"Opening in spring 2019 in the Parkside development at 1650 Memorial Blvd., I profile a contemporary American, full-service restaurant from Nashville veteran Jason Matheson. He promises Nashville-caliber dining at an affordable price, offering familiar favorites with refined flair; sample dishes listed include Korean BBQ-stuffed potato skins, cornbread panzanella salad, and a roasted chicken breast with Woodford Reserve wild mushroom sauce, alongside Wagyu burgers, shrimp and lobster rolls, fish and chips, hearty seasonal salads, grilled steaks and chicken, chargrilled lamb, pulled pork sandwiches and fresh fish.
