El Guajillo (Food Truck)

Overpriced food and not tasteful. I ordered 2 Tortas, 1 Al Pastor and 1 beef. I ordered the Al Pastor with lettuce and tomatoes. I received it with only lettuce. Initially the server stated it was served with lettuce, cheese and “vegetables”. I asked what vegetables were and she repeated that it’s vegetables. Vegetables is a list of things! Turns out she compared it to “curtido”. Only to find out she was referring to pico de gallo. World of differences. The other torta came with the beef, lettuce, cauliflower, carrots, pico de gallo, and cheese. I never knew a torta could have those vegetables but I guess. I also a Coke. I blame myself for not asking the total before paying. I did notice that the prices were not listed on the Menu that is outside, but they are online. The server just gave me the scanner to insert my debit card but with no amount anywhere. In total for those 2 tortas, 1 can of soda, $30.31. My fault for not going online to look at the prices, my fault for not asking the server the amount. Never again. The price did not match what I got.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with El Guajillo at several of our campus events, and they never disappoint! The food is always fresh, delicious, and served with a smile. Our students look forward to seeing them every time because they know they’ll get consistent quality and great service. Reliable, professional, and an absolute hit with the crowd—highly recommend for any event!

This taco truck is ALWAYS busy. It has all the real Mexican street food you can order. The flavor is great and they actually give you alot of cilantro which I LOVE! Its prices are good for a gourmet taco truck!!!

Came here while they were set up at Truck Yard. Ordered the chicken street tacos and chips and guacamole. The tacos were super delicious, great flavor on the chicken and the toppings just added the right amount of crunch and tang. The guacamole was super fresh and the perfect counterpart for freshly made chips. Highly highly highly recommend trying this truck! They speak English and Spanish and are super friendly and helpful.

We hired El Guajillo for a corporate event. Guest all had positive things to say about the quality and taste. Staff was courteous and worked hard to keep lines moving, and we had zero issues. We would use them again in the future.

Beef Quesadilla was great, Pastor Guajillo fries were excellent!!! Ordered extra cilantro lime ranch as dipping sauce for quesadilla. 👌🏻

Nastiest queso I’ve ever tasted in my life. Just want to warn people before they waste their money. Horrific, literally. I feel bad taking this time to say such awful things but they really should X this off their menu or completely change the recipe. It also came with the stalest chips. I had zero desire to even try anything else here.

Tacos were good. Cheese burger was great very fresh. Wait wasn’t long.
