Rondo

Me and my friends had a wonderful experience at Rondo in Holborn. The service from Bouchra and Margaux was absolutely amazing — so friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was delicious, especially the scallops, lamb, cod, and the refreshing sorbet. The quince clafoutis is a yummy desert if you still have space after the food. The best way is to order the sharing way, all the flavours blends so beautifully together. The interior is gorgeous and the atmosphere is super cosy, making the whole evening feel special. Great drinks and mocktails too. I can't wait to be back x

Decent food in a nice setting - while we loved the mushroom and the cod mains, the goat’s curd, the mushroom and the artichoke appetisers were okay, and it is more on the expensive side. That said, they offer good drinks, decent service and a nice ambiance. Overall a decent spot for a midweek meal.

We love the Hoxton and dining at Rondo. We got married in The Apartment last year and were back for our anniversary dinner. Always feels super classy and relaxed every-time we go. The service is amazing and the food was on point. We had the scallops, burrata, lamb chops and chicken. Followed by Eton mess and the Peachy vegan dairy free dessert which was delicious! With the orange wine, a new favourite. Can’t wait to go back and wish we’d stayed the night so we could stay for longer.

Honestly, there is nothing we can fault about our experience. My boyfriend took me for Valentines and it was the perfect evening. Firstly the staff were super friendly and attentive. The food was the best we’ve tasted in a long time. The chicken parfait with its crispy chicken skin was delicious. The sourdough and sweet butter devine. He had the hake and I had the roasted squash with artichokes - phenomenal!! Even the toilets were cool! If you want an experience choose Rondo!!!

Great restaurant! I went in to try the Good Food Guide weekly menu and it was outstanding. The dumplings were incredibly flavourful with a beautiful texture, and the cassoulet was rich, comforting, and delicious. But the real star was the dessert. The cornflake panna cotta! 😍 10/10, absolutely loved this place.

Obsessed with the service! Claudia, Alejandro and Miryam did an amazing job. I could enjoy my coffee, my breakfast and I had a nice chat with them. We need more people like them 🫶

Four of us spent our NYE night here and it was brilliant! Attentively hosted from the very first second; paired with food (some sterling recommendations) that was some of the best I’ve had in Central London for a good while. The atmosphere was relaxed but with plenty of charm. We stayed here all night & we’ll definitely be back!

Didn’t get a chance to try the food but my friend and I went to the bar any chance we had during our stay; the service is really thoughtful and a special thanks to barista Iza who was super sweet and caring! the ambience is so ambivalent, with a serious and working vibe during the day time and an elegant one once the clock hits aperitif time.
