the cheese cake was really good. I like the Asian face waitress, she always wears a smile and very friendly. But I wanna say the woman at the reception who welcomes guests at the concierge was really bad attitude! She is rude, our appointment was 8pm and I arrived on time but my friend arrived at 8:20. Then the receptionist woman came to our table saying: you need to leave at 10! Direct and strong with that long face which ruined our whole experience ! Imagine how can you enjoy your dinner before you even start with this kind of voice of tone and that face!

I still keep the taste in my mouth of the great caprese salad, with superb quality of tomatos sweet and succulent, great quality of melting mozzarela. Wine was great too. We did nit have reservation and still we were allowed to seat with time limitation that was more then enough for us.The pizza wazs very tasty but according to our taste we would preferred to have more crusty bottom and not to be burned from one side.

Don't miss Torreznos otherwise you will regret forever... It is basically a fried bacon, but this one from Roostiq were recommended by local friends. They had smoky and rich flavor...so good. Highly recommended to book a table in advance!

Excellent is the best way to describe this location. Loved every dish, especially the Torreznos Roostiq! It's the best representation of this classic Spanish dish. Try as much as you can here. Pizza is also good. You can watch them make it and those who know what they're looking for will know its noteworthy. This place is recommended. Will be back!

We visited Roostiq twice because I enjoyed it so much. My son found it, and I'm so glad. Both times I had the grilled chicken and kale salad. The chicken was cooked to perfection, so juicy and flavorful. I don't even like kale, but it was dressed in olive oil and Parmesan, and I ate every single leaf. My son and girlfriend had pizza and loved it. The Chardonnay was a nice complement to a splendid meal. The cheesecake was to die for. Don't leave without having it! If I'm back in Madrid, I'll definitely be stopping by for dinner. The service was excellent and the ambiance wonderful. Highly recommend!

You MUST get the pork belly. One of the best things I have ever eaten in my life. The atmosphere was very special and the food was incredible. I had a beautiful piece of Picanha along with the pork belly. I will absolutely be back. Perfect for a special dinner for someone on a Carnivore, Keto, or low carb diet.

We had a fantastic dinner. Servers gave us some great recommendations. Everything from the drinks to the food was perfect.

We had an amazing dinner at Roostiq: very delicious food and service was great. You definitely need to try the Torreznos!
