"Making its first move into the Chinatown neighborhood, Roberto's Taco Shop will open a counter-service restaurant on the eastern corner of the same new retail building at Arville Street and Spring Mountain Road. A ubiquitous name in Las Vegas for casual Mexican fare, the San Diego–born chain has expanded to more than 60 locations in California and Nevada since 1964; celebrity chef Guy Fieri has said he considers its carne asada burrito a personal “guilty pleasure” and among the best things he ever ate.
