Tucked away in the back of the new Printemps store, Salon Vert is a cute place to grab some small bites and a drink or two with a friend. Menu wise, it’s pretty limited and seafood forward, so make sure to check in advance to see if there are any dishes that catch your eye. However, the dishes on their menu are definitely delicious, and beautifully presented. My friend and I shared some focaccia and small bites. The shrimp cocktail stood out, having come out with an interesting take on a classic. There were toppings piled onto the shrimp that gave it a fuller taste. The oysters are also nice and fresh! I had also ordered the pineau cobbler cocktail, which was fruity and tasty! It was on the sweeter side, which was what I wanted. All in all, Salon Vert is definitely worth a visit! Just know that you would be grabbing a small bite rather than a full meal there. Feast your eyes on the stunning decor instead!

A lovely spot tucked inside Printemps — chic, relaxed, and perfect for an afternoon catch-up with friends. The cocktails are well done. I especially enjoyed the cauliflower (roasted, beautifully seasoned) and the shrimp cocktail. It’s casual but with just the right touch of elegance. Great pause between shopping or as a light early dinner destination.

What a perfect little lunch spot. Gorgeous space and light, fresh, flavorful bites. I enjoyed it a lot. Service was wonderful. They anticipate your exact needs. Highlights were the cauliflower and shrimp.

Charmaine is a rock star somellier and gave us great advice to select a rosé wine! The café has a very nice atmosphere. We didn't order food but it looked very appetizing.

The restaurant proved its worth to me. Capable staff who recommended excellent food and made my family chuckle during our meal. Food was great with fresh and great ingredients. Try different menu items while you're there. You'll find the experience meets every expectation.

Stop by for drinks and bite checking out the new department store in downtown. Shrimp Cocktails were good and fresh, given the small prep space I thought it was very impressive. Cocktails took a while but probably coz it's quite new. Smart way to attract people while shopping!

Located on the 2nd floor of Printemps, this French lounge offers a raw bar and cocktails. We had to try their: +Creole Shrimp Cocktail +the Caviar Service +Muri Yamile - a zero-proof cocktail prepared with carbonic raspberry, smoked lacto-fermented rhubarb, and pink peppercorns +Muri Passing Clouds - a zero-proof cocktail prepared with fermented gooseberries, jasmine tea, and white currant wine The lounge was beautiful, with the gilded bar and the floor-to-ceiling windows. Bar and raw bar within the new Printemps department store in FiDi. I was meeting someone who works for a company named after the Baron Haussmann, so this seemed like a fitting location to meet. The bar is quite literally within the middle of the store, which was unique and fun. We shared some light crudités and the roasted cauliflower, which was served with a chutney that I found rather pungent.

I had the most unexpectedly amazing lunch inside the lovely Printemp department store. It's a destination for wonderful lunch, that just happens to be inside a department store. I would come here just to have lunch.

Little bar in the middle of Printemps. The menu is not big, and could use more vegetarian and vegan friendly options. The cocktail I had - Lucy in Diamonds was very good! I also had the sweet potato soup which was nice. This isn't a full service restaurant so I would not come here too hungry. This is nice for a light bite and a drink with a friend. The servers were all extremely nice. I adore the decor and the way the tables are set up. It's a cute little spot for a quick meet up.

I was skeptical to be dining basically at a shopping mall but the food here was superb. This is not surprising given the hospitality group behind Crown Shy & Saga is also managing their food. Oysters are flown in every morning, ones I had were plump and flavorful. The prawns were hearty but also incredible. I've heard folks kinda mumble on how small the portions are for the price including the drinks but I can assure you these are small but mighty. I do appreciate a place that optimizes for quality over quantity. Great opportunity to ogle at wonderful goods and shopping experience adjacent. Everything is clearly well thought out down to the remarkable Sabre Paris utensils (are these goods available on site, dites-moi?!?). Two reasons it's not 5 for me 1. I found the space to be ridiculously bright. It's a contrast to the moody Red Room and maybe it's just not most suitable for cocktail hour. 2. While the staff especially Evan & Esteban were so gracious and didn't at all rush us, I wonder why the space closes at 7. Again with the kind of wonderful offering it feels too cut off and more cafe hours.

Ambience? Yes. Friendly Host? Yes. Excellent Bartender? Yes. Food presents well & tastes good? Yes.

Sat at the bar and indulged in a few food items plus champagne followed by rose. The ouefs mayonnaise were so good and the dressing on the salad was also delightful. Great way to spend a day catching up with friends and people watching.

The food was very flavorful! So much so that it was almost like having a tasting menu quality appetizer from a Michelin rated restaurant. The service was extremely attentive and friendly. They made suggestions that were perfect. I love the way the restaurant corner looks inside. The entire building is a work of art. It seems to be its own art installation of its own inside Primtemps!

Fine dining level of service amidst a fancy clothing store. I was so excited to try the menu from Gregory Gourdet and was not disappointed. We had the shrimp cocktail and salad, simplistic but done well. I could drink the salad dressing it was so delicious. My husband ended the meal with coffee and was impressed by the smooth flavor. I tried a juice which was amazing- light and refreshing. I also ended the meal with a hot tea that was really good. Gregory also made an appearance as we were leaving so he definitely is very involved with the restaurant. Definitely try it if you are in the area.

(optional) Food and service were sub par given the prices. Couldn't even taste the crab for the over-seasoning, and there were no real dessert choices. Sorbet or chocolate bar? Not a brownie, a $17 chocolate bar. No bread or crackers available and the suggested focaccia looked like a meal in itself.
