We stumbled upon Salumeria 104 in the vibrant Wynwood neighborhood of Miami and were lucky enough to find parking right on the street super convenient. The moment we walked in, we were struck by how beautiful and inviting the space is. It blends rustic Northern Italian charm with Miami’s energetic vibes, featuring warm wood tones, cozy lighting, and a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere that immediately made us feel welcome.
One of the highlights of our visit was that Salumeria 104 is pet friendly not just in the typical way where you’re only allowed to sit outside, but they actually let us sit inside with our dog. That is such a rare and appreciated gesture, especially on a hot day when being outdoors with a pet would have been very uncomfortable. Their flexibility and kindness toward pet owners really made a difference and added a personal touch to the experience.
The service was absolutely spectacular. Our server greeted us with genuine enthusiasm, explained the menu with care, and made us feel truly looked after.
To start, we ordered the Cacio e Pepe, prepared tableside in a 12-month aged Pecorino Romano cheese wheel. It was creamy, perfectly peppery, and the pasta had the ideal bite a showstopper in both flavor and presentation. For our main dish, we chose the Branzino, beautifully broiled and served with mixed greens and tartar sauce. The fish was fresh, flaky, and cooked to perfection, with a lovely crisp on the skin and delicate seasoning that let the quality of the ingredients shine.
To end the meal on a sweet note, we shared a classic Tiramisù, light and creamy with just the right amount of espresso flavor. We paired it with a glass of red wine, which complemented the meal beautifully.
Everything from the easy parking, stunning interior, and delicious food to the warm and thoughtful service made our visit absolutely memorable. And the fact that our dog could be comfortably with us inside just elevated the experience even more. Salumeria 104 is a gem in Miami truly 100% recommended.
