Pretty unhappy with my experience today. The job got done, so that’s why they get two stars, but it was the minimum and done poorly. To start, I got there a minute early for my appointment and checked in. But had to wait almost 20 minutes past my start time before we got started. I was never once offered a drink, as I always have been at other locations, so they should probably rename this location to just “scissors”. I then explained what I want, and even showed a picture, but mid way through I knew it was not going the way I wanted. They kept my hair much longer than I wanted. The first time I interrupted they simply snapped back and said “I’m not done yet”. Fair. I decide to be patient, but when I brought it up again they assured me that what I asked for was wrong and that what they had done was right. It was too long, but I was too frustrated to ask for a correction. Next, we did the shave which burned like heck (that might be more on me, but I’m not sure what product they were using). It hurt pretty bad. Still feels very sensitive. They also cut me a few times, and given how much I was paying I was very disappointed. To add insult to injury, someone interrupted the shave to quietly inform them that they had to hurry it up, which then led to the cold towel (which at this point I desperately needed) and the shampoo being rushed. At no point during this experience did I feel valued as a customer by anyone there. My girlfriend agrees that the haircut was not done well, and the cuts on my phase are quite visible. I will not be coming back.
