Sanguich Little Havana - Review - Little Haiti - Miami - The Infatuation

"Sanguich has an office and commissary kitchen in Little Haiti that they also use as a takeout ventanita. And while it’s nice to have a Sanguich on this side of the city, this isn’t the one you should be prioritizing for your first Sanguich experience (go to the original in Little Havana or the one in Coral Gables). The sandwiches can be a bit inconsistent here—one day your cubano is pressed to a shiny crisp, another day they might forget to brush it with lard before shoving it in the planchita. But even Sanguich on an off-day is better than a solid majority of the cubano and pan con bistec options around town. So keep it in mind for random sandwich cravings or whenever you want to skip the crowds at the other locations." - Ryan Pfeffer

This is the Cuban sandwich I’ve been waiting on. It was delicious. So much so I had to turn back around and order another one to go. It’s a pick up window (no customers inside). It was fast and there are a few parking spots near the side of the window. You can also order online.

Hands down the best Cuban sandwich I've ever had! Nice and super fast service. They have some kind of banana fries than I wasn't sure bout so my wife and I decided to share them. Big mistake! When they were gone , we both said we should have got our on. lol They sauce that came with the fries is phenomenal! Wish we could go back tomorrow but we're heading home to GA. We saw it on TikTok and just had to have it, and it was worth it!

It was delicious!! The quality of the Croqueta Preparada sandwich was unreal, unlike anything I’ve had before. I also tried the Pan Con Lechon sandwich and it was so good!! Also, the Coladita Batido was perfect, not too sweet or overwhelming. Definitely going back!

Google
The BEST cuban I’ve had in my entire life! It is 100% worth the hype. We went to the Little Haiti location which was super sketchy and I don’t recommend going at night. We felt like we might get mugged. It’s a takeout window only. Lots of homeless, random people walking around, bars on windows, just bad neighborhood, etc. (1 star for atmosphere, 5 stars for food). BUT THE SANDWICHES WERE SO GOOD. We also got the turkey sandwich which was heavenly. Fries were fresh & savory. Everything was incredible. Sanguich is an absolutely must if you are in Miami!

The Cuban is such a significant part of South Florida. Sanguich delivers on presentation and clever varients of a Cuban, but these really lack the depth of flavor that makes the sandwich.

Google
Chicharrones are the best here. Very fresh and good portions. The Cuban sandwich is amazing but I wish the portion was bigger for $14.

I went here today and I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but the vibes were way off. Not sure if it’s racism or what, but the worker was so rude and acted like she didn’t want to talk to me. I felt very uncomfortable ordering my sandwich. She was extremely short and didn’t answer my question. The sandwich was ok. I don’t recommend anyone go here and I won’t be back.

If it’s your first time like it was ours and you have 5 or 6 people just get one of everything it’s all delicious including iced beverages. Now the highlights for us the Pan Con Bistec is amazing and for a drink the Coladita (coffee base). Best sandwiches in Miami.

Yelp
This is a cute little restaurant and we are so happy We stumbled upon it. First. You order from A window, from a straightforward menu. We all Ordered Cuban sandwiches. The sandwiches tasted amazing and fresh.. the sandwiches hare big enough to share, but big enough for one person depending on how hungry you are. Overall great experience. I look forward to trying other items in their menu

Yelp
I tried to go to the OG Sanguich in Miami, but parking is always tight, and they were doing some road construction too. Instead of driving around trying to find a spot, I just plugged this location into the GPS and headed up this way. Good choice! I went with the Croqueta Preparada. Cuban sandwich with 2 croquettes stuffed inside. This spot is only a window. Nowhere to sit, its 100% to go. I got my sandwich and went back to my car and dug in. GOD DAMN this is a tasty sandwich! Just as good as I had remembered. That lard toasted Cuban bread, stuffed with all the goodies like ham, pickles, swiss, mustard and those croquettes. Delicious! The perfect blend of flavors and textures. I have different "God Tier" food items, and as far as the Cuban Sandwich, Sanguich is God Tier. Nothing else can come close to being as good of a Cuban Sandwich, as what Sanguich consistently puts out. Must stop if you are in the Miami area!

Yelp
It finally happened. I made it to Miami and a cubano was at the top of my list. Ever since watching Chef, I've been chasing that perfect cabano moment lol. I wanted the crunch, the melt, the savory, all of it. - Food - - El Cubano: THIS IS IT. I've had Cubanos before, but nothing that even remotely approached the real deal like this one. The bread was perfectly pressed and crisp, the pork juicy, ham flavorful, cheese melty, and the pickles + mustard combo added that sharp zing to bring it all home. Hands down one of the top 5 sandwiches I've ever eaten. I'm still thinking about it. - Boniato Fries: Sweet potato fries were crispy, lightly salted, and with their sauces these fries are sooooo good. - Croquettas: Crunchy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and still light enough that you could pop a few. - Value - Super fairly priced for the quality you're getting. Seriously good flavor. Would 100% recommend, ESPECIALLY if you've never had a Cubano and want your first one to be unforgettable.

Yelp
You can miss this place if you're not paying attention. Nestled in Little Haiti neighborhood along the busy NE 2nd ave, is the location of this place. It sit alongside another business within the building, only have order window, no seats so take out only. I'm a fan of their steak sandwich along with the famous jamon croquettes with the sauce. The food is made it order and fresh. Ambiance is again "takeout" with a hint of the other locations decor. If in the area try it out

Yelp
As far as I can tell , this atmosphere-free utilitarian takeout/delivery only offers virtually the same awesome Cuban Sanguich as the charming and renowned flagship on Calle Ocho. Almost invisible on the semi-industrial strip of 2nd ave, it is a no frills treat and one of the best sandwiches in town..and just upgraded to 5 stars as they delivered this beauty all the way to Bay Harbor Island's via Uber eats...after I had already written this review......

Yelp
Well I finally got a chance to try out Sanguich and let me tell you something...hands down, their Cuban sandwich is so delicious and good, now I see why people are always at their locations throughout Miami...Definitely coming back here again!!!!

Yelp
What on earth...this is one of the worst sandwiches I have ever had. I ordered the pan con bistec and it tastes nothing like it should. It's dry and filled with stringy roast beef with a red sauce. If you're looking for Cuban food, this is not the place to go I'm sad to say.
