"After a hiatus of a few years, this famous joint re-opened at the same address and former regulars flocked back for the sorely missed classics. The room has few bells and whistles to steal the spotlight from the food, and the friendly owner always makes the best recommendations. Excellent home cooking, essential Shanghai style food. Shanghai has its own unique cultural food that is often over looked. It is more than just soup dumplings. Lots of fresh seafood, very delicate meals. I went here like many others because of the Bourdain episode. I called and made a reservation the night that episode aired and you could tell the owner was already over whelmed by the response. No menu, she just tells you what she's cooking and what you should order and won't let you order more than she thinks you can eat. I've been several times over the years and have loved it every visit. Coufu, river crabs, shell on shrimp, etc. Can't be beat.

我第一次造訪春是2004年調派上海工作，看到CNN推薦上海10大上海菜餐廳，才會光顧。接著8年，偶爾光顧。老實說，餐點几乎不變，好吃比不過附近的新吉士，但是有它特殊的魅力，就是老板娘的個人秀，她兼跑堂，櫃檯，電話服務，不時還衝去內場幫忙。最有趣的就是她嘴沒停過，還把旁邊的顧客拉著作保證。吃一頓晚餐就像看SHOW。最近去上海.経過春，忍不住進去，老板娘依舊忙碌，時光如梭，却沒有留下太多的印記。
