"Sanguich has an office and commissary kitchen in Little Haiti that they also use as a takeout ventanita. And while it’s nice to have a Sanguich on this side of the city, this isn’t the one you should be prioritizing for your first Sanguich experience (go to the original in Little Havana or the one in Coral Gables). The sandwiches can be a bit inconsistent here—one day your cubano is pressed to a shiny crisp, another day they might forget to brush it with lard before shoving it in the planchita. But even Sanguich on an off-day is better than a solid majority of the cubano and pan con bistec options around town. So keep it in mind for random sandwich cravings or whenever you want to skip the crowds at the other locations." - Ryan Pfeffer
