The Best Wallingford Restaurants & Bars

"It’s really easy to get indecisive in the neighborhood when it comes to dessert, as there are a handful of ice cream shops to choose from. But if you want a popsicle, there’s only one option: Seattle Pops. There are fruit- and cream-based ones, but our favorites feature spears of homemade brownies shoved inside flavors like mint grasshopper or coffee. If you want to customize yours, they offer dips, drizzles, and other toppings." - aimee rizzo

Google
Tried Seattle Pops at the Ballard Farmers Market and their matcha pop was really good. Super refreshing, with a strong, authentic matcha flavor – not too sweet, just the right balance. Perfect treat while walking around the market. Definitely want to try more flavors next time!

Google
The cookies and cream pop was absolutely delicious. I could have eaten 10 of them. The Oreos are very soft and in your mouth. It is also the perfect thing to eat while walking and enjoying the beautiful summer weather in Seattle!

Seattle Pops is a great place to grab a quick snack or dessert. They have a wide variety of popsicles and toppings to accommodate most pallets, there are numerous vegan options as well. Tori did a great job assisting me, she was extremely courteous and helpful. I will definitely visit again.

Google
Absolutely delightful ice-cream shop. I love how the popsicles taste so clean, perfectly balanced and extraordinary flavors. This is our family favorite so far and was first introduced to them at Fremont Sunday market and fell in love. Our favorites are coco banana, strawberry banana & Oreos n cream.. can’t wait to try more!! Thank you for the amazing experience not only for adults but for children as of their kid size popsicles my son loves them!

Google
Taking a walk on a sunny but chilly Thursday and came across Seattle Pops! Decided to check it out - was greeted promptly by a very friendly employee. One of the owners came out and was so kind! Lots of different flavors, something for everyone and included clearly labeled vegan and non dairy options. Excited to come back!!

Google
Had the peach 🍑 and watermelon 🍉 flavor and honestly, although it wasn’t bad it just didn’t blow my mind. Reminds me pop bar that I had in California, but just not as good. I will come back and try other flavors with maybe some chocolate for a better flavor profile. Loved the decor, location and outdoor seating they had.

Google
Good popsicles with the option to dip and sprinkle it with toppings. A bit pricey though. My kids really liked the ones they got.. strawberry and mint choco chip. I got the guava. The person who served us was very friendly. The space is roomy with plenty of seating. Big windows give it a more welcoming feel. There’s seating outside as well in their own little patio space.

I love Seattle Pops! I used to get one every Sunday at the Ballard Market, so I was very happy when they re-opened this location. The bonus for coming here is they have chocolate dips and toppings! The pops are delicious, but a dark chocolate dip takes them to another level. It's a nice alternative to ice cream - definitely give this spot a try!

Yelp
I spent a weekend at a music festival where Seattle Pops had a booth set up all three days we were there. They also started us on a punch card which we tried to fill up before the festival ended but we were two short by the time we left. Anyways! I got to try a few flavors: very strawberry, cookies and cream (twice), and chocolate banana. Clearly the cookies and cream was the standout flavor if I got it twice instead of trying another flavor (I did want to try cinnamon horchata but they had sold out when I was ready to get one). I love that there are whole Oreos in the cookies and cream popsicle!! And it's a creamy popsicle so you don't get the icy feel on your teeth when biting into it. I love Oreos but feel they taste better when soaked in milk (otherwise the cookie part is too dry for me), and this popsicle gives you that experience but in a fantastically cool sweet treat way. I love it. The very strawberry is also really tasty and you can tell that it's made with good ingredients and not just junk and water. It was really refreshing to have a fruity popsicle when you're stuck outside all day long in the sun. The chocolate banana was pretty good too but my least favorite of the three flavors I tried. There were real slices of banana in what was essentially a fudgesicle, so the frozen banana didn't really offer much in terms of flavor. I did learn that if you go to their actual shop you could dip, drizzle, and/or top your pop so I think this one would be perfect for a chocolate dip of some kind! Overall these were amazing and I will definitely be getting more the next time I see them!

Yelp
My father and I went to a market and saw a stand with the a big text on it saying: 'Seattle Popsicles'. I got a cookies and cream popsicle and it was outstanding! BUT of course nothing is flawless. They had literally added big chunks of Oreo cookies into my popsicle. First of all, how the heck do they fit that in there? 2nd of all, I don't like Oreos, so it took away some good flavor from the popsicle. ( This is only my opinion, as many people who like Oreos will LOVE this popsicle) Next, my father got a strawberry popsicle. It was the best, most fruity and natural ice cream we had ever tried. I am now looking forward to going to the Seattle Popsicles store. I also took 4 popsicles to go because they were so good! I highly recommend Seattle Popsicles.

Yelp
Seattle Pops has truly nailed it with their guava popsicle! From the moment I took my first lick, I was transported to a tropical paradise. The flavor of the guava was perfectly balanced - sweet, tangy, and utterly refreshing. It's evident that they use high-quality ingredients because each bite burst with natural fruit goodness. The texture of the popsicle was spot on - smooth and creamy, yet with a satisfying icy crunch. It was the ideal treat for a warm Seattle afternoon, instantly cooling me down and putting a smile on my face. Not only was the popsicle delicious, but the customer service at Seattle Pops was exceptional. The staff was friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about their products. Whether you're a guava aficionado or just looking for a delightful frozen treat, I highly recommend stopping by Seattle Pops and trying their guava popsicle. It's a true taste sensation that deserves all five stars!

Yelp
The perfect place to grab a summer treat! While I'm not usually a huge popsicle person, I thought this place was awesome. With a nice selection of fruity pops and creamy pops, you can pick your flavor to enjoy on its own, or have it dipped in chocolate, add a drizzle, and/or a topping like sprinkles and chocolate chips. I went with the coffee pop dipped in dark chocolate. It was SO good. Others in my group tried the cookies and cream pops and also really liked them. They don't skimp on the toppings, so definitely order them if they sound good. Staff were friendly and got our pops ready in record time. Highly recommend stopping here if you need a sweet treat!

Yelp
Absolutely love Seattle Pops! I will start by saying I'm more of an ice cream person, so I have only tried the creamy pops. I have gotten pops both from their Wallingford location and at multiple farmers markets. Everyone who has helped us out, has seemed nice enough. And the outdoor picnic tables with dog water bowls are great place to sit and enjoy your pop in the summer! The picture included is of the cookies and cream, it's actually has huge chunks of cookies in it, which I am totally a fan of. The strawberries and cream tastes like a strawberry icebox cake which was also delicious. My husband and I both really like the creamy coffee and he enjoyed the blueberries and cream but I did not. It seems to be more on the icy side and was not the same consistency of creamy like most of the other pops - I think the strawberries and cream combo just works better. I loved Lilikoi and cream but it was too tart for him. It definitely is more on the tart side, but it reminded me of lassi on a stick - yes please! If you have any chocolate craving, chocolate, banana is definitely the way to go. It's like a gourmet fudge pop with fresh chunks of banana - heaven. If you are a coconut fan, I would definitely recommend that, and it has actually shredded coconut in it too. The Horchata is to die for, but it's a seasonal flavor, so I'll have to wait until they're back! For everyone commenting about the price, I would like to remind them this is a small business with locally made products. Going out for a popsicle is basically the same as going out to MM's or S&S for an ice cream cone, and definitely less expensive than getting dessert at a restaurant if you're eating out. And of course it's going to be more expensive than getting it at a giant chain grocery store, but you have to remember those items are mass produced with ingredients from who knows where, so you have to take all of that into consideration. If you buy a pack, you get a discount - do what we did and have one of the Popsicles now, and save the rest for another warm day. We Seattle Pops !

Yelp
Absolutely adore this place! It was so cute inside and we had sm fun coming up with different combinations. Dylan was so helpful and kind!! The cookies and cream popsicle was SO GOOD with so much cookie in it. I'll be going back to try every flavor. they even have PUPSICLES!! How adorable:)

Yelp
You'll see Seattle Pops at various events all over WA but I came into the shop for the full experience. The first flavor I tried at a farmers market was rhubarb but i wanted to come in for the colorfully decorated popsicles I'd seen photos of since they only have plain ones at events. You can get drizzles, sprinkles, nuts, it's a bit of a different experience coming into the shop but I would still try these at any pop up stand. Their flavors are unique and never disappoint. Today we tried the strawberry lemonade and strawberry-basil popsicles. My husband thought my strawberry basil choice tasted like a salad but I loved the freshness of it. We added chocolate drizzles which harden up on top and look cute but honestly just crumble off with each bite. The taste was good though and I'm glad to have finally come into the shop. It was super cold inside and bench seating outside is the perfect hangout for a warm day.

Yelp
Oh Seattle, how does one possibly keep up with all of the MANY great local businesses. My husband and I saw Seattle Pops in passing about 2 weeks ago, and thanks to the extreme heatwave we all experienced his week we're all looking ways to stay cool; Seattle Pops couldn't be a better place for just that! My husband and I enjoyed our Strawberry Lemonade and Vanilla Brownie pops while driving back home. These popsicles were so refreshingly good, my husband insists we have them as an available option over the local ice cream we have at home. The vanilla brownie was literally a brownie dipped in vanilla ice cream; SO GOOD!!! Customer service was excellent, the store is super cute, and flavor options are plentiful. I definitely plan to return to try the other flavors, and highly recommend you finding your way to Wallingford for a refreshing premium popsicle!

Yelp
OMG! How have we missed this place for so long. I saw a mention of it recently and had to try the place. We got a Vanilla Brownie, one dipped in dark chocolate and the other dipped in milk chocolate. We absolutely loved it. The vanilla ice cream was great with brownie pieces in the ice cream. We will be back soon to try their other flavors.

Yelp
I love Seattle Pops! It has been a classic go-to dessert place of mine to take my friends to. food (5/5): My absolute favorite flavor at Seattle Pops is Kona Coffee. You get the flavor and slight kick of coffee but the sweetness and creaminess from a traditional Kona Coffee. If you like coffee you will love this flavor. Other flavors that are delicious are guava and vanilla bean. But honestly, all of the flavors are great! the perfect treat for a hot summer day. Even though these are $4 a pop they are honestly 100% worth it! Something that I really appreciated during their reopening is individually packing their popsicles to be more precautious with COVID. It looks very professional! service (5/5): The staff is nice and willing to help you out when picking a flavor. would I go again? Absolutely!!!! in a heartbeat! - Please vote below, comment, and like the photos to give me feedback on my reviews - For more reviews and photos, follow my instagram: @nvc.eats

Yelp
A nice dessert option and I can certainly see the appeal of Seattle Pops. They have fruity and creamy options. I tried the cinnamon horchata with Carmel drizzle and vegan strawberry lemonade. Both were super tasty and enjoyable. Now, I wasn't expecting to pay $12 for a couple popsicles and I guess that's neither here nor there, but they're certainly not on the cheap side. They have a wide variety of flavors and drizzle options, so tasty. Let your tastebuds do all the talking here and enjoy!

Yelp
Fun place!! Stop in after dinner in Wallingford to grab some dessert. There are lots of options for the popsicle, the dipping, and the topping. I tried a coconut cream, dipped in dark chocolate with coconut topping. It was SO good. It really hit the spot for dessert. These popsicles are a bit pricy, but a great treat and you can completely customize to fill your sweet tooth craving.

Yelp
It is an excellent place to go if you are bored of the regular store pops and want funky flavors. However, the place is PRICEY! Each bar is priced $4-5 each, and then any topping is anywhere from 75c - $1. It costs a dollar to sprinkle a pinch of chocolate and almonds on your ice cream. Once you look past the price tag, each ice cream is delicious. The staff is helpful and explained the flavors and suggested the best ones to order. They will cut open the package and wrap it nicely in tissue and hand it to you. I tried the Very Strawberry and the Kona Coffee. (Kona Coffee generally is expensive and hard to find, so that bar is justified being on the higher end). The Very Strawberry was a creamy base and had the right amount of fresh strawberry. It wasn't overwhelming in any way, and there were chunks of dried strawberry in it, adding to the taste. A definite 5/5. The kona coffee was a great one too, but I wasn't that much of a fan. It was a subtler version of a regular coffee and tasted very little like Kona coffee. They have cute benches on the sidewalk, which are perfect for outdoor seating. And the string lights at night make it ideal for even late evenings. The ice creams are kept in a colder temperature than the store ones, so all the pops are more frozen, meant to be bitten off. Being someone who enjoys a popsicle gradually, I had to wait a bit for them to warm up a little. It would be a perfect 5/5, but the higher price for everything and hard texture knocks one star off for me.

Yelp
I LOVE SEATTLE POPS!! That says a lot b/c I'm not big into sweets or cold treats usually. I tried 3 different cold treats during the 100 degree weekend and this was by far my FAV! Their shop is super cute and service was very friendly! There was a bit of a line when we went (duh it was 80+ degrees that day) but it moved quickly so be patient! They have a great variety of fruity and cream pops. You can eat them plain or add toppings to them. We ordered a strawberry and cream with white chocolate and sprinkles and a grasshopper mint brownie with caramel. WOW! Both were so yummy!! I definitely did not think I would enjoy the brownie one but it was so good and I loved my strawberry and cream pop! I honestly wanted to go back the next day, that's how good they were! This is seriously a yummy treat and I can't wait to go back soon!

Yelp
I wanted to like Seattle Pops, I really did. As someone who LOVES popsicles I couldn't wait to try this spot on my trip to Seattle. Unfortunately it seems more like a gimmick and good social content than good popsicles. So why two stars and where to begin? I ordered the Kona coffee with caramel drizzle and chocolate chips. My boyfriend ordered the strawberry banana. I was surprised to see they appear pre-made and packaged. If these are made in-house, why the plastic wrap which seems like additional waste? Both our popsicles tasted really bland. My boyfriend's popsicle was rock hard and had less flavor than fruit bars I buy in the grocery store. My coffee bar seemed to have more milk than coffee. For the $11+ spent for two popsicles, I might as well juice my own fruit and pour it in freezer molds. Bottom line: if you're a foodie and looking for a place to check out, this is a decent ambiance. But if you want a flavorful popsicle, this ain't it. Last comment is for the owners, your window virtue signaling looks like you're pandering to Seattle's Democrat base. We get it, all these things matter, but what are you actually doing for the groups featured beyond putting signs in your window?

Yelp
Popsicles are so good. Also never thought I'd be ok with paying 4 bucks a pound for a popsicle but dang, these suckers are worth it. Passionfruit was tart and super delicious for a hot day. Partner loved the chocolate coconut and loved how creamy it was.

Yelp
My cousins and I tired different flavors and we were not really impressed. Mine was a little sour. +0.5 Excellent location and parking +0.5 Food taste really good +1.0 Customer Service +1.0 Interior/atmosphere +0 Would return/recommend others

Yelp
I tried Seattle Pops for the first time today when we spotted their booth at the Fremont Sunday market. I've always seen their stands and wanted to try it out but never got to it, then Covid happened, etc. Today was the perfect weather to finally try some popsicles. We got the lilikoi (passion fruit) and very strawberry popsicles. I tried both and I preferred the strawberry because it was less icy in texture from the puréed strawberry and a little less sweet. I liked that it still had the strawberry seeds so you can tell it has real fruit in there. The passion fruit flavor was also good, but I'd definitely try other flavors over this one next time. These were probably the most expensive popsicles I have ever gotten ($5 each), but I thought it was worth it for a special occasion on a beautiful day at the market.
google avatar

Yelp
Oh man, I never knew how much I loved popsicles until I tried one of these at the Queen Anne farmers market. These aren't like regular popsicles, they're cooooool popsicles. Get it? (Mean girl reference). But seriously, amazing! I crave these and go often! I would rather have this than an ice cream. My favorite is the mango Chile, takes me back to living in San Diego. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Yelp
I was hankering for something sweet and creamy, and Seattle Pops hit the spot! They have a variety of flavors that changes occasionally. They organize their flavors, either fruity or creamy. I tend to lean towards fruity, but decided with creamy that evening. I ordered their Kona Mocha. It had a nutty and chocolate flavor. I regret not getting a dipped pop with toppings. I think it would have tasted even better. Without it, it kind of tasted like a standard chocolate pop.
google avatar

Luci L.

Yelp
I got the banana chocolate dipped in dark chocolate with toasted coconut. Definitely very good, but in terms of price ($7+) I'm unsure if it was truly worth it. Like, instead I could've just gotten three whidbey island chocolate ice cream bars from the store for $7 and have it taste just as good...
google avatar

Jyll J.

Yelp
This Strawberry Lemonade pop was nice and refreshing for a hot day walking around the farmers market. I got the chance to see them pop up at the market after planning on trying them for a while now!

Yelp
My boyfriend and I were craving something sweet and we came across Seattle pop on yelp and decided to give it a try. The restaurant is super cute and colorful and reminds me of summer. They had so many good flavors and they had both diary and non-diary. What i loved was that it wasn't just a popsicle you can do so much to it. You can or drizzle it with chocolate and add different toppings to it. They offer milk, dark, and white chocolate. My boyfriend got that non-dairy strawberry popsicle and it was delicious it tasted like fresh strawberries. I went for the coconut cream popsicle. I decided to have fun and I decided to dip it in white chocolate and I had sprinkles all over it. It was one of the best Popsicles I had ever had. I definitely see myself coming back here multiple times.

Yelp
Ice cream is typically my go-to dessert, but one day, my friend and I decided to break away from the norm and try something different. I've seen Seattle Pops many times at local farmers markets and was excited to visit their brick & mortar space in Wallingford. Seattle Pops features both creamy and fruity flavors on their menu. I decided to go for the best of both worlds and got their seasonal flavor, Lilikoi Cream, which did not disappoint. You can definitely taste the difference between Seattle Pops and store-bought popsicles. The Lilikoi Cream was firm and the flavor was consistent, instead of being icy and watered down. At $4 a pop (see what I did there?), I would definitely call it a gourmet popsicle. The storefront is located in the vicinity of a few popular businesses and restaurants (think Archie McPhee and Musashi's) and is a great dessert option.
google avatar

Amanda H.

Yelp
I'm not usually a popsicle fan but their creamy flavors actually just taste like ice cream! $4 a piece, a nice treat. I went to their Wallingford location, but they also go to pretty much all the local farmers markets in the summer. You can also get the pops dipped in Theo chocolate or drizzled in Jonboy caramel for 50 cents to $1.25 extra.
google avatar

Tiffany H.

Yelp
Decent popsicles, but kinda overpriced to me. I still think Popbar is better, but it's nice to support a local business. The matcha was surprisingly good, and the peach is refreshing.

Huong L.

Yelp
Since I was in the area, I wanted to check this place out after seeing them at a lot of the farmers market. It's a cute a little store right across from mushashi with tons of seatings. They have a selection of fruit based ice cream as well as dairy based. I opted for the fruit and got the chili mango dipped with dark chocolate. The mango is really good, and you can definitely taste and see the mango chunks in the popsicle. The chocolate itself is also pretty good, not too sweet and went well with the popsicle. Everything seem local and fresh and they even customize the stick so when you finish eating, there's a small picture of the space Needle. I can see how this place can get super crowded on a really nice day out...the popsicle is very refreshing! Since it was raining, I decided to stay and finished my pop and had the chance to talk to the owner, who is super nice and have tons of plans to promote Seattle pops which is a plus! We have tons if ice cream shop but not a lot of popsicle shops so I'm really hoping they are successful. The only critique I had was the price, it is a little on the pricy side for popsicle especially if you want to add dipping or toppings. Other than that, it's great!

Matthew P.

Yelp
We got the mint brownie pop with dark chocolate drizzle. Flavor is good and the texture was ok. My impression is that it isn't worth $9 for one pop, which is what the total came to after tax.
google avatar

Monica S.

Yelp
Lovely local spot with amazing popsicles using local ingredients! Every time we come in, we feel so welcomed! We have tried a number of their popsicles and have loved most of them - except for the pumpkin spice one. We've had the vanilla brownie (with a whole brownie in it, WOAH), passionfruit/llikoi, strawberry banana, and the coconut cream. The crown jewel of them all has to be the Guava popsicle, dipped in white chocolate!! It is like heaven on earth! My husband and I constantly crave that flavor, and wish it hadn't been removed from the menu (to make room for other flavors). Definitely recommend Seattle Pops for a quick and delicious treat! They also are at Ballard and Fremont Farmers Markets, all though not with the selection they have at their stores.

Yelp
Yummy!!!!!!! The perfect elixir for a sunny day. Fruity vegan and dairy options. Tastes like the actual fruit! Had the lilikoi aka passionfruit and strawberry banana. Dayumn! Just what the doctor ordered!

Yelp
Loved being able to visit this place while on vacation! The shop wasn't busy when we stopped by, so we were quick to be served. There was a bit of seating inside, with tons of open space. They have the cutest outdoor space! Lots of colorful signs, lights, picnic tables, even corn hole! They have a range of fruit flavors that are dairy free and milk-based, creamier flavors. The menu is very simple, with the flavors divided and toppings listed off to the side. My sister kept it simple with kona coffee. My dad had kona coffee dipped in dark chocolate and topped with toasted coconut - he loved this combination! My boyfriend had strawberry lemonade, a perfect summer flavor. I had chocolate banana dipped in dark chocolate and topped with sprinkles (I needed a bit of color!). I was very surprised to find real chunks of banana in my popsicle instead of flavor - it was great! If we had more time or were in town longer I would have loved to have tried more. They had an avocado flavor that I was curious about, and the summer special was a blueberries and cream, which also sounded delicious!
google avatar

Rosa K.

Yelp
I don't have that big of a sweet tooth but Seattle Pops knows what they are doing! They have a variety of options, the pops are either fruity of creamy. We ordered the orange creamsicle and the cookies and cream with white chocolate drizzle. Drizzle/toppings is extra. The service is great! They do have rule that they would even give you another pop if the one you have isn't satisfactory- that's how you KNOW their pops are good. Support local, try them out!
google avatar

Katherine G.

Yelp
Seattle Pops is so YUMMY! Their popsicles are in two categories: Cream or Fruit. You can get them chocolate dipped or drizzled and add toppings! The guy helping us, Sam, was so nice. He and my husband went on joking for awhile. He was genuine and made our experience great! We will definitely be back (even in the cold weather) to get more popsicles!
google avatar

Jessica G.

Yelp
If you are a fan of popsicles, or like I do, have a child who is obsessed with them, please visit. You can go here as much as you want knowing it's not full of chemicals and artificial flavors. Every popsicle I've had here (flavors change often) has been so tasty, and they even have ice cream on a stick. You can also add toppings (chocolate dip, etc.). My recent favorites are strawberry watermelon and coconut with chocolate dip. There's a cute patio area outside for enjoying your popsicles on a nice day. Parking situation isn't great as it's located right in the heart of Wallingford, but it's an easy walk from the neighborhood areas. Prices are a bit steep for popsicles, but like I said, they're very good, and the portions are generous. My only wish is that I lived closer. My toddler visits here regularly with friends who live in the area. He pretty much demands to go there when he sees them, and that's a good sign!
google avatar

Courtney L.

Yelp
Would I normally pay $4.00 for a popsicle? Nope. However, I will make an exception for an occasional Seattle Pop which is far from your average popsicle. In fact, the milk-based ones are essentially an ice cream bar, so I'd at least consider those a better value than the fruity flavors (although those look delicious as well). Seattle Pops participates in many Farmer's Markets around the Seattle area, which makes them extremely difficult to resist when strolling past their stall. I'm sure that most people do not agree with the price of a single pop, but their pure and wholesome flavors make them unique and keep the customers returning. The Coconut Cream actually included a substantial amount of shredded coconut, the Kona Coffee had visible flecks of coffee beans and the Cinnamon Horchata contained a fair sprinkle of spices throughout. Plus, they were all creamy and pretty rich. It's clear that the ingredients are natural and I've never tasted any hint of artificial flavorings. **TIP** Ask for a punch card! After 10 purchases, you get a free pop. So yes, after $40 spent on popsicles you get one for free, but hey, it's better than nothing!

Yelp
Once again, couldn't be better. Fresh, tasty popsicles. Friendly staff, lovely outside area for enjoying popsicles. Careful covid prevention without being rude.

Yelp
I had my first Seattle Pops at the Shoreline Farmers Market, so I was eagerly awaiting their Wallingford shop to open. They are located directly across Musashi's at the corner of N 45th and Interlake. Driving by always saw the papered up windows. Sad face. But finally during this stretch of hazy summer, the site finally is open! During my visit on Seafair Sunday 8/6/17, the line has been constant. And if Elizabeth and Monica goes here, my Yelp palate is already in good company! Folks sitting under orange outdoor umbrellas looking happy. There's also indoor counter space with upbeat music. Seattle Pops has it covered. My favorites are dairy based, Kona Coffee and Strawberries and Cream, of the seven featured today. For an additional $1.25, it can be dipped in Theo Chocolate. Pure decadence! And there are also 11 fruity vegan selections. I totally missed the local Skagit Valley strawberry season, so just about everything I fixate on regarding ice cream, gelato, and now popsicles involve strawberries. Posted Grand Opening weekend hours as of this visit: 8/4 Friday 5-11pm 8/5 Sat and 8/6 Sun 12noon-11pm Seattle is blessed with so many indie shops featuring ice cream, gelato, sorbeto, frozen yogurt, vegan treats, frozen custards...enjoy frozen treats on a stick at Seattle Pops! Summer happiness to enjoy year round.

Yelp
While I don't get to make it out to Seattle Pops often. It is always quite the treat when I do! Each pop will cost you a little under $5 unless you decide you want to deck it out with toppings or dipped chocolate. They offer a huge variety of both fruity and creamy flavors. My favorites often being from their fruity selection. Most recently I had their seasonal flavor, the blueberry lemonade and loved it. The fresh and quality ingredients they use make them a top notch spot to come enjoy a cold treat especially on a hot day. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for something sweet to take a trip over to Seattle Pops!

Yelp
It's been awhile since I had a Seattle Pop but it hit the spot for my sweet craving! You can never go wrong with the cinnamon horchata. Great flavor and creaminess. I tried the vanilla brownie for the first time because I wanted something creamy, with chocolate without getting chocolate ice cream. It was exactly what I was craving. Great vanilla ice cream and basically a whole brownie inside. It was delicious and I recommend!

Yelp
I had Seattle Pops from my local farmers market, Bongos and the Bite of Seattle but this was the first time I actually went to the location in Wallingford. Totally different experience when you can get one dipped, drizzled, sprinkled or all the above at an additional cost but so worth it. I had the banana chocolate dipped in dark chocolate sprinkled with toasted coconut. Great combo you can actually see the chucks of fresh banana. Picked up a few to bring home and started a punch card thanks to a tip from Marie B. Service was friendly loved seeing the interaction the server had with the kids that came in. Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
Seattle Pops offer best of both worlds. You can experience fruity or creamy popsicles at $4 a pop. Whatever you end up picking, you'll definitely taste that flavor. Some flavors are bold, others are juicy, and overall--your taste buds will be delighted. Fun perks from this place is that you can get your popsicles dipped or drizzled in chocolate (dark, white, or milk chocolate) and have it covered with different toppings. You can always find a seat at the Wallingford location. Seattle Pops can also be found in local farmers markets too.

Yelp
I'm happy to see that this place has reopened. There is a good amount of outdoor seating and space inside to order. I tried their newest flavor grasshopper mint brownie and it was very good. I am only giving it four stars because I think it's over priced for a popsicle. QFC is right up the street and you could buy enough for a family of 5 for what you pay for a single pop.

Yelp
My new favorite dessert place! Saw this place while eating across the street at Musashi's and decided to give it a go. The interior was clean and modern, and service was fast since we were the only ones in the store (likely due it being the middle of a particularly chilly February...). I tried the cinnamon horchata, one of their seasonal flavors, which literally tastes like ice cream in popsicle form. Yum! Yes, as other reviewers have mentioned, it's $4 a pop, but that's pretty reasonable for the quality you're getting, especially when considering that something like a Starbucks drink can easily cost just as much. Plus, the flavors are incredibly unique! Prior to this, I don't think I'd ever encountered a cinnamon horchata-flavored popsicle in my life. 5/5 stars! Will definitely be back to try other flavors.

Yelp
First time coming here and the store is super cute, clean and great customer service. I really like that Seattle Pops offers fruity popsicles and creamy popsicles. I got the strawberries & cream, strawberry lemonade, and coffee brownie and they were so yummy!

Yelp
Loved this place! It was nice to get something other than the typical icecream. They had a lot of options too, including vegan options. Felt pretty nostaglic to have a popsicle!

Yelp
I love Seattle Pops! I used to get one every Sunday at the Ballard Market, so I was very happy when they re-opened this location. The bonus for coming here is they have chocolate dips and toppings! The pops are delicious, but a dark chocolate dip takes them to another level. It's a nice alternative to ice cream - definitely give this spot a try!

Yelp
My whole perception on popsicles has completely changed because of these amazing pops. I remember Seattle Pops having a little pop-up booth at the summer Seafood Parade a few years ago, and we got some popsicles, and I couldn't forget how good they were. Who knew that popsicles could be elevated or even kind of "gourmet." I love how they use all natural, fresh AND local ingredients, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients in each popsicle, and man, every bite is an explosion of flavor! When we stopped by, we got a lilikoi (passion fruit), guava, kona coffee, cookies + cream, and a chocolate fudge pop. We also got some zesty limes and guavas for the house. My favorite popsicle was a close race between the zesty lime, and the chocolate fudge. The zesty lime has such vibrant and bold flavors, and each bite is super refreshing and bursting with lime. Then, the chocolate fudge is light, but also super rich and fudgey. However, my favorite part of all these popsicles, and part of why I love them so much is actually the texture. All of the fruity pops have this texture that is kind of hard to explain, but it just isn't like a normal popsicle. The texture is simple yet complex in a way that makes the popsicle even more enjoyable but still has the essence of a traditional popsicle from the store. But jeez, I can not get over the textures from the creamy popsicles like the chocolate fudge and cookies + cream. Now, that is probably the tie breaker between the fruity pops. The texture on the creamy pops is so mesmerizing, and you need to experience it to understand. But the texture is so luscious, and luxurious. It's not exactly like butter, but it sure does melt in your mouth and breaks off when you bite as if it is. But for real, the texture is my favorite part of the chocolate fudge popsicles, it's just so satisfying. I love everything about these "gourmet" pops, I even love the popsicle sticks themselves. Everything is super refreshing, and hoping that I can stop by this place more frequently with summer around the corner!
