Im very surprised at some of the previous bad reviews as none of this was our experience. We were welcomed warmly by our waiter, then both the meat cook and the owner came to our table to talk about the food and the restaurant. Our waiter offered bottled or tap carafe of water. Coming from meat countries: Australia and New Zealand we found the prices very reasonnable. The food was delicious, the meat cooked the way every likes it and the meat quality speaks for itself so no need for decoration, sauces or any extra seasoning when it's that good. We got a delicious 50 euro bottle of wine and for desserts the best french toast (pain perdue) we have ever had. We left the table bursting full and satisfied; we were six peoole who all ate a different dish. On sera de retour, merci pour un excellent repas et votre gentillesse.

One of the best restaurants I’ve had the pleasure to visit. We had one night in Perpignan and happened to choose Le Divil. I can’t express how amazing the food was… But I’ll try! We shared the poireaux which was silky with deep flavor. I had the bouef au poivre - perfection. I don’t like bovine liver usually, but I tried the calve’s liver with shiso pesto and loved it. Crispy sear, with a complex yet simple sauce. The smokey parmentier are a must. The staff were friendly, jovial and attentive. I would travel back to Perpignan just to eat here again.

So it’s definitely a meat place where you can enjoy a huge portion of food. The service is at a top level. I think this place is well deserved to be in a Michelin guide as you can literally feel how they care about what they are doing. I recommend booking in advance. Also we could finish the meals in 1 hours. It’s incredibly quick for France. Very good and friendly service

The meat is absolutly awesome, if you are a dried aged geek like me this is a place to visit. You have a expensive an cheap options. Plenty of wine I recommend the restaurant

Fantastic meat! Skip the menu and visit the display of meat in the restaurant. You pick meat, quality and size. Trust the chef to grill it perfect. Just add some salt and you will enjoy one of the best pieces of meat you ever had. Btw skip entre and bread! This place is all about perfect meat!

Great environment. Friendly staff. We had beef over coals and pork tartin. Both excellent. Smoked mashed potatoes were delicious. Great wine selection. Not a cheap night, but totally worth it. Indulge yourself.

Thw rating is between 4 and 5, because of interiors being nice but not over precise or presented to a 5 star. The food was instead top notch with an exciting meet selection cured and prepared by an artisan butcher in front of you. Fries were cooked in beef fat and would chicory added a special touch to my "rognons" (kidmey) . Fillet was superb and counter fillet (Spanish origin) very taste too. Deserts looked nice but we did not try after such a succulent meet feast. Coffee (Illy, an italian excellence) comforted the top rating. Local beer was good enough (3 stars) and complemented well the food.
