Kees is a MUST visit destination for any serious enthusiast of cocktails. As bars owners ourselves we constantly visit the city for inspiration. The cocktails are impeccably balanced & the service is unparalleled. This is one of those places you absolutely must visit.

Kees Cocktail Bar absolutely delivers. The drinks were outstanding, balanced, creative, and clearly made by people who know what they’re doing. The Vesper martini was exceptional: perfectly chilled, smooth, and dangerously easy to drink. Easily one of the best I’ve had. Service was sharp and attentive without being overbearing. The staff knew the menu inside out and made the whole experience feel effortless. The vibe is what really ties it together, stylish but relaxed, energetic without being loud. It feels like a place that takes cocktails seriously but doesn’t take itself too seriously. The steak tartare was also excellent—fresh, well-seasoned, and a great complement to the drinks. Overall, a top-tier cocktail bar that gets all the details right. I’ll definitely be back.

Give it a few more months and it will be crowded with popularity 🤯 One of the best WV openings since Sip and Guzzle; the next NYC institution and I can’t wait!

Fantastic offerings, with an atmosphere that puts you in old New York.

The first two rounds of drinks were great: dirty martini, Washington square manhattan (a standout), Juan, and Chita - all very VERY good. Then I ordered the butterscotch scotch - a severe disappointment. Highlighted neither the scotch nor butterscotch. Even the candy included was bad. Had at 6:45pm reservation and didn't see a waiter until 7pm. Service was lacking for a place of this price point, less the lovely woman who stoppped over later in the night and read our mind about needing more crustini for the spinach dip (delicious but needed better cheese distribution). Regular drinks were great but think twice before splurging for the nice ones. They did just open so I'm hopeful they'll improve the service.
