"Dads have a notoriously low tolerance for nonsense, a trait this MiMo classic is devoid of. Blue Collar is a (to borrow your dad’s term) straight shooter. The filling entrees appear exactly as described on the menu. And some of our favorite dishes read like a vision board of dad dinners: a dry-aged cheeseburger, spicy oxtail, chicken parm, and t-bone steak. Blue Collar used to be tiny and often had a wait that would make a dad frown. But since they moved across the street to a bigger space, we haven’t had to wait more than 90 seconds for a table (and you can make a reservation just in case).
