"Occupying one of the prettiest spaces in Vegas, Sadelle’s comes to the city via New York, where Major Food Group established the first appetizing specialist in the neighborhood of SoHo. Here in Vegas, the digs are truly expansive, giving plenty of space to enjoy views of the Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. Most first-timers will have to try the tower, three levels of thinly sliced vegetables and smoked meats, along with shaped rounds of whitefish and tuna salad. Towers come with their own stack of bagels to build half-sandwiches at the table. Other solid brunch items include eggs benedict and French toast, but really, you’re here for those Instagram-worthy towers. —Matthew Kang, lead editor, Eater Southern California/Southwest Know before you go: The place opens as early as 6 a.m. on weekdays, in case one’s all-night gambling has resulted in zero sleep." - Matthew Kang
"Located next to the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens, the New York-based and teal-enrobed Sadelle’s makes mornings easier — in part due to the bright daylight and fresh florals in the adjacent garden — but mostly due to its top-notch breakfast offerings. French toast is thick-cut. The Vegas breakfast of a ham Benedict, sticky bun, fresh fruit, and mimosa is plenty filling. But if you’re with a group of at least three people, go for the bagel tower. The bagels are among the best in Vegas — a little crisp, a little chewy. And the three tiers of spread, fish salad, and sliced vegetables will mean a perfect bite." - Janna Karel
"For a fancier take on a bagel and cream cheese, New York transplant Sadelle’s at the Bellagio introduces the bagel tower. With tiers of tomato slices, smoked salmon, fresh dill, and crunchy cucumber, assemble your bagel while looking over the Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. This is peak Instagrammable breakfast, so make sure the camera eats, too." - Janna Karel
"Grand is an understatement when it comes to describing the massive Vegas outpost of this NYC restaurant. The sunny dining room inside the Bellagio is the perfect place to debrief on the night before over brûléed grapefruit cocktails and bagel towers. Go for the classic with smoked salmon and toppings like cucumber and capers for the quintessential Sadelle’s experience. If you want to ball out even harder, add trout roe or caviar to an order of the soft scrambled eggs. But no matter what, don’t forget to buy some sticky buns from the to-go cart up front." - emmy kasten, melinda sheckells, edward thompson, milena difiore
