Creative gems include the Turkish eggs with tzatziki, the breakfast Reuben, and coconut granola with labneh and fruit. You can also choose from brunch standards, such as huevos rancheros and eggs benedict. Mimosas come with a variety of juice choices, and bloody marys with your choice of infused vodka, such as jalapeño or cucumber-dill. She runs sh*t between Sava’s, Aventura, Babo, and a separate catering/hospitality business.
