Rustique Pizzeria

This place was well worth our trip outside of Green Bay! The pesto fries are excellent and the pizza was the best we've had in the area with delicious tomato sauce and hand made crust. The dining area inside the old church was small but inviting. We sat outside, where a huge tree provides plenty of shade. There service was great, although expect it to be a little slower than a chain restaurant. It's one of those places where they give you time to enjoy your drinks, then your appetizer, and then your meal. We loved it and we'll be back!

Love this place!! They have a great deck for outside seating. Servers were bringing out So many dishes to everyone and they all looked wonderful! If i am in the location again I will be going there again yummy

Fish fry was a big disappointment. The website said our fish fry would include fish, French fries, rye bread, onion and tarter sauce. We ordered the fish on a Friday night. The fish was dry and thin - not good. Our plate did not have the bread and onion. The service was very good and fast. The French fries were very good. I think we will come back and try the pizza as they were serving A LOT of pizza.

The pizza is pretty good, but they've added a bar now, and the whole place is filled with people from Suamico which really ruins the atmosphere. At first I wasn't sure I actually wanted to go, based on the presence just hanging out on the front porch, then once again I was apprehensive in the bar area. The dining room was quieter, but doesn't look it gets much attention in the way of maintenance. It looks like there are things that haven't been touched since it was Pie from the Sky. If you want the pizza, I would just get it to go, it's pretty good.

Great Caesar salads, pesto fries and pizzas. We had a family gathering of 16 people yesterday afternoon. Ingrid our server single handedly managed our entire group and she did it with a smile. The food was excellent. You can really taste quality ingredients. Never disappointed with their dishes. The bar staff that served us our first drinks did a great job.

First time there and will be back. Sooo good. It's the kind of pizza that reminds me of my childhood. Thin crispy hand tossed wood fired pizza! Thank you Rustique for taking me back to those years and reminding me that good pizza is still out there. We had Pesto Fries, CBGB and the Gaucho! All fantastic. We devoured the pesto fries in a matter of minutes!! Highly recommend this place.

Good atmosphere, great staff, amazing food. We ordered 9 full size pizzas, all came out at the same time, all hot, all delicious. Staff was friendly and attentive. We will be back.

Both the meat pizza and the gf veggie pizza were incredibly delicious! Servers were attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly! We look forward to returning!

The food is totally Amazing, service outstanding, prices are great. The atmosphere is soothing and the people are friendly. This is a old church, and inside it has some remains of it. Me and my whole family Absolutely Love it inside because it has such amazing comforting type feeling. I highly recommend this place. Also tryout the drink menu it is full of choices with great drinks. Enjoy and Relax, I know you will not be disappointed.

The restaurant and the environment is so much fun. The history to the restaurant is so cool. The food is so delicious. I love their pizzas and wings. Still need to try the rest of it. The service is always good and never any issues. Next time I'll take pictures and post them.

This place is always on my list of recommendations to friends and family! The food. I mean, wood fried styled pizzas?! YES PLEASE! And they have so many flavor combinations! You cannot go wrong. Gluten free? You can make any pizza GF and let tell you - IT IS AMAZING!! They make their own crust, and it is so thin and crispy! You wouldn't even know it was gluten free. Highly recommend saving room for the pesto fries as an appetizer! The drinks. They have a nice little drink menu - beers, cocktails, wines. HIGHLY recommend their grapefruit vodka cocktail - it's so delicious! The space is cozy! Not sure, but it must have been an old house or church. Just has that cool, rustic vibe (but not in a creepy way). Good service! this place does get busy, so I have noticed I have had to wait to get my server to get more water, drinks, food, etc. 10/10 recommend!

It was fine. Restaurant was really hot and it took awhile to get a salad. Server was just okay. A couple food items got messed up but nothing crazy.

Oh my! This place was amazing! The service was phenomenal, the food was beyond amazing and the vibe and everything was fantastic. Everyone was so kind. It was so soothing and peaceful. The view is also so relaxing beautiful! I absolutely love it and plan on going back again! It's a five star for me!

Great vibe, great service, great pizza! They don't take reservations and it gets super busy, especially on weekends so expect about an hour wait on average to be seated. In the summer, the patio is a great spot the sit. Their pesto fries are super popular for good reason, have to order them every time! They do classic pizzas very well, but also have lots of unique options. I've tried many but my favs include the margherita, sausage and basil, and vegetable pizza!

Went on Sunday at noon. It wasn't busy, there was plenty of tables open and servers standing around. We were seated but it took an uncomfortable amount of time for a server to come take our drink orders (7minutes). We got the pesto fries and they were completely cold. Then we waited an hour to get the pizza. It was the BBQ Chicken pizza and it was just OK. Similar to Mod Pizza, the fast food chain pizza. Not worth the price and won't be back due to the slow service.

Had Rustique cater an event I atttended on 3/15. They did a wonderful job. Food was excellent as always service was wonderful. Made the food part of the event worry free. Highly recommend for catering. Also love sitting down in restaurant for a meal. They have great food and great people that work there

First time here and great experience. We had the elote pizza from the daily specials board. Great flavors, perfect crust and despite being really busy service was good. We'll definitely be back to try more pies.

Amazing pizza the staff is very nice. The Mello Yello is actually Mtn Dew but that's fine. Not that loud and is very quiet during their opening time. The restrooms have poop smeared everywhere which I love.

Great food but not the best atmosphere. We got a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza and a shrimp and asparagus pizza. Both were very good with good ingredients. The pizza crust was perfect. However the place is a lot of solid surfaces inside and it is loud! On top of all of the conversation they had music on. If you have a hearing air this is NOT the restaurant for you, do take out. The place is not worried about Covid. People are inside relatively close and most workers are not masked. I'm vaccinated and not overly worried, but if you are worried, don't go here for dine in.

I usually don't write a review after visiting a place only one time but this restaurant is exceptional. It was a good 45 minute wait but that's because it is so popular and I won't hold that against them. Once we were seated, the service was like lightning between getting us drinks and taking the order and getting the food on the table. Everyone said to get the pesto fries and they were amazing. The antipasto could have used some different greens but it was okay. The pizza was excellent, with a crispy crust just the way I like it and high quality toppings. What pushed this place to five stars is how cool the staff is. Everyone had a great personality. I thanked the chefs on my way out and they were grateful. The only negative is how dark the parking lot is and there are some stairs leading down to the parking lot and there are no lights out there.

On the road to the UP tonight and we wanted to stop for some ZA for dinner. We picked this place on a whim, not knowing what to expect but it is now hands down our favorite pizza place in Wisconsin. We put our name on the wait, but it didn't take long to find a spot in the bar. Instantly we were greeted by a bartender, Elijah, who gave impeccable service! The bartenders were busy, yet we never felt neglected, every part of our stay was spot on. They also make a killer old fashion. Elijah suggested a featured appetizer, Gambino (fried dough with spicy marinara), a great choice. Lightly fried, not too greasy and the sauce was a creamy marinara with just the right amount of spice. We ordered the Sausage Basil Pizza, great flavor combos with the sauce, cheese and right amount of toppings with the perfectly crisp crust. Most pizzas leave you feeling heavy / hoggish after, not here. Although we were full, we felt good and satisfied. I wish I took a picture, but we were too busy shoving our mouths full.

Must be doing something right, this place is always packed. Tucked away in downtown Suamico always excellent food, service and atmosphere is wonderful. My favorite hands down is the Colonel. Highly recommend.

As a group of four, we enjoyed a cocktail while waiting for a table. Three of us had personal sized pizza. The shepherd pizza was delicious! They were super busy but the service was great! Even the owner came to our table to help our server! The atmosphere is casual and comfortable. We will definitely come back!

If I could give more stars, I would! This place was top notch. It is a bit out of town but worth the hike. My friend and I were in town for the marathon and always eat pizza the night before. This is challenging as she has a gluten intolerance. Rustique's reviews for their gluten free pizza drew us to their establishment. Wow!! I ordered a gluten free pizza as well and the crust was AMAZING! Probably one of the better gluten free crusts that I have eaten. I ordered a pizza from the special board, Steak with Chimichurri Pizza. OMG! My mouth is watering writing this. It was THAT good. There was a bit of a wait on a Saturday night for dinner. We both got drinks from the bar while we waited. The drink menu is inventive. The drinks were delicious. I got a Mango Habanero Margarita and my friend got the Blue Raspberry Mule, both fantastic. Once seated, the ambience is simple. I have an appreciation for old buildings. I love the church conversion. We started our meal with an order of the Pesto Fries. They came so highly reviewed, why not..... They brought out a huge plate with a mountain of fries. My friend and I eyed it suspiciously, predicting leftovers. Nope! Gone! They were that good. Get in the car and go! It is so worth the trip.

Always great food and great service! The chicken pizza and the one with hot honey are the best. Be sure to get the fries as an appetizer!

Felt like some pizza while in town. Got there ahead of the Friday night rush. Place fills up quick at 5 though. Order the gambino bites and a half n half pizza. The server was very nice and got order completely right. The gambino bites were ok. Would have been better fried a little longer. The pizza is awesome though. It more than made up for the apps short comings. I'd just order 2 pizzas next time instead. The crust is so perfect, perfect amount of topping and the crust cooked through without burning it. A must go for the pizza.

Rustique's staff will make you feel at home; they're all so friendly and go out of their way to provide good service. The building is cozy, but it could use more seating seeing that they've gotten so popular this last year. The wait times can be insane as it gets packed super quickly & I think they would really benefit from another location!! The pizza is the best in Green Bay, it's my #1 pick. They also have delicious gluten free crust!! I really recommend the Margarita Pizza & the Pesto Fries are a must have.

We rolled in on a Sunday night at 8pm after a long day of winter hiking in the UP. There were only a few scattered tables of people, and our server was very attentive and friendly. Thankfully the server told us that you can take order 1/2 pies because we couldn't decide. We got 1/2 order of pesto fries, 1/2 Fun Guys and 1/2 Cubano. The Cubano was UH-MAZING! Who would have thought that an incredible sandwich could be turned into something even better?! It's so unique and delicious. Fun Guys and pesto fries deserve accolades too; I'm just so taken by that Cubano. You gotta come by and try a pie.

Best pizza around; great bar, outstanding service, very comfortable. Love the outdoor deck. This is definitely a winner!

Not sure what I can say better than anyone else who has raved about how good their food is. It's amazing! I only had the pizza but wow is it good! The crust is thin and delicious. The sauce is spot on and the ingredients are super fresh. They really know how to make a grade A pizza! A huge takeaway is the price for what you get. Personal size wood fire pizzas keep getting more expensive and they are doing nothing to warrant it. Rustique gives you a pie large enough to feed two grown men at a price that is very gracious for the quality of food you are getting. Definitely one of the best pizzas in Wisconsin!

We were in GB for a game, wanted a couple pies to go and this was the highest rated place. Nothing was particularly wrong with the food, but nothing special either. We were disappointed as expectations were high due to reviews. The place was busy so it was fun to grab a drink while waiting (order wasn't ready at time they said but nbd). The pizza was just ok

This was my first visit to Rustique. I was surprised how busy the restaurant was on a Wednesday and it was a good omen. The atmosphere was nice. We sat inside although there was also outdoor seating. The kitchen was open so you could see food prep. The restaurant had 2 pizza ovens and hand tossed the crust. There was a very good selection of toppings. I had the Classico and it was very good. I will return to this restaurant again.

we go to this restaurant often and have top notch food and service. today was the exception. first of all, our server didn't write down our order which always makes me a little nervous. this time I was right. our pizza came out with the incorrect toppings so we asked for it to be remade correctly. when it came back it wasn't hot and all they did was take off the old toppings and put new ones. we asked, again, for it to be remade. 20 minutes later she came back and said she didn't know what happened but the pizza wasn't made. so we said never mind. she brought the bill and had the nerve to say "I took the pizza off the bill for you.". WHAT PIZZA??? She didn't comp our soda, appetizer or anything. we will stay away for awhile after this experience.

We had a delicious lunch here. The pizzas are so unique and delicious with a very good crust. We started off with a Cesar salad which was good. Then we shared the sausage and basil, soppresatta and hot honey, and"Club Med" Greek chicken pizza. They were all amassing! Service was good and they seemed to be following g all Covid guidelines. We look forward to returning and trying some different creations!

Can you say Pesto Fries! If you go for anything, you must go pesto! Everything I've ever had here is excellent! They do have off menu items, ask your server. The place is busy and for good reason so show up early to get a seat! Their old fashioneds are wonderful. Watch the pizzaiolo throw the dough and make a tasty pie for you! This place is an old church and holy cow is their food excellent! It's a unique experience, eating in a church pew or going out on the deck to enjoy the weather! Tell them Dave sent you, You'll get a weird look, they have no clue who I am.

We ordered takeout and the 3 is mainly because our food was absolutely cold when we got him (10 min drive). We ordered food at 5 and were told to pick up food for 6pm. That was fine, but when we arrived we still waited 10 mins to be acknowledged. We got the food and went straight home. We ordered pizza, buffalo salad, and pesto fries. Nothing was overwhelming good or bad. Each item had lots of flavor, almost too many flavors at once, but I know many people seem to love the flavors they offer. The pizza was burnt on the ed and the salad was basically deconstructed wings. Not my fav but others prob would enjoy it. We will give them another try, likely in person to avoid cold food. Perhaps we will offer a better rating.

Easily the best place I ate while in Green Bay. The pizza is phenomenal! Pesto Fries - MUST GET! They're covered in pesto and balsamic sauce, and they're to die for. Margarita Pizza - Sounds simple, but so delicious. The tomatoes are cut razor thin and they drizzle some balsamic on it as well. Mac and Cheese - The best mac and cheese pizza I've had! Usually the noodle is over/under cooked but this was perfect and cheesy too!

The supreme pizza done right! I usually had to specifically ask for the green peppers to be added last because I want it crunchy and fresh, my husband said to just let them do it their way and to see for ourselves how they make it. And boy was I surprised! They make it exactly how I wanted it! The meat was of good portion and flavorful and aromatic. Before the pizza, I ordered the antipasti salad, which was soooo good I inhaled it without taking pictures. We also ordered the chicken wings and were equally delicious. They have outdoor seating that has a treehouse feel. I love this place and will be back!

We decided to check this place out around 2pm on a Sunday. Seated and greeted immediately. Neat open kitchen concept. Food was great! Look forward to returning.

This is a great joint to eat! The wait staff is all young, so they kinda look at things happening around them while taking your order. ( we are over 50). Anyhow, the salad was scrumptious and huge. Lots of bacon. The pizza is wood fired and they really should distribute the sauce around the whole pizza, it was centered, pretty much. And lastly, the Cubano! Someone at this restaurant must've gone to Florida or Cuba. Very original and tasty. My husband's drink didn't taste like Jameson. Someone maybe drank the real Jameson and put some cheap stuff in the bottle.But the waiter was happy to give him something else. Highly recommended

This spot is a gem. My husband and I go quite often as well as get takeout. My husband loves their colonel sandwich, which is a crispy chicken sandwich with coleslaw & pickles. My go-to menu items are the grilled chicken club, southwest Cobb salad, or the margarita pizza. We also love their side of Mac n cheese & pesto fries. This is a popular place (for a good reason) so it's always quite packed. The wait is never terrible because the service is great. They also have varying features that are a fun way to switch up from your usual if you become a regular. We love the ham and cheese empanadas. Edit: for a drink- get the mango habanero marg. You will not be disappointed

Top notch pizza, and I am from Chicago ! Very picky! But it was perfectly cooked, perfect amount of blended salty cheeses, & spicy pepperoni! And the spinach artichoke and house made tortilla chips were the best I've ever had!

Had a wonderful 2 hour dining experience at this spacious restaurant. Menu selections were varied with unique options. We celebrated a birthday with a group of 4 and choose their hamburger, fish fry, baked macaroni & cheese & veggie sandwich with crab cakes. For an appetizer we had the pesto fries which were very good. Drink options were also unique with a basil bourbon drink that the birthday girl had. I went with there house summer shanty with fresh blueberries. Our waitress Sheena took care of us & was very pleasant. Food was a bit slow in arriving but we enjoyed visiting & it was a busy Friday night.

Carry out pizza almost inedible. Cardboard, burnt and bubbles. Best in town my ass!! I've given them a couple tries but this is crap!!!

Yum, yum, YUM! We started with their wings- need I emphasize that you must try them!! Had a 1/2 supreme 1/2 margarita pizza, was very good. My only complaint is with the open kitchen, and it being towards the end of the night, many of the female services would run to hide and eat pizza in the back.

I can sum up my review of Rustique in 3 words, really good pizza. I wish I would have been able to sample more of the pizza's. Hopefully next time. I want to return and give this place a more thorough review. For now, my first impression is good pizza served in a nice environment for a fair price. If you are looking for something more than standard pizza, this may be your place.

I have been back a couple times since my first review and it keeps getting better and better each time. This time we had a short wait at the bar before being seated next to the big windows in the bar area. Nice cozy spot where we ordered our side salads and pizza. The side salad was a good size for $4 and we loved the artesian lettuce and dressing options. The salad came out super fast too. The special pizza we ordered was cooked really well. (The Lonestar) The brisket and pineapple is not a topping choice I would have picked naturally but it worked. I wish that the sauce was not so sweet but I added red pepper flakes and that cut the sweet a bit. The crust was light and crispy which is exactly how I like my pizza crust. I will of course come back. The pesto fries are still one of my all time favorite things I love coming here for. Yum!

I have been a fan of Rustique since they opened their doors. Tonight's dinner left me saying I don't need to come back again. Our party of 6 arrived for dinner. We had menus at our table and we were craving cocktails, which I was excited to have because they're always fun and tasty. When I asked for a drink menu, I was told I had to scan the QR code to view the menu. Of the 6 of us, 3 did not have cell phones and one couldn't get the QR code to scan. I was told the only way I could see the menu was that way. The decision was simple, I'd save money and drink water, 2 of us enjoyed our water instead of having cocktails. Pesto fries were great. Napkins would've been nice. I ordered crab cakes. Waiter later came back and told me they were out. I substituted for plantains. Silverware would've been very helpful. When I ordered, I asked for my appetizers to arrive with everyone's dinner - I ate in front of everyone, without any napkins or silverware. When everyone else's food arrived, the waiter left and again, napkins and silverware would've been helpful - especially with salads and Mac & Cheese. It was fine, someone from our table walked up to the counter and got us silverware so we could eat.

Food was very good, jack was our server and he was great. He made our experience a great time and fit right in our maybe hard to manage group. Thanks jack!

Wood fired pizza, clever drink specials and a rural Suamico vibe. They hand toss and have some gourmet pizza designs. They infuse some interesting ingredients together for a pizza fusion experience. When you arrive you'll notice the good sized deck with outside dining options if the weather permits. I've had the perch plate and a sandwich called the Duke. If you put you dinner life in their hands they will prove to you a high level of service. After you visit the zoo (nearby) take an hour and get some dinner here.
