted the brownie and when go back in the fall I am so getting it again!
google avatar

Vivian T.

Yelp
I was only here for the oysters and they were delicious! Mind you, the NOLA oysters are not briny at all. I like mine with some briny taste by you can't really complain when the oysters are fresh and here...the ones we got were huge and fat! I'd call that a win. A couple of my friends also got the catfish po boy and some other dish that they both really liked. The service was really great and friendly. We didn't even have to wait even with a group of 5. Also, my friend somehow got diet coke instead of regular coke and our server was so nice about it! She actually brought my friend a bottle of coke to make sure she was happy. Top notch service in spite of their having to deal with the Mardi Gras crowd. Not sure what the other food was like but I'd definitely at least come back for the oysters if I were back in NOLA again!
google avatar

Stefanie D.

Yelp
This place is in a great location for anyone visiting Bourbon Street, the decor is beautiful, and the pricing is affordable. But the food is mediocre at best. And in a city known for its scrumptious dishes, I wouldn't take that chance. I would recommend browsing the countless other restaurants within walking distance instead.
google avatar

Katy R.

Yelp
This was such an unexpected jewel in middle of the wild and crazy Bourbon Street. We popped in right in the middle of Mardi Gras weekend and were still able to sit at the bar and enjoy ourselves so we later came back for dinner. We had the appetizer of oysters 6 ways and all were so good! Then I had the trio of gumbo, red beans and rice and stuffed crab. Couldn't have asked for better and the service was perfect. Such a lucky find!
google avatar

Robert C.

Yelp
Right out of the gate let me say that if you are waiting in line for Acme Oysters, you're wasting your time. The oysters at Remoulades are just as delicious and Gorge behind the raw bar will have you squared away without an hour wait in the gutters of Iberville st. The prices are reasonable, $14 for a bakers dozen of delicious, plump juicy ertsers, as they say at Remoulades. I think beers were like $3. But you know what tells the tale of a good restaurant, sparkling clean rest rooms. I mean you could eat off the floors clean. Skip Acme, walk up Bourbon st a block and enjoy life.
google avatar

Yvette M.

Yelp
Server was a sweetheart, very knowledgeable and helpful with the menu, drinks were always refilled without us asking. The fried pickles were yummy, breading not overly thick, Remoulade sauce delish! We had the bbq shrimp, server informed us heads are on the shrimp, my daughter was good with it and said they were awesome. She'd had the same dish at a much higher rated place down the street earlier and they weren't near as good and a lot more expensive. Other daughter had the crawfish etouffe, said it was wonderful, ate every bite. We got the nachos, it's enough for like 6 people and is only $8. Very chill and friendly spot on Bourbon Street. I'd definitely go back! Reminded me of Cheers!
google avatar

Monica D.

Yelp
Was very hungry for lunch so I walked down Bourbon near my hotel and saw this place. It was empty except for 2 tables which kind of scared me but saw good reviews for the place so I gave it a shot and boy am I glad I did! My mom ordered the red beans and rice w/ sausage ($7.50) and I wanted to have a bit of everything so I went for "Taste of the Bayou" ($13)a combo of chicken and sausage gumbo, a crawfish pie and a 1/2 order of jambalaya. The gumbo was a good size tasty and rich gumbo followed by the crawfish pie and jamba. I was expecting an actual small pie but it was in the form of, say, a spanish empanada. It didn't matter the yummy crawfish filling was enclosed in a wonderful flaky and perfect crust. The 1/2 order took up most of my plate and was also very tasty. We rolled ourselves out of there paying about $27 for everything along with 3 beers! TIP: check out the NOLA official site that has coupons for a number of restaurants including this one that gives you a free shrimp with remoulade with the purchase of an entree
google avatar

Amy L.

Yelp
We hit us this little place within hours of arriving in NOLA. Ordered gumbo, crab and red beans. The seafood gumbo was extremely delicious. I am hoping to make it back to Remoulade to get a bowl of seafood gumbo before flying home Tuesday. Our waitress,Kayla, was great. She was friendly and gave us some history of NOLA. Please go visit Kayla and give her a big tip.
google avatar

Paul W.

Yelp
Good place to eat for those new to the area as it is very reasonably priced. These New Orleans style stuffed crab and Nawlins nachos were delicious...and we enjoyed the nice atmosphere. Service was quick and friendly.
google avatar

Margaret H.

Yelp
If you're visiting NOLA you've probably walked past this restaurant a time or two while on your Bourbon Street stroll. Remoulade is....just ok. Nothing special. The inside is beautiful - don't get me wrong - and the staff is friendly, however the service and food REALLY need some improvement. My friends and I swung by for lunch (at an off time) one afternoon and there were only two other tables being waited inside the restaurant. You would think that this would be a fast turn around. It turned out to be an hour and a half ordeal. I ordered a muffaletta sandwich with a side of coleslaw. The olive tapenade was great, but everything else was constructed with super poor quality. I only ate a couple of bites of 1/4 of the sandwich before quitting. I did not request a to-go box. How can you get that wrong?! In my opinion, there are far better places for a quick bite to eat that are one or two streets over. I've experienced better way better service and food at dive restaurants than at Remoulade. Please save your money and taste buds on something else.
google avatar

Christopher W.

Yelp
Stopped into Arnaud's cheap cousin for a bite to eat and surprisingly the prices are not that outrageous considering the location. I made the mistake of ordering Arnaud dishes like shrimp Arnaud and the shrimp bisque. Both of those items left much to be desired. The way to go here is poboys and burgers, short order food and you will be satisfied.
google avatar

Erica W.

Yelp
Four stars for my server...he was so sweet! The food was mediocre though. The seafood gumbo was good...even though it literally had 3 shrimp, a crab leg. My red beans and rice were "ok" Next time, I'll just order chicken though.
google avatar

Ric P.

Yelp
Don't let the outside face of this restaurant on Bourbon St. fool you. Inside is a quaint, but small, restaurant with a full service bar. Seventeen or eighteen tables and about 20 seats at the bar. It is small but the food is very good and the staff are very friendly. Prices are decent and the servings are large. Seafood is the main ingredient on the menu so if you're a steak lover, Remoulade is not for you. The Fried Seafood Combo basket was great. Six shrimp, four fingerling Catfish and four or five decent sized oysters, all sitting on a bed of french fries. Can't get this anywhere else in the French Quarter for the same price!. Should you decide to visit, ask for Bryce. Bryce was very attentive, friendly, and met our every need with a smile. When waiters treat their customers like Bryce did, we don't mind providing a high tip. God Job, Remoulade !!

Yelp
This place was amazing the service was on point. The food was so yummy just what I was expecting and more. The oysters were fresh. Dont skip on the bread it is so good must go place to eat in New Orleans
google avatar

Kim M.

Yelp
One of mine and my husband's favorite quick stops in the French Quarter. If you want the same wonderful food that you would get at Arnaud's but at half the price, this is an excellent place to stop! (They actually share the same kitchen) Delicious ice cold oysters and BBQ shrimp to die for!! All the wonderfulness of an expensive restaurant in a very relaxed and laid back atmosphere.
google avatar

Yelp
Place to go for a taste of everything New Orleans. Turtle soup..smoked boudin, natchitoches meat pies..all must get!!
google avatar

Pamela M.

Yelp
Bar service was quick and really friendly. Great, delicious raw oysters. Sadly, a young lady appeared to pass out and whacked her poor head on the concrete floor and it was ~ 4 PM. Seriously, I hope she is OK. Paramedics were en route quickly. welcome to New Orleans :-/

Yelp
The 'buffalo' wings have a great flavor as well as the Seafood Gumbo. The Gumbo was served lukewarm with bread. Our server Ashley was very nice and efficient. The wing are hot without being too salty or with lingering heat in your mouth. The wing could have been fried harder.

Yelp
Sad! The service was both slow and sloppy, as we had to remind our server to bring our drinks multiple times, and never received some items we ordered. The cheese fries leave a lot to be desired, and have a plastic taste to them. I will admit the crab cakes were the one good thing about the food. Would not recommend!

Yelp
The best jambalaya I have ever had. I was in NOLA a week. This was my favorite restaurant.

Yelp
Great service, great po'boys. Clean and open place. Turtle soup is pretty yummy. So are their oysters. Damn good. Careful with the horseradish--it bites. :P
