Office manager friendly and helpful. Couple friends live at Rosewood everyone seems friendly. no parking issues. dog friendly. My granddaughter petting a dog on his walk.

Horrible place. Took me 1.5y to write review. Let’s start: moving in fees are not refundable. Don’t cover any damages either when you move out. In my case it was over $400. When you sign the lease you get “fat” folder. No way to go through everything rite away. There was $150 charge when you move out for carpet cleaning and apartment cleaning even that i left it in better condition and had pics to prove it. Walls are thin as paper you can hear everything. Best part there is flat fee for water. Almost $40 for 1 bed!!! My recent bill 2 years later at new place is $11-12. No comment. There was no option at Rosewood to pay for usage only. I lasted 10 months. Broke lease because couldn’t take it anymore. Overpaid just for water like $250. Also they have “weird” deal with AT&T on internet. Only option is the most expensive internet that you can have. Was paying over $70 per month. Insane!

Made an appointment to see an apartment, staff very pleasant and helpful. Apartment newly renovated with new cabinets and drawers. And new carpet. Very nice, quiet space to come home to and relax.😉

I've lived here for almost 2 years and I don't have any complaints. The office staff is amazing. They're very responsive and they communicate well. The maintenance guy is awesome he does a great job keeping the place clean. It's a great place to live.

Quiet place for the most, all electric, and original heater units.. pricing and fee's slightly on the high side and late fees are a bit crazy but don't be late and all is good .. 🧐.. solves that.. office manager is great to work with.... 3 months now and so far on scale 1 to 10 I give this place a #6.... If your counting on the bus line this is not a place or location for you..

Lived at this complex for 6 months and was not able to get mail for 5 of those month. The apartment unit itself was very nice but the staff was very hard to get ahold of. Some unfortunate interactions with neighbors as well. Not ideal for young single renters.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This one the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Between lazy non caring managment and other disrespectful people who live there. The walls are paper thin to the point you can hear your neighbors microwave or tv and don't even think about telling the office because they will act like your making it up and tell you if you complain again they will evict you. Also don't call the cops to your place either because they will try to evict you for that too. The living space is beyond tiny as is your shower. No diswasher and no double sink makes it hard to do dishes. The parking is awful and there's no limit to how many cars you can have making parking damn near impossible. You can have pets but apparently keeping them under control and cleaning up after them isn't necessary. All these lovely features for $623 a month (one bedroom) basically NEVER move here it will be the biggest mistake of your life.

I've been here 12 years and find it a nice place to live. The manager, Sheena is nice and helpful. Maintenance workers are good too. I don't have any reason to move.
