AMAZING pizza and tots! Excellent waitress Joleanne! She made our experience awesome and was so kind and helpful! Can't wait to go back and eat here again! Basque cheesecake is a hard pass though...flavorless and bland! The chocolate syrup that came with it tasted like cheap Hersheys syrup! It made it gross to my tastes! Needs some fresh strawberries and hot fudge to make it worth it again!

Went here for dinner on a weekday. Good service, Zach was very kind and attentive. Prices are steep but portions are really good. I got the Sweet and Salty Pig, which was a little sweet for me but the crust was great. Sasso Tots were also good and the variety of sauces was really nice.

Excellent food and service. The pizza was so good, especially if you like garlic. They went above and beyond to accommodate my allergies, making a separate dough just for me. (I thought I might need to just order salad). I love the craft soda. I had preaches and cream. I thought it tasted like peach flavored butterbeer. I'm glad we went early. They get very busy and have very limited parking.

A colleague showed me this place at a work lunch. It is delicious. The salads were really good, perfect size. I had the lunch deal Pan Margarita and loved the flavor and texture. The sauce-dough-cheese ratio is so perfect! Only thing is parking is pretty scarce… three spots. So you gotta park in the neighborhood or further up the road.

My husband and I both really enjoyed Bricks Corner's lunch special with a fantastic Detroit style pizza and salad for a good price. Service was great. The atmosphere was quiet early Saturday but I would imagine it gets lively during hockey games. Would go again.

Folks, if you are looking for one of those “hidden gems” tucked away in a quaint and charming neighborhood of SLC go to Brick’s and ask for my Boy Omar. Omar, looking at you! I’m going to get the bad of this review out of the way. Parking. It’s not great, I’ve dealt with much worse, and the food overwhelmingly makes up for the minor inconvenience. Okay, from the moment you open the door you think “this is my kind of place.” The Pizza parlor meets ski town bar aesthetic gives off a warm vibe, rich with woodwork any carpenter would envy. The food is diabolical, these guys throw some wild concoctions on a pie one would not think would jive. Yet they do! On this third visit, my wife and I went early on a Saturday and decided to go low key with pepperoni and pineapple. Normal? HA! There is no normal at Brick’s! They smoke the pineapple and turn it into some deliciously sweet chutney-ish topping Wow! You can’t go wrong with deep dish or thin crust, both are so incredible. Last and equally as important, the service. I’ve been fortunate to have Omar two out of my three visits. This dude loves his job and loves putting smiles on faces. When you get real standout service it makes a great meal an exceptional one. You sincerely need to get your pizza loving hind end over to Brick’s for some pie and Beer. Cheers!

In October a few members of our hospital were in town for a conference and needed a caterer for an event we planned at a Barcade in downtown SLC. We didn't know what catering company or restaurant to use, we just knew we wanted a bunch of different hand held food options and things that were easy to eat while attendees talked and played games. Fortunately, after a google search we found Bricks Corner and saw that they catered. The reviews are great but I wasn't sure how good the food or catering service was, but I decided to take a chance. Bricks Corner and their Catering Manager, Jami Case, outperformed all of our expectations and did a fantastic job! From the beginning, Jami was a true professional, who was very responsive, attentive, and even helped us plan our menu for the event. Jami was awesome to work with, she showed up early to set-up for our event, and she even helped create a new food item for us that wasn't even on their catering menu (chicken & cheese quesadillas rolls) that were awesome. Speaking of food, the pizza, meatballs, brussels sprouts, salad, and quesadilla rolls were all delicious, and were kept hot all night long for our event. I had many people compliment the food telling me how great it was, which made me really happy as event planning can be quite stressful. I highly recommend bricks corner to any one looking for great food, especially pizza, in the SLC area. Furthermore, if you need a caterer for an event in SLC, Bricks Corner and Jami did an outstanding job, delivering superior service and delicious food at a very reasonable rate. 100/10 - Thank you Bricks Corner!

I really wanted to like it. Good drink selection. The food has always been just okay. We have heard that the burger is good so we would come back to try that. I have had both the Detroit style and their thin crust pizza and I didn’t care for either. No dogs allowed on the patio is sad.

I have never been a fan of pizza, but we came here on a whim and I'm so glad we did. I got the SLC and it was delicious. It was not greasy, the bread was so soft, but also on the edge of the cheese was crunchy and in some parts more gooey. The tomatoes weren't even overwhelming. I have been converted. The server Leland was so nice And made sure we got everything we needed and was super apologetic when my food came out a little bit later than everyone else's (it was really a matter of a minute or two) The location is a little bit weird to try to find parking, but the restaurant itself is really cool and everything was super clean. I highly recommend a visit here. Please note the pizza is a little bit pricey for what you would normally expect but it is such good quality that I highly recommend it anyway

I can't believe it took me this long to try this place. The fried crispy crust on the pizza is life changing. I think about this pizza at least one a week. The portions are huge. We, two of us, ordered an appetizer and one pizza, The Sweet and Salty Pig. We had a full meal of leftovers.

Excellent food and atmosphere. A bit short staffed when we went, but we also got there kinda late. Great cocktails and servers. I want to try everything on the menu.

So only bad thing about this place is lack of parking... one of the best pizzas I've ever had the crust is so so good on the deep dish. We got the roots pizza and added pepperoni. The salads were amazing tons of flavor. Can't say enough about this I could eat it every day

Wonderful food tonight, but even better service! In town for a few days and chose Bricks Corner for our last dinner. We encounter a grumpy customer on our way in, so we were a little worried even though we had plenty of time to eat. Rachael quickly put us at ease and did a great job. Very customer friendly, made sure to visit us from time to time. The drinks, salads and pizza all can out well timed and sooner than we anticipated given it was a fairly active Sunday night. Everything was delicious. Ate way too much of the Salty Sweet Pig pizza. Our only regret was not having any room for dessert. They all seemed like good choices. Hope to get to visit again, particularly if Rachael is there again.

Brick's Corner came highly recommended and they absolutely delivered. The line was basically out the door so we opted for take out and the wait only took up about 20 minutes. Kris behind the counter was not only adorable but handling the crowd beautifully, keeping guests calm and entertained. Adding this place to my list of top spots for pizza in Utah. Brick's Corner has absolutely perfected their recipe for a fluffy but crispy pan pizza. They've beautifully mastered the basics with an amazing mozzarella that is both elastic and soft - video proof of the cheese pull on the pizza. In terms of price it's extremely reasonable starting at only $15.00 for the OG cheese pan pizza. They also have a variety of shareables, dressed greens and desserts. The energy inside was electric and I'm looking forward to going back on a less busy night (if they even have one) to try some of the other options on the menu. My one grievance isn't against the food, staff or restaurant but the male guests that were going into the female restrooms. They have a male, female and gender neutral single stall bathrooms. In the 20 minutes it took to wait for our order I saw 3 different men go into the women's bathroom. The bathrooms are trucked in a corner so I think it was because it was crowded and hard to read the bathroom labels.

A bit of a disappointing dining experience tonight. It was rather a busy, so we sat at the bar, because we could. The bartender/server did an amazing job! She was making drinks for the whole restaurant plus serving those at the bar so the four stars go entirely to her! I think there was some sort of disconnect or kitchen issues because from the time we got our drinks until the food finally arrived was 45 minutes!! And apparently they had to remake our food cause they served it to someone else??? Later we each got a scoop of ice cream, which was delicious, but again, took forever and was slightly melted, like someone forgot to bring it out... Anyway, my glass of Pinot Gris was nice as was my husband's Athletic Lite beer. He enjoyed his mushroom pizza. I got the spartichoke, which seemed to skimp on the spinach. I'm gluten sensitivity so I got their keto crust, which is meat. Last time it seemed okay, but it was made different tonight and was a bit much. I found myself just eating the toppings.... I'm sure we'll come back sometime. Maybe they'll be better organized....

Great food! Something out of the ordinary if you're in the mood for pizza but want to branch out a little. I can't say the value is worth five stars since the price is on the steeper side... but you'll be taking leftovers home for sure.

I was on the look out for weeks on end for a Hawaiian style pizza--and finally landed at BC for lunch today. The ambiance of the place threw me back to the taverns of New Jersey and Pennsylvania famous for a very different style of pizza. We didn't order the Polynesian today instead something called THE BRICK HOUSE with a Caesar salad---a quite delicious rendition. Our server Jami was friendly and made a bit of easy going conversation, had a warm personality and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. I wonder about the sound system there and choice of music -- could be worth some study.

We ordered the lunch special Spartichoke and Sausage King! We both really enjoyed our food. The basil ricotta was a little too sweet for me, but overall it was delicious! Our server was friendly and attentive. The shop was clean and had a funky vibe to it. I would definitely come back!

We invaded Brick's Corner early one evening with a party of 15, which included 5 small children. They could not have been friendlier in setting up the tables and preparing for a large group. The food was outstanding, truly the best Detroit-style pizza I have ever tried. The crust is fluffy with a crunchy cheese exterior, so good! The Sweet Salty Pig pizza was our favorite. It is a casual dining room with both indoor and patio seating. Yes, we will be going back, Brick's Corner is my new favorite pizza place in SaltLake City.

I was so impressed with Brick's Corner! I wanted to go somewhere really good on my birthday and I wasn't sure where to go but after some recommendations we decided to go here. I am so glad! We absolutely loved our food! Our favorite was the Sasso Tots. The tater tots were so flavorful and crunchy. The rest of the ingredients were so delicious and the sauces just took it up another notch! The wings were so good too, and of course, the pizza. We also tried the Mountain Mud Pie which was huge and delicious!! Our server Omar was so nice and attentive. He made us feel welcome. We will definitely be back!

Came here for trivia night! The wait staff was aware of when to stop by and ask for orders and knew when not to interrupt. There is a great variety of pizzas, desserts and appetizers. The BBQ chicken pizza had amazing flavor and texture. Parking is definitely not ideal, but there's plenty of parking on the surrounding streets. The facility is nice and I love the indoor and outdoor seating options. It was a bit loud, but that's the nature of a bar/restaurant during trivia night. Will be going back again.

Great service and hearty filling food. Loved the housemade salad dressings they were the best I've had around. Great sports watching scene with a full bar area too yet family friendly in the dining area.

Nice fun atmosphere for a get together. Came here in February for a birthday gathering and it was a chill vibe. Again came a second time and found out the owner makes his own sauces. Very cool pizza was well made, enjoy the thickness of it and actually feel full after eating. Not a huge pizza fan but this place was great! Everyone always has smiles in here. Dessert was amazing and huge slice for my friends birthday! Drink ok, but that's Utah for ya

Originally found online looking for grilled chicken salads, came in and the salads were amazing. Had to come back to try the pizza and oh my. I've never had such melt in your mouth pizza anywhere and I travel quite a bit! The service was amazing both times. Ask for Omar and he will definitely take care of you!

Best Detroit style pizza I've had in Utah. They have some really unique pizza options and I'd recommend trying the Italian beef as it was a surprise favorite if you like that style of sandwich. A little pricy if you're just looking for pizza that night, but worth it for the quality. I've only ever done take out and they've always been quick and on time.

Whoa! Turn your car around 'cause you just passed the best pizza in Utah! I've been searching for you, like a long lost friend you never knew you knew, but only dreamt about. (If you can dream it...it might exist!) Margarita...there you are! Crowned with greens and a ribbon of balsamic. And your friend- the one whose name escapes me - grilled onions, tomatoes, and idk what else but wow! Thanks for bringing me to this symphony of flavor. I'm guessing you're from Chicago, based upon your deep and crusty crust. So glad you've decided to call SLC home.

Was just grabbing a to go. Very nice bar staff. Grabbed me a glass of water did not even have to ask. Food is really good. I get the Detroit pizza and tots. Everything I have tried is large and so good. Definitely shareable.

Visited Brick's Corner for the first time last night and had a very good first impression! We didn't have to wait at all and were seated at the bar. Our server Leland was extremely attentive and gave us good recommendations on the menu. We ordered the "Randazzo" pizza and then their "Dinosaur Wing Platter". The wings are BIG! The pizza was great as well. Ordered a grapefruit cocktail and our server was nice enough to add a tajín rim! We will definitely be back, thank you!

Feel like having the best deep dish pizza!! You've made it! We had a very pleasant experience as all staff was engaging, friendly and helpful! Our server - Host B was attentive, patient and accommodating to all my asks.. I couldn't make up my mind on dessert.. lol! Decor was tributes to stars of rock and reggae, art, metal art, beer/liquor quips and their restaurant merch.. had to buy a shirt too! App: 1- Tots - usual crunchy tarots but with pieces Parmesan/ 2- Wing platter - Herb flavor deliciousness with blue cheese or ranch, teriyaki or buffalo sauce for your smothering or dipping pleasure Pizza choice - 1/2 Sausage King of Chicago and just Pepperoni ... Might sound cliche but truly the right balance of crust to sauce to cheese and meat ratio!!!

Amazing cheesy bread! We're trying the new menu items, including Banana cream pie! Next time, definitely trying the cookie and ice cream! They have a Dutch apple pie, sure wish they had a peach cobbler.

Came on a very busy Saturday night for a wick dinner! They were busy but service was still pretty good! We didn't have to wait long for a table in the bar area for two! We got their yummy wedge salad and their Italian beef dip - both- were very good and tasty! If you've never had their wedge salad I encourage you to try it - the mix of the balsamic vinegar- blue cheese dressing and marinaded tomatoes set this salad apart from most other wedge salads! It's served with blue cheese chunks, bacon bits , and sliced boiled egg served with a slice of buttered toast! It's a shareable salad so everyone at your table can give it a try. The Italian beef dip - now that's a sandwich! With tender beef - cheese and caramelized onions and a aus jus for dipping . We got tots for our side. It was also served with a small side of mix veggie slaw which was a perfect compliment! Except for their parking situation and being a busy Saturday night we enjoyed our meal and will be back again !

Came here and got the Brick House pizza. It was really good! I liked how thick the bread was. The server was good and she was able to answer all of the questions we had. One pizza here can definitely feed 2 people, maybe even 3. The ambience was fine. I think the tables are a bit small, since the person sitting across from me kept bumping legs with me, but overall not bad.

What a pleasant surprise this place was!! Pizza made on focaccia bread ... it's a heavy but a delicious idea. The crispy cheese sides makes it so amazing. I don't think you can go wrong with anything here. I think one pizza would be enough for 2 to share but leftovers are yummy. Honestly, I had a hard time finishing a slice ! I need to come back and try another pizza sometime soon after I recover from the food coma. The service is great and I believe you can carry out as well. The place looks like a brick pizza joint slightly dark and comfortable. Not a super big place so seating might be hard to come by on the weekends. Yes, come here! This is so different in a good way!

I love eating pizza, especially when it is pan. I saw this place and gave it a try. The pizza was really good! Very fulfilling; I really want to try the rest of their menu. Customer service is not that great, but hopefully next time goes well.

We came on a Saturday night and we were seated really quickly. We ordered a salad and a pizza and god bless our server because we were starving after a day on the slopes. Our server wasted no time to bring out the salad while we waited for the pizza.

Vibey local bar with shareable salads, unique deep dish pizza, and incredible desserts. Good spot for date-night, getting together with friends or watching the game. They have a patio that's open during warmer months. We lucked out and watched the Golden Globes while eating. No wait for 6pm on a Sunday night, and had a solid waiter who was nice and patient. Pizza is VERY heavy and greasy, loaded up! So if that's your style you'll like this spot. Salads are shareable size (2-3 people) Nom Nom Nom (pizookie) and Mud Pie Mountain were fantastic - so save room for the desserts!

Phenomenal food, drinks, and service. The Chicago style pizza is mouth watering good. Normally I'm not a fan of thick crust, but they've got the right recipe, it's all made in house. I think they even import the water to get the dough right.

Visited here tonight with a couple friends and it was a great spot for a casual weekday dinner! We ordered three pizzas to share, the Brick House, the SLC and the Chicken Piccata. All were super filling and packed with ingredients but I was hoping for a bit more flavor. Next time I come, I'd love to try one of their dessert pizzas and sit in on trivia night. There's tons of drink options, too. I opted for a classic grape soda while my friend enjoyed an aperol spritz. Our server was funny and brought out our food and drinks in a timely fashion!

Stopped in for dinner last week. What a great neighborhood establishment. We were quickly greeted and seated. It's a causal vibe with great energy. They were extremely busy and take out appeared to be just as busy. Our server was great. She was friendly and checked on us often. We shared a large Caesar Salad, which was fresh and a large portion. We ordered the Sweet Salty Pig pizza, which was really good. Lots of ingredients piled high and full of flavor. Overall, it was a good visit and made for a great date night. We look forward to our next visit, so we can try some of their other pizza's.

Friend recommended this place and was surprised that I've never came across it! For it being the first time here I had a great experience. Staff was on top of it and food was brought out quickly. Their pizza is Detroit style deep dish! It looks so good! I definitely want to come back to try it! I got their cracked tots and pepperoni briquettes. Drinks were good. I got a lime Ricky it was a little too sour for my liking but it wasn't bad. My friend had the mai tai and I like the flavors in that drink better. Only downside is their parking, they have a lot but you can't park unless you have a handicap pass. Otherwise all the other parking is for carry out. So you will have to part in the street or in the neighborhood.

Nice pizza joint located in a corner spot. There's limited parking so plan to find some parking in the neighborhood. The inside is similar to a bar restaurant. The employees were nice and helpful. The cracked tots were alright. The seasoning and truffle on the tots wasn't strong enough for me to taste a big difference. In my opinion, they tasted like normal tots with a bit of truffle on them. The sauce provided gives them lots of flavor though. The sweet salty pig pizza had delicious flavors. The barbecue pork, the ranch, and the grilled onions paired perfectly together. I think that this isn't a pizza seen often so if you don't mind trying something new, i would definitely try it. It is a little messy and the corners can be a bit hard but it's worth it.

Everything is SO GOOD!!! We LOVE their pizza and the banana cream pie is a must!! Do it- you won't be disappointed!! Oh and the servers and service are great as well!!!

Right off 700 E, Bricks doesn't have a lot of parking available but there is plenty of neighborhood parking. I've never had Detroit style pizza and so I wasn't sure what to expect. It's a different pizza experience but the pizza was good. I ordered the Sweet Salty Pig and The Importance of the Fried Cheese (mozzallera sticks). I will say, expect to eat some cheese. The bread is unique and fluffy on the inside with a very crunch on the outside. The service was fast and friendly. It's a small space but it feels really nicely spaced. I'm not sure if this is the greatest place to watch sports. For me, the TVs are pretty high, not big enough and the colors are a bit off.

Check out Bricks Corner to enjoy some thick, delicious Detroit-style pizza! I'm a California native so I grew up on hand-tossed crusts with sauce, cheese and lots of veggies, meats, and even seafood on top. Shrimp pizza anyone? But that doesn't mean I don't enjoy the occasional deep dish! Deep dish done wrong is very bready with about the same amount of cheese and toppings as you'd get on a thinner pizza. I don't enjoy it, but people who like a lot of bread might. Deep dish done right is a little like eating two thin pizzas stacked together. Yes, a little more crust, but you're also getting substantially more cheese and toppings, and who doesn't love that? What a relief, Bricks Corner not only does deep dish right, but introduced me to something delicious that I haven't had before, Detroit, not Chicago, style deep dish pizza!! So what is Detroit-style pizza you might ask? I did exactly that to our server. I found out that it involves roasted toppings that are laid atop the cheese on the pizza. The cheese layer is substantial and it's all cooked in a high-sided, deep-dish steel pan until the cheese bubbles, caramelizes, and crisps around the edges. The dough has higher water content than most, so the crust becomes porous, chewy, and crispy underneath! Yum! So delicious! Interestingly, the Detroit-style pizza sloping, high-sided steel pans were originally used in car manufacturing plants to hold parts for assemblers. Now they make them to cook pizza! My Michigan-born wife gives it her seal of approval and we're headed back for more! Not bad guys, not bad!

I came here to say with my daughter for a mommy daughter pizza date. We tried the pepperoni pizza and it was yummy. My pizza loving daughter could only eat 1 piece because the pizzas are Detroit style and super filling. Detroit style has the cheese and toppings on the pizza and then is topped with the sauce. The ambiance reminded me of a Harley Davidson or a bar. Maybe not super kid friendly but my daughter did get some things to color with which she loved. Our waiter was nice and helpful. We were going to order two pizzas but decided against that since the pizzas are so large. I don't love deep dish/ Detroit style pizza but this one was good.

Yes yes yes! This pizza place is serving delicious Detroit style pizza and loads of other tasty appetizers. We went at an off time and were greeted, seated, served, and waited on by the same person who was working every part of the service. Kudos to her. She was hustling and had a good attitude. Out came the apps. Wow those cracked tots are fantastic. The fried mushrooms and pickles were solid. They both came with the same dipping sauce which was pretty tasty as well. I'm not sure the exact name but it reminded me of a zesty ranch. The pizza was top notch. For the first time in my pizza eating life I had a new topping to me- salty crispy brussel sprouts. I loved it. As a side note, they offer a popular lunch special and the salad that came out next to us was HUGE. I would highly recommend this place. Parking is probably a huge issue when busy.

We wanted to enjoy pizza and so we picked Bricks Corner. And that was a great choice. The pizza is more of a deep dish with a really great crust. I had the lunch special with a salad and four pieces of pizza. It was exactly what I had wanted and we shared pieces with each other to have different variety. The waitress was funny and the place had a great vibe and ambiance.

The atmosphere is great, music, on point. Lighting? it was exactly what I needed. The draft selection and the cocktails were a little better than average... okay, now the negative... Service was 2 star, we sat at the bar. We ordered the Randazzo, the menu says "2 layers of pepperoni". when it showed up we had maybe 3-4 pieces of mini pepps PER SLICE. Overall 3 star

We've been here several times and always enjoy our visits. The product quality is stellar and we usually don't have any trouble getting a table although parking can be a bit of a challenge. On our most recent visit, a Sunday afternoon, we were seated immediately in a comfortable booth and our server, Jill promptly asked for drink orders. Bar service was pretty slow but to be fair, keeping staff seems to be an industry wide challenge as of late. Luckily, having to wait for drinks at Bricks is offset by the interesting selection of cocktails. Our favorite by far is the roasted jalapeño pineapple margarita. It isn't particularly spicy but the flavor is divine. Maybe the best margarita ever. Shout out to Tony, it's creator, who unfortunately doesn't work here anymore. We normally go for the more traditional pizza offerings which never disappoint but this time we ordered the special, Persian Pie. It was absolutely delicious and featured Persian spiced meatballs, kalamata olives roasted tomatoes and peppers, feta. So interesting and inventive. My only complaint being that there wasn't enough mast-o-khiar sauce on the side and there could have been a few more meatballs. We really appreciate the consistent quality of this place and will definitely return.

This place was more fun than the "brick'em young" kit I just got and I do not say that lightly... I haven't had pizza like this in a loooong time !!!

Great food no matter which way you go on the menu and they have a nice relaxed atmosphere plus great staffing. I highly recommend it.

Full disclosure I am a thin crust, New York slice girl-so the deep dish Detroit style pizza was a little bit too bready for me, albeit very delicious. That said, I thought the pizza choices here were really good and I loved that you can choose any type of pizza for the special they have. As a heads up, there is no parking for this restaurant, except for a couple spaces for order pick up, besides that you will need to park in the neighboring residential street. I would really like to try this restaurant again and maybe go for appetizers. The vibe inside is super cute, there are a lot of tables considering it is such a small space. When we got there, we were immediately seated, but no one came up and addressed us for about 20 minutes. I felt really bad for the girl working, she was the hostess, waitress, bartender, and table busser. She was working her tail off and the place was absolutely crowded. I am hoping we caught them on a bad, understaffed day and that this is not the norm at this restaurant.

Brick's corner sets the standard for good Detroit style pizza in SLC! The crust is perfectly cooked and has a good bite to it. It isn't too hard, nor too soft. It is not hard to the teeth, nor is it like drinking the pizza. They use what I think is a proper, fresh Wisconsin brick cheese on the pizza, as there are two noteworthy qualities about the cheese. First, it is piled on there THICK! Seriously, after three slices, a cheese brick will form on your stomach! Two, the cheese touches the edge of the pan they cook it in, creating a nice crust made of browned, crispy cheese. This provides an extra kick of tangy flavor to the pizza. The sauce is quite good. They pile it on high and in globs over the cheese, true to the craft. It's clear that they add other ingredients to the sauce to give it some extra flavor and to cut its acidity level down. However, its flavor is a little too heavy on the tomato profile. If there is one minor thing they could do to make the pizza better, then I'd suggest putting in a bit more garlic in the sauce, and putting some more whole onions into the sauce during the simmering process. That said, Brick's Corner barely gets a 5 star rating. 8/10, very good pizza! I will 100% be back to try other options on the menu!
