Roberto's Taco Shop

Roberto's Taco serves delicious authentic Mexican cuisine. I love their Carne asada tacos. They are quite filling and delicious. They have a salsa and other condiments area to add to your meal. The staff are always friendly and the prices are too. One of my favorite authentic taco eatery.

When I walked into Roberto’s Taco Shop, the restaurant was empty, which meant no wait time. I ordered my favorite Mexican dish,the chimichanga. It took about 10 minutes to come out, and it was deep-fried to perfection. The meat inside was well-seasoned and flavorful. I initially thought it was ground beef, but it turned out to be shredded beef, which was a pleasant surprise and still very tasty. The only downside was the excess dough in the middle of the chimichanga. It felt like there was more dough than filling, as if it was being padded to appear larger, rather than being generously stuffed with beans and meat. Despite that, the overall experience was great. I’d definitely consider coming back, especially for the flavor and freshness of the food.

I walked in for a pick up order. The cashier was busy chatting with a gentleman giving him handfuls of receipts for him to scan for points. She kept of chatting and never greeted us. The cook said hello and gave me my order and drink. When I got home my whole order was incorrect. I called she answer the phone with a hello only, I told her the mistakes and asked for a refund as I couldn’t go back tonight. She yelled at me and I asked what was I thinking she was not giving me money back without the food. I told her not to yell at me and I could hear just fine and she hung up on me. I rather drive to the flamingo location the ladies there are lovely. Also look at how dark the guacamole that I didn’t want was. Disgusting!

I've never eaten anything like this before. There's no comparison between this and a Mexican burrito. The worst burrito I've ever had. I don't recommend this restaurant.

I am from out of town and wanted to see what the burrito places were like off the strip. In a lot of ways, this place reminded me of some of the shops in Colorado. Very good, and no complaints. Be sure to pull up to the drive thru window as it is pretty far from the curb!

Whenever I’m in Vegas, I can always count on this place. Giant burritos at a great price. Pro tip:adobada or breakfast burrito. Chicken and asada is some gringo stuff. My friends tried both of those and ended up wishing they’d ordered what I got. Salud, Roberto’s!

Where do i began, they are serving food with very little portions, old cut up limes that are no good for consumption. Husband picked up dinner I asked for a bean and cheese burrito and all I got was the tortilla with cheese alright, all i can taste was the unmelted cheese so i opened it up and it had hardly any beans. Last time it was the carne asada fries I could see the bottom of the tray and could count the fries if I wanted too. Had to go to work so I couldn't go back at the moment, but tonight just made me upset to see what their doing to this business. Don't know what or who change but this place in no longer good. I use to go all the time at various time of the day cause it's just around the corner. But now I rather drive to a further location. I grew up in San Diego eating at most of the locations so I know how most of their dishes are made and should be, they are making a bad reputation for the name Robertos, so sad.

When in Vegas, we eat here 3 times within the 10 day visit and once before we leave. Love us some Roberto's

So, I came here for a taco salad, but they only have shredded beef (I like ground beef in my salad.) OK whatever I decided on the taquitos. They are way overcooked, there's barely any cheese, barely any guacamole (like it's seriously less than a spoonful.) And to top it off, the worst thing, I paid almost a dollar to add lettuce (keep in mind. This should be free, it cost less than a dollar for head of lettuce) and I got less than one leaf of lettuce on my taquitos!!!!literally, it's like a half of a leaf. I will never be back here. Ps. I paid almost $11 for a small Diet Coke and three roll taquitos that is completely Ludacris. Also, when you get the large order of taquitos, you get sour cream, guacamole, and lettuce all over it so anyways won't be back.

I absolutely love Roberto's tacos, rolled tacos, and beans, and rice. For a fast food joint, their food is always delicious, and flavorful.

Compared to others roberto's locations, (im talking several) this location location stands out. The cheese on the nachos was actually melted for once and the rolled tacos were cooked to perfection ( not dry, hard and over cooked, compared to other roberto locations) . I've always expected mediocre food when visiting a roberto's but this location exceeded my exepectactions and i will be making sure to drive to this location from now on.

The food options is abundant, what I ordered, I expected, and was pleased to have. The service is hospitable. They seem shorthanded, which is unfortunate, but she took the time to be very friendly and helpful at the same time. The cleanliness of the restaurant is good considering the Staff cannot come out behind the counter area to tidy up the restaurant as they would like again because they seem short stuff. To me, it is considered a fast food place not a dining restaurant, so that is why I gave it three stars. I think I would come here first before going to a place like wahoo's restaurant.

Customer service was super awesome!!! Haven't been here since 2018 and it's still great food and service !!

The girl at the windows had a terrible attitude and left vegetables out after asking for them.

2 am, Tuesday am. Walked in. Clean inside. Greeted. Pricey, but worth it after a few drinks. Ordered a California burrito. Service Great Cleanliness great Price - meh Customer service great A homeless guy walked in, claims he hasn't ate anything in two days. They offered him a breakfast burrito, on their dime.

Food here is trash. Tacos were blind as hell taste like they just put beef and water in boiled it through some cheese and lettuce on top. They aren't even properly. The actual Roberto's uses a white cheese on top with the cheddar cheese that is included on the taco. It just really has no flavor. I had to go home and fix it up to make it have flavor by seasoning at my damn self very disappointing will never return to this place ever again. The best thing about my meal was the fucking churro and agua Fresca the rest of it is freaking trash

This has to be the worst location for customer service the short Mexican lady that's at the front register has an attitude all the time ,I have been in here many times she's always very rude , time to get rid of her she needs to find a job that doesn't have to deal with customers..

There are never too many Roberto's. My favorite taco and burrito spot just opened up another location even closer to me. This one is also 24/7 like the others and this one has a drive thru! Looking forward to the churros, if they ever get ''em in.

Roberto's in San Diego is fantastic. Roberto's in Las Vegas is lacking, in San Diego a taco is filled near to bursting with meat, cheese, and lettuce, not so in Las Vegas and they didn't have red sauce. They had some sort of a brownish sauce that wasn't bad but it wasn't good.

Used to order lunch here two days a week. No more, what a bunch of slop! Wouldn't feed ot to our German Shepherds! Just awful........

Roberto's ya no es el mismo más caro y menos calidad pero voy a hablar de esta localidad . El servicio no sirve los despachadores son fríos como una roca cuando preguntas algo te responden como si no quieren hablar . Como si estás pidiendo regalado cuando ellos reciben sueldo por tu compra . Ordene súper nachos de pollo . La poción la han disminuido y el pollo apenas le pusieron . Apenas tenía queso apenas tenía nachos . Por eso digo más caro y menos calidad jamás regresaré al menos a esta localidad le voy a dar el beneficio de la duda a los demás Roberto's porque tengo entendido que es una franquicia pero no es la primera ves que pasa la otra ves fui a uno de north las Vegas y los nachos estaban tiesos incomibles . Deberían de hacer mejor trabajo en especial ahora que tienen más competencia

I ordered a burrito with no pico de gallo, as I have a sensitive stomach. After a couple of bites, I noticed that there's a little bit of onions in it, I was just going to ignore it, but after another bite, I realized that they got my order wrong as there's a good amount of pico in it. I thought I'd let them know so they can do a better job next time. But instead of apologizing for getting my order wrong, the lady cut me off and snarkily told me "what happened?! You already ate half of it!". First of all, the burrito wasn't half eaten yet. Second, it would have been okay with just a simple acknowledgment that they made a mistake. I think she might be the owner as she made a comment in Spanish to another worker about my credit card charging a lot. She didn't know that I understand Spanish. Rude service. And the meat was bland. Not coming back here.

Excellent Mexican Food, plenty of locations in the city, I usually have the 3 beef taquito plate along the carnitas burrito. Excellent service and their pickled carrots are nice and crispy as they should be.

Drive thru window area sucks, literally have to step out of car to pay, might as well go inside. Workers don't even make effort to reach. They already know it's too far out. Food is usually okay for a quick run.

Food is usually good here. Or at least it started out that way when they first opened. This location is the closest to me that HAS a drive thru so I used to come here often. One day the prices jumped a few dollars. I know I know, everything has gone up but, there are places that haven't (In-n-out,CFA etc) and if they do it's not much. I guess Roberto's needs to figure out what they are doing. I will just wait until prices come back down to a reasonable price. If they don't, it goes on the once a month list instead of once a week. I should probably eat better anyway

If I could give them 0 stars I would !! Worst place ever , customer service is horrible. We were there in the drive thru for more than 10 min waiting to get help while they were "helping another customer" which seemed more like talking to them . No acknowledgement or atleast a " I'll be right with you " we had to leave and another car behind us as well. DONT GO HERE

EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK! On March 1, 2023,at 2:15 am, my daughter and I placed our order at the drive thru window. I had a burrito and my daughter had 3 beef tacos. She was eating her last taco, and pulled a long brown wavy hair out of mouth. My daughter has black straight hair! I immediately called and spoke to Carmen. She said that we could get a refund, just save the leftover food, call tomorrow and ask for Marisol, the manager. We were disgusted and did not eat the remainder of the food. I was there the next day with the leftover food. I was told that Marisol was her mother but was not there at the moment. I explained to her what had happened and that I was requesting a full refund. She called her mother, and consequently was instructed not to give me a refund, and to only replace the food. Obviously, I did not feel safe to eat there so I declined. She kept insisting that it was NOT "their policy" to give refunds. I WAS a regular customer, and she recognized me too! Marisol would rather lose a regular customer, than to refund my money as I was requesting. That was the last time I will ever order any food from this location! I was compelled to leave this review and I am also calling the health department on Monday. I am attaching photos including the photo of the hair!

Service was horrible lady at the counter hardly spoke English and got an attitude with me because she can't follow simple instruction will not be returning didn't even try the food yet and already lost my appetite because of her attitude sad

this location was very generous with their carne asada fries and they have churros!! will definitely be back

Love Roberto's tacos but this specific location is the worst, have never been satisfied with their food but sadly is the only one closed, not so close to me. No flavor whatsoever on the tacos and finally today I had a carnitas fries with extra meat and the meat is hard dry like if it was seating there for hours NASTY if it wasn't for how far it actually is I would go back and throw it at the cook's face it's a disrespect to my money.

Messed up my whole order, who ever is making the food should be fired. I ordered a California burrito without meat and they give me a bean and cheese with rice. I'm currently on a lunch break and unable to head back. Wish this location could read basic directions, it's almost embarrassing. Won't be returning.....

I came here at 2:45am and seen that their drive through was closed. So I walked up and two workers just in front just talking said it was closed..........I won't come back here ever again....please get NEW EMPLOYEES that know customer service and who are willing to work!

the food service was good the carne asada was very filling the workers were very intended and well kind !! I would visit back

The food was cold. The cheese wasn't melted and the meat on the Carne Asada Burrito we ordered was not seasoned. I would not recommend this Roberto's location.
