"If you put “romantic restaurant in Spain” into an AI image generator, it would probably come up with something like this beautiful, plant-forward alfresco place just off Passeig del Born, set in the back garden of a 16th-century mansion. They do global fusion dishes like salted tomato with Mallorcan-prawn carpaccio and spicy mango gazpacho, with a thoughtful wine list featuring lots of homegrown labels. It’s most special in the evening by candlelight, but if you can’t snag a dinner reservation, lunch under the Mediterranean sun will do just fine." - isabella noble

"“Green is the new sexy” reads the tagline for this plant-forward restaurant set along the ground floor and leafy patio of the superb Can Bordoy boutique hotel. Palma-born chef Andrés Benítez takes inspiration for his dishes and spices from all over: Vietnam, China, Thailand, the Middle East, Mexico, India. And while plants are the main protagonists, the menu also makes space for meat and fish options that adhere to the locavore, zero-kilometer philosophy. Top choices include the candied leek with truffle hollandaise and the lettuce tacos with grilled octopus. [$$$]" - Isabelle Kliger

Exactly what you would expect: Fine service & fine dining experience in Palma. We had the 90€ tasting menu and it was unbelievable, just enough to leave you satiated but also begging for more. The way the ingredients and flavours complement each other: Chefs kiss. And definitely don’t skip out on the dessert.

Elegant restaurant with nice interesting food, though not with wow effect. The staff is very kind, but the service is too slow. Too dark in one saloon. Bit pricy

We really enjoyed our dinner there, it was a great tasting experience. If you have the chance try to get a table outside, we were in a small room inside which ended in a little lack of attention of the service (but all of them were very nice and friendly). We had the Ruta Greco and everything tasted great but I was wandering in the end when I received the bill because every course was listed as 2 and when there was except for the tacos only one ( one tomato, one eggplant,...). I like the concept of sharing very much but u can't write it on the bill like this because it is simply not true.

The vegetarian menu was absolutely brilliant. Such amazing food and the flavour combinations made it feel like eating those vegetables for the first time! Highlight was the Pink Tomato which was filled with so many fresh flavours. Service was the only let down. We had five separate servers which made the dining experience confusing. Had to wait over 20 minutes to pay the bill.

This is such a beautiful restaurant, the patio is lovely, full of nature and a great atmosphere! The food was incredible! We had an incredible tasting menu and each meal was an delicious surprise! But the most important part is the kindness and friendliness of the staff members! Definitely one unique and worth experience.

Had such an amazing dinner here- the staff is kind and helpful with recommendations, the cauliflower dish and duck cannelloni was fantastic! The atmosphere is perfect for a date or a long catch up with friends. Can’t wait to be back!

Excellent plant-forward restaurant in the old quarters of Palma with a beautiful terrace garden. The food showcases vegetables, but there are supplements for omnivores. You have to try the Pink Tomato (you'll order a second portion), zucchini starter and beetroot dim sum.

A beautiful place for a romantic dinner. The food was delicious, with plenty of options for veggie/vegans and meat/fish eaters. Would love to return if I’m ever back in Palma!
