"At this decades-old panaderia in LoHi, dozens upon dozens of types of pan dulce await in the display cases and behind the counter, from palmier-like orejas and shell-shaped conchas to pumpkin or apple empanadas. Don’t miss the luscious but not cloying tres leches cake and buttercream-filled besos (spherical sandwich cookies)." - Eater Staff

Google
this bakery is a must go! their baked goods are beyond delicious, tamales are fresh, staff is friendly, and everything is extremely reasonably priced. You can absolutely taste the love and family in each bite.

Google
About as old school as it gets for Denver bakeries. Love to chop it up with La Jefa in front to get the low down on the history and good eats. The sheer variety of items is awesome. Conchas, churros, cookies, turnovers, TRES LECHES! they have it all and at great prices. Definitely come out and support this local legend 👍

Google
Bread and concha’s are on point! I got a cake with fruit. Unfortunately the strawberry we’re molding. No biggie removed fruit from cake an the day was saved.

Nazza Nazza

Google
One of the best pan dulce in Denver. They also sell tortas and menudo to go.

Everything was fresh and the service was amazing. There was so much to chose from and everything I purchased was amazing.

Google
I truely love this place! When I'm up this way I always stop by. Today I got 4 danish like treats and it was not expensive at all, $6-ish. I can't say enough about the cookies that melt in your mouth! 🤤 Or the cake with the fudge frosting. And fresh doughnuts when they have them! I dont think I've ever walked out disappointed! Or hungry! I wish the bakeries by me were half as good!

Lo Mae

Google
While the overall atmosphere felt a bit unwelcoming, which might be due to cultural differences or simply a rough day for the staff, I was happy to purchase a few sweet treats. Despite the initial vibe, the lady at the front did recommend a pasty when I asked about her favorite item, which I appreciated. Thank you for the treats, and I hope things improve for everyone.

Google
Amazing! Talk about an exploration of traditional Mexican baked goods from Rosales’ bakery! Grab a clean tray and carefully select the delights from over 30 different baked delights including cakes I didn't know existed! I don't know the names of my selections, but they were light, crispy and melted in my mouth! Not too sweet and the textures were mouth-watering! Be prepared to walk away knowing you will come back to try more because the prices are crazy affordable and they taste like home- not a factory floor. Bring a dozen cookies from Rosales’s bakery next time you have a party or get together and skip the Chips Ahoy because life is about the real food and the real experiences of local culture and flavors!

Yelp
Too many choices.... Churros were great! Looks ordinary but the baked goods are far from ordinary.

Yelp
I had a chance to visit this place as we were in the mood for an authentic pan dulce! It was suggested by someone else who I believe found this place through a list so we all visited Rosales for the first time. 05/10/2024 As we went through the bakery, you can smell the fresh baked aromas! We couldn't decide on the conchas, the empanadas, or even their elmo/cookie monster breads LoL We also purchased a budin (i may have misspelled it, but if you know, you know!) which is also known as a Capirotada. It had raisins and coconut! It was delish! I was saddened by the fact that they didn't have the puerquitos / cochinitos but the other bread made up for it. If in the area, I would definitely drive back there again just to be more mindful of the bread choices! The girl at the front counter just stuffed the breads into the bag and I felt sad because the breads kind of broke / fell apart thereafter, especially because the conchas had been kind of thrown in there by her as a second thought! Chocolate dust down!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yelp
I was in my "shop local" and "shop small" mood today. When this business came up in my "bakery" search I did a while back, for some reason, I didn't go. Whatever the hesitancy I had back then didn't exist in me today any longer so I wasted no time and hopped in my car. This is definitely a so-called Mom-and-Pop establishment. In the neighborhoods of Highland and Sunnyside where gentrification has become the norm these days, I appreciate a business that humbly exists without losing its true colors. Its appearance inside out looks old but they remain in their original state when it all began however many years ago. I like that, and I SUPPORT!! I absolutely had a hard time choosing which ones to get. Displays after displays of sweets tantalized me to the core. I didn't need to know what they were (I couldn't identify many of them anyway!! You can't be afraid to try something new and different, right?) so I placed whatever that caught my attention on the tray with tongs and headed to the register. A young lady greeted me in Spanish saying "buenos dias" which was immediately followed by "good morning " (she realized that I didn't speak Spanish; wish I did though!!) Some chicharrone pieces, one churro, and a square of some sweet pastry only came to $11 with some change. How reasonable! My purchase experience at this small business made me feel like I was in a very authentic store nestled in a town/city in Mexico. Churro was delicious. A bit of crunchiness on the outside but soft on the inside. It didn't disappoint me in any way! Square of pastry was also good! Tastes a bit like cheese cake but better than cheese cake. This is a dense cake but not too decadent with a bit of sweetness. Loved it! Chicharrone meat was good as well. It became a nice accompaniment to the salad I ate later. Next time...I'll definitely grab a bag of tamales. They looked so good!!

Yelp
Very cute bakery. I could have selected wrong, but my cookie was overly sweet. Reasonably priced.

Yelp
We're doing a tour of Mexican/Latin American bakeries in Denver and were told that Rosales was a must for our list and so it is! Colorful cookies and really tasty baked goods. Our featured sample was the tres leches cake. Made Mexican style, with a yellow sheet cake as the base, the flavor and texture was excellent and fresh strawberries added an excellent touch. Located in the near west side of Denver , Rosales is easy to get to and worth the drive if you're coming from the burbs.

Yelp
Ordered pan de muerto and cookies for Dia de los Muertos and it was amazing! Thank you!
google avatar

Savanna B.

Yelp
Tasty local shop with a variety of freshly baked Mexican treats. There are so many good things to choose from- it's hard to decide. That said, I'm not sure you can go wrong. The other nice thing is that everything is pretty reasonably priced. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a stop. There aren't any tables though, so be prepared to take your cookies etc to go!
google avatar

Yelp
For $8 I got 5 baked items that ranged from meh to a-meh-zing. If I knew what I was buying I probably could have bought all good stuff but as a naive gringo I just yolo'd it. I will definitely be back to buy more of the things I loved and to try some other goodies! The empanada looking things filled with fruit were my favorite!
google avatar

Becca B.

Yelp
Incredible selection, reasonable prices, great service and flavors that were definitely on point! Though we do not currently live near a panadería, stopping in here reminded us of the one we had in our hometown, which made it worth the trip over. We tried the conchas, orejas, churros, and apple turnovers and loved each one! Lovely local Mexican bakery.
google avatar

Mariel M.

Yelp
I was really nervous going for the first time! I have high expectations for my pan. It was a lot smaller than I expected but it felt homie. I didn't think I would be able to find a good panadería near by but the pan here is fresh and yummy! Definitely must try! I will be going back to try the tamales and I will follow up with another review.
google avatar

Renaye V.

Yelp
If you're looking for an authentic Mexican bakery look no further! This is the best of the best. So many options to pick from, even the best tamales I've had since moving from Los Angeles 11 years ago. The prices are very fair, I got 2 large bags of pastries, and only spent $19.00. There is street parking, which can fill up quickly but at least it's not metered.

Yelp
You're going to want to find out for yourself why this place has been open for 50+ years! Authentic, friendly environment, and so tasty.

Nicole R.

Yelp
Amazing, pastries that melt in your mouth, a large selection, and you can see the ladies in the back making more fresh pastries. 10 out of 10 we will be back.

Nancy B.

Yelp
I called at 2pm to order 30 churros - they made them fresh and had them ready for me by 3:30pm on the same day! When I walked into the bakery it smelled like heaven, and there was an amazingly large variety of all kinds and colors of Mexican sweet breads and cakes. The lady at the counter was a ray of sunshine too! We'll be back!!

Edith H.

Yelp
Poor service. Really awful bread. Pre Ordered a tres leches cake only to cancel on me 2 hours before pick up. Terrible service. If I can give them 0 stars I would.
google avatar

Kelsey T.

Yelp
Churroooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooos! Literally so tasty and perfect for a sweet treat. We will be back to try some of the other pastries! Staff was super nice too!

Yelp
Honestly - if you're looking for the best place for Mexican pastries in Denver - you'll find it here in Rosales. The conchas here are honestly compared to some of the pastries made in my hometown - and it honestly says a lot as i'm a fellow countryman myself. It is also a grocery store - and it has the same items one can find in a local tiendita. If you are searching for a authentic place of mexican pastries - and local goods - this is it!

Evi F.

Yelp
Delicious traditional baked good. Wonderful people. Staff work so hard to produce a huge assortment of treats you will crave!

Yelp
If you're in the mood to try something sweet and new - maybe you're in the mood to be surprised (because barely anything is labeled) and you want to be able to try 19 different things without breaking the bank, then Rosales Mexican Bakery is the place for you. Don't be intimidated by the iron bars fencing in every visible window on the outside, just pretend you're in the Bronx and come on in. They have shelves of cookies, breads, sweet rolls, cakes.. I mean every Mexican treat you can probably think of, they got it. Freshly baked and made with love right in the back. Grab a tray and some tongs and have at it. I'm not exactly sure what the pricing structure is like here, but the bf and I came in with our raging sweet teeth in tow and grabbed one of each thing that called to us. Any other dessert shop (especially in Denver) and our haul would've been an easy $17. Not here - only $6 and some change. I almost grabbed more. We were there pretty late in the evening (they close late everyday at 10pm) and there were a couple of folks with us picking their fave treats too. They've been open since the 70's with zero signs of slowing down. No fancy frills over here, this place is just plain GOOD.

Yelp
Want a real treat made with loving care? Then this is the right place. Scratch made Mexican breads and pastries to delight your taste buds. The offerings are many and include a wide variety of tastes, sizes and styles. The best thing is you can come here and know that your getting finely crafted fresh goods.
google avatar

Fayona S.

Yelp
They make all of their pastries in house and when I say the churros are to die for oh my gosh I had a caramel field churro so amazing they have a variety of pastries so you can go in and pick and choose what you want they're not really expensive. This was my first time ever going to a Mexican bakery and they did not disappoint they have set the new standard and I love it!! Lol me and my friend went back 2 days in a row. I do recommend!!!

Yelp
Entering this place made me feel like a little kid who just entered Willy Wonka chocolate factory. Even though the place looks are extremely humble the choices and the smell of the bakery when you enter makes you emotional happy. We are not very familiar with Mexican bakeries so our choices were mostly based on how the baked good looked. We went with the Chocolot donut and some kind of huge biscuit with chocolate on top. The donut was average and we should have known better in choosing something more unique than a donut from a Mexican bakery. The biscuit was amazing and reminded us of some treats we had neck home in Kuwait. Each piece of baked good we got was 90 cent!!! For the money you get more than what you would expect. Here are my ratings: Chocolate doughnut: 6/10 Biscuit and chocolate on top: 8/10

Yelp
This place has been on my list since moving to Denver almost a year ago. I finally made it in and I am really torn between giving Rosales 3 or 4 stars. I finally landed on 3 because while you really can't beat the price- not everything was fresh and the customer service was seriously lacking. In short- if you have a sweet tooth and want some cheap treats - go here and expect to get what you pay for. One note before I get into my lengthy review: a lot of folks who left bad reviews complained that the pastries were dry. My limited experience with Mexican pastry is that it's more like a sweet bread than European style pastries we find in most bakeries. So yes- these are kind of dry and cake like, but I'm pretty sure that's just the style of pastry. The Price: You'll pay about $1 a pastry and $2 for a slice of tres leches or flan. The pastries are huge so you feel like you're getting a great deal when you walk out. Customer Service: Maybe I came in at the wrong time, there was a group of 4-5 people taking up the store who were obviously incredibly high tourists. From reading reviews knew to grab a tray and help myself, good thing since no one working there acknowledged my presence. I couldn't find things despite signs saying to use them. I ended up using my hands bc I could t get assistance. kinda gross and no one said anything. The group was still paying by the time I finished picking my stuff out. I was waiting patiently, and just as the group walked out a group of men who obviously knew the women working there walked in and walked right in front of me. The woman behind the counter just went on helping them! I put my heavy tray down on the counter to show I was done and a woman came out of the back looking very irritated. She spoke to me in Spanish, unfortunately those 2 college semesters of language didn't stick so I had no idea what she said. I replied, 'just these and a slice of tres leches please' with a big smile feeling insecure about my inability to speak Spanish. She rolled her eyes, dished out the cake and told me my total in Spanish. I had to ask, 'what' and she unhappily told me the total in English. I was super patient here and said nothing, but this was some terrible customer service. Maybe it was the tourists who were there ahead of me, maybe it was bc it was the end of the day (7pm but they close at 10pm) but I felt really unwelcome. Access: Finding it is easy- large signage. It's on the little strip on 32nd by the burger place and menchies. Parking is a pain here and the biggest deterrent. Taste: The only really bad thing was the elephant ear. It tasted about a week old- you could use it as a weapon it was so hard. As others noted, hardly anything is labeled and unless you speak Spanish, good luck getting an answer. I got 10 different items- everything was just okay. The only thing that I really enjoyed was the giant white ball shaped cookie thing. The tres leches was terrible. The cake was okay, the frosting was gross. Maybe it's just my taste and they make it classic? I don't know. The frosting tasted like sweet lard to me and the cake needed waaayy more milk mixture soaked into it. I'd never order that again. Since others have mentioned it- I'll agree that it didn't feel like the cleanest place in the world, but I think it's honestly just the system. I've been in a few other Mexican/Latin bakeries and they use a similar help your self system with trays or bags that feels off since we are used to counters being off limits to customers. Its pretty close to me so I would maybe go back here if I was really craving cookies or something sweet and everything else was closed.

Yelp
This is an authentic Mexican Bakery! If you love Mexican sweet bread, this is where you can find it in Denver. I am particularly a fan of the "conchas," and 9/10 times, they are fresh and delicious. The last time I got these, they were sitting on the cookie sheet / baked trays, in the metal, shelved-stands, behind the sales counter. Since they were not in the pastry case, I believed they were the most recent baked, and were fresh. Much to my disappointment, they were not. They were a bit over-baked, hard and crispy, especially on the bottom. Nevertheless, I'll be back! Most of the time they are perfect! They also have a big variety of other sweet baked Mexican pastries you're sure to love, if you're a fan of Mexican sweet bread!

Yelp
STALE HARD BREAD: I was in the area and excited that I found a Mexican bakery nearby as I had been craving conchas. In walking in I was surprised at how many options were available, however the sweet bread that I had come in for was behind the counter and now I know why. Excited to get home and have a piece when I opened the bag and reached for my chocolate concha it felt hard like it had been sitting for a couple of days. I was so disappointed! Also, the woman behind the counter was very unpleasant. Will not be going back.

Yelp
I've found it - the authentic, family-owned Mexican bakery of my dreams, right here in my neighborhood! This place has all the delicious Mexican pastries and delicacies, baked fresh daily. Nothing is labeled so plan to practice your Spanish if you have questions about what's available, but I don't really think you could go wrong. Everything is affordably priced and I love supporting a local business that has deep roots in the Highlands. I especially loved the fruit options- I tried the Apple turnover and the pineapple stuffed empanada. Cinco estrellas, por supuesto!
google avatar

Yelp
I love sweets. I'm picky about what calories are worth it though and tres leches always had a pass. That's what I had. It was delicious! They have a great selection of desserts, prices are decent, and I wish I could have tried more of them. You can definitely tell it's a neighborhood kinda place. The churros looked amazing so I just had to have one so I could review it and AWMAHGAWD!! Yassss hunnyyyyyyyy. I mean, yummy! Seriously I wanted to have one of everything but my stomach was just not going to have that. I would recommend it without a doubt!

Yelp
Thankfully Rosales is still here amidst all of the changes this area has seen in the past 20 years! Anything flaky, and covered in sugar is amazing! The small cookies that are 5 for $1.00 are super fresh and yummy! Rosales has the freshest mexican pastries around and they are super friendly. It is hard not to eat everything on your way home! They also take credit cards for purchases over five dollars, which is awesome, as you will find it hard to spend less than that amount with all of the tasty treats they have here.

Yelp
All day, I was dreaming of pan dulce. Sweet, cinnamon and sugar coated bread that had been freshly baked...enter Panadería Rosales. Located on 32nd near North High, I wasn't sure what to expect, but as soon as we parked, I knew we were in for a treat. Literally. The windows are covered in bars (must mean that people want what's inside, eh?) and you can smell the delicious bread baking from the sidewalk. There were many people inside, even around 7:30 on a weeknight, and they stock various Mexican foods as well. We grabbed our tray and loaded up: everything from the polvorones to the conchas to the yoyos to the empanadas and various types of small cookies (they have a huge assortment, and they're five for $1). Hubs even grabbed a jalapeño and cheese bread for breakfast the next day. My favorite was hands down the yoyo. With a sweet cream sandwiches between the two sides, it was full of sweet cinnamon and sugary goodness. And it was nice and soft--not rock hard like it had been sitting out all day. I also liked the piedra (not rock hard like it's namesake suggests) dipped in my coffee the next morning and the empanada de piña. As we checked out, we grabbed a stack of freshly made legitimate tortillas. Giant and delightful--$5 for he bag, but worth it (though that more than doubled our tab). They also had bolillos, like sandwich bread, available for purchase. Bottom line--I'll be back. I'm just trying not to make it too often!

Yelp
The best mexican bakery in Denver by a long-shot. Sweet staff, clean and always stocked with your freshly made favorites. Cute location, easy to park as well. It's nothing fancy, but it doesn't need to be!
google avatar

Diane R.

Yelp
Amazing variety and incredible pricing!! This is a must when in the area and worth a drive you will be glad you did!
google avatar

Reid R.

Yelp
What a wonderful little neighborhood bakery! Yummy and unique goodies and great people! The tres leches cake is exceptional!
google avatar

Sothary C.

Yelp
In the heart of the Northside, I hear this place is a classic. My workplace ordered $150 of pan dulces and they had it all ready and prepared for pick up. It was quick and easy!
google avatar

Ben W.

Yelp
Sugar doughnut was one of the best doughnuts in Denver I've had. Everything is fresh. Prices are very reasonable. Looking forward to trying out more from here.
google avatar

Chelsea S.

Yelp
I randomly found this place and stopped in hoping to get something savory ... unfortunately it was all sweets but I couldn't turn that down. So I got a churro and sweet bread and omg it was THE BEST Mexican pasteles that I've had in a long time. I'm a baker so I am very picky and these were just *chefs kiss*. Amazing. Anyway, you should go because it was only $2 for my two pasteles. Would recommend 10/10!!! Sorry I don't have photos because I ate them both too quickly
google avatar

Andrea S.

Yelp
Rosales has been a wonderful find in our new neighborhood. Anytime we are craving something sweet we know we can find it at Rosales. I've tried several different items, never really know what they are since very few things have signs by their names, but they've all been delicious. My fav have been the churros. Unfortunately, I've only gotten them one time because they are always sold out. Everything is super cheap so you can try a ton but not break the bank!
google avatar

Julian B.

Yelp
I think this place is pretty neat. I don't know what 99% of the things they sell are, but they certainly look tasty. You certainly can't go wrong with a churro. It was fantastic by the way. If I weren't such a healthy person then I'd load up on them and have one pretty much every day of the week. I find it funny that people are complaining about an increase in prices. It wasn't even $3 for the three items we purchased. I needed to spend more money just so I'd be able to use my credit card because things here are ridiculously cheap. I don't know what my colleague had but it was filled with flan and it was pretty good. Doughnut was fine, the woman behind the counter was nice too (and patient with us). I don't have any major complaints about this place. If you are in the mood for something sweet and have some spare change, I absolutely recommend this place.
google avatar

S M.

Yelp
I'm so glad this gem is still around in a place that used to be diverse with color. I hope it doesn't succumb to the yuppies and their plans for overrated, expensive stores/ restaurants. With that said, I used to drive here from miles away to get fresh pan to snack on - by the bag full when they used to be $.25ea. Those days are gone, but I still manage to stop by once in a great while for goodies at a much higher price with the same great quality. Their bread is fresh, the cookies are fresh and the assortment is still as big as ever. Try the empanadas de pina or manzana. My fave is pan con queso (sweet cream cheese) Yum! You won't be disappointed.
google avatar

David P.

Yelp
If you're on a diet, this place is dangerous. Otherwise, prepare for a delectable indulgence of the best sort. This is no knockoff if any chain bakery. The goods are unique, inspired from Mexico and there's a great variety to choose from. I always am excited to come here.
google avatar

Riza H. C.

Yelp
I was slightly overwhelmed with this Mexican bakery coz there are so many pastries or baked goods to choose, and they are not labeled at all. Hence the "miscommunication" that might took place or since I am unfamiliar with any Mexican pastries or Mexican baked goods to begin with. I dont want to cause any inconveniences to the owner or even the staffs who are in this bakery store coz on the day I was there with N, this bakery seems so busy to the MAX that afternoon, August 12th 2012. Right after we went to Cake, we drove to Rosales Mexcian Bakery. Luckily we managed to find a parking spot near to Rosales Mexican Bakery. The smell of the baked goods and pastries indeed was welcoming to which I so wish I could have a "translator" to which baked goods or pastries to choose that afternoon. From the pictures I took of the pastries, I want to like them all, but perhaps my review might differ coz I want to return to this Mexican bakery perhaps with better knowledge of Mexican baked goods or Mexican pastries in general. Perhaps I might return with Hubs though I cant deny Hubs are not in Mexican pastries at all... *Hint* - *Hint* : Perhaps in the future, maybe fellow Yelpers can offer UYE Mexican Bakeries Crawl?? @117/2012

Yelp
HOLY MOLY. My husband and I are visiting from out of town. We stopped by today and got a few different things. I'm not exaggerating when I say we went back hours later to stock up on treats and churros before heading home the next day. Sooo amazing!
google avatar

Danny O.

Yelp
Wow wow WOW!! Awesome variety, always fresh, delightful customer service. The only pastry I procure with certainty is the churro...whatever else we get is a mystery/surprise, but they're always delicious. And I don't think anything on the menu is priced more than a dollar. I feel like I'm stealing everytime we walk out :D
google avatar

Anna L.

Yelp
Delicious affordable mexican baked goods. We popped in for dessert after a meal next door and were not dissapointed! I opted for a delicious shortbread with walnuts, my bf had a carrot cake cupcake. We grabbed a bag of cookies to bring to a friend's for dinner tonight, all for under $10!
google avatar

Kyle M.

Yelp
Delicious! Fresh made authentic Mexican desserts! You just load up a tray with what you like and pay! It was really affordable as well! They also sell cigs and assorted soft drinks/random other items if you're in the area and are in a pinch for a pack of smokes or just want a beverage!

Yelp
Fresh baked items, store smelled amazing, good prices, friendly and helpful staff, last but not least, it was delicious.

Yelp
A little difficult to find this location at first. I walked in and I was immediately greeted by a lady behind the register. My son turned 16 on 10/23 and for his bday cake he wanted flan. I'm from cali and my grandparents were from Mexico so we have had some great flan in our past. I noticed this location and wanted to trust they would be authentic. I noticed a large flan behind a glass door, so I asked how much and the lady said $2 a slice(wow!). I asked if I could buy a full cake and she said "no", with no other explanation. Ok, I'll buy 7 slices and surprise my son with a makeshift flan cake. While waiting for the slices I noticed they had cookies and bread. I purchased 4 cookies and placed the cookies on a not so clean tray. I went through the trays but didn't find one without crumbs or marks. If your gonna make your customers place the cookies on a tray that is easily accessible to everyone, then please wash your trays. The entire time I was there I felt like I was imposing and felt uncomfortable by asking questions. There were no other customers present and I felt someone could maybe step from behind the register and maybe assist, but that never happened. Anyways, my son thought the flan was ok, not the best and not the worst, but he had a great bday. The cookies were standard and tasty. Overall, ok place for a quick grab, but not the best.

Yelp
Rosales is the best panaderia I've ever been to! Sometimes pan dulce can be too dry for my taste, but that wasn't a problem here. And they have churros, mmm. The only thing that I was mildly disappointed by was the empanadas -- they're ok, but not mind blowing. I think the cakes and galletas were really the standouts! Parking wasn't that hard to find when I went. And as far as raising prices go: they might be a little more expensive than other panaderias I've been too, but still dirt cheap compared to other types of bakeries. And I'm guessing the price differential is due to high rent in their neighborhood, since it seems to be pretty gentrified at this point?
google avatar

Kayla K.

Yelp
Oh yum! This panaderia is delicious! A friend has told me about it for years so I'm glad that I finally got to try it out. I decided to try basically every baked good they had out since I felt like I was many years overdue, and it was all perfect! A few things that stood out were the conchas, empanadas, all types of cookies, churros, mantecadas, polvorones...I don't remember what else I got but it was all so good! And all priced at an incredible value. Definitely do yourself a favor and check it out. Make sure you have someone to share with so you can try it all! :)

Yelp
There is nothing I enjoy more than visiting a bakery. But what really gets my sweet tooth on overdrive is visiting a bakery like Rosales. I have not been to a Panaderia in a good few years. Thank goodness we made a stop after we ate lunch bc I would have been in huge trouble if I came in here hungry. I honestly didn't know where to begin. I wanted pretty much one of everything. But I was able to control myself and fill up my tray with a reasonable amount of sweet sugar coated breads and a sprinkle coated cookie. 5 of us filled bags with plenty of sweet treats and got out of there with only spending $13 and change. The only thing that would have made this place better was if they had tables for eating and they served up mexican hot chocolates or horchata lattes. I'm just totally bummed how I didn't notice the tamales or chicharrons until after we paid. Guess I gotta make a trip back to try their savory treats. Oh and you better believe I would get more sweet treats as well. My belly will then be happy.

Yelp
Friendly staff, stopped by here to try to avoid rush hour traffic. Their baked goods are alright. I had their sugar doughnut and chocolate doughnut, which were both about a 8/10. Definitely worth stopping at if you enjoy Mexican baked goods!
