"Salt & Ivy opens at 6am, so the crowd ranges from people who got up early for the hotel treadmill to zombies who partied all night long. Order the dutch baby with smoked salmon, a sweet-and-salty protein boost that’s one of the best things on the menu. Their massive outdoor patio is decked out with lush greenery, so it’s a great place to enjoy some fresh air before it gets too hot out. They don’t take reservations, so just be prepared to wait during the breakfast rush." - emmy kasten, melinda sheckells, edward thompson, milena difiore

"Starting at 6 a.m. head to Aria and the patio at Salt & Ivy for breakfast dishes such as Dutch baby pancakes with veggies, Serrano ham, and Mahon cheese, or lemon curd and blueberry; breakfast nachos with Mexican chilaquiles, green chili chicken, crispy corn tortilla, cotija cheese, pickled Fresno peppers, and a cage-free sunny side up egg; or Southern-style grits with red-eye gravy and a poached egg." - Janna Karel

Breakfast service was seamless! The wait in line wasn’t so bad as the staff were efficient in seating people as soon as we were checked in. Food came very fast and everything were cooked on point. Kudos to the Pastry department as the croissant is flaky and buttery, something you’d have in an authentic French bakery. Rib-eye was a perfect medium rare as we requested, and the avocado toast was beyond expectations. Truly a wonderful first time dining experience and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a breakfast place with high end service and food quality, yet affordable pricing.

I LOVED this spot for breakfast! The food was incredibly delicious and the service was amazing. The fruit bowl had dragon fruit in it! My boyfriend had chicken & waffles and all the entire thing was delicious!! The coffee was super good, as was the drink my boyfriend got! The salmon in the salmon power bowl was better than most salmon I get in a dinner dish elsewhere.

A lovely brunch spot found on the promenade of the Aria Las Vegas. Featuring custom made drinks, delicious breakfast items, friendly staff and vibrant active atmosphere. A bit on the pricier side but worth it.

Should’ve known this was not going to be a great experience when after ordering a latte it arrived barely warm. For breakfast we ordered the salt & ivy omelette and chicken and waffles. The food arrived fairly quickly, but was luke warm at best. The butter never melted on the waffle (as seen in the picture), chicken and the hash brown (which came with the omelette) were both just barely warm. Ordered sourdough toast with the omelette - got white toast instead which was hard and cold. When you think hot breakfast you expect it to be just that - hot… at least hot enough for the butter to melt, and that was not the case here. Just overall not impressed with the execution.

This place really deserves 0 stars. I’ve dined here twice. The wait was about 20 minutes and we asked for outside seating. The patio was nice and not busy at all but you wouldn’t be able to tell by the slow service. A table was seated after us but not only was their order taken prior to ours, they received their food and FINISHED their meal before we even received our meal. I had to ask the waiter what the hold up was after being there for 45 minutes. He comes back and says the kitchen is backed up but they would put a rush on it. When the food was finally brought out, it was a soggy, cold mess. I didn’t even eat a quarter of it. There wasn’t any offers to give us a discount for the poor service and terrible food. I asked for the manager after the bill came and he didn’t have the decency to come but a discount was applied. I will never return here and I promise you, you can do better. $160 for this, a few drinks, fries and an entree will never be worth it. Not even on their best day. 0/10 don’t recommend.

Went in for brunch on friday there was a bit of a wait but the food is worth waiting for . Grits and chilaquiles some of the best things on the menu hands down . 🫶🏼 will come here every time we’re back in Vegas .

I only visited Salt & Ivy Cafe for their famous salmon Dutch pancake and oh boy it didn’t disappoint! The mind blowing combo of smoked salmon, crème fraiche and tobiko made the entire experience so delicious and filling. The pancake came with a side of maple syrup which was such a unique flavor profile of sweet and savory. Our juice blends of Patio Crusher and Morning Workouts were delicious and paired so well with our food. Anything in Vegas is so so busy in the mornings and there was a decent wait time. Salt & Ivy does NOT take reservations, so go in less and hungry and with some patience. The servers are swamped so do not expect quick food, coffee or pretty much anything. Having visited Vegas multiple times, the food scene although delicious can be very annoying to some with the longest wait times and never ending patience. All in all, we enjoyed our fine brunch experience and will remember our delicious food!!

Omg so delicious for brunch. I got the lobster toast and loved it. Their fresh juices are so refreshing and rightly balanced not to be too sweet. There was no wait on a weekday but all of your parties must be there or they won’t seat you. The location is on the second floor (take escalators up), walk past the Starbucks/ pool signs, and it is right by the convention center. Google has its location as floor 1 which is incorrect.
