An absolute Restaurant ,Incredible authentic Italian food here at Mildas In Pinzolo the service was amazing , the food was as great was melting on your mouth, This is Italy. Can't wait to go back. Really delicious authentic Italian food made and run by a charming Mother Franci and son Chef Raul We enjoyed the starters with a lovely red wine and the The mains were amazing and home made ice cream cherry on top 🥂🍾

The concept of the restaurant is unique: it blends the founders’ heritage and traditional setting with a refined design, shaping not just the space but the entire dining experience. The “risotto with pork shank” (available by reservation) is a dish of elegant simplicity and outstanding flavor. The gelato with honey provides a perfect finale, while the wine list offers an intriguing selection. Prices lean toward the higher end, but given the quality, paying a little extra feels entirely worthwhile.

Needs to be starred for the MICHELIN guide, absolutely worth a special journey. Thoughtfully run with a very friendly and professional staff. Nearly a year later and we are still talking about the unforgettable elegance, attention, and care given to the dishes we ordered, which included the most delicious venison (cervo) and steak. The risotto was well made and a separate order of soup was incredibly flavorful, redolent of hearty fresh veggies served alongside the broth, even in the depths of winter. We cannot wait to return soon to this beautiful restaurant and tastefully curated space. An added bonus is the record player and beautiful selection of LPs, including Mina and Lucio Battisti...it certainly set such a sensual mood for a very lovely dinner. Grazie mille per la vostra gentilezza, complimenti per la cucina indimenticabile!! 🙏🏼😘 Torniamo sempre 🥰

My expectations were much higher, food is average/good and quite overpriced. The wine list is simple and selection by the glass is a shame for this level of restaurant, only two wines in total, both entry level. The grappa San Leonardo in the end saved the meal.

The mushroom soup served in the bread bowl was incredible! This was the best meal I’ve ever eaten. I highly recommend it. The restaurant is very nice and the wait staff is extremely helpful.
