We absolutely love this place! Whether we dine in or get dinner to go, it’s always incredible. The service is always so friendly- they already recognized us and welcomed us back by our 2nd visit. Being 38 weeks pregnant, I wake up craving their pizza. My only complaint, they aren’t open 24/7 to accommodate us crazy preggos who want their food at all hours! We have tried many different pizzas and have loved every single one- hot soppressata is my absolute favorite. The Caesar salad is incredible too!

This place has been on my list for quite a while, but I honestly thought maybe it opened and closed before I had a chance to enjoy it, as I kept driving by the location and never saw a sign. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU! Because if you give up or don't keep a sharp eye, you will miss a true "hidden gem." This is an order at the counter pizza and ice cream bit of heaven. The menu and hours of operation are small but perfect...right down to the appetizer option of warm almonds. The pizza is simply amazing. The crust is perfect for the topping styles. I strongly suggest getting one of their creations (though they do have a build your own option). I was simply too full to try the ice cream, but it looked incredibly creamy. I will be back for that, for sure! As a solo diner, I always try to be thoughtful and leave the tables to couples, so I loved the bar style seating option. However, I found it unsettling to have the entire restaurant behind me. It seemed worth mentioning, but also pointing out that I chose this seat myself, and it should not stop anyone from experiencing this incredible addition to the Denton food scene.

From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed like old friends. When they found out it was our first visit — and that ChatGPT sent us for the best pizza in Denton — the whole team lit up with excitement! They helped us craft the perfect meal using their seasonal ingredients. My husband went classic with a Margherita + pepperoni, while I got adventurous with the Hot Soppressata, loaded with microgreens and bacon (chef’s kiss 💋). We also shared the pear salad — light, fresh, and bursting with flavor. Every bite was a flavor explosion — crispy crust, melty cheese, and the perfect balance of sweet, salty, and spicy. We’re officially obsessed and already planning our next visit.

Fantastic pizza and ice cream. This is one of the best Neapolitan style pizzas available anywhere. Their dough takes them 72 hours to make and their ingredients are top notch. I will always recommend whatever the special is, it’s always fantastic. If it has their garlic confit, it will blow your mind. Last night I had their special which was a garlic confit base topped with pumpkin, crispy sage, and bacon along with the rosemario which is a standard base with pancetta and rosemary, both were phenomenal.

Really delicious Neapolitan style Pizza, you won’t find a better one in town. Wasn’t a fan of ordering at the register upon entering. The prices are too expensive, especially for the bread & olive oil appetizer and a glass of wine - for this high end price I would appreciate drinking out of a real wine glass as they serve it in a tiny glass that looks like my Ikea tealight holder.

The best pizza we have ever had ever. The family atmosphere mixed with a yoga business when the restaurants not open…100 pizzas a night. Open Thursday-Saturday. We will be regulars. Gabe made us feel like family!

So the location is very unassuming. Parking can be a challenge depending on time of day- Yoga by day- pizza by night…so it has a unique atmosphere… Pizza was very tasty, it is a stone oven pizza- thin crust- not crispy, may i say flacid- lol Taste of the crust is yummy! Felt the $5 for a mexican coke was bit much. It’s a little too “funky” for my taste- but the pizza was good

Good food but the layout of the space has a bit rushed feeling. It felt like the space wasn't really meant for dinning, albeit the space was welcoming. The service was good when staff was present, there were lots of employees for delivering slightly less service than you would expect. It is a mixture of self service though do that may be expected. All together the best pizza I have had in Denton and I think they will get the rest cleaned up as they go. Price was reasonable for the quality.

Ambiance: small restaurant, the main space (which functions is their yoga studio 7 days a week) is open on Fridays and Saturdays, so if you want to secure a table either make reservations or come early! The place smelled heavenly and loved being able to see the entire staff in action. Service: not a traditional sit down service restaurant- you order and then sit at a table, food is brought to you. The pizzas don't take long to cook, but they're a well known restaurant so it can get backed up quickly. Everyone is friendly and helpful! Lots of great beer options too! Food: wonderful pizza! Fresh dough, fresh ingredients. Everything is thoughtfully prepared in regard to flavor combinations. I got the patata, which was a special at the time. DELISH!! Never would've thought to put potatoes on a Pizza but it works! I'm not a crust fan, but they made for great croutons the next day!! Highly recommend. And check out their yoga classes too - phenomenal teaching staff!

Aglio Pizzeria was a delight. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and full of smiles every time we spoke to them. Pizzas were personal size and honestly just enough for 1 person. We got four and they were all delicious. The seating area was simple but beautiful. Loved it here and will definitely be coming back in the near future.

My goodness what a gem! The pizza was so fresh and just enough for two people with medium appetites, so needless to say one is great if you are HUNGRY! We ordered ahead and the wait was less than 10 when we go there. Also if you have a gluten sensitivity, this pizza did not cause any stomach issues! Simply delicious!

Great food and service. The jazz trio might not be a regular thing, but it was an added bonus. We got to listen to some Christmas jazz while dining. The pizzas were perfect and we started with a lovely pear salad. We are not fans of red sauce, so we were delighted to see the olive oil choices. We had the Aglio and the Raab pizzas. Both were so good!

This place was amazing. I loved how quaint it was. The menu was simple but elegant. You order at the front and then theyvseat you and bring your pizza once it is done. We order the margarita pizza and bread and oil. Wow it was all amazing. Me and my girls loved it. The staff was friendly too. We will certainly go back.

We were first time patrons and had great experience at Aglio Pizzeria! The wood-fired hot soppressata pizza was full of flavor, and the il Fresco salad was fresh and delicious. The service was fast and friendly, which made everything even better. My only suggestion would be to offer a few more non-alcoholic drink options--iced tea would be a great addition!

I'd like to consider myself a bit of a pizza connoisseur, and this is hands down the best pizza I've ever had. Absolutely impeccable! 10/10! I can't wait to return.

Ok. I'm writing this review with my hope that the owners read this. I've had their pizza and it's excellent. But tonight, we arrived at 5:40. Placed our order at 5:50 and it was 6:50 and no pizza. I asked and was told" it's in the que" when I asked what that meant the server checked and told me there were 7 more pizzas ahead and it would be another 30 minutes. So we would have waited an hour and a half. We we left , the group that ordered immediately ahead of us had their pizzas. How could we be the seventh down the row and why would 7 pizza even take 1/2 hour to make? True Neapolitan pizza should only take 6 minutes and you at least cook 3 at a time. I know because I actually have my own wood fired pizza and have pizza nights for my family. I just can't emphasize enough how poorly run this place is. So PLEASE FIX THIS! Your pizza is excellent but the service you provide is simply awful.

Best pizza in all of Denton County and DFW. The crust of this is crispy, soft, pillowy, and chewy all at the same time. The sauce is fresh and light and the cheese is flavorful. I went two nights in a row because it's just that good

This is probably the best restaurant in Denton. Really good food, natural wine, small restaurant. Amazing. 10/10 place for a date night.
