Best New Restaurants in Phoenix, Arizona, Spring 2025 | Eater Phoenix

"After finding success as a food truck and then as a vendor at the now-shuttered Pemberton, chef-owner Racan Alhoch has gone brick-and-mortar with Saint Pasta. Alhoch takes a no-nonsense approach: no modifications and a firm house policy that prioritizes the kitchen’s vision over “the customer is always right.” Not that the menu needs any tweaks, anyway. The rigatoni alla vodka — a hot seller in the truck days — returns with dense, handmade rigatoni soaking up a four-hour slow-cooked sauce. The beloved chicken cutlets also make a comeback in chicken Parmesan, vodka Parmesan, or Milanese form, ideal for topping the pasta. Still in its early stages, this new spot is one to watch as Alhoch and his team continue to refine and expand their options." - McConnell Quinn

The Best Italian Restaurants in Phoenix, Arizona | Eater Phoenix

"Racan Alhoch, a New Jersey native with Syrian roots, brings his take on Italian-American classics to downtown Phoenix with Saint Pasta. What started as a cult-favorite food truck is now a full-fledged restaurant, and since going brick-and-mortar in 2024, it’s been a line-out-the-door hit. The menu launched with three chicken cutlet variations, rigatoni vodka, spaghetti pomodoro, and spaghetti garlic and oil, but as the team finds its stride, the offerings continue to grow — recent additions include pillowy potato gnocchi in pesto cream and the absurdly good Vampire Slayer Fries, doused in house garlic butter and lemon-dill aioli. Sauces are slow-cooked for hours, pastas come from a small local producer, and the kitchen keeps things taut with a strict no-modifications policy. Expect the menu to keep evolving, though the approach stays the same: no fuss, no shortcuts, and a deep respect for the classics. Just eat it how they make it and finish strong with a stracciatella cheesecake from local Chaconne Bakery." - McConnell Quinn

This was my second time at Saint Pasta, and I only have great things to say. The food was absolutely incredible! We had the Chicken Parmesan, Caesar Salad, Pesto Gnocchi, and Rigatoni Vodka Pasta—every dish was packed with flavor. The Chicken Parmesan, in particular, was the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend everything we ordered! The owner is amazing—someone who truly loves food and takes pride in every dish. You can tell everything is made with care and precision. The staff was equally fantastic—warm, welcoming, and always smiling. The entire experience was an absolute delight!

This is my new favorite restaurant. The food fresh and flavorful and is even better than the Italian food I’ve had in Boston’s North End (which is famous for Italian food). The staff are friendly and professional. I love the ambiance as well. Open kitchen, cool art, mafia movies on a projector, great patio, and the best part is the owner who personally greets guests at the door or their table. The owner is young to have achieved this and has clearly put his heart and soul into building not just a restaurant but a community. Every aspect of Saint Pasta has been carefully and thoughtfully crafted. If you’re considering checking this place out, do it. You won’t be disappointed

Many of us have had Saint Pasta when they had a food truck and fell in love with their delicious food then, but now they have a brick & mortar which means more Pasta & Sauce for everyone! The restaurant is in a beautiful area downtown near Rosevelt in walking distance to a bunch of bars & shops. I suggest arriving early on weekends as there may be a wait for the amazing food! We started with the Caesar salad which had a little kick to it, which we both loved, and topped with house-made breadcrumbs. For mains we ordered a few pastas and paired them with the Vodka Parm. I have had a lot of different Parm dishes and this was one of the best that I have had. The chicken was cooked perfectly and had so much flavor along with the vodka sauce that was unreal. I suggest adding the ricotta on top of your pasta, it was delicious ricotta. I can’t wait to go back and try the rest of their dishes.

Saint Pasta 100 W Portland St, Phoenix, AZ 85003 When I googled "pasta downtown Phoenix", I was SUPER excited to see this spot pop up. I had eaten at this food truck a few years ago at the Pemberton, I had ordered the linguini garlic and oil w breaded chicken cutlet, and it was yummy! I was sad to see when they closed down. Imagine my delight to see them have a brick and mortar store! 😄😄❤️ AMBIANCE: The place is honestly a little bit small, but they definitely work with what they've got. Expect lots of bar top seating and only four proper seated tables. The kitchen is also an open concept so you can see what all the people are doing. When you step in, you can smell the garlic smell in the air (mmm 😋), but you do end up smelling like that a little bit too. It was kinda noisy and the music was a little bit too loud for me (tho it was fun old school r&B jams). I had to scoot real close to my friend to hear what she was saying. 😅 The lighting is also reddish-blue, so not the cutest for pics of food and selfies. 😆🤣 The place was bustling and busy the whole time we were there, good for them! ❤️🔥 FOOD: The menu is pretty limited; however, I would rather a place have a small menu with yummy food, rather than a large menu with mediocre items. For pasta, I do feel the pricing is a little bit on the higher side. However, the quality of the food is good and the flavors are yummy, so that makes up for it. Caesar salad: We got this to share and it was really good. I wished there was a stronger anchovy flavor; however, that is just personal preference. I loved the breadcrumbs on the salad. Linguini garlic and oil (I added a breaded chicken cutlet): The linguini was perfectly al dente (I don't usually like al dente pasta, don't come for me 😂🤣😆🙈🙈😅) but I liked it! It was crispy w breadcrumbs and garlicky. The breaded chicken cutlet was perfectly crispy. I think the only thing I would have added was a teensy bit of salt. And I wish my linguini portion was a little bit bigger. 🤣😂 Chicken vodka Parmesan: My friend got this and she liked it. I also thought it was good, not overly mushy. I also got a Jamaican cider and it was decent. They do have a varied drink menu as well, w beer, wine and cocktails. SERVICE: Being such a small spot, it's hard to have bad service, I feel. Our server was very attentive and checked up on us often. They also refilled our waters without asking, which was nice. OVERALL THOUGHTS: I was happy to see the food truck had evolved into this place. My friend enjoyed her food and so did I. The total bill ended up being $100 after tip, so maybe on the higher side, but I felt it was worth it for me. The rules are strict here though (no substitutions, etc) so please don't be fussy or rude to staff, otherwise you will literally end up paying for it. 🤣🤣 We left, full and happy but also smelling like eau de garlic (no regrets though! 🤣🤣) I would definitely come back to this place and try some other things! 😊❤️😋

Google
10/10 love the vibes, service was amazing, food was incredible. Would definitely give an extra star just based on the sopranos playing on the projector if I had the option. My boyfriend and I are huge sopranos fans. Would potentially give two extra stars depending on saint pasta’s stance on the sopranos ending 👀

Google
I go here every month for the best pasta in the valley. The vibes are great. Get in, enjoy pasta, head out. Owner's vibes and attitude are immaculate. Always appreciate the bike racks right outside and their accommodations with my folding bike.

Google
Exceeded my expectations! I can’t remember the last time I’ve had a chicken Parmesan, Caesar salad and rigatoni vodka pasta that was this delicious. Also, before I came, I read a review about the portion size being small - they are not small - I had enough leftovers for my husband and myself for lunch. The ambiance is intimate and moody in the best way. I love this restaurant, and I’ll be back for sure!

Google
I never thought I’d walk into a Jersey-style Italian restaurant in Phoenix. From the second I stepped in, I knew this place was legit. The smell alone, the ambiance, a perfect mix of classy and “this is where the family settles disputes over a plate of rigatoni.” Now, the food—amazing. The chicken parm? Crisped to perfection, like it had a personal vendetta against sogginess. The pasta? Al dente, the way God intended. And the sauce—bro, the sauce. If I could bottle it up and wear it as cologne, I would. And don’t even get me started on the service. The waiter had that perfect balance of warmth and slight intimidation, like he knew a guy who knew a guy but also genuinely wanted me to have a good meal. By the end, I wasn’t just full—I was spiritually satisfied. If you’re in Phoenix and craving real Italian food with that unmistakable Jersey charm, this is the spot. 10/10. Would return and would bring my loudest cousins.

Yelp
Amazing food and service! Cool vibes and a fun drink menu. So happy they have a brick & mortar space!

Yelp
This place is fantastic. We visited back in the day when they had a spot at (name redacted). But first time back in their new, permanent spot, and we were not disappointed. The Garlic and Oil had perfect texture and flavor. The Vodka sauce was amazing. The CUTLET!! The Cutlet almost brought a tear to my eye, it was so good. Side Note: The portions are a good size too. I'm a big dude, and my pregnant wife and I were stuffed after sharing 2 plates of pasta. Don't know why anyone feels like the portions are small. Great vibes (Kendrick and Kanye in the music rotation, with The Sopranos playing on the screen), good drinks, friendly staff. Gonna be back a bunch. You can tell the owner and his crew put their hearts into this place. SAINT PASTA FOREVER

Yelp
Whenever friends visit Phoenix and ask for a restaurant recommendation, "Saint Pasta" has always been our top pick, no hesitation. There's just something about their pasta and sauce that's so addictive. We were disappointed when they left the Pemberton, and though we tried recreating their magic with their sauce, it just wasn't the same. Super happy they've finally reopened so I can finally enjoy my favorite spaghetti pomodoro again. We love the vibes in their new place, and our server was super friendly! And oh, the owner is not your typical "customer is always right" kind of person and is unapologetically himself.

Yelp
Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Vodka parm and Milanese both slap, pasta is all on point. Great drinks, the cherry hillbilly tops the list. Great service on top of it all. Got sat next to the owner at the bar and he was super friendly, great to see this place back in action! Also sopranos on loop 10/10

Yelp
This place was incredible!!! I did arrive 10 minutes before open though, and there was already a line with about 5-6 people. By the time they opened, there was probably 10-15 people. There is seating indoor and outdoor+bar seating. They are still having their soft opening, so the menu was limited. The music was loud inside, but normal outside. Jessica was our server and took really great care of us. They offered mocktails and I tried the ruby red Paloma which was actually really good for a mocktail. The pasta dishes we ordered were Rigatoni Vodka (+chicken) and Chicken Milanese. Both dishes were really really great. The breading on the chicken is simple but it's so yummy! The sauce was great, the pasta, everything. I can't wait to come back!

Yelp
I really the enjoyed the service and attitude of everyone here when we stoped in for some dinner. We tried walking in on a Friday night, but there was a wait. Fortunate, we only had to wait about 15 minutes for a couple spots at the bar. I went with the chicken parm. I'm not sure if it's standard or not to have pasta come with chicken parm, but this one does not. It was still delicious and pretty big. I wouldn't hesitate to get it again. We also took the bartender's recommendation and got the cheesecake for dessert. It was also really good.

Yelp
Ambiance: small simple place Food: I ordered the rigatoni vodka ($20), it doesn't come with protein and if you want to add chicken it's $7. Pricey pasta but I've had it before and loved it so I thought it would be worth it Service: everything was fine until... my friend ordered the vodka pasta and it was too spicy for her, due to dietary reasons she can't eat spice. She then asked to exchange it for something else. Later on when the bill came, the server, Jocelyn, told us she was going to charge her for both pastas. We questioned why as she didn't eat the first one. She had the manager come over and he proceeded to say he would give her 50% off for the pasta she didn't eat. We still didn't think this was fair. We explained that it didn't say on the menu that it was spicy and he answered with "it's common knowledge that vodka sauce is spicy" he said he was a chef from New Jersey and has always known it to be spicy. He proceeded to argue with us for a few minutes and we explained that we should've been told at the time they took it away that it was going to be charged. This is what finally made him take the pasta off the bill. Very bad experience that will definitely keep me from coming back or suggesting it to anyone. The friends I was with were visiting and this gave them a bad representation of Phoenix.

Yelp
10/10 no notes The food is fantastic, super authentic chicken cutlet that would make anyone from NY/NJ super pumped. They clearly take great care of their staff as they all seem happy to be there. Love the overall vibe and feeling! Al dente or die, friends. Pics are old but hold up - also if you want never-ending pasta size portions, take yourself to Olive Garden. Couldn't even finish this absolutely reasonably sized portion.

Yelp
I was so excited to hear that Saint Pasta was opening a brick & mortar location after visiting their food truck several times when it was at the Pemberton. I wasn't sure how seating would go with no reservations being taken and it being first Friday but we lucked out and were able to snag seats at the bar without a more than 10 min wait. The space is cozy but had loud vibrant music, fun mood lighting and the Sporanos playing in the background. The bartenders were so friendly and the food did not disappoint. The rigatoni vodka with the ricotta on top was delicious and saucy with a hint of a kick. The cheesecake for dessert, just yum. I can't wait to see what they add to the menu after the soft opening. I will be back.
google avatar

Zulema R.

Yelp
My friends and I went to Saint pasta on 1/3, we've all been fans of the sauce for a while now so we were excited to finally have a restaurant to visit. The wait was about 25 minutes, which wasn't a problem since there are multiple bars nearby to grab a drink. By the time we finished our cocktails next-door, they were ready to see us. Our waitress was inviting and extremely friendly. I would be happy to sit in Jessica's section again! We got a bottle of wine and three entrées. All were delicious and will definitely come back for more. The cheesecake was phenomenal. I ordered one to go for my husband, but ended up eating it myself. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
Despite only just soft opening, Saint Pasta is already one of the best if not the best pasta restaurant in town! I ordered their spaghetti with garlic + oil (aglio e olio) w/chicken cutlet and a dollop of their whipped ricotta. The breadcrumbs and that pinch of chili flake keeps things interesting mixing both texture and flavor. It's one of those dishes that just tastes like a home-cooked meal but is clearly elevated. Bar vibe with exceptional service + food. Can't recommend this place enough.

Yelp
Saint Pasta is the best pasta in Arizona! I first tried it in 2021 out of their food truck and I was SO excited to see a restaurant open. I went the first week and the service was incredible, the food amazing, and the drinks were the perfect cherry on top. The cost is 100% worth it for the quality and portion sizes. The atmosphere with the loud music and lighting plus the Sopranos playing just made the experience even better. Will be back plenty of times!
google avatar

Yelp
The food is mouthwatering and sooo delectable!!! I literally came here 40 mins before they opened because of how excited I was and trust me, it did not disappoint!! Not only was the food amazing but the staff was very friendly too!!! Don't listen to the haters, definitely try it out!! See you soon:)
google avatar

Adriana R.

Yelp
It's brand new so their menu is very limited. I'm excited to see their menu expansion soon. No matter tho because the vodka rigatoni with cutlet was chefs kiss! Very fresh pasta and chicken cutlet was fried perfectly. I Will be coming back to try their drinks for sure. The vibe of of this place was very cool too, great bar, and music playing. It is kinda small, so def get there early. It was packed by 6pm for a Wednesday night.
google avatar

Yelp
Y'all could never make me hate this place. Damn near licked those plates clean!!!!! 100/100
google avatar

Justin R.

Yelp
Kinda want to leave a bad review just because the owners clap backs are almost as good as the food but I just can't. I was so bummed when they closed down the first time so when I learned they'd reopened I was all over it. Believe the hype. A few things to consider. Yes, it's more expensive than Olive Garden. Yes, you will probably spend 100+ bucks to enjoy yourself. And yes, it's worth the price.
google avatar

Yelp
DELICIOUS! Saint Pasta should be recommended by every Phoenix local to all their friends from out of town because this place is something to be proud of! The staff is so friendly, attentive, kind and on top of it! The vibe is so chill with the dope ass playlist and the Sopranos in the background. The food is absolutely phenomena! My friends and I had the garlic pasta, rigatoni vodka and arugula salad with the chicken cutlet OMG!!! everything was flavored perfectly and very filing. I am still thinking about the Arugula salad . This place is amazing definitely check it out!!

Yelp
Pasta worth breaking out of the hospital for! Listen, when you're fresh out of the hospital and dreaming of your first real meal, you better make it count. Saint Pasta didn't just count - it knocked it out of the park, across the street, and probably into the next zip code, probably all the way to haters on the internet. Let's talk about Racan, the Pasta Patron Saint himself. Despite having a packed house, this gem of a human being took time to stop by our table, remember us from the food truck days, and show genuine care about my recovery. In a world where kindness can be as rare as an unbroken piece of spaghetti, this meant everything. The spaghetti pomodoro with chicken cutlet and ricotta? Oh. My. Pasta. If there was a support group for people obsessed with this dish, I'd need to join immediately. The chicken was crispy perfection, the sauce was a symphony of flavors, and that ricotta? Let's just say I'm pretty sure angels make it themselves. But it may be devils because it has to be sin to be that good. And the cheesecake? Well, there may or may not have been a minor family feud over the last bite. I'm not saying I'm still giving side-eye to the person who snagged it, but... okay, yes I am. Worth noting: This might be the first time I've considered arm-wrestling a relative over dessert. The portions are generous enough that I had leftovers for the next day, which honestly felt like finding money in your pocket - except better, because it's pasta. The atmosphere inside is energetic and fun, with playlists that make you want to dance between bites (though I will need to wait a bit longer in my recovery for that). If you're looking for a quieter experience, the outdoor seating is your jam - though you'll miss out on the killer soundtrack. The entire team operates like a well-oiled machine, attentive and friendly throughout the meal. They've somehow managed to create that perfect sweet spot between casual comfort, speed, and exceptional dining that makes you want to come back again and again. Pro tip: If you're planning to share that cheesecake, maybe bring a referee. Just saying. In conclusion: Was this the perfect post-hospital meal? Absolutely. P.S. To the staff at Saint Pasta: Thank you for making a special moment even more memorable. You're not just serving food - you're serving joy, one perfectly crafted pasta dish at a time. #AldenteorDie

Yelp
Chose saint pasta for date night, and y'all never fail. cheers to Racan and his team, for providing a great atmosphere, especially with the music on point and the projector rolling great flicks sitting at the bar watching those two on the line cranking out those plates was impressive . We both had drinks from the bar the homie hopper and the cherry hillbilly both made very well .while we waited for our chicken Milanese's and spaghetti with garlic and oil.we even had to try the rigatoni which was my favorite . The place was packed we had no problem with waiting the 10-20 minutes we did to sit at the bar . it was way worth the wait and we had a great time

Yelp
Got to go to the soft opening and the food is just as good and just as filling as the food truck! We missed you Saint Pasta! Service was incredible, owner came over and gave me a hug, said hey to my daughter, and the food, I daydream about on the daily. The vibes are fire. Will be back soon!

Yelp
Some of the best pasta in the valley, their vodka sauce reminds me of my home in New York. If you love a good chicken cutlet and the sopranos this is absolutely your spot. Don't come in expecting anything other than a great east coast italian restaurant with good vibes. Portion sizes are great and the drinks were 10/10. Service and staff were attentive and went above and beyond for us. Definitely check them out.

Markos M.

Yelp
Saw the commotion on Reddit, so I wanted to check it out, and boy was I glad I did! Place was packed tonight, but was still able to get a seat in a reasonable amount of time. I liked the purple hued lighting, and enjoyed the way the restaurant was layed out. WOW, their take on Vodka sauce was delicious! The chicken cutlet was on the money, and my rigatoni was perfectly al dente. The drinks from the bar were solid also, thoroughly enjoyed what we ordered. Looking forward to my next visit!

Yelp
Amazing customer service, everyone was really kind. Delicious food, great portions and I was even able to take some home! I did feel safe did not get cussed out. 10 out of 10 would recommend and be coming back

Yelp
I am SO HAPPY this place is open again!! We got there around 6 last night and were seated in 45 minutes and the service was absolutely phenomenal. The grape specialty cocktail is AMAZING and tastes like nerds. The pasta is exactly as perfect as it was at linger and the truck and came out really quickly after we ordered. The cheesecake is absolutely to die for. We sat on the patio and on a chilly night we were comfortable with the heaters! It was not too loud outside-- i recommend if you're bothered by loud restaurants to shoot for an outside table. Overall fantastic experience.

Cindy R.

Yelp
Best pasta, period !!! Must try for yourself! Unfortunately, I don't have a picture of my plate since I immediately dug in

Lester S.

Yelp
$20 for a pasta with no protein is wild. The way the owner talks to people is wild. Guess we know why they had to shut down for so long lol There's just too many better restaurants that don't price themselves out around here to be stuck paying these prices for this quality. If you want trendy mid overpriced food then come here. Otherwise eat somewhere else.

Kacy G.

Yelp
I was super stoked to see them reopening after the last 2/3 year hiatus especially in downtown as I didn't know of any other great affordable quality pasta place in the area. With the rigatoni, cutlet and ricotta it came to about $30 in their new location; which to be honest I didn't feel like was at the right price point given their food truck days the pasta bowl was PACKED and cost about $20 with the cutlet; and in this case the portion was mid and the pasta was good but I could not tell much of a difference in quality from the food truck days other than the portion was much smaller. The cheesecake was divine though and the staff was very friendly and accommodating! Definitely a special occasion craving personally. Atmosphere wise I could dig the tattoo parlor lighting and pew seating vibe but the music is definitely as loud as they advertise.

Yelp
Food- Amazing however they are still running in soft open mode so the menu is limited. The seating is also pretty limited. The food rocked.

Rianna G.

Yelp
I am an AZ native, but lived in the bay area for a few years where I first experienced vodka pasta and it absolutely blew my mind. There was only one place I'd go for it because nothing else could compare. When I moved back to Phoenix, it became a goal to find a vodka pasta even remotely comparable. It was miss after miss until my social media had this place that I'd never heard of, even before moving, blowing up my fyp. I thought to myself, wth is this "Saint Pasta" and how do all these people know about them and their background of having a food truck etc? Not only that, but why does their food look so damn good and I've never heard of them in my life?! & one thing about me, when it comes to food and how it look on social media, you bet your ass I'm influenced. So here I am, writing a review because I took myself down to their restaurant with just me, myself, and I and sat my happy ass down at the bar and ordered me a rigatoni vodka. listen, I wasn't expecting to be satisfied because again, I've been comparing everything to the bay area pasta which was actual perfection... & my gosh, I felt like I found the holy grail. FINALLY, I consumed a vodka pasta that not only satisfied me, but put up a real good competition to the one I was comparing to. This pasta is cooked to perfection with smooth yet chunky sauce and a spice that you don't expect, but you certainly feel. The pasta was absolutely fantastic and filled me up perfectly. Outside of the great meal & drinks, I truly love the fact that the menu is small and you quite literally get what you get. I cannot STAND going to a restaurant that has a novel for a menu.. the anxiety that gives is crazy. They offer a limited selection but you can't make a wrong choice. I would choose this over a book of bland food options any day. Lastly, love the environment and the attitude of this establishment. The owner doesn't take crap from anyone, especially the karen keyboard warriors that love to make a tiny thing huge or ultimately focus on a single negative over any positives. We love to see small businesses thrive and owners stick up for what's theirs and the people who work hard for them! Keep up the great work y'all! I hate downtown and driving to get there, but I've already told multiple people that I will be bringing them, so I guess downtown it's gonna have to be for me!

Yelp
One of my favorite places in the valley - after taking a few bites of the legendary rigatoni vodka, our table got treated to a surprise birthday serenade. The owner waltzed over, hit that first note, and suddenly my plate wasn't the only thing that was saucy. It was like being serenaded by a singing angel who also doubles as an expert pasta maestro. Will I be coming back for the food or to hear that golden voice again?

Lisette R.

Yelp
Listen, Saint Pasta was incredibly good. Yes there is a wait... but great food is just that. A wait. And worth it! The service was amazing, the food was spectacular, the portion size is more than enough! For those complaining about portion size, ya crazy! The ambiance is fire, the owner is fire, the food is fire and the dessert was also fire. Yall don't sleep!

Yelp
I live in close proximity to this restaurant and am impressed that this place has full dining room, bar and patio every time I walk by. The two previous businesses ended up leaving. I don't eat much pasta at all, but I do get a craving every now and then. After a fun day of pickleball I wanted some comfort food and didn't want to travel far, so my friends and me decided to skip on over to Saint Pasta and see what all the fuss was about...now I know! The garlic, the olive oil, the vodka sauce the Cherry Hill-Billy cocktail were all outstanding! We were chilly on the patio and there was only 1 heater, but we all agreed it was worth it as there really aren't that many cold nights in Phoenix. Again, even in the chilly night air the patio was full and we saw tables turning over and people still waiting for one! The menu is still limited as Saint Pasta is still in soft open mode. I can't wait for some bread and salad and veggies to be added. I encourage foodies, pasta lovers and all the hip folks I know to patronize this locally owned gem.

Yelp
Been a SP loyalist since the to go only Tempe days. Finally got the chance to go last night and it was everything I've missed since they stopped selling from the truck. We sat on the patio, and the vibes were exactly what we hoped for. Our server, Jessica, was SO kind and sweet, she deserves the world. I got the vodka rigatoni with a chicken cutlet and ricotta. Portion sizes were perfect, chicken was crispy, vodka sauce was everything I love about SP. We split a bottle of wine and had the cheesecake. Everything was so delicious. Prices were excellent especially given the quality and care that goes into every aspect of your dining experience. Definitely will be back!

So happy to have saint pasta back! I was going when you were still at Pemberton and I missed it so much! 10/10! I can't wait to come back again!

Yelp
Delicious food and impeccable service! We ordered the pomodoro pasta and they accidentally brought us the garlic and oil, which they let us keep for free on top of the pasta we ordered. I'm so glad we got to try the garlic and oil, it was amazing. The portion sizes were perfect! Also the ambiance is very cool and I love the music.

Yelp
Visited Saint pasta last night for our first experience in the restaurant and it did not disappoint! The food was phenomenal, we ordered the Garlic and oil pasta (OMFG) the vodka rigatoni, two different chicken dishes and ended up getting dessert too! Not a single bite left on our plates, no chance at leaving hungry! Loved the ambiance, it's simple and effective with lighting and thoughtful touches of personality. Service was great and special shout out to Roslyn! (Jocelyn) lol oops

Yelp
So happy to have you guys back. Checked out the new place tonight. Vibes were awesome. Pasta was the most al dente of all the al dented pasta. Sauce was chefs kiss. Chicken cutlet was crrrrrrispy and delicious. Even my Coke in a cute little bottle was fresh. Will be back.

Yelp
The food here is amazing! The vodka sauce is to die for! I went here for a date night and we got the garlic oil pasta and the vodka chicken. The food came out quick and the service was great! Both dishes were great but the vodka sauce was the star of the show! We ended up getting the pasta version of it to go!

Yelp
Food was everything I hoped for and more. Rigatoni vodka was light yet packed with flavor, and chicken Milanese was unbelievable (drinks also were a 10/10 not too sweet). Service/vibe was dope and lighting couldn't be better. I honestly couldn't give them one negative remark. You can definitely tell the care and time put into this place. Also we ate a bunch and I don't feel icky (quality ingredients all around), and price was very low for what we received. Thank you Saint Pasta team for a great night!

Yelp
Racan has some of the best east coast Italian food in the valley coming from an east coast Italian herself. Ambiance was cool vibes with the sopranos playing in the background and the service was great!

Yelp
Good food (even better than the food truck days), good atmosphere, good service. Entree portions are on the smaller side, so plan on getting a starter or dessert (cheesecake was great).

Yelp
Pasta was fantastic and loved the food and service but the pasta portions felt small. Left the dinner after two plates and a dessert for two people but left hungry. Would go back if there were a little larger portions.

Yelp
Honestly my friends and I went there and the service was great and my food was also well done, I got the Vodka Parm. We also got the cheesecake that is brought in from a local bakery and it was delicious, which is a shoutout to the chefs and service staff, also I understand having loud music so you can get people to leave faster to free up tables since it is not a lot of real estate to serve customers, its a common tactic so I get it. However, having the owner threaten people on social media for leaving honest reviews in hopes that it helps the business to see what they can improve or change, is wild to me. This rating is due to the owner promoting a hostile business model not the staff working there. Trying to be edgy by ridiculing customers, is the most outlandish thing I've seen in customer service. I would of left a better review but after reading how the owner treats customers and seeing their social media I would recommend if you want a safe environment don't go here.

Yelp
I've been a fan of Saint Pasta ever since they had a truck at the Pemberton. As someone who lived in NYC, trying to find a good vodka pasta in Phoenix has been rougggghhh. Saint Pasta took me right back to my neighborhood Italian spot in Bay Ridge Brooklyn. Love that they now have a permanent place for us to go and enjoy the food. Vibes are also immaculate. 10/10 from me

Yelp
I was super excited to try new pasta restaurant after hearing about their food. Ambience of the place is cool, I like the neon lights. I got the vodka pasta with cutlet and ricotta, and my husband got the vodka parm with ricotta. The service was ok. I asked for a coke, and they said they were out (how does a restaurant that opened a few days ago run out of soda) so I got a diet coke. and a little bit later, I saw someone walk in with a whole case of coke, and they didn't offer to switch it. It was a small thing, but just really annoyed me. The cutlet was good, but the portions were smaller than I expected, especially with how expensive it is. Ricotta is extra. And to be honest, the vodka pasta / parm we make at home is way creamier and more flavorful than here, and at a fraction of a cost. Just not worth the money to come here.
