Where To Eat & Drink With Someone You Haven’t Seen In A Year

"Some people think that brunch was invented so that nice millennials could get absolutely plastered before 12pm, guilt-free. We disagree. We believe that the quintessential purpose of the great marriage of brunch and lunch is catching-up with someone you haven’t seen in a hot minute. One of London’s best central brunch spots is The Riding House Café, a no-brainer brasserie that’s perfect for pretty much every occasion, including a daytime deep-and-meaningful about how you spent the pandemic. Arguably, we never thought we’d write that sentence but here we are. Be sure to try the pancakes and know that they’ve got a gazebo on their terrace so you can rest assured that you’ll be, erm, literally covered if the weather takes a turn." - heidi lauth beasley

The Best Late Brunches in London

"The Riding House should be one of your go-tos in central London for solid and satisfactory pancakes, french toast, and eggs of all kinds. You’ll sit in a spacious, smart-looking brasserie with loads of bright leather sofas and a pretty bar. It’s also the kind of place you’d be chuffed to sit in on a sunny day. The line-up of sort-of-healthy and vegetarian dishes is good, and there’s plenty of room if you’re in a group of desperate stomachs." - jake missing

Food is decent although seemingly not freshly made. On this trip we had the pancakes with bacon and blueberry compote and maple syrup, and also the corn fritters on beetroot hummus. The food came out so fast within five minutes of ordering, even the coffees we ordered hadn't yet been served to us. Having eaten here several times we knew what we were expecting: okay food, slightly pricey for what you're getting, but it's conveniently close to church for Sunday brunch and the interiors and vibes are definitely cool and cozy. Good coffee (flat white) Service is fine and friendly.

Google
Got recommended this place for a full English breakfast but ended up arriving too late for that. We were still very happy with our meal. We got the truffle mac and cheese, Scottish scallops, and a waffle, all were delicious! I loved how crispy the mac and cheese was.

The décor is a mix of old and new – wooden panelling and cabinets paired with modern windows that let in plenty of light. A good spot for breakfast; around 10am on a Saturday it wasn’t too busy, noise levels were low, and the music was barely audible. I’d booked, but you could have walked in without an issue. I was greeted at the door and shown to my table. Staff were very friendly and professional. I ordered the full veggie breakfast, which was good but a little inconsistent across the components. The standouts were the courgette fritter and the BBQ beans – both delicious. The halloumi was a bit odd; it didn’t seem freshly grilled and honestly felt more like paneer passed off as halloumi – it lacked the saltiness and gentle herb zest that proper halloumi has. The mushroom and tomato were seasoned nicely (the garlic on the tomato was a great touch) but seemed to have been sitting for a while rather than cooked fresh. The fried eggs were a bit limp for my taste but still perfectly fine. The toast wasn’t fresh and was slightly soggy; another slice would have been welcome, especially with beans and avocado salsa both needing something to pair with. For drinks, I had a breakfast tea which was nicely presented but quite weak and grey in colour. I also tried the “gold” juice – orange, turmeric, coconut, and carrot – which was disappointing. The turmeric overpowered everything else, yet somehow the juice still tasted weak, and the added ice didn’t help. I suspect it wasn’t freshly made. Overall, it was a decent breakfast, but I would have been happier without the juice. With the bill coming to £30, it wasn’t bad but didn’t quite live up to the price.

Had an early morning breakfast here, and it was a great experience. The café offers a nice selection of breakfast options, including perfectly cooked Eggs Benedict and a rich, flavorful Shakshuka. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with a warm and relaxing atmosphere that makes it a great place to start the day. The food was fresh and well-prepared, and the portion sizes were satisfying. However, the service was a bit slow, especially as the place started getting busier. I’d recommend coming early to get the best experience before the rush.

Google
Riding House Fitzrovia has a welcoming vibe and an appealing menu, complemented by excellent service. However, the food was a mixed bag — the kale and edamame salad was overly salted, and the king prawn skewer was dry and chewy. The cauliflower with lentil dhal had nice flavor but was a bit greasy, while the scallops with parsnip purée were tasty but slightly overcooked. A decent spot for lunch, though it might be better suited for breakfast or drinks.

Google
🌟🌟🌟🌟 4-Star Review for Riding House, Fitzrovia Riding House in Fitzrovia is a great spot for a work lunch—stylish, comfortable, and efficient. The service is friendly and attentive, and we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly the food arrived, making it ideal if you’re on a tight schedule. The standout for me was the chicken bun: buttermilk chicken, Comté, pickled carrots, and gherkin on a perfectly toasted brioche. Juicy, crispy, tangy—every bite hit the mark. Pair it with a side of truffle mac & cheese, which was rich, crispy on top, and deeply satisfying. We also enjoyed their fries—crispy and well-seasoned, served in stylish tin cups. The decor is modern with warm tones and plush seating, adding a bit of laid-back charm to the experience. You can see from the photos that the plating is clean and appealing, and the vibe is buzzy yet relaxed. While everything was solid and enjoyable, it didn’t quite deliver that wow factor needed for a full 5 stars. Still, if you’re looking for a dependable and stylish lunch venue with great food and fast service, this place is definitely worth a visit. ✅ Recommend: Chicken bun & truffle mac & cheese 🕛 Perfect for: Quick, quality work lunches 💬 Would return again—especially with colleagues.

Got to have a breakfast here and it was amazing. The staff was really energetic and happy to be there, as well as the food which came quickly and it was delicious. I would say that is a must to try out the berry pancakes, they were the cherry on top.

Yelp
This is a trendy breakfast place located in the middle of Westminster. Great British classics à la mode. Service is fantastic. Good place for a date. We very much enjoyed the experience.

Yelp
Had a lovely meal with excellent service. Ate the 3-course set menu for £19.50; had an artichoke dip to start, creamy and full of Parmesan, torched like a crème brûlée on top. Main was a steak; good but not the best quality, but it was beautifully grilled with a chimichuri sauce on top. Third was an order of sticky toffee pudding doughnuts. The toffee sauce was so good I ate the last part with a spoon. Also ordered a side salad to go with the steak and the dressing was a delicious honey mustard with a lovely vinegary finish. Service was absolutely perfect.

Yelp
Place is busy....make a reservation. That said, they usually have space at the bar-but service here is sketchy. The food was really good and I especially like the open view kitchen. I had the deep dish pancakes with berries and clotted cream. Ok if you've never had clotted cream it is basically heated cream that is set to cool - as it cools it "clots". The result is better than butter taste! The berries are superb and make you feel like you picked them straight from Mr. McGregor's garden. My guests had the Burgerdict and Mushroom Ciabatta. Restrooms were clean and this was an overall great spot for breakfast

Yelp
Visited The Riding House Café for lunch and had a lovely light meal of sweet potato and zucchini fritters with turmeric yogurt. We also shared fries and had tea and the entire meal was great and not too expensive. Everything also came out quickly (although it was 2:30 pm so not very busy) and we loved the well lit interior and the riding theme of the restaurant. No complaints!

Yelp
A good brunch option for pancakes and eggs benedicts, but expect the regular standard and not more. If you've had new york pancakes, this will be a bit disappointing since it's not as soft, fluffy, or warm. The "burgerdict" is essentially a poached egg on a hamburger patty on a muffin. The muffin was a bit hard in my opinion. But the seating is good.

Yelp
Went for the Christmas dining and at over $100 per person the food was just overwhelmingly not great. The sourdough bread was overcooked and charred, the charcoal goat cheese was quite bad (but that could be because it's an acquired taste), the lentil soup was probably the best thing on the table but still didn't pull me in. The turkey meal was atrociously over cooked and dry. One pro was the serving sizes, they were quite huge. So if you're local you can take home a big portion of your meal and have a second dinner. Overall just a meh meal weighed down by an outrageous price. Extra: service was good and the ambiance inside was very nice.

Yelp
Christmas Prefix Dinner is Terrible. We just left after having one of the worst meals I've ever had - especially for the price. First off all, the portions are far too large for two people. Most prefix menus I've had at classy restaurants have multiple courses that are much smaller so you can enjoy a wide variety of carefully crafted dishes. To start, the beef tartar had clearly been sitting out because it was dry and stringy. The prawns were in a seaweed soup that made the whole table smell like the sea and tasted overly salty. Then the turkey was roasted to a crisp. So dry and flavorless. The stuffing and sausage tasted cheap and fatty. We also had the portobello and sweet potatoe Wellington. It wasn't as bad but also nothing special. It all came with an overwhelming amount of carrots, Brussels sprouts (hard and undercooked) and other random veggies. My wife and I are two normal sized individuals so I don't understand how the average person puts down this much food. Next there was a cheese board that we just skipped entirely to try and save room for the desert. They brought me the wrong desert (ordered the pudding, got the cheese cake) and so we just nibbled on the chocolate torte. Hard to mess that one up and it was decent. Skipped our pudding that was originally ordered because it was taking for ever. The only things we liked were the things we ordered on the side (a nice run mmm & rhubarb cocktail and some fresh juice). Overall, I'd say it was a waste of 200 pounds and damped out Christmas Day experience. I wish they would've offered to discount the meal as they saw we didn't enjoy multiple dishes and downright skipped others. Go to a local pub instead on Christmas Day or just skip the prefix menus all together.

Yelp
Food was exceptional ...came for dinner and breakfast and the breakfast especially was delicious...that being said ...service is a bit slow ...and oh ...MY WORK BAG WAS STOLEN!! Yes right from under my feet ...still a lovely place but WTH ?!?

Yelp
A lovely breakfast & brunch spot in Fitzrovia! Per TimeOut's recommendation, my colleague and I ordered Riding House Cafe's famous pancakes. It comes in 3's and is served with vanilla clotted cream, maple syrup, and an assortment of berries. The pancakes themselves were delicious, with a texture that is more cake-y than the traditional American version. However, IMO the clotted cream was the real star of this dish. https://www.timeout.com/london/food-and-drink/pancake-day-restaurants-serving-pancakes

Yelp
Coffee is amazing. I had the rnglish breakfast and thought it to be quite comforting. Not too many people are there thus you have a nice rxperience as well. Staff was hospitable.

Yelp
Really enjoyed this beautiful restaurant. I ordered eggs, bacon, and gluten free toast. All delicious. The service was excellent and the tea was awesome. I loved the decor, eclectic and interesting with many beautiful plants.

Jeff S.

Yelp
What a disappointing meal. The centrepiece was a ribeye steak, which the menu described as having aged for 45 days. The steak was poorly cooked, no searmarks to speak of on the outside; the inside overcooked to a pale pink. The beef itself was tough, and lacked any flavour characteristics of aged meat, nothing gamy, no umami. Tasted like it was cooked indifferently to the standards of an indifferent military in 1981. The steaknife required a ...strange... amount of force to cut it. The cocktail was average at best. Ordered a small pour of wine, was brought and billed for the large. The salad was banal, overdressed and poorly seasoned. It's a shame, because the menu *looks* quite good. The execution just doesn't deliver. An £80 meal for one should just be *better* than this. I had been pleased to get a table outside, and I I can see why it was available. Clipstone is not far away, and is light years better. Run, don't walk.

Yelp
All the Aussie vibes at this cafe The restaurant is beautifully decorated down to the restrooms. I had a hard time choosing from the menu so decided to go basic and get the two add-ons I was really craving - grilled halloumi and smoked salmon. The scrambled eggs were so creamy and perfectly cooked. The roasted cherry tomatoes were super sweet and cooked with yummy herbs. We made a reservation and I definitely recommend it - it was super packed the whole time we were there from 9-10:30. For more food recommendations check out my Instagram @hobbiesincludeeating

Yelp
I discovered this place when I was working in Great Titchfield Street a couple of years ago. It's a busy road but not an obvious one, and the Riding House Cafe attracts a crowd of people working nearby - at least during the week, I haven't been here at the weekend. On most visits it has been quiet which makes it great for a casual coffee. Evenings and lunches are a different story and the place can be quite packed. Apparently, they are well known for their pancakes. So much so that they were recommended in a feature about less obvious Shrove Tuesday treats ... should have guessed that this would translate in a bit of a run on pancakes, but didn't! So, this was turning into a bit of a nightmare visit. All tables were booked and the only space available at the bit of the bar that backs onto the open kitchen. Apparently they had hundreds of people come through the door since morning and made use of every chair available, but this wasn't going to work. Then again, the pancakes leaving the kitchen looked amazing ... note to self for next year, make sure to book a table!! Thanks to the super attentive staff we did get a table after a reasonable wait, just in time for our super berry buttermilk pancakes to be served. Bit of a weird lunch choice (no savoury options, this is not a creperie or Dutch pancake house after all), but delicious! All's well that ends well, we left fat and happy.

Yelp
Really nice restaurant with great atmosphere and really good food. We at ate the bar and the hosts/managers took care of us with excellent service. Get the chocolate bar dessert

Yelp
My friends know I am a bit nutty, especially when it comes to having Beef Wellington in the UK. After many years of hearing Gordon Ramsay say "it's raw!", "the pastry is too loose", "look how soggy your beef wellington is!", I had to try it myself. When we sat down and made it know that was our purpose there, the server was confident that we would love it...and the verdict is...I didn't love it. It was not any of the comments above, but it didn't knock the ball out of the park. A bit pricey too considering there is nothing on the plate besides a few greens. My particular beef wellington was not tightly wrapped and a little bit cold too. We also ordered the lobster lasagna and it was a bit bland, nothing too impressive. Ordered some small plates. a quail dish and a cauliflower hummus dish, really not a lot going on and very small portions. It was very good ambiance and decor, but would not make a return visit. I was actually quite hungry after the meal, and proceeded to eat a lot of nuts at the bar we went to.

Yelp
Came here on two occasions since we were staying down the street. First we came for drinks before dinner and enjoyed it very much. The old fashioned was made perfectly. I also love the open kitchen so you can see how they prepare the food. It is very entertaining if you are into cooking! The bar staff were very attentive and helpful. The 2nd time we came for breakfast. I ordered the french toast and it was delicious. My fiancee ordered the full english breakfast. It was also very good. The place has a good vibe whether you come for breakfast or drinks.
google avatar

Ali G.

Yelp
Eggs benedicts were perfectly done. The berry pancakes were delicious, especially the cream! The service was great too. I feel like this cafe's rating is so underrated and they definitely deserve more.

T K.

Yelp
Would highly recommend for brunch-- the malted deep dish pancakes with the berries and cream were sublime. The full veggie was great as well.

Yelp
I just love this place. I have been twice now and ready to go back again to try the other menu items. They have a very cute warm and inviting ambiance with a rustic and modern feel. Once we had reservations and we were seated quickly. The second time we came on a Wednesday night with no reservations they told us the wait would probably be an hour but I am pretty sure we only waited about 30 minutes or less and we sat at the bar. The only dish that I don't care for much is the artichoke dip. It is quite tiny and the flavors and textures are lacking. Everything else I have tried though has been delish! Great service too! Clams, mussels, chili and garlic,Artichoke dip, crostiniBarbecued quail, creamed cornChopped salad, avocado, palm heart, radish, dijon dressingChateaubriandPoached Cord Fed Chicken, spring vegetable broth, salsa verde

Yelp
In the afternoon this is a quiet and relaxing cafe to have a late lunch and coffee. Many vegetarian options and the cauliflower dish I had was delectable.

Yelp

Yelp
We were relegated to the basement in a room called "The Stables." The last time I went to a barn-themed restaurant Black Barn in NYC, we were also there for a solid 4 hours. Not to disappoint, The Riding House welcomed us in at about 5:30pm and finished serving our food around 8:30pm for a 3 course meal. People had already begun to trickle out slowly - first those with kids, then those with lives, finally those stragglers picking away at the last pieces of cheesecake. The ambiance of the restaurant was cool - a single metal pipe connected an overhanging chandelier. The room was wooden (like a barn), chairs made of leather which looked like it could've come out of a car from the '60s and there were photos of horses behind wooden panels. The food was also not bad - beef wellington, carver chicken, hake, kale, wings, artichoke dip, NYC cheesecake. All quite good and would highly recommend it. If you get a chance, come check the place out, just make sure it's a long chance.
google avatar

Caroline L.

Yelp
The quest for the best avocado on toast keeps going - Riding House Cafe does this well: they're putting feta and poached egg on the avocado toast (that is the best combination) It was good but nothing to die for. The rest of the menu was ok (french toast were good but again not amazing) and coffee was a bit weak. It's a nice place for breakfast but maybe not the best one in town. It's hard to get in without a booking, but cool thing is the big communal table that you can't book.
google avatar

Abraham C.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious, we came for brunch. Pancakes, avocado toast, etc. Try the benedict burger, delicious!
google avatar

Renee Tammy T.

Yelp
I was tempted to have some fluffy pancakes for my Sunday brunch and decided to check this place out after seeing the mouth watering pictures on Instagram. It tastes good at first, but soon you will feel like you are consuming cube sugar. They should cutting half of the sugar amount on their pancakes. Or else, everyone will be leaving their store with sugar rush after finished that plate.
google avatar

Phoebe L.

Yelp
A very New York style, beautifully designed cafe/restaurant. The only difference is that they do not do bottomless (all you can drink) brunch. The service has the same attentiveness as a New Yorker Cafe (you wait at the front, they set you, only certain people can take your order and one specific person looks after your area) and you can book a tables even for breakfast. The menu is a little on the ex-y side but you are paying for not just breaky but the whole experience so I think it is worth it. The menu has everything you need to start the day- av (and feta and eggs if you please) on toast, full English, full veg (one of the best that I have ever had), hash browns, bircher and some 'creative things'. All done in a way that is one step up from usual. My only food complaint is that they have not nailed the runny egg. Hence 4 stars. They have a range of breakfast cocktails and, of course, a blood mary that will sort your hangover out. The coffee is pretty good- it's not quite at Australian standard, but it's about a 3.8/5. The seats are super comfortable and all of the furnishings are so soft and hard to pull yourself away from. There is one large table down the centre of the restaurant which is used as a share table, there is seating at the bar (very luxurious stools) and then there is a very, very comfy velvety bench around the side. If you are booking ask for the bench part it's the best for people watching too.

Yelp
I should really change my current crush in my profile to "Chorizo", but I think it might make me sound a bit... desperate. Yes, I have a love affair with food. The menu sounded delicious and the reviews were pretty good, so again, another bookmark for my weekend in London. After a restless night at the hotel listening to doors slam, I set out for the Riding House Cafe with my book. It was busy, but I didn't have to wait for table. After being seated, I did to have wait to receive a menu, but my glass was filled with water very promptly. The two tables seated after me were waited on first and I still had not received my menu. When I did receive my menu, I ordered the Chorizo Hash Browns with the poached eggs and mushroom. I also ordered the Racer Smoothie. The smoothie came in a glass milk bottle. I was able to specify soy milk in my smoothie of espresso, chocolate, and banana. It was nice, not overly sweet. My breakfast came out and it was quite the sight. I hadn't expected the flash of green from the pile of spinach, but it was a fantastic edition to the spicy chorizo and the rich yolk of the poached eggs. I was not able to finish, but it was such a satisfying breakfast. Everything on the plate complimented each other and it really exceeded my expectations. The price for the meal, smoothie, and an Americano... really good, actually if you are on a budget and have breakfast here, without a lot of extras, you could easily do it for under £10 and be very satisfied. What if you don't wake up in time for breakfast? The Chorizo Hash Browns are on the all-day menu! Now if they could only work on the service...

Yelp
So I saw this restaurant on a couple of lists for the best English breakfasts and fell in love with the pics of the decor. The decor lived up to the hype, the food and cleanliness did not. I had the avocado toast with poached eggs and it was pretty good. My meal mate had the French toast which ended up being cold when she got it. To add insult to injury our cups and saucers and teapots were NOT clean. The service was great. People were pleasant and helpful, and the decor was awesome.
google avatar

Martina C.

Yelp
Reservation recommended, but you can also wait for half hour and get a table (you can ask for a drink in the meanwhile) the food is very good, eggs florentine in the picture! nice smoothies also! Attention for every little detail, nice atmosphere, tables seem very close one another but they are not!
google avatar

Soomin R.

Yelp
Went for brunch and really enjoyed everything. I ordered the chorizo with hash brown, poached eggs and mushrooms. It came in healthy portions and was very flavourful. I really liked my cappuccino as well. One of the better coffees I've had at a brunch place. Service was good and prompt. Our waitress was polite and very capable at managing all the tables. Ambience was also nice - spacious and well decorated. Would be suitable for any sort of occasion. Overall, definitely recommend it!
google avatar

Andrea H.

Yelp
One of my favorite brunch places in London. Go for their porridge with berries or their Eggs Benedict. The place itself is cozy. 4/5 since the quality of service swings a bit.
google avatar

Tom S.

Yelp
Came here to try the beef wellington while in London. Weird interior/furniture, cross between a starbucks (or other cafe), lounge, and diner. Food wise, everything portion wise was small. The "small plates to share" is misleading as in actuality the portion was only enough for 1 person. The beef wellington was also on the small side, and drowned in truffle oil.
google avatar

David N.

Yelp
My friends living in London took me to this place for brunch on a Saturday morning and it was great. I had the chorizo hash and fresh cucumber and pear juice which were both flavorful but still light.. The seating was very tight in certain parts of the dining room and was almost impossible to get in and out of.
google avatar

Adele D.

Yelp
Well I have wanted to visit here for a long time and so glad I did it was all it lived up to! I choose some nibbles and my friend had Chorizo croquettes - serve was really good even though we just sat at the bar and was a really chilled ambience even though it was busy. I tried tuna, croquettes and cauliflower all were fresh and full of flavour - I will be back
google avatar

Phil B.

Yelp
Great breakfast in a really cool space. I had the French toast with clotted cream- delicious. My 11 year old picky son enjoyed the pancakes (sans fruit). My wife loved the smashed avacado on toast with a couple of poached eggs.
google avatar

Susana P.

Yelp
Seriously, don't even bother coming here for breakfast. Worst breakfast ever! The scrambled eggs are a weird colour, consistency and are super salty! Coffee is bad! Well nothing more to say... If you have bad coffee, I am clearly not your target market.
google avatar

Elliot J.

Yelp
The decor is pretty awesome, and the staff are pretty attentive and spot on (our water was constantly topped up without having to ask). However they seemed to have gone for style over substance, typified by their menu. There were rather confusing different sections for different times of day. But the worst part was the lack of basic labelling (vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, contains nuts etc) and or any real descriptiors of the food. For example, I ordered the 'Superfood and Herb' salad with added haloumi cheese. The menu had no description of which superfoods were included, and the waitress couldn't shed much light (although I didn't push it). When the salad arrived it was rather conspicuous in it's lack of herbs. The food was however pretty decent. But I don't think I'll be back as I don't like the Russian roulette feeling to the menu. And the annoying loud teenagers with their iPhone.
google avatar

Christina L.

Yelp
While I visited London, my friend brought me here. I ordered the Beef Wellington with moussaline potatoes. We also ordered a bottle of wine and olives to share. The dish was so delicious and everything melted in my mouth. The meat was cooked to perfection. I definitely recommend this to any Londoner or tourist. Great for dates, groups, or to just chill at the bar. Make sure you make a reservation since it get quite busy.

Leah J.

Yelp
Best breakfast place in London. Hands down. I always order the iced coffee and avo & feta on toast.

Yelp
I love the interior of this place but I loved that it was open in a seemingly deserted center of town one Sunday morning. I got a full fry up and I liked it very much. Service was frantic but accommodating. Took us a while to get seated it was busy. Good juices and tea to go with it. I'd definitely come again for lunch or it seems like the perfect setting for brunch quite honestly, with some friends.

Yelp
Great choice of savoury breakfast dishes. I had avocado Benedict which was delicious with feta. Perfectly cooked. Very instagramable and super filling. I also had a smoothie which was huge and very nice too.

Yelp
I had breakfast at The Riding House Café a little over a year ago while visiting London on business. Forgive the delayed rating, I came across my receipt today from my breakfast a year ago. It was a beautiful Sunday morning much like today and I can still remember those buttermilk pancakes and the wonderful hospitality, not to mention the really cool design of the restaurant. London is historic, rich in tradition with wonderful places like The Riding House Café which made this American feel right at home. The Riding Horse Café will definitely be on my itinerary on my next visit across the Pond.

Yelp
Good place to get the full English breakfast. Busy place, book a table if you're not here on a weekday. The service isn't good and the coffee is not impressive. Go for the food and get coffee across the street afterwards. The full and proper English is A. Lot. Of. Food, the black pudding is especially good. You can have it without toast if low carb is your style. This will keep you fill for a good amount of time. Not the best English breakfast I've had, but still worth the visit. The hash brown is good, too, according to my partner.

Yelp
Came here for brunch on a Saturday morning and was quite pleased. We were meeting some family for a bite and it was a convenient meeting place. The only issue was that they were quite busy and we were lingering over coffee catching up. The server requested that we pay and leave as they needed the table. My only suggestion would be don't come here if you want a long leisurely brunch - they are on quite a schedule. The coffee, juices and smoothies were great. The juices were a little on the pricey side but everyone thought they tasted wonderful. I ordered the crunola parfait and a side of toast. I didn't love the crunola but that was partially my fault. I expected more of a granola base rather than seeds. I should have asked prior to ordering. My cousin ordered the avocado toast and it looked delish! I would definitely be willing to come back for a quick breakfast or a sandwich at lunch. My cousin believes she will be back again as well.

Yelp
It was okay. First issue was when we arrived, we were told there'd be a wait time (understandable) and would we mind standing where we were until a seat was available for us to wait on. There was a girl by herself behind us who hadn't had her name on the wait list yet, and then a big lady who pushed in front of this girl with her whole family. This immediately pissed me off, and I pointed out she had just pushed in front of someone. She then got rowdy and started insulting me, all the while the door lady was just standing there. We waited for 15 minutes to be seated at the bar... Unhappy about that, when people who had been behind us in the line got actual tables. The menu was ok. The only reason we stayed was that my boyfriend really wanted to try their buttermilk pancakes (which were actually really good). I ordered one eggs Benedict, and after seeing someone's food went by, asked if it was at all possible to change my order. Our waiter/bartender was able to do this which I really appreciated. What I ended up eating was a 'chorizo hashbrown with poached eggs'. Overall it was good, but the entire potato hashbrown was soggy (was it meant to be like that?) and the chorizo left wet patches over it. Eggs were cooked almost perfectly though.
