"There’s Rocco’s sports bar in Noho. There’s the pizza-making Rocco’s in Rockaway, and the Home Depot parking lot Rocco, who makes cheesesteaks. And then there’s Rocco Steakhouse, a temple of dry-aged beef in Nomad—which now has a second location in Midtown. A few folks from Wolfgang’s are involved, and the menu is just as classic steakhouse as you’d expect, from bivalves on half-shells to hot fudge sundaes. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rocco’s steakhouse, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a memorable evening out. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the impeccable service provided by our waiter, Edin. Edin was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about ensuring we had a fantastic meal. He expertly guided us through the menu, offering insightful recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly enhanced our dining experience. The food itself was outstanding. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, and the sides complemented the meal beautifully. Every bite was a testament to the quality and care that goes into the preparation of each dish. Overall, Rocco’s steakhouse exceeded our expectations in every way, and Edin's exceptional service played a significant role in making our evening special. I highly recommend this steakhouse to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience. We will definitely be returning soon!

Last night we visited Rocco Steakhouse which recently expanded its presence in New York City with a new location in Midtown, the venue continues the tradition of offering exceptional dry-aged beef in an elegant Art Deco setting. The impeccable service and the perfectly cooked steaks, are to die for also generous portions. The ambiance is both spacious and refined, providing a comfortable dining experience. For those seeking a classic steakhouse experience in a sophisticated environment, Rocco Steakhouse's new Midtown location is a commendable choice. You will not regret.

I had the pleasure of dining at the new Rocco’s on East 57th Street last evening, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! My husband and I sampled several dishes, including the crab cake, lamb chops, and burger—each one showcasing top-notch quality and incredible flavor. Every bite was a testament to the kitchen's dedication to excellence. What truly elevated our evening, however, was the outstanding service from Edon. Not only was he attentive and welcoming, but he also crafted one of the best Dirty Martinis I’ve ever had! His professionalism and warmth made our night all the more memorable. I highly recommend this new Rocco’s location for both its exceptional cuisine and remarkable service. A huge thank you to Edon for making our evening unforgettable!

I found it disappointing that, despite other available tables at the time of seating, we were seated next to a very loud group of six to seven individuals. The volume of their conversation was overwhelming and made for an unpleasant dining experience especially considering it was our anniversary dinner. We couldn’t hear each other at one point. While we considered requesting to be moved after a few minutes, it seemed the decision to seat us there was final as they quickly filled up the other available tables, making it feel too late to ask without causing a disruption. While the staff was attentive to refilling water glasses promptly, they rarely checked in verbally to ensure our meal was satisfactory. Instead, there were very brief moments of eye contact or silent gestures while we were eating that felt too passive and unclear if they were attending to us. The food overall was good. However, we did have one issue with the porterhouse for two. We requested it medium rare, but the filet mignon portion was cooked to medium well. While it wasn’t bad, it wasn’t quite what we asked for. The lobster mac and cheese has a strong seafood flavor to no surprise, so if you enjoy a touch of the ocean in your mac and cheese, it’s worth trying. The creamed spinach was nice and the mashed potatoes were fine. I think clear communication and thoughtful seating arrangements could enhance the overall experience.

Overall full opinion of Rocco Steakhouse 57 I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rocco’s Steakhouse, a classic American steakhouse that promises a hearty, no-frills dining experience with a focus on quality steaks and exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this is a place where tradition and great food take center stage. Ambiance: The interior at Rocco’s is warm and welcoming, with rich leather booths, dark wood paneling, and a cozy, intimate feel. The vibe is casual yet refined, offering a relaxed atmosphere that’s ideal for both date nights and family dinners. The soft lighting and low music create a comfortable environment for conversation, and the attentive staff ensures you’re well taken care of throughout your meal. Service: Service at Rocco’s was top-notch. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. We were quickly seated, and the timing of the meal was perfect—not rushed but never leaving us waiting. The staff checked in regularly without being intrusive, making sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable experience. Food: The steaks here are the main draw, and they certainly don’t disappoint. I ordered the classic New York Strip, cooked to a perfect medium-rare. The steak was tender, juicy, and full of flavor—seasoned simply but effectively to highlight the quality of the meat. I also appreciated the variety of cuts offered on the menu, from filet mignon to bone-in ribeyes. For sides, we opted for the mashed potatoes and the creamed spinach, both of which were rich, comforting, and delicious. The mashed potatoes were perfectly creamy, and the spinach was indulgent without being too heavy. The bread served at the beginning of the meal was also a nice touch—warm and soft, with just the right amount of crunch on the outside. For starters, I tried the shrimp cocktail, which was fresh and served with a tangy cocktail sauce. The portion was generous and a great way to begin the meal. Wine and Cocktails: Rocco’s offers a solid wine list with a nice selection of reds and whites, and the bartender made a great recommendation for a robust red wine to pair with the steak. The cocktail menu features a few classic options, including a well-made old-fashioned. Value: While Rocco’s is definitely on the pricier side, the quality of the food, portion sizes, and attentive service make it well worth the cost. The portions are generous, and the dining experience feels special, making it a great place for celebrations or a night out when you want to indulge. Overall: Rocco’s Steakhouse delivers a classic, no-nonsense steakhouse experience with outstanding steaks, top-tier service, and a comfortable yet refined atmosphere. It’s perfect for those looking for high-quality steak in a welcoming, laid-back setting. If you’re a steak lover, Rocco’s is a must-visit, offering a satisfying meal in a place where the food is the real star. Highly recommended!

Great time at Rocco’s - we sat at the bar for a cocktail before we went to our seat which was lively. The steaks are great and try to get the fried rice as a side - it was amazing.
