"The team behind PDT is finishing their pair of Greenwich Village openings this fall with Kees. The subterranean lounge underneath Mixteca has classic cocktails, as well as a few variations on each, so you can start with a classic martini, follow it up with a sakura vermouth-accented one, and do the same for highballs, old fashioneds, Negronis, and more.
