Streetzlan catered my baby shower and it was amazing! Their food is out of this world good. Everyone was very impressed and loved it. We had homemade tortillas, carnitas, grilled chicken and beef. Every bite of food was packed with flavor. I cannot recommend them enough for dining in and/or catering. Family run business that really cares about great food and great customer service. If you're dining with them, you are in for a true treat.

I love that Elk Grove has such a unique restaurant like Streetzlan, and I'm so glad I found it! It's located in a strip mall, but from the street it sits on a corner and you can see the signs advertising tacos and beers. The waitress/hostess greeted us warmly and and provided some ice water in a bottle that we could pour ourselves, which was nice. When it came time to order our drinks, she suggested one of their watermelon/strawberry Agua Frescas. What a refreshing delicious drink this was. It was not too sweet and it indeed was very fresh. For my food choice, I chose the brisket taco and a fish taco. My husband ordered one of their burritos. Let me start with the fish taco: omg, one of the best fish tacos l've had outside of Cabo! The fish was battered and tasted super fresh. However the slaw and sauce just made all the flavors come together on the blue corn tortilla. The star of the meal was the brisket taco though. The meat is so tender it just falls apart and the smoke flavor and seasoning is on point. The salsa on the taco was definitely on the spicy side, which I love, but you may want to get it on the side if your taste buds say a big no to spicy. My husband's burrito was ginormous with plenty for leftovers. I love the ambiance in the place and they even have an outdoor patio with a huge smoker they use for that amazing brisket. I did not order beer but they have a pretty good selection that would go great with tacos. I really love that they bring culture and delicious street food together for a unique experience. I can't wait to come back and try the other menu items!

Google
I had the pick any 3 tacos (C St Fish, Carne Asada & Al Pastor) ALL THREE tacos were bomb. But bayyyyyybeeeeeehhhh… The fish taco was incredible. I will be back. They were busy when I came in and I appreciated the excellent service from the server and cooks. Did not have to wait long and I will DEFINITELY be back!

Google
The food was really good but they didn't have some of the things available that were on the menu. The service was fantastic. Unfortunately, to me, the decor was lacking and felt very minimal. The bench seating was covered in cloth and stained, which is a turn off for me. I hope they make some improvements because the food we had was really good and better than many other places.

Google
I loved the tacos here! Not only are they visibly appealing, but the taste was just amazing. Service is great! The inside is plain, no thrills, but that's okay, as the food and service makes up for it.

Deanna L.

Google
The tacos were flavorful, juicy and delicious! The pulled pork taco has a smokiness to it and it gave me surprise when I took my first bite. I would come back again to try their other items as well as their bbq considering how tender and juicy their taco meats were.

Google
This was our first time trying StreetZlan and after the waitress told us they were out of several popular dishes including brisket and tri-tip, we were worried we wouldn't enjoy the food. But we were all wrong! We had a huge party of 15 and each of us loved our dishes. The carne asada fries were excellent, the award winning burger and dirty fries lived up to the hype, and the fried chicken sandwich was also delicious. Everyone who ordered tacos was also incredibly satisfied. Can't wait to go back and try other dishes! Also super affordable.

Google
10 out of 10 Tacos.. Soo Good First time in, 11/26/25. Ordered togo. 3 Tacos $17 Carnae asada, chicharron & fried fish (cod) All three were amazing with different toppings to complement the meat perfectly. The taco were full of meat and flavlor. The staff was super nice, I believe she is an owner and also a local resident.

Yelp
Finally got a chance to visit this spot after waiting for a long time. We attempted to come here on a weekend for dinner once and it was literally packed with a long wait so we tried Sunday Brunch. Brunch was 0 wait but they did have a large party reservation. You receive the menu and pick your spot. The server was one of the most friendliest person ever. So sweet - a sunny person that cheers you up. Sunday is brunch menu only so lunch so I got myself a longanisa egg sandwich with fruit and my partner got the chilaquiles with carne asada. I stole some bite of the chilaquiles it was pretty good and I like that there's some pickle onion and jalapenos to give it that little kick. My egg sandwich is so good! The egg is super velvety + a great texture and it works together with the longanisa. It is messy though so fair warning The ice cafe de olla was good. It wasn't overly sweet and the bit of salt is quite nice. The server was so nice I'm really hoping to come back for the taco Tuesday it's been a while since I get really kind friendly service

Yelp
The pro: outdoor seating, cute patio. And the staff were nice. That's about the extent of the positives. We had 8!people, 5 adults, three kids. We were mid order when I asked if they had a kids menu - seeing that the meals were $17+ a plate. I asked for a verbal run down so I could choose quickly as I was the last of the party to order for myself and two kids. As I tried to order I was informed that there were no baked potatoes- they were out but the restaurant was completely empty and it was early dinner time. After we ordered the waitress had to return to the table to tell us they were out of the street corn side which 3 of us ordered, and they were out of burritos. We ended up with a burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side for the kid. Two of us ordered BBQ beans and they came and were definitely the frijole de La olla - not bbq beans at all. When asked the waitress said they were supposed to be bbq beans but that she would go look for them. Then we asked for BBQ sauce for the bbq meat. We were informed they were out of bbq sauce. At a bbq place. You definitely should have told us that before we ordered bbq plates. The pork spare ribs were sparse and the smoke on the meat was bad smoke. I asked if we could upgrade the burrito side of fries to their dirty fries and was told yes. They never brought the fries - but my daughter still wanted them so we asked and they brought a full size order and charged us $9 instead of an upgraded side as discussed. We had to send somebody in to ask for refills and for utensils and napkins. The bill was $270 --- way overpriced for all of the issues and inconveniences of eating here. We cannot recommend this place Very disappointing.

Yelp
Cozy place! Super nice owners! Met the owners. This place has been here for about two years. Delicious foods with a modern touch! Ordered the three tacos entree. One Al Pastor, one pulled pork and one fish taco. All so yummy! Definitely will be back again!

Yelp
Went here with a big group and was quite surprised how good this place was. It looks very lowkey on the outside and has lots of parking. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating as well. I got the burrito and WOW it was MASSIVE! The picture really doesn't do it justice. Plus it was delicious! The fries were also very good; the seasoning they put on it is sooo yummy and addicting. Definitely would recommend!

Yelp
This place is a hidden diamond! This place has the best fish tacos and al pastor in the whole Sacramento area. First time going in there and I was greeted with a big smile and I had to ask what was her favorite tacos. She quickly said al pastor so I had to try them and those tacos brought me back to Mexico. Those are the best al pastor I've tried outside of Mexico. The fish tacos has a seafood sauce and a avocado sauce that blew my mind. The Tortilla was amazing and soft. The decor and place in general is super nice. I'll be back very soon.

Yelp
I absolutely LOVE their chicharrón tacos!! They're crispy and have the best guacamole to salsa ratio. Their menu has definitely evolved since I've last visited but so far these tacos have been my go to. I'd recommend you go and try them out. Service was lovely and the ambiance feels like home. I genuinely love this place.

Yelp
Came here for lunch. It was pretty empty since I came when they just opened for the day. The waitress provided menus and told me to sit anywhere I liked as she grab water for the table. We both ordered 3 tacos (fish, al pastor, and chicharron) along with a side of corn. The Al pastor was extremely dry and the fish was okay but the batter to fish ratio was uneven. The chicharron was the only highlight along with the corn. I wouldn't mind giving their bbq a chance even though I was slightly underwhelmed with their tacos. The restaurant itself isn't too big but there is plenty of parking in the plaza they are in along with an outdoor patio.

Yelp
Some of the best tacos in all of Sacramento. The Al pastor was flavorful with a bit of Smokey char that added depth. The fish taco was crisp and not soggy with a delicious tomatillo salsa, and the asada taco was incredible. The staff was attentive and friendly and I got my food within minutes. I'll be back and plan to try the BBQ next time.

Yelp
Came here on Saturday 5/17. Our server/host was AMAZING, very polite, and knew the menu so well. The restaurant is pretty small, but its not located in a busy area for the weekend, which my husband and were ok with. The dirty fries were 10/10 Brisket taco: 7/10 it was too much brisket for a taco and I felt it could use more flavor but the texture was spot on Fish taco: 10/10 Carne asada taco: 10/10 Carnitas taco: 8/10 They don't have much of a spicy salsa but the tomatillo salsa was amazing!!

Yelp
This is a hidden gem. I say that because I parked my car and I literally had to look for it. The outdoor sign is a bit underwhelming but don't let that steer you from stepping in! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Ameena and she was really friendly. I told her I don't eat pork so she made sure to tell me which dishes have pork in them . When I walked in the restaurant was completely empty . It was at 2 in the afternoon on a Sunday . I got my food very quickly. You can order 3 tacos for $17 which is a good deal now a days . I am boycotting all Pepsi and coke products so I asked Ameena if they serve virgin margaritas and boy did she deliver! It was delicious I must admit I think $7 for a virgin margarita is a bit much so I won't be ordering again. Now let's talk about the food The fish taco was the best! It's crunchy and soft at the same time . It's full of favor yet not overpowering. The chicken taco was also good. My least favorite was the carne Asada . I did not enjoy the super loud music , just a heads up if you are looking for a quiet ambiance, this is not it . But other than that it was a nice spot .

Yelp
I went to Streetzlan with a friend, excited to try it out. The place has a cute atmosphere, and we were able to sit wherever we wanted. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. The food was beautifully presented, but unfortunately, the flavors were underwhelming. We ordered the smash burger and upgraded fries. The burger was decent but tasted like any other burger and was slightly more charred than I prefer. The fries were great, though--though I may be biased since I love grilled onions. We also tried the cucumber salad, which lacked flavor. The issue seems to be that they prepare it on the spot rather than letting the cucumbers marinate in the dressing. Smaller cuts and some time to soak would make a big difference. As for the tacos, the al pastor was too charred and didn't have much flavor, while the fish tacos were just okay--the breading and sauce provided most of the taste. Overall, while the service and presentation were nice, the food didn't stand out flavor-wise. Because of that, we probably wouldn't return.

Yelp
We've been wanting to check out Streetzlan for a while. We love going to family owned restaurants. They used to be in Galt and they moved to Elk Grove. As we entered the restaurant, the lady at the counter greeted us with a cheerful smile and told us we could pick our own seating. She was helping another patron. We sat down and she came quickly with our waters and menus. We chatted about the cute decor design while looking over the menu. When she came back, she asked if we were ready. She was very helpful in explaining the menu items and gave us her favorite go to meals. I was trying to stay low carb, so I ended up ordering the City Smash Burger. I added the bacon and iceberg lettuce which was an up charge. I went with a side salad instead of fries. OMGOODNESS!! Everything was made to order and fresh. It was DELICIOUS!! My burger was made for me without the bun to help with the low carb. My friend ordered the three tacos dish. It was the Carne Asada Al Carbon, the Chicharron, and the Chicken Mole. I was told it was all FANTASTIC!! Overall, it was a GREAT choice!! Our waitress was the only one working all the tables at the time. She checked in on us frequently and made us feel at home even though she had others to help. That is service above and beyond. The parking is a shared space with other businesses. Ample parking at the time. They are closed on Tuesday's. We cannot wait to check out other menu items.

Yelp
I was really excited to see a fancy taco spot in the area. I've been riding the high of having elevated tacos at places like Holbox in LA or Lola 88 in SD. The carne asada was cooked over charcoal and had a really nice smokey flavor to it. However, the meat was overcooked and dry. It had the texture of beef that's been sitting in the warmer for too long. The chicharron taco was seasoned well, but needed to be crisped up just a bit more on the top. The skin had the chewy texture that could've been better if slow cooked or fried a little longer. The Al Pastor was also overcooked and dry. The marinade is standard and didn't really stand out. The best was the fish taco. It was crispy and flakey. It reminds me of a lot of the mariscos trucks down in SD. I loved the tortillas - they are handpressed and didn't have that store bought texture/taste. The salsas across the board were also solid and seasoned well. Service is extremely friendly. I'd come back for the fish tacos.

Yelp
This has been on my shortlist for some time and I finally made it. Party of 4 ! We ordered two 3 Tacos, you get to pick 3 tacos for $17 no sides. 1 burrito bowl and dirty fries. First plate- 2 fish one chicken Second plate- 1 fish 1 chicken & 1 asada The tortillas were excellent, fresh! The meat was good quality. The flavors did not hit, and the food was not hot enough. My chicken taco slaw was too drippy. A salsa bar would not hurt and a scoop of beans and rice wouldn't either! I do believe this is a great place but they have inconsistencies and could use some flavors tweaks to sauces. Overall super friendly staff and nice clean place. Give it a try!

Yelp
Cool place I really like the atmosphere, but the food was honestly made. I went on a Sunday where they had a limited menu and I was not impressed at all by the Chilaquiles burrito. I was told that the pancakes were huge and then when they came out, they were average size too, but those are still good. I definitely want to come back and try the regular menu now.
google avatar

Yelp
When this place first opened it was fantastic. Food was great and consistent, service was on point. Last few times the food was lacking flavor, the menu is inconsistent or they don't have what you want. A few times we've tried to go and it was closed for a special event but wasn't posted anywhere. Usually restaurants start off rough and improve this place is the opposite.
google avatar

Lesly L.

Yelp
Tried this place for the first time and it was great! Their lime lemonade was so refreshing. We got the street fries with al pastor meat and it was delicious and well seasoned. We also tried the 3 for $17 tacos and got the chicharron, al pastor and pulled pork. Lastly we had the banana pudding for dessert and it was SO yummy! Their menu items are definitely on the pricier side but in my opinion it is very worth it. Our waitress Jessica was also so kind and attentive. Overall an amazing experience I would come back again!

Yelp
**Absolutely delicious!** I've been wanting to try this Mexican fusion spot for a while, and it did not disappoint. I was surprised to see a grilled chicken banh mi sandwich on the menu, but it was fantastic! The chicken was was perfectly grilled --smoky and slightly charred. What really tied it all together was the sauce. Although it looked like a lot, it complemented the sandwich beautifully without overwhelming it. (I ordered extra veggies, highly recommend). Every bite had the perfect balance of flavor and texture. It's one of those meals where you're already thinking about your next visit before you're even done eating. Definitely a must-try! Also, shout out to the waitress who was super welcoming and friendly--she made the experience even better. I'll definitely be back to try more from the menu!

David F.

Yelp
Great food. Great service. We had breakfast on Sunday morning. I believe they only have breakfast on Sunday. Nice restaurant and a comfortable breakfast atmosphere. The food was so good that we wanted to order seconds. We are looking forward to going back.

Yelp
First time visit came for lunch. Waitress was polite and service was prompt. Didn't realize they also had BBQ menu so I ended up trying the combo platter (brisket, pulled pork, beans, dirty fries). Everything had a good flavor but I would have preferred the meat a little hotter. Wife had the carne asada tacos and said they were tasty. Kiddo enjoyed the cheeseburger but didn't get the juice he wanted (they had run out).
google avatar

James S.

Yelp
Excellent food, we tried the BBQ chicken, beans, rice, and dirty fries. Everything was very delicious.
google avatar

Yelp
Had 3 different style tacos that were all very tasty. The smash burger was very large and full of flavor. Service was great but also it wasn't very busy so she had time to check on us which she did. Will come back to try the BBQ

Yelp
Came here with a party of 6 ppl on Saturday afternoon. I didn't know this place existed but I'm glad I tried it out. Not a long wait, with outdoor and indoor seating available. My wife and her friends really adored the table settings. Small menu with great flavors . The Vaqueros tacos (birria tacos) were delicious. Meat was tender and juicy while tacos shell still retained some crunch. Fish tacos, carne asada and al pastor tacos all were delicious and flavorful. Would definitely come back again. Overall service was great, food is pricey for a tacos but over all delicioso !!
google avatar

Christina N.

Yelp
The food was a 10/10. The fish tacos were perfectly cooked and the pork tacos were something I'm gonna crave over and over. The people that work there clearly know what they're doing, so friendly, amazing service, personable. I will be coming back here again and again.

Yelp
Finally had a chance to try this restaurant and it did not disappoint! We came in just before they closed and were not rushed at all. The service was great, food was amazing and we would certainly come back again. We had chips and salsa and guacamole, bbq brisket banh mi and a trio of tacos. We also tried the esquites which paired nicely with our meal.

Givanna Q.

Yelp
Food was great! Very flavorful. I had the birra chilaquiles and it was amazing! Very clean place, and the bathrooms were the cleanest restrooms I've ever seen at a restaurant. Highly recommend! Also, amazing service the girl was very sweet.

Yelp
Just visited Streetzlan for the first time and loved it! Came out to celebrate my husband' birthday and loved our experience. The place is very cute, and quaint but simple and I love that. Our server, Ameena was very attentive and friendly. She gave us complimentary Sweet Cigar's for my husband's birthday. I thought that was so sweet. We enjoyed our food VERY MUCH. I had the Ahi Poke Nachos and they were so good! The tacos were great and my son had a burrito which he also enjoyed. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and we will definitely be back.

Havanah Q.

Yelp
I was craving tacos and came across this restaurant. I went there around 12:30 in the afternoon it was pretty empty in there. The restaurant was decorated cute and it was clean. Our server was very kind and attentive to us. I tried all the street tacos and my favorite one was the fish taco it was amazing! I will be coming back here I had such a great experience.

Yelp
Looking for a place to eat in Elk Grove but it is the Fourth of July. I thought it was a bit odd having another Mexican restaurant next to them, but this place is better, menu is smaller. Ambiance Small but clean, nice patio seating which would be nice when not 105 outside. Service Ameena was friendly and made some suggestions. Tacos I would say on the gourmet side. Plating amazing, I suspect someone went to culinary school. They come on homemade blue corn tortillas. Who does that? Fish, al pastor, asada, and chicharron tacos. The fish and carne asada tacos were my favorites. Avocado Slayer tostada This is a piece of art, meticulous in its assembly. It has bits of apple but it works. Rate 5 Spanish rice was a bit bland, Diet Coke was flat. Lose a star for that. A little pricey but it was Taco Thursday $2 off tacos. I will return to try meat slow cooked with smoker.

Fork In The Road E.

Yelp
Oh man, I really loved everything I ate here. Al pastor taco 4.5/5 Fish tacos 5/5 Salmon tostada 5/5 Bbq beans 5/5 Elote 3/5 (this was the only disappointment. The sauce was great but the corn itself did not taste fresh. Overall, an excellent restaurant. Great customer service! I'll be back!

Yelp
Tried this place for the first time for lunch. It is located off Laguna blvd across from Apple (next to Todo Un Poco). Plenty of seating but a bit warm inside on a hot summer day in Elk Grove. Ordered a carne asada burrito and the 3 taco plate (fish, chicharron, asada). The batter on the fish was a bit too crusty and the chicharron was tough but tasted good. Carne asada taco was just mid. For roughly $5.60+ a taco, pretty steep price for what you get. The burrito was good but also a bit pricey at $16. Presentation of the food is nice and service was good. Glad I tried this place but probably won't be back. Give it a shot and see what you think.
google avatar

Eva W.

Yelp
We tried this place for the first time. I ordered one Al pastor and one fish taco. They were both good, but I liked the Al Pastor better. The meat was flavorful and tender. The only thing about it was, I was not full after the two tacos. They were small, street tacos. So, I ordered the sliders. The sliders were good, but I think it would have been better with some cheese. Overall, the food was good, but I think the some of the items are a little overpriced. $7 street tacos were a little steep. The sliders were on the pricey side also. You can order a whole burger with fries at another restaurant.

Yelp
I think I may have discovered a new culinary love at Streetzlan! The food here is an absolute delight and, in my opinion, pure perfection! You know how restaurant websites or food photos look incredibly appetizing, but then you visit, and the dish looks nothing like the pictures? Well, at Streetzlan, the dishes not only match but exceed expectations, and the flavors are AH-mazing! I've enjoyed the C St Fish taco, Carne Asada taco, Al Pastor taco, Chicharron taco, Vaquero tacos, and Streetzlan's Red Chicken. Among these, the Chicharron taco reigns supreme! The crunch of the Chicharron wrapped in a warm, soft corn tortilla is simply unforgettable. I think I may have dreamed about this taco, and I eagerly await my next visit to Streetzlan. On my next trip, I'm definitely going to try the Avocado Slayer. I've seen so many people order it, and it looks like a crowd favorite. Streetzlan is cozy, so be prepared to wait a few minutes if you have a large party. However, there's always plenty of parking, the restaurant is impeccably clean and inviting, and the service is top-notch.

Yelp
Cute little taco restaurant that I had no idea existed. I came to grab a quick late lunch to eat so I didn't want to order too much, even though I wished I did. I ordered the Vaquero Taco, which had bold flavors and the braised beef was tender. The C fish taco was soft and not thickly battered, the chicharron was decent and the pulled pork was my favorite because of the surprising smokey element. All had a slightly different sauce that made each one unique and every one tasted as good as it looked. If this is the taste of street food tacos, I would love try some more!!! Streetzlan has so much to offer on their menu, it quite the variety which ranges from Ahi Poke Nachos to Burgers, to BBQ to Banh Mi. I'm not sure how good those are, but judging from my first visit, I'm sure I'll be in for a surprise next time. The owner was also super welcoming and friendly. I'm so glad this place is so close to home.

Jody G.

Yelp
This place is so overpriced you will be shocked. I bought (2) breakfast sandwiches and an order of tater tots. Over $40?! Got home and realized I had one breakfast sandwich and two orders of tater tots. Had to drive back and have order corrected. No apologies from owners. I actually saw them put my returned (now cold) tater tots with another to go order. Think about that. I went home, opened the container, realized it was wrong, returned it and watched them place my returned order with another order. After seeing this, I was done. What a joke of a business. If you order from them, I suggest not ordering takeout, you may receive a returned prior mistake...

Yelp
I can never order just one thing here--everything is just so flavorful and delicious! First up, the tacos--WOW. My husband swears by the fish tacos every time while I'm all about the steak and chicharrón tacos. Each bite is packed with bold, fresh flavors that keep us coming back for more. Then there's the smashburger and fries--an absolute must-try! The juicy, flavorful patty paired with perfectly crispy, golden fries makes for one of my all-time favorite go-to dishes. And we have to talk about the Avocado Slayer--refreshing, bright, and zesty, it's like a bite of sunshine. The combination of creamy avocado, citrusy lemon slices, and a rich bean spread creates a balance of flavors I never expected to work so well together, but somehow, it just does! A huge shoutout to the incredible Streetzlan team! Their service is amazing, and you can truly see the passion they put into every dish. 10/10--highly recommend!

Yelp
Wow what a gem Elk Grove has now! I was so impressed with everything from the freshness, service, and variety. We got the salmon tostada and it's my new favorite dish! All the different toppings and the sauce was such an amazing combination . The al pastor fries were also divine and the bbq combo was unexpected but also delicious, yet I'm not sure I would order it again as the other items were mouth watering . Worth every single penny! Can't wait to

Yelp
This was indeed an underwhelming dining experience. Took a while to get my food; they were out of aqua Fresca at 2:30 in the afternoon. The barbecue beans were cold, and the ribs were barely warm. The beans lacked flavor, and the ribs were bland and over-charred.

Yelp
Food is always ! The brisket taco amazing but the Carne Asada fries with aïoli bomb roughly about 15 bucks and if you ask for extra cheese, it sets it off! They take on Mexican fusion is really dope and love the fact that they're local and from Galt! They do close pretty early, which kind of sucks but can't go wrong with anything you order on the menu! I remember they won the burger battle back in 2018 /2019 and I've been elevating ever since! Fish tacos are really good too! Service is sweet and super accommodating, and the ambience is solid. They also serve Dino ribs on Friday sometimes so good and filling!

Yelp
Streetzlan is located next to Todo un Poco and in the spot where Nash & Proper used to be, so there is plenty of parking. Inside has plenty of seating and they offer an outside patio as well. Walking inside we were greeted and seated right away. Our server Ameena was amazing. She was super attentive and put up with my husband's dry sense of humor. We both ordered micheladas and I asked for a soda but was informed their soda machine stopped working earlier that day. The miches were bomb tho, the chamoy was really good and she said they mixed tajin with crushed up candies. I ordered the vaquero tacos and the fish taco and my husband got the 2 taco plate with al pastor. Shortly after ordering, we were informed they were out of rice and it would take 20 minutes so Ameena offered for us to pick a different side and we chose the Mexican street corn. My vaquero tacos were good with big chunks of birria but the consome was a little lacking and it was super watery so the flavor didn't really stick to the taco. I'm used to a thicker consome I guess. The fish taco was the highlight of the meal. Perfectly battered and that aioli added the perfect touch. My husband didn't really like his Al pastor tacos, he just wasn't a fan of the blue corn tortilla. The street corn tasted more like a corn chowder, definitely needed some Tajin in my opinion. Overall, service was great, food was ok but if anything, we'll be back for more of those micheladas and fish tacos!

Yelp
For Sunday brunch I had chilaquiles with chicken which were excellent. My husband had flapjacks with bacon and scrambled eggs with an order of loaded tater tots. The flavor of the tater tots was good, but they were lukewarm when they arrived. I'm not sure why they only offer scrambled eggs when they put over medium eggs on their chilaquiles. The pancakes looked light and fluffy, but were a bit rubbery and it tasted like the chef used a spatula for something and the taste transferred to the pancakes. I cannot remember what it was called but their spiced coffee was good. The service was great. The eating area was attractive and the spotless bathrooms had unscented hand soap.

Yelp
Loved the poke nachos ordered 2. Tried the michelada it's good but needs to be stronger. Love the outdoor seating. This use to be where Nash & Proper was before the closed down. Staff was very friendly

Yelp
I saw that this was a new place to eat in Elk Grove so we went to check it out. We went right when they opened and didn't have reservations. The place is on the small side but had a bunch of tables. The place looks like a warehouse with high ceilings. It was apparent later since I was cold as we ate. I usually can take it but it was pretty chilly inside. Well they seated us right away. There were two other tables so it wasn't very busy yet. It seemed most of the people had reservations but it was Valentines day. Our server was really nice she went over their favorite dishes . The menu is not really that big so we tried a lot of the things. I of course got the BBQ ribs. The first one was fantastic but it wasn't consistent. Most were over cooked since they were not as big as my first rib. I was really hoping this would be a great place for BBQ. I hope they get that straightened out soon. This would be a fantastic place to get the ribs. It came with corn bread but that was a little dry. Cole slaw too but I didn't care for it. Next were the tacos. I tried the carne asada y chorizo. which wasn't to bad and tasted good. The wife had the C St fish one which was also good but I wish they didn't bread and fry the fish. She got the Al pastor which was her favorite but I didn't try it. The wife wasn't full so she ordered the King sliders . It came with 2 and they were not bad but it would be nice if they had cheese on it. It came with dirty fries, which have caramelized onions on it. We enjoyed those. Our server was amazing. She must of refilled my iced tea 7 times or more. Never empty. Always suggesting thigs to eat. The food wasn't bad but I think the prices are a little high for what you get. At least the tacos for sure . Nix taco is a Michelin star place and their prices are the same. Kind of high for a place just opening. I will see next time we come in and see if things improve.

Yelp
Went here for dinner with some friends...I got the vaquero tacos that came with a side of yummy salsa and consume (perfect amount). The tacos were pretty good - only critiques is that I would have preferred the meat to be a little more shredded and also they should probably laminate their menus. They were out of some items like diet coke, Aguas frescas, and the dessert cigars. Our server had mentioned that they were short staffed and didn't have the regular people that usually prepare the Aguas frescas and desserts there. They are working on getting their beer and wine license. Give them a shot - they just opened a couple months ago, so be patient. I definitely wanna try their fish tacos next time.

Yelp
We finally got the opportunity to dine in at Streetzlan and it was unbelievable. We tried the Avocado slayer, 3 tacos, and sweet cigars. Everything was exceptionally elevate, from service to ambience to food.

Yelp
Just heard about StreetsZlan today through a recommendation from my girlfriend, for a new restaurant we should checkout. So I decided to take the family to check it out today. Arrived around 7 and we're greeted and seated within a couple of minutes. Once seated we looked over the menu for a bit and started with drinks. We were interested in the Agua Fresca but were informed they were out of the day, are it's really popular as it made fresh each day. And it usually is gone by lunch, so I'll have to come back during the day to try it out. We however eventually ordered the food below: Appetizer: Carnitas Street Fries Main Course: C St Fish Taco Vaquero Tacos Burnt Ends Taco Al Pastor Taco Chicharrón Tacos Overall: Good service, delicious food, and nice decor. Would definitely check this place out again.

Yelp
Wow! This place is newish to Elk Grove and I've never gone to their Galt location, so I didn't know when this place was open. I've stopped by twice before I caught them on a Saturday evening for dinner, but it was worth the wait. I don't know why they didn't have their business hours listed outside their door, but I forgive them. This husband and wife team are extraordinary. He runs the back and she runs the front. This EG location is full service, even though they have a soda fountain located in the dining area. The restaurant is medium sized with about a dozen tables and lots of windows for natural light. So many windows in fact, that it was a little chilly last Saturday night near that door that leads to their patio. Next time I'll request another table. The wife had the Vaquero Tacos. She thoroughly enjoyed the three birria tacos, consume and salsa. She would order that again, but after taking a bite of my Fish Taco, she'll probably order that next time. I had one of her three tacos and loved it too! I ordered a la carte and sampled three tacos: C St. Fish, Burnt End Brisket and Carne Asada y Chorizo. My favorite was the Carne Asada nad Chorizo, then C St. Fish, then the Burnt End Brisket. For dessert, we tried the Sweet Cigars. Service was impeccible and you can tell the family cares about its food as well as it's customers. Simply wonderful and I plan on going tomorrow for their Dino Beef Rib Birria special.
