Revival Cafe+Kitchen

TL;DR: If you need a quick, healthy, and delicious meal and/or coffee, this is the place for you! Their prices are reasonable, their ingredients are fresh and yummy, and the staff very friendly. I've gotten a few meals here after starting to work in the area, and it's safe to say that in just a few weeks, they've won over my loyalty and I plan on being a regular. The staff are always laid back, friendly, and hard working here. Additionally, if you come in regularly, the staff will remember you and make you feel especially welcome, and they will work with you to get the coffee and/or food that makes you want to come back. I have a dietary restriction around pork and shellfish for religious reasons, and they are able to accommodate that with protein swaps and/or removals. They also have other food restrictions labeled like dairy free dishes, vegan dishes, dishes with soy, gluten-free stuff, nuts, and probably more. Their coffee is also delicious, with a focus on light roasts. I didn't used to like light roasts too much, but the way their lattes pair with the coffee and the good quality of the coffee itself has changed my mind on that. The batista is especially friendly and will work with you to help get the cup of coffee that you want and/or need! Overall, there's something for pretty much everyone here that wants a good coffee, breakfast, or lunch from a convenient location downtown.

We went here on a rainy day and the atmosphere was lovely. Hardly anybody inside and plenty of space to sit. The lavender matcha is a great flavour combination, especially hot. The salt and pepper biscuit with egg and bacon was also delicious and quite filling for the size.

Really excellent lattes, per usual. Love that they have a few vegan menu options (low-key wish they had more) but I'll take what I can get. We got their Sweet Potato Sandwich on whole wheat bread, and it was delicious. Good combo of sweet and savory with the apples and vinaigrette, I think it could use a little more tang to offset the sweetness, like pickles or something, but it was great.

Quaint little cafe tucked away on newbury street. Has some nice patio/street seating overlooking pedestrians. Coffee is decent along with some of the lunch sandwiches and salads. However, nothing really blew me away in terms of taste. A really cool cafe to visit - they have tons of indoor seating as well with good ventilation. Highly recommend to visit or to pop in if you want a quick bite to eat.

I haven’t had this sandwich since 1year ago! It was so delicious! Revival Cafe + Kitchen Staff thank you so much for coking the bacon as requested! The sandwich was so tasty fresh egg and biscuit cooked perfectly so moist inside and golden on the outside! This breakfast sandwich is phenomenon!!!!! You make a GREAT breakfast sandwich! The bacon was crispy not burnt and a good balance with the cheese and egg what a great taste!

My friend got a Macchiato (though it's not on the menu they can make it for you. ) I got the mint tea. Prices are good. Croissant was like $3 and super flaky and fresh. Get one . Mint tea looks like the same one Thinking Cup has a few doors down but it's good. Brightly lit

I won't give it 5 stars just because the espresso was a bit more acid than it should (make sure the water temperature and the grinder is well set), but by far it is the best coffee I've tasted in Boston.

This place is really good. Great sandwiches and ginger steamer drink! The menu evolves with the season. Favorites include Green Goblin with sweet potato chips, Bagelicious (add bacon), and Crema Roast Turkey (pressed)! You won’t regret it!

We were staying at the nearby Hyatt Centric hotel and decided to give this place a try on a rainy morning. Service was helpful and quick during our first visit. We opted for two of the cashier's favorite breakfast sandwiches, the bagelicious bagel sandwich and the salt and pepper breakfast biscuit sandwich. Both were very tasty. We also had two iced coffees. The restaurant is very spacious with plenty of seating for many guests. The decor is also artsy and fun.

Excellent breakfast, located nearby our hotel at the Hyatt Centric. Excellent sandwiches on bagels for biscuits, creatively prepared heels, pastries and coffee. Excellent and friendly service. Very reasonable pricing and a trendy vibe

I'm so happy that Revival is in downtown crossing after a sudden shutter of their newbury st location. They have the best Asiago bagels and pretty great lattes.

great coffee and great breakfast! People are nice there and always willing to answer questions
