"Since 1983, Salem’s has been the go-to market for halal meats like goat, lamb, and chicken. While the grocery side of the operation remains popular for international specialty items, Salem’s has since expanded with an attached sit-down restaurant, where you can try dishes like biryani, kebabs, and the popular lamb chops, blasted with a signature blend of spices." - Briana L White

This place is awesome! We are from out of town and this place had great reviews and an awesome menu so we checked it out. We got the lamb cheesesteak on naan, chicken shawarma over Greek salad with rice, and a beef and cheese pide. Lamb cheesesteak falls in top five cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. Chicken shawarma wasn’t anything crazy but still good. The pide had good crust and was cheesey! And we cannot ignore the desserts. OMG. I’m going to have to go back for another. The manager was soooo nice and recommended this delicious chocolate dessert and WOAH. 10/10!!!!

Salem’s is a must-have when you’re in/around Pittsburgh. From the lamb chops to the burgers and fries you can’t go wrong. Great desserts and a great atmosphere as well. Top notch employees with top notch service. If you haven’t been, go! And if you have, go try something else!

Google
Place is great and the mobile ordering made things so much easier. I only wish the chana masala was consistent. One day it’s spicy and thick the next it’s flavorless and watery. Please is great though and my families favorite place to eat in the burgh

Google
Market - lot of selection of spices and decent halal meats. They also have lot of Middle eastern grocery items. Checkout ladies were pleasant. Grill - grill and restaurant is next door. You order food through the touch screens and get a number assigned, they call when food is ready. I grabbed some hot bar grilled meats and in and out in less than 10mins with great tasting grilled meats.

Google
Wide selection of grocery items from Middle East as well as Central Asia. The meat section is very fresh and wonderful. We always get goat from here and it’s awesome. Live other spices and items as well. There’s is a restaurant next door, which also has good food.

Google
Best value for money. Hands down. The service is almost fast food style and you grab your food and eat or takeaway. The seating area is very basic but comfortable. Had the shawarma and it was basically enough for two servings. Its huge. The taste was okay. Had the chicken samosas. They are not as spicy as Indian samosas but still very well seasoned. Definitely one of the best cheap eats in Pittsburgh.

Google
Salem Market and Grill has deep roots in Pittsburgh, boasting a robust community base and a loyal customer following. Situated in a fantastic location, this restaurant has organically grown into a sizable establishment. However, recent experiences reveal areas that need attention. While the community spirit remains strong, the overall cleanliness, including the restaurant and restrooms, needs improvement. During my recent visit, my shoes stuck to the floor, highlighting a cleanliness concern. The food, once vibrant and fresh, now lacks its former taste and appeal. Additionally, the speed of service has slowed down noticeably. Being an old visitor, I have a deep affection for this place and its community vibe, but addressing these concerns is crucial to restoring its former glory. Let's hope Salem Market and Grill can reclaim its spirit by addressing these loopholes.

Can't go wrong with this place. I stayed in Pittsburgh for 3 days, ate here twice on consecutive days. It's halal also

Yelp
The smells that come out this building!! Wow! I love to eat off their hot bar as I don't make it here often. I've ordered here many times and you can't go wrong. Their spinach paneer is one of my favorites in the city! Their service is quick and they have a well oiled system! They ask offer family sized meals to go which is great for a quick pick up dinner option that can feed everyone. I often like to grab them for holidays.

Yelp
Years and years ago, we discovered this place on a Groupon deal. Everything we are in town, we load up for here and to take home. It is just wonderful food and my favorite not just in Pittsburgh but everywhere. I have spent alot of money here and very happy to do so.

Yelp
I've eaten here several times and have always been pleased with the food. I've tried the shawarma and gyro, and both have been great. The portions are huge, I usually wind up taking half home for the next day. The French fries are also very good. Ordering is cool because it's via touch screen, like Sheetz. Sometimes it does take a while for your food to be ready as it seems they are very busy all the time, but a big thumbs up. Also I do prefer the beef shawarma over anything else on the menu, but the gyro is very good as well.

Yelp
I have been going here for about 5 years now. Not once have I ever had a bad experience. The quality to quality to price ratio is the best you'll ever experience For $17 you can get over a lb of meat, 4-5 cups of rice and a side (I've weighed it out multiple times). My friend from Dubai I sent here and she said it's better than any spot she had over there Not a singular meat I wouldn't recommend. ALBEIT I will say that the grilled chicken is a fan favorite. Don't be fooled by the name either, it's not your ordinary grilled chicken. It's fall apart, seasoned to perfection, melt in your mouth chicken

Yelp
Came here for lunch on a Monday. We ordered using the kiosk. I got the meat shawarma meal with the house salad and spinach & paneer ($15.99). My bf got the lamb kabab sandwich ($15.99). The wait was super long for this cafeteria-style spot (it took about 30 minutes for our food to be ready). I was really impressed with the meat shawarma meal! The portion size was huge! It came with a generous amount of meat, salad, and also pita bread! The sauce was yummy. My meal would be 5/5 stars. I tried my bf's lamb kabab, and it was just all right. The lamb had a weird texture. Overall, great portion sizes for the price and solid meal! The wait was too long though.

Yelp
We are visiting Pittsburgh and we happen to go to this hidden gym in the downtown this place have a grocery store connected to the restaurant. This is a typical Indian Pakistani Afghani Middle Eastern kind of place which caters multiple different cuisines with the touch of fusion their meal options are outstanding they have small, medium and large With one two and three main course and a rise on the side. The qualities are super huge, so be careful in what you're getting must rise. Are there chicken kebabs that juicy tender with a good kick their lamb chops were outstanding please do try them. They have a small sweet bar Where they have options from multiple countries and they make everything in house. The team is really really nice very helpful and they were all trying to make sure we're doing good.

Yelp
This was our first stop of a little food tour of the strip district. Met up with a family friend and lifelong Pittsburgh native who had never been. We all enjoyed it. I shared a beef shwarma with my husband and b/c we were sharing I couldn't get all the vegetables but I really liked the flavor of the sandwich and it was pretty huge. We also had some chicken tika masala. We should have gotten pita or some rice with it. The wait for our food was very long, close to 30 minutes, but others didn't seem to have to wait as long so not sure what that was about, but I would go back.
google avatar

Eva H.

Yelp
This place is just incredible! Great prices, great food, fast, and friendly. I had a medium combo with chicken tikka masala (among the best I've had), saag paneer, and chicken biryani. Love that you can get a Greek salad instead of rice as well! Will absolutely be back, this place is clearly an institution for good reason.

Yelp
I've always heard about how great the food is here. I can attest that the rumors are true. Had a great time with friends here right after lunch time and we were able to watch the Steelers game too on the tv. Win win! Customer service was great. We order at the counter and got our food with about a ten minute wait. Definitely check them out

Yelp
Salem's is always a hit! One of our favorite spots to get takeout for when we want Halal food. Food: We both got the traditional shawarma and it was so tasty! The meat was so sweet and plentiful in the wrap. We also got fries and the portion was insane for the value! Service: The workers were attentive and our food was ready when we arrived. The place was bustling so I'm surprised it was ready so fast. Ambiance: While for this order I got takeout, Salems is always a great spot to eat at. Plenty of seats, it's always clean, and the smells of food are great!

Yelp
I stopped by around 5:30pm yesterday with a group of 6 people. There's tons of open seating available. It's definitely a place you for food versus vibes. You order and pay at one of their kiosks and they call your number once your food is ready. I got the lamb shawarma and it was a ton of food and inexpensive. It was also delicious! I tried some of a friend's fried and they were breaded and amazing. Salem's has tasty inexpensive food and I heard their catering is very reasonably priced, too.
google avatar

Leandro D.

Yelp
This is the second time I've tried salem's and you know exactly what you are getting. The portions are pretty big for the price. The food is always amazing. I recommend ordering ahead since it can take some time depending on what you are getting but overall service is pretty quick. I also love that their market has expanded and is now providing a market to an area that needs it, so they always get my support.
google avatar

Yelp
Salem's is a very casual spot in the Strip that never disappoints. I got the traditional shawarma with beef and a side order of fries. My boyfriend got the hot bar. Service was fine, no complaints there. Something about the sauce or the way the beef is seasoned in the shawarma makes it delicious and something I often crave. The fries are that crispy double fried kind of fry, which also hits the spot.
google avatar

Marnie S.

Yelp
I have been to Salem's many many times and I impressed every time. Given that this place is a little further down on Penn and just outside of the Strip, it feels like a little bit of a hidden gem. I don't know if I have ever gotten the same meal twice...but everything I have tried has been delicious. The portions are huge, the food is always flavorful and hot, and there is a huge selection of foods to choose from. Everything is in a prepared foods cabinet and therefore, the service is also very fast. There is ample seating for large or small groups and it has always been very clean. Be aware that they have prayer times they are closed for. I don't remember when those are, but I believe their website lists those times. We have also taken out of town guests here and everyone we have taken here have loved it as well! Definitely give it a try!

Yelp
Amazing food, great portions, and lots of choices. You can order online, at kiosks, or step up to servers. Always busy with sit-in or takeout.
google avatar

Yelp
Truly the best chicken tikka masala and spinach paneer in the city! Wait times can be a little high during high volume, but it's always worth it!
google avatar

Yelp
Salem's Grill is elite. Service is quick and friendly, there's ample seating and parking nearby, and the food just smells and tastes delicious! Original Shawarma 5/5 Juicy, seasoned, and packed with meat. The cross sections of the photos I took don't do the amount of meat justice. But I just couldn't put it down mid meal to be bothered by taking another photo. Fries 5/5 Crispy, fluffy, and at an excellent value! I ordered the small fries for $3, and it was literally a whole plate of fries that came out, I ain't complaining. Meat samosas 5/5 These samosas are jam packed with excellently seasoned meat and I'm all for it! An order comes with 2, so great to share or hog to yourself :) Cheese naan 4.5/5 The naan here is made sooooooooo fresh and it's the size of your face if not bigger. My only wish is that there were more cheese

Yelp
Delicious, Mediterranean food located right in the Strip District. Order ahead or find a spot to eat in their dining room area. Touch screen ordering and cafeteria style meals! Everything made fresh and great quality. Had the small hot bar meal with white rice and chicken gyro plus cheese naan. Pretty quick service and delicious food for a good price.
google avatar

Yelp
I Always enjoy Salem's fresh food options with great flavor and large selections, especially when combined with the offerings from the grill!

Yelp
This place is no frills and the meals are amazing! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu! My go to is curry chicken and goat. Chickpeas are a very delicious side too.
google avatar

Sarah L.

Yelp
The service was nice and the food is so good. The restaurant was clean and organized well, I knew where to order and where to pick up food. The tables were all clean and the style of the restaurant felt very open and welcoming.
google avatar

Tyler L.

Yelp
We got a hot set meal and a lamb gyro. The gyro was very sparse on the veggies and the meat was chewy, one of the worst gyros I've ever had. The hot meal included lamb curry, chicken tikka, and saag paneer. The saag paneer had almost no paneer in it and the lamb was dry. The tikka was mid - nothing special. The biryani served with the hot meal texted overwhelmingly of saffron. And this is not their fault, but for some reason there were more kids than adults there that day and a number of them were screaming the whole time we ate. Idk if that's a regular thing or not.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious food and wonderful people running this business! I ordered the chicken tikka masala and chicken biryani. I would 1000% order both meals again. My biggest feedback for Salem's: please tell your customers if a dish is going to be made to order. I ordered the biryani thinking it would be ready quickly and I waited nearly 45 minutes for my food. I was pretty bothered and hangry because my expectations weren't set correctly. My biggest tip for folks is to call and order your food ahead or when you get there ask the folks working if your dish is from the case (buffet style) or made to order. If this were any other restaurant 45-minutes wouldn't bother me. But Salem's looks and feels like quick service which in this case was misleading. Once the food did come out it was evident that it was worth the wait. The spice level (5) was perfect as it felt hot but not overpowering and the flavors were completely on point. The chicken melted in your mouth and all around it was well deserving of 10 stars. I will order this again and again but probably to-go and ahead of time. The chicken tikka masala was nicely balanced with hints of bold flavor in every bite. Also, they give you huge portions of food for a really reasonable price. I also love the grocery store next door. They carry a wide variety of Arab and south Asian food and also have a full halal butcher. Again, the folks who work at these two establishments are incredibly kind and pillars of this community. I'm happy we have Salem's and can't wait to bring friends back to experience the joy they put in their food.

Yelp
How have I never reviewed? I'm sure I have and just don't remember. Anyway, I'm here at least once a month. I have nothing but good things to say. Even at their busiest (99% of the time they're swamped), the staff is efficient and friendly. Always! The food is fresh, hot and full of flavor. Always! I love the inclusive environment and the love for all people. Always. I love how they continually give back to the community. Always. So much love.

Yelp
the amount of times i've had salems is outrageous. the first restaurant i tried in pittsburgh and i make sure its the first i introduce to family and friends when they come visit. the chili chicken is so good and the spinach paneer is okay. my sister has the tikka that she really really likes and my dad usually gets the lamb biryani which he also really likes.

Yelp
I've been eyeing this place for a few months now, and I finally got to go today with a group of friends. The food selection is great, and there are many of my favorite flavor profiles. I ordered the medium hot bar entree with biryani rice, goat curry, tandoori chicken, and a side of butter naan. Unfortunately, they messed up my side and I received what I believed to be chicken curry instead of tandoori chicken. They messed up 3 of my friend's meals as well. That was the only downside of this place. The food was absolutely fantastic. I loved the spices, the goat meat was juicy, and the butter naan paired well with everything. They also give you a TON of food. You won't leave hungry. I'll definitely be returning to try other items.
google avatar

Yelp
Their hot bar is always fresh and delicious, the service is fast.....they do pause service mid-day on Friday's for an hour .

Yelp
Proabbly my favorite Indian restaurant at the moment. I also really enjoyed the atmosphere and cheap prices

Martin B.

Yelp
I live within 2 blocks of Salems and have ordered either online or in the cafe about twice/month. Their service is definitely slipping. Twice now, my order was not fulfilled correctly and last evening , I picked up my order 5 mins after the time I requested, but it was barely warm. I also left a message with the details of my disappointment with no return call.
google avatar

Yelp
This place is fantastic! Heard from friends to try out this place it doesn't disappoint. It's located right next to the grocery store so don't mistake it cause we definitely walked into the grocery store looking for the restaurant lol. Their portions are huge for the curries, but overall their food is ridiculously good. They also have this sign about buying additional sauces and I was thinking what kind of sauce is this good. Then I tried and sauce for the lamb Kebob and it is like world changing good. It's got a garlicy mayo but it's prob got a few other things that make it incredible with the lamb. Now you should totally get another and eat it with the rice and curry cause it just throws it into another level. Lamb curry was our favorite. Meat is super tender and reminds me of a nicely good meal by mom. Gyro was delicious with ample amounts of meat. I wish they put the sauce on the top or side but otherwise still good. Glad we got the Lamb kebab bc we otherwise wouldn't have had the chance to try the sauce cause that was life changing as noted above. Would highly recommend this place

Awais H.

Yelp
I have been doing grocery from Salems Markeit from past 3 years . Never had an issue but today it was so scatchy , there is an old man Nabil he charged me 5$ extra just to cut the fish and fish was 4 lbs . Also he added extra 6$ on 2 chickens and charged me extra 6$ to cut 2 chickens . I paid extra 11$ just on cutting. Doesn't even make sense to me and it's not even mentioned anywhere in the store that we have to pay extra for cutting.
google avatar

Mike M.

Yelp
I always fluctuate between the chili chicken and the gyro. Today, I went with the gyro and chicken kufta which were both excellent. The prices went up a bit on the dinners which makes it a little less quality of value but what I got today was worth it for sure.
google avatar

Yelp
It's a wow! So glad I got a recommendation from a local to check this place out while in town. I'm a huge fan of Middle Eastern food and Salem's didn't miss! This spot is a casual, cafeteria-style dining hall, hot food already prepared and a halal meats in a cooler ready for the grill. I ordered the 3-piece lamb chop meal with biryani rice and a side of saag paneer and I literally stopped eating to write this review. Fire! So good! My chops are grilled perfectly, rice is fragrant and tasted of some herb (saffron?) and the saag was creamy. Props to the Yelper who mentioned getting a side of garlic sauce, it pushed the lamb chops to the next level. My meal came out to about $23 but it's a very generous portion and should cover two meals, maybe even three. If I'm ever back in Pittsburgh, I'll be back for sure.

Yelp
I heard great things about this place so I was excited to try it. Ambiance-wise it's very casual, but hey, all you need is a place to sit, right? We came in the middle of the afternoon around 2-3pm but it was quite packed and difficult to find a table. However, we lucked out eventually, and the line to order wasn't to bad. The process is pretty streamlined as you place your order on a tablet and pick it up at the counter. There were a ton of yummy things to choose from--traditional appetizers, wraps, biryani, various cuts of meat, curries, fries, salads--the list goes on and on. I ultimately decided on the original shawarma wrap. here are 3 types of shawarma, and I wish they explained the differences between them in the menu. I should have ordered a different variety. The one I got was a generous portion, but I wish it had a little more spice and pickles. I also wish they gave more sauces/bigger portions of sauce included with the meal! The tabouleh was fresh, lemony, and made for a nice side dish--can't go wrong. I tried some bites of other dishes as well. The chicken biryani was out of this world--one of the best I've had (outside of my mom's of course)! The raita on the side was unique because of the grated carrots--lovely flavor there as well. I loved the chicken tikka as well. Unexpectedly, the fries were also amazing--great crispy texture and very well-seasoned. The garlic naan was absolute perfection as well--buttery, garlicky, simply irresistible. It was a big hit! Would definitely return.
google avatar

Whitley S.

Yelp
It was ok. Ingredients are really fresh and portions are huge. The taste of the salad was... interesting. Almost a mix of different food recipes from around the world. Wasn't a big fan of the salad or the wrap that I got, but I would give it another shot! I definitely want to come back and maybe try something different.

Yelp
This place was amazing. I came here with my mom and she kept going on about how good it was, and how nicely it's been renovated. I figured she was just blabbing on, but she could not have been more right. It is a deli style counter with the large menu on top. My mom and I ordered the large lamb kabab meal and some grape leaves to share. It was plenty of food for the both of us, but also we could not get enough and we were fork wrestling over the last couple of bites. So delicious. We ordered a small meal to go for my dad, we felt bad that he was missing out. Overall, amazing food, quick and friendly service. Would highly recommend, and looking forward to being back!
google avatar

Ed L.

Yelp
One of the best selections of food in all of Pittsburgh. Everything I have had here has been fantastic. Some of my favorites are the Tiki Masala, any of the skewered meats, their Gyros and their burgers. Also make sure to save room for desert as their baklava is outstanding. A big part of the experience at Salem's is their friendly and attentive staff. They will make sure you have an outstanding experience and leave with a smile on your face every time! I cannot recommend this place enough. We are lucky to have them in Pittsburgh!

Yelp
Delicious, affordable, friendly quick service - what's not to love about this place?! Salem's stellar reputation is well earned. Two things that I think deserve an extra shout out are the French fries and whatever the garlicky sauce is on the shawarma. Always love stopping for a delicious lunch and some grocery shopping at Salem's, can't wait for their move to the Hill.

Mark C.

Yelp
We showed up at opening (11 am), put our order in and I'm glad we did when we did. We beat the rush but man, the energy in this place when people started to roll was unmatched. That's when I knew this place was legit. I got the lamb Shawarma and my buddy got the lamb gyro. Portions were right, flavor was next level. Get the naan bread. Ask for extra garlic sauce. Everything looked fire. Highly recommend this place. Their takeout system looked like a well oil Machine. Well be back 100%

Yelp
On the recommendation of a friend, I came here for lunch on the last day I was in Pittsburgh. I was expecting a more formal restaurant, but this place was kind of cafeteria style, where you order, get a number and find your own seat. I wasn't too sure about this very casual set up, but decided to give the place a chance. I'm glad I did. I ordered the grilled lamb chops, which is served with white rice (basmati rice is an extra $3) and a vegetable. I chose chickpeas. I also asked for naan (additional cost), but realized I wanted garlic naan (not just regular naan), so went back to the counter to request that instead. My meal arrived fairly quickly, and was absolutely delicious! The grilled lamb chops were melt in your mouth tender, slightly crispy with just the right amount of char marks, imbue with a medley of tasty spices, and bursting with flavor. The chickpeas were soft in a good way and the accompanying sauce was full bodied and well seasoned. The rice was cooked perfectly. And that garlic naan was the BEST I have ever had. It was moist and fluffy, yet still had a satisfying crunch, and there was plenty of butter and garlic on top. Service was wonderful. It took me a minute to figure out what I wanted to order, and the person behind the counter was so patient with me. The folks at the cash register were also great, as well as friendly and accommodating.

Yelp
Salem's is one of my favorite Indian places in Pittsburgh! Their portions are always so generous that I would always have leftovers to take home. They recently renovated the space and it is more welcoming. I always get the biryani in place of the regular rice. This time I tried their chicken curry, spinach and paneer, and veggies. It was so yummy! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They also have a parking lot right next to their grocery store. Can't wait to come back for more!

Yelp
I'm still thinking about their veggie samosas. Are they spicy? Yes! But are they delish? Also yes! The employees here and the level of customer service is impeccable. This food tastes like love. I like that it's also reasonably priced. What makes this restaurant stand out is the love that they also have for community and I'm here for it. I'll definitely be back for the pressed juices and the samosas. It turns out that's a way to my heart.
google avatar

Kari S.

Yelp
First time here and I only went to the market to pick up an online order of fresh meat order. I was presently surprised how extensive their market is, as I was able to get everything I still needed to buy and not go to an Indian store for Naan, Basmati rice, garlic/ginger blend, etc. I was a little early but they were quickly able to pull in my order. The gentlemen handling my order apologized several times for not having one of the items that I ordered. I love that Salem's had a dedicated parking lot, which is much appreciated for folks like me who don't care for parallel parking. I will go to Salem's for all my halal meat needs from now on. Next time, I'll stop at the restaurant to try out their meals since I heard very good things.

Yelp
I am writing this review with profound sadness because our dear old Salem has changed .. and not for good. I went there after a gap of a few months and it seems the place is under ownership or management. 1- Portions: The portions have shrunk. They used to be generous with protein and rice from the hot precooked counter. Not anymore! They barely gave me any chicken in my meal. Though the veggie side has remained the same size. 2- The servers have changed. The previous guys used to put curry/sauce from your choice of meat on the rice that would make the boiled rice delicious. Not anymore. It is just dry white rice. 3- The number of items has been reduced. For example, no more lamb shank in the precooked station. 4- Service is extremely slow. I went in non rush time and ordered ready to take meal via the self service kiosk but it took them 15 mins to prepare the order.
google avatar

Han L.

Yelp
I heard good things, but it did not live up to the hype. It's cheap and portions are big, but that's about it. Every piece of chicken was dry and the lamb was overly gamey. Pretty bad meal.

Yelp
Food + Community = Nourishment | When you make food to share it with others, you're sharing more than just the dish. You're expressing parts of yourself. Making a connection, sharing a little about yourself; maybe what you stand for, or even your heritage. The owners behind Salem's are all about this sharing of heritage and welcoming of community. So glad we have this ethnic food spot in the Burgh to experience a bit of culture through middle eastern & halal inspired meals. I recently enjoyed a sampling event at Salem's where we enjoyed a buffet full of Salem's most popular menu items. What I tried was all well made and delicious. This spot is a casual with a cafeteria-style dining hall. There's hot food already prepared and traditional halal meats ready to be grilled. Their menu many different mix & match entrees, sides and styles of food to try. Prices are reasonable for the portions. If you're looking for a place to grab a quick sit down meal without having to wait too long, this is a neat spot, definitely worth checking out.

Yelp
Great food. Place always seems to be busy. I've had the Chicken Biryani (level 3 was pretty spicy, and I like spicy), Veg Samosas, big, so good, and chicken tandoori kabob. Good and good portion. Chicken was prepared well. Don't skip this one.

Yelp
I absolutely love coming to Salem's and it's my go-to place to pick up my grilling meats. I've yet to visit the cafeteria side but if it's anything like the grocery side, it must be good. Salem's boasts a variety of Indian and Middle Eastern cuisine from Shawarma to Tandori. The spice section is robust which gave me a good opportunity to experiment with different dishes throughout the time spent social distancing. Not interested in preparing your own meals? Well they also have prepackaged meals that you can get right out the fridge to heat up/serve later. I've tried a number of the meals and my go to is the Garlic Chicken or Curry. As I mentioned above, my absolute favorite thing about Salem's is the quality of their reasonably priced meats. The skilled butchers in the back will also help you pick meats AND add whatever flavors to the selected meats fresh. They've added a Tandoori chicken marinade (see picture), garlic lamb chops... you name it. All I have to do is put it on the grill and voila. The perfect BBQ meal.
