Great neighborhood spot. It’s a small, local business serving up delicious dishes. I enjoyed the spicy chicken wings and the iced honey lemon drink. Each one of the noodle dishes was so flavor and made with fresh ingredients. It’s a must check out if you’re in Tucson.

My son in law wanted to try Noodleholics for his 30th birthday and it didn't not disappoint! He really enjoyed his meal. Customer service was great!

Great bowl of Al Dente hand pulled noodles . I recommend getting a bowl of hand pulled noodles and order an extra serving of noodles for $3.00. The serving is enough to serve two people, imo. I can never get enough hand pulled noodles. When I’m in Asia, hand pulled noodles is a norm. Great stuff!

I’ve had this dish before and it was never like this. Last time I ordered through Uber Eats it was already full of bones, but I gave it another chance. Unfortunately, it’s the same again — almost all bones, and the little meat there was was just thin slices, no drumstick, nothing like the photo on Uber Eats. Completely not recommended. Never coming back and I’ll tell my friends to stay away. Extremely disappointing.

The Taiwan beef noodles were so flavorful and the portions were very generous, highly recommend. Was pleasantly surprised but how good the HK milk tea was and will be ordering it again. Enjoyed the crab puffs and chaosiu dumplings.

I absolutely loved this place, and I recommend it to others as a place to go. It has great dishes, I personally get the Sichuan Spicy Beef every time, but I have tried other soups as well. 10/10 recommend to anyone who likes soup like ramen, the noodles they use are made in store as far as I'm aware, and are fantastic in both texture and taste.

This place is amazing! We have gone a couple times now and have been very pleased each time! They have great portions of very good food for great prices. Their ramen is very good and everything tastes fresh. Their crab puffs are very good and the dumplings were yummy too! I always get the chicken noodle and it tastes very good! Their portions are great so I always take some home and they provide very great containers. I love the free water they provide and all sorts of utensils to use. They keep it very clean and inviting! Highly recommend!

We came here like 5 years ago, and I didn't care too much for it. I don't think I ordered the right thing. Today, we came back to give it another try, and I'm glad we did. The girl who helped us was very helpful and answered our questions. She even gave suggestions. Great service! I got the Guilin noodles and asked for it to be extra spicy, and it was hot! Just the way I like it 👌🏾 The broth was very good! My kids got the house wonton, and they were so happy with it too. We highly recommend this place!

If comparing to Cali, I would say it's 4/5 with more populated and competitive asian eateries. Although being out of Asian area, this is 5/5. Food was definitely legit. The spicy one had the numbing spice with great flavors. Do note I got the mild and it may still be a tad spicy to some who are sensitive, so best to get the beef shank broth soup which also flavorful with sesame oil punch to it. The kiddo approved so thats a win. The beef was very tender which is my usual highlighted of Taiwanese beef noodles while the husband focuses on the noodles which lacked texture just a bit compared to hand pulled ones in LA. Prices were descent and for parties 6+ will have a 10% service charge added which is descent also, again if you're comparing to LA prices. Place was clean and nice but place is not too big to hold this hot spot of many customers. We also got the salt and pepper chicken was fried perfectly do note that this is spicy when not indicated on the menu so ask for slice peppers on the side than on top or none at all. The servers came by often also to check on us which totally justified that 10% which was great as I have been to some establishments where the charges were already there so they do not care to come by which defeats purpose of these automatic tipping charges which to me is contradictory at times. All in all( definitely will be returning whenever I come back to visit!!

We had a great experience here for Sonoran Restaurant Week! They are having a deal for $15, which includes a select appetizer, choice from a few noodle dishes, and either a random dessert or a house drink. I chose the crab puffs, tomato egg noodles, and honey lemon iced black tea drink. My partner also got the crab puffs, Dandan noodles, and a honey lemon drink. The crab puffs were excellent, probably the best I've had at any restaurant in Tucson. The cream cheese filling is well seasoned and the wonton is of high quality. Each order came with 6 good-sized pieces, these were the highlight of our meal. The honey lemon drink and honey lemon iced tea were refreshing, but a little sweet for my taste. I would probably request it with more tea and less of the lemonade part next time. I really enjoyed the tomato egg noodle dish, the broth was very flavorful and it was a huge portion. My partner did not like her dandan dish, she thought it was a little bland. Of note, service was good and friendly, but they have a "self serve" section for boxing up leftovers, and the circumference of the takeout container is laughably small compared to the size of the bowls the dishes come in- which meant it was nearly impossible not to spill and make a mess when trying to transfer the food over. After trying to transfer one bowl, we gave up on the second one :( Overall, this was a great deal to try out a new place for restaurant week, and I would return another time for the crab puffs and to try other options on the menu.

This was my first visit to Noodleholics, but it's not my first time trying Sichuan/Chengdu, Tiawanese, Japanese, or several other Asian noodles. I travel often to Asia and have experienced many varieties and variations of noodles. Of the three dishes I was able to taste here, two of them basically tasted like one flavor: Salt. This is about the Spicy Beef Noodle and the Dandan. If this is the normal seasoning in these noodles, it is awful. The saltiness overbears every other spice to include the Sichuan pepper, any Five Spice, any stock flavor, any savory adds like fish sauce or MSG (if it's used), and any sesame base. I hope my situation was a mistake, but the staff claimed we could order low-sodium options. The fact that this is not the default option blows my mind. Any cook should know it's easier to add salt than to take it out. Let the customer decide on their own to destroy every Asian dish with soy sauce or salt or sugar. To bury the essential flavors of the broth or meat in salt should be a crime. Otherwise, the cold dry noodle was good. At least that had a flavorful sesame sauce on the side which was well balanced.

We were visiting my brother and family in Tucson and came across this wonderful noodle place! The Taiwanese beef noodle soup was favorable and delicious. Served with the iced honey lemon drink, it was delicious. Will be coming back!

I love their house-made noodles so much. I also find them to be very nice in terms of service. I often order their Chinese tomato soup with extra bok choy in place of the egg. They have choices for the spice level and can give the spices on side to spice yourself. My favorite is to get the salt and pepper tofu dim sum next door at Go Dim Sum after I order their tomato soup and add the spiced chilli crisp from Go Dim Sum to the Noodleholics soup as I like theirs better. I wish noodleholics carried the chilli oil from next door! I also like theirs better dry guillan made with the vegetarian sauce and double tofu. I usually get the wheat noodles instead of rice. I like that they have outdoor seating, patio is right near Dim Sum so can order from both. Simple atmosphere, order at counter.

We made our way to Noodleholics. Funny name for an Asian spot. We had looked at the menu in advance. We still needed a reminder as we were fluctuating in choice. Order at the desk and they will bring your meals to the table. We chose the Guillen spicy and sour soup and the BBQ cha sui won ton. The spicy and sour soup consisted of a choice of two protein (Chicken and shrimp in my case). The won ton was pork and included cha sui and shrimp. While waiting you help yourself to utensils, napkins, and water. The meals arrived quickly. The spicy and sour soup was indeed that. For me it was a bit overpowering with vinegar taste. I diluted it with water and it was better and still spicy. The won ton dish looked great. The bowls are huge. Staff came around to check on us. Everything was fine. We would definitely return. Small shared parking lot.

Got a large order, including: -Beef shank noodle -Chili oil with beef shank noodle -Wonton -cucumber side dish -pork BBQ side dish. - hk milk tea Beef shank noodle: Beef was tender, noodle was good and tasted home made. However soup was salty and not enjoyable. Noodle was 80% and Beef was 20%. Not worth it. Chili oil Beef shank: chili oil was good but too heavy. Small amount of beef was disappointing. BBQ pork was good. Flavorful. BBQ and savory taste. I would order again. Cucumber: also good. Made with vinegar. And complemented the noodle well. Hk tea: not good. They pre made it and poured it from a pitcher. Way too sweet. Artificial tasting. Not recommended. If you want noodle would give it a try. But it's really nothing special and gets old really quickly after few bites. Would suggest try to include more toppings. Got take out so cannot speak about service. Ambiance was nice inside but did not dine inside.

Husband had the Taiwanese beef noodles, I had the Guilin dry noodles with beef. Not outstanding, but acceptable. Five-spice was "muted for the local palate". Beef shank was all they had - fairly fatty and not the best quality. Noodles were cooked to perfection. Spotless place. BUT: Borderline rude lady at the order desk - quite officious TBH. For that reason alone I did not leave a tip. You order at the desk and they bring you your food.

Was in the mood for noodles and this place did not disappoint. The service was quick and the server was attentive. Not much ambiance but left full & satisfied.

I doordashed Noodles to the house. This time, I ordered the dumplings and salt and pepper wings with dry guilin noodles. The dumplings were super flavorful with szechuan sauce. The filling tastes kind of basic, a dash of sesame oil. The salt and pepper wings were like the vietnamese kind, fried in salt and jalapenos. The dry guilin noodles were so food. Rice noodles with sauce, garlic, and pickled veggies and the crunch of peanuts. I love this place. My go to when I am in Tucson, AZ.

These bowls are HUGE. Like let me tell you, I can put it away, but I ALMOST didn't eat all of it. I did because mama didn't raise no b$&@c, but I was FULL after. The noodles were good, my friend and I got SPICEYYYYY goodness. I got the one that numbs your mouth and oh my gosh that was kinda neat The girl at the counter was super nice and was up front about warning me about the numbing for if I hadn't had it before, and she was going over the appetizers with me so I didn't get things that were too similar. You order at the counter and they bring it to you, so it's a super chill mellow place to go.

We love noodleholics!!! I keep coming back for the Szechuan spicy beef ramen. The peppercorn oil is unique, the noodles are the perfect texture and the beef is melt in yr mouth. I crave this place all the time! Service is always kind and helpful and the restaurant is clean. I appreciate that you can get water and easy grab Togo containers from a self serve station. This place is a true 5 stars.

a tucson staple!! go to noodleholics about once a month! It is so delicious and a great place to go for a comforting soup. I always get the guelin, veggie egg rolls, and crab puffs. Everything is so fresh and taste great every time. The staff is nice and they have great seating available. Both locations are great.

Bowls of steaming hot noodles, with your choice of added protein, won tons or veggies. Steamed or baked pot stickers with pork and other appetizers. Friendly and helpful staff at the front will help you navigate the menu. This pretty much sums up our visit for some excellent Taiwanese soup. I had the Chicken Noodle soup, loaded with chicken and baby bok choy. It also has a thicker, flat wheat noodles unlike pho and a more conventional broth. My wife ordered the House Won Ton which had BBQ Pork, Chicken, Shrimp baby bok choy and cilantro, additional to the Won Tons. All in all, a very pleasant visit and we will return when we make our monthly visit to Tucson!

"Anytime I'm eating spicy noodles in a bowl, I'm happy." ― Anthony Bourdain My gal pal was really enthusiastic about sharing her favorite noodle place in Tucson with our crew, and I can see why. Wow! Some good noodz! We got: The Dry Guilin, no broth - ($13.50 Meat-based sauce, spicy pickled green and bamboo, pickled long bean, toasted peanuts, bok choy, green onion, and cilantro with a choice of two meats): Not bad. It was a very general noodle dish. No real notes and no real praises. Dan Dan Noodles - ($11 Sesame chicken broth, minced pork, sliced cucumber, cilantro, and crushed peanuts): The Dan Dan noodles came with a container of broth which is new to me. This was a decent take on Dan Dan noodles. You won't be mad. Sizzling Garlic Noodles, no broth - ($10.50 Vinaigrette sauce, green onion, minced garlic, and spicy pepper blend): Now this is the stuff, babie! Garlicky, peppery, and moreish. This dish with the salt & pepper wings would be perfect. Salt & Pepper Fried Wings - ($10.50): Wow cow. The fry on these wings was perfect. It was crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. The seasoning was balanced and perfect. These wings made for the perfect after-pool snack. While I think most dishes could use more heat in their spices, all the dishes were pretty great. It's an excellent spot for noodles.

Went to Noodleholics for a quick dinner with a friend. Construction makes it a challenge, but the amazing noodles are worth it. I ordered the Tomatoe and egg noodles and my friend got the Sichuan spicy beef noodle soup and we shared an order of chaoshou dumplings. We food was brought to us quickly. My friend lived in Taiwan for 6 months and said the flavor was very reminiscent of what he had there, so that's a big compliment. Love that there are now multiple locations around town. This is one of my family's favorite Asian noodle spots in town.

I'm always craving noodles and found Noodleholics! The bowls of noodles here are HUGE! Tons of broth, noodles and toppings. We ordered the Beef Shank noodles & House Wonton , Iced Lemon Honey tea and Steamed dumplings. They give you cups for free iced water. You can choose your spiciness level but the server just gave us small cups of hot sauce. Piping hot noodles, the quality of meats and veggies were fresh. After a day of hiking, a large bowl of noodle soup fills the soul! Besides noodles, they also have some small dishes and rice plates. Recommended if you are in the area!

I'll admit it straight up that I didn't want to try this place because of the name. It just didn't have appeal for me but wow, can't wait to go back and take my male children to get their fill. It's a very clean and efficient establishment. We went on a Sunday morning and it was really busy! I read through the yelp reviews and got a spicy shrimp dish. My dh went for the spicy beef. We also got the salt and pepper wings, garlic cucumber and steamed dumplings. Needless to say, we had an ample amount of leftovers. Service is fast and it appeared that a lot of people were doing take out. Highly recommended.

They're known for Guilin rice noodles and hand-pulled wheat noodles, and everything we tried was fire. The Dry Guilin (no broth, chili sauce, and two proteins) was packed with flavor, and the beef shank wheat noodles were super comforting. Pro tip: add the crispy pork belly -- juicy, crunchy perfection. We also loved the Canton chicken rice (think Hainanese-style with ginger scallion sauce), and don't skip the Chaoshu dumplings or salt & pepper wings -- lowkey my favorite thing. Bottom line? Everything slapped. Don't miss this one.

I was a new patron of Noodleholics and I have to say, I'm in love. They have an eclectic menu with basics, like my fave, BBQ Pork Fried Rice but also Dry Guilin, Dan Dan Noodles, etc. It's a walk up ordering system which isn't my favorite, but it may help keep costs down. Service is acceptable, the food is great, pricing is reasonable and provides a good value. Lots of free parking, a decent app so you can pre-order, which I appreciate. The reason for only 4 stars, you ask? They recently changed their hours and don't seem to open until 4PM. This was one of my lunch time restaurants and now that is no longer an option. This is now my go to Asian-fusion restaurant. Give it a try!

Food was so so so salty . I thought I was going to have high blood pressure I could not even eat one bite . I do not recommend this if you're a health conscious person . I was very disappointed in the quality .

Three words: Sizzling Garlic Noodles... Absolutely delicious, I got them with Tofu while my husband got them with Chicken. Either way, the flavor was unmatched. It was saucy without the added broth. My biggest mistake was adding extra peppercorn oil which overpowered the flavor. I would advise trusting the creations as is without adding anything. It was spicy and left a pleasant numbness on the tongue. The service was fast, we waited less than 10 minutes. Decided to sit outside since it was nice but there was plenty of seating on a weekend evening along with fun music to set the mood. Would highly recommend!

BEST RAMEN IN TUCSON!!! Hands down it was such an amazing experience. The workers were very helpful at giving recommendations and advice. Claire was very hospitable and was checking in on us to make sure our food was good. Definitely recommend to come here if you're unsure of trying ramen for the first time!

I tried the Taiwan beef noodles and fried chicken wings. The food came quickly and was temperature hot. The soup was a medium spice level with fresh noodles. The chicken was tasty and not spicy as it was surrounded by peppers. The service was good and the price was decent. It is worth a try.

Excellent service, tasty food, we go here on a regular basis and it never disappoints. Green beans, spicy wantons and egg tomato noodle and don't forget the cucumber salad.

Love this local noodle shop! I have never had a problem with the food or their service. My two favorites are the Sizzling Garlic Noodles (a must try) and their Salt and Pepper Wings. I have to say Asians know how to fry wings. These are so crispy on the outside and juicy tender with garlic and hot peppers on top (always ask for extra garlic and peppers). The soup is also delicious!

Very authentic Chinese noodle place. Large portions. Good noodle texture. Meat also very tender with good flavors. Got several items to go but staff member was very friendly over the phone. Highly recommend their Hong Kong milk tea!

One of my fav places to eat when coming into town! You order and pay at the counter and then take a number to your table. There's almost always a line when I come here no matter the time. My go to order is always the Guilin spicy and sour w/ crispy pork and pig intestine! It always hits the spot. We also always order the salt and pepper wings and cucumbers. Food has never disappointed & service is always good. They have to go containers on the side you can get yourself as well as water. Overall, a great place for some home-y Asian noodles.

Small, comfortable location to fulfill your craving for Asian food. I ordered the "House Wonton" that includes chicken, shrimp, bok choy, green onion, & cilantro. It came in a large bowl that was hard to finish, so come in VERY hungry! The food was delicious, and I carried the remainder home to finish. My favorite part was finding out the restaurant has their own section where customers can package their own leftovers, so you don't need to ask for help in doing so. I would come here again.

Something that always impresses me about Noodleholics is the simplicity of their menu, but the fact that every dish they have is delicious in its own right. Typically, I go for a spicier noodle dish, like their sizzling garlic, but I decided to get the house wonton this time. I will say, if you like spice, it's much better to choose one of their hot pepper-labeled options, as it adds another dimension of flavor! I'd say this is a great option for anyone looking for that warm, soup-belly feeling and some yummy noodles.

A lot of five star reviews for Noodleholics so it must be doing something right. - Easy ordering with decent prices. - Not a ton of options for a vegetarian, which is surprising for a noodle joint. - Flavors are good, and you get a lot of food with a noodle entree. - Sichuan spicy beef was a bit disappointing mainly because of tough, grisly meat. I really don't like having to trim my beef before eating; that's something the kitchen should do. - The three chile spicy beef is quite spicy. I expected more Sichuan peppercorn numbing sensation though.

Popular eatery take a menu from the bin by the door. Order at the counter. Receive a numbered stand for them to deliver your meal. Doc's spicy noodle looked like Bo bun hue. My House Won tons had delicious 3 pieces of char siu, 2 shrimp, two thin tiny pieces of chicken or pork and 2 choy sum. The noodles were made in house and like a thinner udon. The soup tasted very much like mild ochicken noodle soup. The won ton were mini sized. Unlike most places that have shoyu or mustard or a spicier sauce on the table, they had shoyu packets on the self serve water station.

Was craving some hot soup. I usually get the Taiwan beef. This time I also tried the pan seared dumplings. The dumplings themselves were really good! Super crispy! Combine that with the sauce and it was amazing! The sauce had a hint of spicy which I thought was perfect.

Making this many varieties of noodle into different dishes, soups, noodle bowls, etc into meals that taste completely different and with interesting textures is pretty impressive. I got the dry Guilin with pork belly and shrimp, and my daughter ordered the house wonton. I will say that hers was far superior to mine, but mine was good. When she added fried chili oil to her dish, it sent it over the top. Inside decor is a little spartan but service was friendly and helpful. Good place to go if you're craving great noodles!

When In Tucson and craving noodle soup - Noodleholic is a must try. We showed up for dinner and there was a line (not a huge restaurant) but glad we were able to get seated in about 10 mins. Tried the Guilin Noodles (rice noodles with chicken broth topped with a few different veggies and choice of two proteins - I picked BBQ pork and spiced beef). If you like beef definitely go w the beef - it's really good / tender. We also tried the Taiwan beef noodles (excellent option if you can handle a bit of spice. Our kids had the kids noodle soup (noodles and chicken broth and both enjoyed it - normally picky eaters so we were happy :) Also tried the picked garlic cucumbers (if you haven't had it before and like pickles - give it a try, it's a appetizer that is really really good - better than pickles)

My beef noodles soup was on the salty side. broth was quite dark with an odd flavor but the big spoiler was the noodles, it was thick like pasta with strong body causing the meal to taste like Euro-Asia experiment so nope, I can't recommend it.

Good Dan Dan noodles with an appropriate spice level. I like how there are many noodle options but all the ones my party tried were good.

The menu has lots of delicious options. We tried the dry guilin with veggie sauce, meat combination of crispy pork/beef shank and taiwan beef noodles. Also the garlic cucumbers were delicious. The staff were very helpful when ordering and even called to tell me my order was ready. I will definitely go back!

I'm only visiting Tucson but I was overjoyed to find a place that serves quality and authentic Taiwanese food. Came with a friend and we ordered a Clear Broth Guilin Noodle and Taiwanese Beef Noodle soup. Not only were the broths flavorful, but the texture of the meat and portion sizes were impressionable. The service was friendly and it just seemed like a very family-friendly place, so it was cute seeing all the families sitting inside and enjoying their meals. Next time I am in the city, I'll definitely visit again!

I just ordered takeout from here and was not disappointed. I will say it is a more unique flavor. I got it with no spice so it lacked some flavor but it was good nonetheless! The photos don't include the broth. Broth came on the side.Inside is a very small and clean environment.

4.5 stars. Convenient, clean, cheap, and good food. First time visitor after watching the place for a while. I was excited to finally get to go here during my "ramen binge" of 2023. I came specifically for the DanDan noodles. It didn't disappoint. The broth had a nice spiciness to it, not too strong but strong enough to feel it. Good flavor overall, good richness. The sliced cucumbers added a freshness to it, the cilantro was a good addition that you could taste but not too much to overpower, the chopped peanuts added a unique texture and flavor, and the mince was soft and fresh. I added the extra noodles on the side for $3. The bowl was $11 which came to $15.22 with tax. The regular bowl is very, very large so I'll skip the extra noodles next time. And I'm a big eater. It's a steal. From order to delivery it was less than 5 minutes. I'd give it 5 stars but the noodles needed a little more flavor to them. Maybe salt? They don't really absorb the broth so there was a wall between the taste of the broth and the taste of the noodles. It felt like two different flavors in my mouth. But overall the meal was very good. Convenient location, clean, easy to order, free water refill coolers, nice staff. I'll definitely be going back when I'm in the neighborhood.

These bowls are huge. Let me tell you, I could have put it away but I barely finished it. I finished because mom didn't have a dog but I was full afterwards. The noodles were good and my friend and I ordered the spicy noodles. I ordered the numb noodles and oh my god was this noodle good The girl at the counter was very nice and she warned me ahead of time that if I hadn't had this kind of food before, it might be numb and she also went over the appetizers with me so I didn't get something too similar. You order at the counter and they bring your meal to you so it's a very relaxing and cozy place.

This is a great little noodle shop! Our favorite thing to get is the house wonton and the caffeine x2 to drink.

I love spicy. The Schezwan Beef Noodles had a good schezwan flavor to them. The beef was tender and well cooked. The noodles had a nice spring to them as well. The service was fast and the server was friendly. The ambiance was nice and the place was clean. Flavor - 9/10 Cleanliness - 9/10 Speediness - 8/10 Decor - 7/10 (could use some additional decor inside but has a nice clean vibe) Price - 8/10 Overall I recommend coming here. The restaurant was clean. The food was good and fairly priced.

Buckle up. If I could eat one meal for the rest of my life, I would eat the Guilin Spicy and Sour from Noodleholics. In the last 12 months, I have probably been here somewhere in the range of 20-25 times, of which I would guess that I order the Spicy and Sour Guilin with crispy pork and chicken about 90% of the time. The crispy pork is done to perfection; the inside is soft and fatty while still having a hard crunch of a shell around the outside--it always stays crunchy even after being soaked in the broth. The bok choy adds some nice color to the dish, the peanuts add a some more crunch, and pickled long bean will give a savory/sour bite. This dish is pretty dense; you will probably be bringing a few bites home unless you have worked up a decent appetite. There have been days where I get Noodleholics multiple times in a row, and at that point, I make myself venture out to something other than the Spicy and Sour Guilin; I often get the Dan Dan--another amazing dish. With ground chicken, the dan dan is a bit less protein than the Guilin (two choices of meat), but still a solid choice. The dan dan isn't as spicy, and not sour at all, compared to the spicy and sour Guilin. I have also recently gotten the wings which were so so good. The staff are extremely friendly. One time a dish took a little bit longer to come out than the rest of our party's dishes, and the staffed offered us a free appetizer for having to wait a bit longer. The shop is constantly busy, which I love to see. It is very clean and they bring your dishes to your table and pick them up, even though there is an informal feel with ordering at the counter. There is a small outside patio which is nice to dine at during the cooler months. Not much shade provided. I have been informed that the Noodleholics owner is the same owner of Go Dim Sum (right next door), so if anyone in your party is in the mood for some popcorn chicken or other finger food instead of a noodle soup, they do not mind if you bring food from one shop to another. Admittedly it is much easier to bring dim sum into Noodleholics. My good friend and I like this place so much that we had to make a deal that we can only go here now once we have tried three other new food spots in Tucson before we come back. One of my vegan friend's favorites, so I tried it with them. Have to say, I normally love noodle dishes (lo mein, pad thai, pho, etc.) but I was unimpressed with this. It wasn't bad; it just wasn't something I'd ask to return to. The person at the counter was willing to answer my questions about the meals, so that was good. Everything looked beautiful, but even with all of the spices and veggies, I found the soup to be a bit flavorless. And I do like tofu, so after eating all of the tofu out of my noodle soup, I was left with bland noodles in bland broth. The restaurant does not much of an atmosphere, and our better option was eating outside at the tables next to the parking lot on busy East Grant Road; so don't go there for the atmosphere.

I would totally come back to Noodleholics. The noodles are so good!! The service was quick and the staff friendly, and the place is so cute! The only thing I think they're missing is a noodle bowl with more of a creamy base. Overall great!

Probably 3.5 stars if location agnostic but 4-4.5 stars for Chinese food in Tucson! Easy parking, clean and simple layout inside, different seating options (regular tables and high tops), quick and friendly service. Well-stocked corner with self-served water and to-go containers was a plus. - Beef Noodle Soup: Best item we tried! The broth was pretty close to the flavor in Taiwan. Beef was tender and the noodles had a nice chewy texture. Also comes with 2 pieces of bok choy. - Dan Dan Noodle: This was okay. The noodles were good but the broth was pretty watered down and a little bland. - Chaoshou Wontons: This is the Chinese name for what other restaurants typically call "spicy wontons" or "wontons with chilli oil". I liked the amount of stuffing inside the wontons but the spicy flavor was a little lacking. - Hong Kong Style Milk Tea: I've lived in HK for 17 years and kinda knew what I was getting into based on the reviews. The taste is good but it definitely tastes watered down compared to the rich, bitter, milky flavor of true authentic HK milk tea. However, it was still a refreshing drink and I'm glad they offer this!
