"Beverley’s is an upscale bistro that levels up Jewish classics—think chicken confit floating in matzo ball soup and latkes with crème fraîche and caviar. Their cold bar has smoked whitefish dip and a refreshing hamachi crudo with pops of green apple and jalapeño. The wagyu pastrami sandwich is piled high with gruyère, crisp coleslaw, and tangy russian dressing, and it’s big enough to split.
