Delightful experience. Fabulous service- we arrived early (just before opening) and were warmly greeted & seated by the manager and attended to quickly our super friendly waitress. Nothing was too much trouble! The drinks were fabulous- cocktails could do with better presentation but were truly delicious! The food was exquisite- every plate as good as the last and we tried 8 dishes- the crab toast and sea trout were my winners but it was a close call! Beautifully presented with fresh, tasty ingredients that were skilfully put together. They do add a charity donation and 13.5% service charge but well deserved as all the staff were attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommended and would love to return ❤️

Fantastic! Elegant yet relaxed vibe with some of the best bites you will ever put into your mouth! Sam’s Riverside is a special spot right on the river Thames. Excellent in every way! Thank you to All the team, who helped my elderly parents have a Most Wonderful Unexpectedly Perfect dining experience last Tuesday evening. From the Friendly Welcome & Fabulous Service to Delicious Beautifully Presented dishes, with the Finest River Views & amongst a Bustling, Smart & Trendy background of fellow diners. We will be back, hopefullly on a regular basis.

This was our third visit to the restaurant. We enjoy the food tremendously each time, and the service is friendly and efficient. The setting is superb, right next to the river. This is a kitchen which is very capable and highly consistent. Update: two further visits with excellent food on each occasion.

A bit of a late review since I went there for Valentine's Day but my partner took me here and I had an extraordinary time, from the moment I entered the restaurant I was welcomed with lovely customer service. I can't remember what steak we ordered but it was a set meal for 2 people which involved the steak, salad and fries and I had no complaints because it was probably the best steak that I've had before. I do think with the cocktail drinks that some of them are great and some are for acquired tastes I had both the Salted Caramel Martini and the Piña Dorada. I liked the Piña Dorada a lot but the Salted Caramel Martini was the only thing I could say that I didn't like of that night, but that could be because of my tastebuds. The red velvet cake was honestly the star of the show, my partner doesn't even like cake and loved it, it was a big portion as well which was nice. I definitely would like to come back here again when I'm free, I think it's definitely worth your time to try this restaurant.

We decided to walk in to Sam’s Riverside as we wanted some drinks and we were sat on a table in the waiting area which was still quite nice and the service was just as good! We had 2 delicious Aperol Spritz then the sourdough bread and beef tartare which was absolutely delicious! Later we moved to the beautiful bar and we and the bartenders were lovely and super efficient! They were super helpful and gave great food and drink recommendations! We had quite a few different cocktails and all were top standard, we will definitely be back!

Excellent location, ambience and food. Service was extremely friendly but they did forget a drinks order and twice two different waiters came to ask the same thing, so tiny lack of coordination. Would definitely return.
