Rocky Mountain Pizza has been a go-to spot since my college days at Tech, and it’s still as reliable as ever. Perfect for grabbing a quick beer or pizza with friends - the atmosphere is relaxed and fun with that authentic local joint vibe you can’t find at chains. The rustic wood interior and eclectic decor give it real character, plus it’s conveniently located and consistently good. It’s not fancy, just solid food and drinks in a genuinely enjoyable spot. This is your classic sports bar with plenty a beer on tap and all the classic American food options like nachos, pizza, and burgers. It had a very cabin/ lake house feeling inside with all the wood. There’s a decent amount of bar seating and it goes further back than you expect. I thought the food was decent. It wasn’t terrible but definitely not mind bending. I tried a sub of sorts and it came with sweet potato fries which was a nice option. Our waitress was a little aloof and we were the only group dining in when we went so it shouldn’t have been much to handle anyway. Probably wouldn’t come back but if you needed a place to hang and get a beer and watch sports, you can certainly do that here. Oh, and they’re completely cash-less, card only. You can’t even leave a cash tip, just a good thing to know.

I stopped at Rocky Mountain Pizza in Atlanta, Georgia before my flight because I was looking for pizza by the slice. It was a great choice — the place is nice, spacious, has plenty of parking, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. I recommend it!

I truly enjoyed my experience here. The individual pizza is a perfect size, and they have a good selection of toppings. I was impressed with the craft beer selection too. Most notably, the service were excellent, despite the restaurant being absolutely packed. Our server Maddy made sure that we were never wanting for anything. She was always calm and available. We'll definitely be back!

Wow, was this a letdown. Ordered cause the top of the pizzas look charred some which I like. Get it and the bottom of the pizza is undercooked, complete opposite of the top. Very floppy, soggy. Then they call their wings "The Best" and showed up with zero lemon pepper on them. Got plain wings. First and last time. Hard pass.

If you're a Georgia Tech student, you already know that this is the best place for trivia around. I consistently come here for trivia on Tuesdays and Thursdays (usually either or), and man, these are some core memories! About the food: everything served is what you'd anticipate at a bar: pizza, sandwiches, fried stuff, etc. Unfortunately, because of it's location between midtown and west midtown, their prices have really increased and are a bit unreasonable for the quality and quantity of food you're getting. I ordered a pepperoni pizza (medium) last week, and I felt like it was more oil than it was cheese and pepperoni. I think the only worth-while things to order is a pitcher of [insert your favorite beer/cider from menu] and their fried pickles. I ordered a philly cheesesteak and it was in a tiny hoagie with lukewarm, soggy fries. Though incredibly salty, their sour-salty taste make them supremely addicting to munch on. I would say the service is decent as their team is mostly students. It is very much a seedy feeling bar. I have never been here for an Eagles game, but it does seem super hype as it is when trivia is occurring. Highly recommend coming here for trivia sometime!

Food was good. Our server was great. The bartender (redhead w/nose-ring) was terrible. We were told she was the *mgr*. She was rude, talked to guys sitting at the bar while our server took 20+ orders, bussed tables, ran food, etc. Made our evening really awful. Dont go here, too much drama.

Delivery & Quality are the things that are not on the menu, but, hand-in-hand combination of expectations are On-The-Money: BRAVO‼

Was introduced to this place back in 2009 as an undergraduate student at CAU. It's been a place I have frequented ever since just for a beer and the tequila lime wings. I never order anything else to eat other than those. The atmosphere is pretty chill unless you go on a trivia night or a night where it's packed with Tech students. But it's never an over the top atmosphere. I give it a 4 star because sometimes the waitresses/waiters are slow to greet and or overlook me sometimes. Not sure what's that about buttttt.... Anyways. ‍

Great food college atmosphere and the sublime burger was truly sublime. I only had half but I'm gonna get my back big later tonight lol. Oh and the service was great he was very attentive! Apple pie was okay it satisfied my sweet tooth.

I was surprised to see so many negative reviews as I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here. I hadn't been in 5-10 years and went during the UGA/GT game so expected it to be total chaos. It was very crowded and loud but a fun environment to watch a game in. You order ahead through your phone and pay so you don't need to wait for a server. Because of this, service was MUCH faster than I would've expected if we had a specific server assigned to the table. Drink selections were great and they had good drink specials. Pizza was nothing special but I wasn't looking for a 5 star meal. Large slices for the price. Overall, would come back here again, especially to watch a game!

We were so excited to try their trivia. On the website it says that trivia is on Thursdays at 8:30pm. We had heard that the place fills up quickly so we made sure we got there by 8:05. No tables were available so we were waiting for a table to be done that wasn't playing trivia so we could sit. At 8:14, they start the trivia early. We went and asked if we could join but they said we had to have a table. We got the table by 8:25 (before the actual trivia time) and tried to join trivia then. But the host very rudely said no we're done giving out cards. He wouldn't look us in the eye, wouldn't apologize for starting trivia early, instead he grunted at us a bunch and very meanly refused us. We were so disappointed :( even the food was just alright but I think that's more because we were just sad at how rudely they turned us away even though they started early. I will say that the trivia ambience was super lively and it looked fun for those who got to play!

We went on trivia night and it was so packed there was nowhere to sit. So if you want to do trivia get there EARLY! But we still wanted to try it so we went on Wednesday and it wasn't busy at all. Loved the atmosphere and it felt very 'tavern-y' with different games playing. The food was incredible, I thought the Sublime Burger would be too rich and it was just on the cusp! The wings and sampler were also good. Our service was great and our server was really helpful and funny too! Absolutely loved it

It saddens me to write this review, because I did not expect this out of Rocky Mountain Pizza. The quality has really went down. The pizza, both Buffalo chicken and Smokehouse, were of poor representation I know RMP to be. They both were dry and tasteless; along with being over cooked. The thin crust was hard. I hope this review finds them to step it up, again, and get back to the quality and product they once were producing.

Good college bar right near GT campus. They do bar trivia at 8:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday nights. I went on Tuesday around 7:45 to make sure I got a table. Make sure you go early because it fills up. Ordered some coors light draft ($3.5) and a pretzel ($5.5) to start. Pretzel was good, but probably wouldn't order it again. My partner and I split a large pizza, half CAJUN (Andouille sausage, grilled blackened chicken, melted mozzarella, Monterey Jack, and cheddar cheese), and half SMOKEHOUSE (BBQ sauce, mesquite grilled chicken, Applewood smoked bacon, Monterey Jack, and cheddar cheese) for $21. Overall pizza was great. Servers were attentive and trivia was fun! I'd definitely return

They don't take cash and be prepared To pay for what ever you order before you get it. Oh yeah Apple Pay not accepted. Server offered to pay for our food ahead of time management was horrible. I'm not one to complain but this place needs to get their stuff together

Went with a group and got four pizzas: cheese, pepperoni, meat lovers, veggie. All pizzas are really good, also got a order of lemon pepper wings. They were a bit dry but overall good. Would definitely return.

Came here with a large group and we were seated on the patio. I ordered the Smokehouse pizza and it was completely average. The crust and dough tasted pretty bland. Some parts of my crust were actually burnt and inedible. The pizza was also somewhat dry and I was a bit disappointed overall especially considering the price. I won't be coming back anytime soon.

The positive: Great place to grab drinks and the environment is very casual and fun. My friend was very excited to go here and to be honest we had a great time. Out waitress was amazing(wish i got her name). The service was excellent! Why I gave 2 stars. Most of the beers we wanted on pitcher were out, which was very unfortunate and on a Friday evening. We were extremely hungry and the prices for the food were quite high for a bar so we expected something good or even decent. We were quite disappointed. The fries were soggy with cheese on top and it looked like it was microwaved. The pizza was not impressive even for a bar pizza. The wings were tad but salty than expected. And the fries had no salt. I am not very picky about my food but I was sort of disappointed by the food here, especially for the price. That being said, still a great place for beers but will eat before hand.

The restaurant put fraudulent charges my daughter's debit card a few hours after she paid for her meal. The fraudulent charges were 10 times more than her actual meal cost that she had paid for. When confronted, the manager agreed to retract the charges but has not done so. I'm disappointed that the corrupt management would take advantage of a student paying with a debit card to try to make a few extra bucks. The friends she was with even went back with her to show their receipts to prove everyone had paid. Shame on these people!!!

Perfect pub atmosphere, great food, great beer! It didn't hurt that we were visiting from Philadelphia & accidentally stumbled upon a Philly bar! Now I want to get back for football season!

I ate here for lunch the other week and was terribly disappointed. I got a burger, fries and wings. The burger was greasy and bland, wings were dry and overcooked, and this restaurant has the worst french fries I've ever eaten.

I ordered the Cajun wings. The wings were hard and over cooked and they didn't have any flavor. I won't be back.

We had a large group of 12 for trivia night. We sat on the porch. We started out with drinks. The beer list is not available on the digital menu requiring our poor waiter to go back-and-forth each time we would order something unavailable. But all in all, we had good service from our new hire. We shared pizzas (we had a South Forty and a Veggie) along with hot and lemon pepper wings, and an order of loaded nachos. Everything was tasty, served hot. A little better than your average bar fare. Trivia was fun and well attended.

Had to write a review because this entire experience was terrible. When we sat down our server (never got his name) told us to order using the QR code on the table. Took 20 minutes to give us bottled water. Once 25 minutes hit after ordering, our server said he saw on ticket and it would be out shortly and proceeded to go off the clock. Our new server/food runner proceeded to see why our food was taking so long but then never came back to the table and ignored us. After an hour, I proceeded to get a manager to figure out where our order was and she stated it was never entered, even though our first waiter said it was. Never coming here again.

Came in, waited 20 minutes to see a waiter, finally ordered a beer from the bar. Crap attitude from the bar tender(Her highness) Waited some more for a waiter. Was informed that all orders must be done over QR code at the table. No signs indicating this. Asked for a menu. Told to see the waiter(singular) that no one could find. Finally gave up and left. I would say it was the worst service ever at this place, but this time we got no service. As far as we are concerned, this place is closed. They are not open. I have been here in the past and it was great. Not anymore.

Been going here for years. Great spot for pizza, and trivia night on Tuesday's and Thursday's is always fun. Enjoyed going here with groups and friends while I was in school. One of the managers (Mike) is always walking around and checks on you too. The waiters are mostly Tech students, and although the place gets crazy on Thursday's, they still provide good service amidst all the chaos. Food is good and overall its a nice cozy spot for some cheap beer and pizza. Appetizers are also really good. Most of the 1 star reviews on here are people who expected this place to be an upscale pizza place with perfect service and food, and therefore disappointed themselves. Rocky is Rocky, a cheaper place with a dive feel for college students. It does a great job at being that. Thanks!

This is self-serve to a whole new level- order all and pay via your phone, they do at least bring you your crap, but that's not even the worst of it. Please see above picture of my slice of pizza that appears to have a bite taken out of it. Please also note the size of the slice of pizza compared to the plate. I have never been to a pizza joint where you order pizza by the slice and it is the size of a red baron slice. I don't think they have AC. And forget about cleanliness, I was scared to use their Parmesan cheese, oh wait I didn't need it, because I couldn't eat my pizza. Don't waste your time or money, this place is AS$.

This place was literally down the street from where my daughter was renting a room in a house while a student at Ga Tech. We did a takeout order while the state was still in quarantine, so I can't comment on what the place is like to eat in. Seems like a fun enough bar and grille for a college area. My daughter built her own pizza, my wife got a medium veggie pizza (it was huge!) and I got a burger with barbecue sauce and bacon. They both enjoyed their selections, and the flavor of my burger was good but the burger patty itself was a little dry (no pink in the middle). It was a good takeout option for us and I'm sure this place will be humming again when students are allowed to return.

Great pizza, good service. The crust was just shy of perfect, not crispy enough under the pie fillings but still a good one. Ordered delivery, fast and courteous driver. Enjoy this pizza!

Looked this place up on Google Maps. Kitchen open late is a lie. Arrived 10 after 11, and the kitchen was closed. This place closes at midnight so getting wings should be no problem. Wrong. According to this site "Yelp" the kitchen is open late at this facility. Disappointing first time to this place. Won't be back.

As a West Philly native there is no other way I would spend my Sundays, Thursdays, or Mondays than Rocky Mountain Pizza watching the game. This place is buzzing with Eagles fans on game days and has a true sports fan feel. With multiple TVs all around the walls this location is so ideal to come with friends and sit at one of the comfortable inside booths or some out to the back patio with some fresh air. I have had so many great memories here. Obviously, the greatest one being the Superbowl win last year against the Pats. I could rewind that night a million times and every time I would continue to choose Rocky Mountain Pizza as my place to watch history unfold! With the most capable and attentive servers I've seen in any sports bar in Atlanta this place is great to watch any event. Now on to the food and drinks. I have had pizza here.. delicious, fries here... delicious, chicken wings here.... delicious, but my go to has to be the loaded chicken nachos. Perfect game time food for me. Also this place has a wonderful drink menu with great shots that will have the entire table lit! 5 out of 5 for me!

I'll keep this simple. Somehow or another this has definitely become my go to place to chill out and watch football, basketball, baseball, and soccer. With all those sports, I'm probably spending more time here than I should be but I meannnnn this place is always fun! It's not hard to find RMP as it's right off Hemphill and 10th street (before you get to Northside) and parking has never been an issue. They have a lot behind the building (but of course it's rocky) and plenty of free street parking. You can always grab your own seat so don't expect to wait in line (even when it's busy I've been able to find a seat for my friends and I). Service is always good. Usually a Tech Student just trying to make some change. The menu is simple. Lots of cocktail drinks, beer, pizza, sandwiches, and other stuff but best of all the food and drinks won't drain your pockets. I love that they have $3 shorties that can be turned into full drinks and their mozzarella sticks....good gracious. So good. So yeah. Nothing fancy to see here people. Come as you are and stay for awhile. Cause I sure do!

Good vibe to the bar. Pizza is subpar but the calzones are very good. You have to order everything from your phone which is weird but you get used to it pretty quick.

Get ready to have your car broken into and/or get robbed when you come out. This place used to be really good when Kimbro was the waiter, but ever since do yourself a favor and avoid avoid avoid - unless you're down to your last $20 bucks and dying for $15 / pitcher High Life. BTW Pizza used to be good but is now terrible. ALSO: Did I mention getting robbed here when you walk outside??? Guess what the police are paid by the owners to not report robberies...... you have been warned!!

We ended up here by accident but what an experience it turned out to be! We were a party of 12 including a baby, two toddlers and two teenagers. We had our own little section on the stage and it was perfect for our group! We were celebrating my daughters birthday and they accommodated us with our cake and all! We cannot give Jess enough praise for her excellent service!! Thank you for creating an experience for us!

Honestly a hole in the wall type of place that doesn't look like much from the outside but a great place to hang out with your friends. A typical college bar but with a cabin interior. I went for trivia night which happens every Tuesday and Thursday and it was a fun night with my friends. The food is pretty good and the fries were super crispy.

Wouldn't recommend coming here. I had brought in a sandwich from outside that I didn't eat for lunch. I still ordered a pizza with some friends and had a slice- it was subpar- but when we finished the pizza I was still hungry. I ate my sandwich and left the wrapper on the plate because there weren't any trash cans. a few minutes later the chef came out and asked whose plate had the wrapper on it and I said me. He then told me that I wasn't welcome back for bringing in outside food even though they didn't have any signs prohibiting it. He then came out again a little later and kicked my entire table out. Terrible service. Please don't go here.

Great service and food! Visiting from Nashville and needed a quick fix for our family after traveling. We didn't know what to make of the atmosphere, whether or not families are welcome, but it was family friendly after all. The waiter was friendly and service was quick. The food was delish! Pizza, 5*. Ability to answer the phone so you can order ahead of time? 2*... Sitting at the bar watching the pizzas pile up at the end of the oven, waitress apologized and said the cook hates help, even if he needs it sometimes. Meh, it's good pizza pretty quick though!

this place is a college favorite. my friends and i started coming here in 2009 and we have been loyal since. I came here for a last minute bday dinner for a quick bite, quick catch up and watch the basketball game. its a perfect place to mingle with friends or family, have conversations with strangers and just enjoy yourself. they have inside and covered outside sitting. large groups are better accomendated in the back. they have tvs everywhere, the food is good and the shots are strong. always a great time here.

Love this place everything about it makes you feel at home treat you with respect very comfortable the food was good the burger with the donuts was delicious! Never mind the fact that the mozzarella sticks are homemade! Everything was delicious no complaints never mind the good drinks for three dollars! I had a great time

This place is simply ok. It's located near the GA Tech campus so a lot of the people here are college students. Not necessarily my scene anymore... you know what I mean? My husband and I order a veggie pizza and it was decent. Nothing extraordinary here. On the bright side! We learned that Thursday night is Trivia Night! There was a great turn out when we were there. And the prize- A Rocky Mountain Pizza gift card.

So, we all get a table and the waiter says you have to scan the sticker on the table to view the menus, order and pay. This takes quite a while to do for everyone. Like 10 minutes. Awful system. Why have waiters? They just bring your order or drinks when it goes through the system. If I ever go back, I'll tell them my phone is dead.

Rocky's is Tech's last remaining college bar, and for that I am grateful. There's no better place open late to get some pitchers with your friends. The service has been great every time I've been. The food isn't too die for, but for the location and what it is, it's far better than it needs to be.

Don't order bacon, you will get a tiny scoop on one piece of pizza and that's it. The crust and dough is flavorless, I typically like to eat crust but I scraped off the toppings and didn't eat the crust or dough at the bottom of the pizza. This is a no in my book

Worst system/service possible. This place has so much potential and really good food, but 3 out of 4 times I've been here I have waited more than an hour and a half after ordering. So frustrating

Rocky Mountain Pizza is not the place to go if you're looking for good pizza. It is, however, the place to go if you're wanting a nice place to hang out, grab a drink, or play trivia once a week. Rocky's food is pretty standard--just your average bar food and your better-than-Papa-John's pizza. Being one of the only bars near Georgia Tech's campus, it's nice and convenient for students to go after a long week. There are also cheap drink options, albeit that might mean you're going for that pitcher of High Life. Rocky's atmosphere is nice. Tranquil at best and loud at worst. Overall, I don't recall ever having to strain my voice to be heard while here. There's also both indoor and outdoor seating, and, for the most part, an abundance of it. I have been here at very busy times where seating isn't as available, but this doesn't happen too often.

If you want your pizza ASAP, they will deliver that. If you are planning something and want it delivered in a certain time frame, forget about it.

Best pizza I've had so far. I had the avalanche pizza and my daughter had a calzone! Too late to take pics lol but this spot has a cool vibe with great costumer service! #eurekachanel oh by the way they have real chicken noodle soup...yummy

My husband used go here a lot when we was in school at Tech, so he wanted me to try it too. I enjoyed it. We ordered some medium wings and a make your own pizza for lunch. The wings were really good!
