"The stack of lemon ricotta pancakes at Seawell Fish N’ Oyster are served with berries and basil compote, topped with a dusting of powdered sugar and served with classic maple syrup. The dish comes paired with Seawell’s applewood smoked bacon and made to be enjoyed with a cup of Colombe cold brew. "Creamy without being heavy, chef Craig Tooker’s mac and cheese is a feast of lobster and smooth, silky bechamel sauce, combined with aged cheddar cheese for tang. The mixture foregoes the usual bread crumbs and gets topped with more aged cheddar and cotija cheese for a savory bite. The seven-course meal includes oysters Rockefeller, tiger prawns with smoked gouda grits, and a dish of beet cured salmon. Also on the list are Caribbean fish bake, scallops with lemon mascarpone accompanied by curry pumpkin and ginger soup, and crispy skin salmon and aji Amarillo potato with maitake mushrooms, chorizo, and purple cauliflower.
