From up on the roof, meat lovers can see all of Deep Ellum and the giant floral mural painted on the side of the neighboring Case Building apartments. It serves barky brisket, smoky sausages, and giant beef ribs that pair well with sides including steamy macaroni and cheese, classic Mexican rice, and a baked potato salad that will make you say, “Potato salad who?” Don’t forget to add a mini pecan pie to your order. This is a massive space in Deep Ellum with two parking lots (one located across the street), and yet there is still not enough parking for all the people coming to eat here (a paid lot is also available across the street).
