Happy hour’s salty, ice-cold oysters, a glass of sake or non-alcoholic beer, a shaded patio, and perfectly seasoned and crispy jojos make for a pretty near-perfect afternoon. Horseradish, lemon, mignonette, and hot sauce might adorn your oysters, and the thyme-infused malt vinegar, organic Portland ketchup, and barnacle hot sauce all complement the jojos perfectly.
