Walk in Monday night as soon as it is open. Just managed to squeeze in with a 1.5 hours dine time. Reservations recommended.
The vibe is sort of old stone house. Gives you a feeling of strong tradition. We ordered and the food promptly came.
Lamb's tongue - It great overall, the tomato sauce its on were great for the bread too. The tongue itself delicious.
Oeufs en meurette - Thick beefy sauce really meld the egg and bread together. A tad salty though.
Andouillette sausage - very memorable dish, intestines immersed in lemon and herbs gives you a chewy and refreshing feeling. the skin outside is crispy.
Tablier de sapeur - reminiscent of schnitzel. Hmmm good to try once but no repeat order for me. The flavour itself is nice, just not to my taste. There are some salty spots from uneven seasoning.
Overall experience is good, i would recommend.
