"Don't count on this place for any impromptu situation—during prime dinner hours, wait times can be up to two hours long. But don't let that stop you. Much like everything at The Village At Totem Lake in Kirkland, Seoul Meat Co. is state of the art, with polished grill tops, a giant “AYCE” neon sign, and vent fans that look like robots hanging over your table. Their protein selection is serious, with 15 different cuts of beef and 10 types of pork rubbed in seasonings like curry powder or truffle salt. But it’s their seafood items that shine, like cajun mussels and huge shrimp doused in creamy garlic butter. Plus, they have covered and heated outdoor seating, which is ideal for anyone who doesn't want to smell like seared brisket for the next three days. " - kayla sager riley

Delicious pork belly, pineapple steak, and glass noodles. Came at 6pm on a Saturday party of two, we’re seated at 7pm. Great attentive service. The music is a little loud so it’s kinda hard to talk across but that’s not a big deal. Recommend coming in and eating as much as you can! $48 per person.

I had been looking forward to trying this restaurant for a long time, but since the prices were over $45 per person, I decided to save it for a special occasion—my birthday. Unfortunately, when we went on that day, the place was packed. They told us the wait time was over an hour and advised us not to wait. We ended up going back two days later around 4 PM, and the restaurant was nearly empty. The kids enjoyed the experience of cooking their own food, though my 5-year-old daughter only ate steamed rice, and my 7 year son just had some steak. Our server was incredibly kind and helpful—he guided us through the best way to cook the food and made the experience enjoyable. On the other hand, the person who greeted us at the entrance seemed unfriendly and made us feel a bit unwelcome. We were charged $15 per child, which was less than we expected for our 7-year-old, so that was a pleasant surprise. Overall, the food quality was okay—not amazing, but decent.

Been here 3 times already — meat’s always top quality, super tasty, and service is great. Ribeye hits like a real steak, and the marinated meats are super authentic korean style. Sides like glass noodles and tofu soup slap too!

Google
Excellent Koren BBQ. It's was a busy Friday night and our party of 6 was seated in 30 min. Excellent food and service. The place is a busy spot so speak up if your drink is a little low or something is needed right away. The servers will take care of it immediately. There is an auto gratuity for parties of 6+. Been here twice and it's my go-to for AYCE BBQ.

Google
Been here three time and enjoyed the food and atmosphere each time. The last time I went though the service was not as good. Looked like they didn’t have enough staff. Could have been a fluke. The meat quality is good, the flavors are excellent and they have a ton of sides. Probably best Korean BBQ on the Eastside.

Google
I had the AYCE dinner at this restaurant, and the quality of the beef was outstanding, with each cut perfectly fresh. The servers were highly attentive, regularly checking and replacing our grill to ensure it was always ideal for cooking. The restaurant was quite crowded, likely due to its affordable AYCE pricing, especially for the Kirkland area. This was my second visit, and each time they’ve introduced something new to their offerings, which keeps the experience fresh and exciting.

This place is OUTSTANDING. This is an all you can eat for 48$ per person. It sounds a little spendy, but you get your money's worth will all the meats and side dishes! The service is super speedy, and everything is delish! I got a lot of chicken, and prime rib. There were many side dishes, like boiled egg, glass noodles(which have a unique taste), mushrooms, and soft tofu soup. It is so addictive but be sure to finish your food. They charge I think $15 for leftover meat.

Google
Very fun place! Food was yummy and great service! Our waiter was a taller young man and he was very attentive and friendly, but everyone there was great! It’s all you can eat, with a limit of 2 hours which I find reasonable for all you can eat, plus everything comes out super fast so barely any wait! Lots of side options as well and they’re all great (also included in all you can eat). Also note that meat you don’t eat will cost you an extra $25 but that keeps ppl from over ordering. Sides are fine tho they can be leftover. Music was popping!! Fun time for sure

Yelp
Had a fabulous dinner at Seoul Meat in Kirkland, see my video https://youtube.com/shorts/sJ1DMzwDwdA?si=GJcW92c0cKDxkJOG Good food and service, if you are looking for AYCE KBBQ, check out this place.

Yelp
First off let me say this... yes this place is pricey but please remember... THEIR MEATS ARE TOP NOTCH QUALITY, THEIR SERVICE IS SUPERB, AND I MEAN IT IS TRULY UNLIMITED BOTTOMLESS COPIUS AMOUNTS OF FOOD!! My wife and I absolutely love Seoul Meat and try to save it for date nights because the price tag is high haha. And if you don't know they will give you jalapeños, sesame oil, and good salt IF YOU ASK FOR IT. It's one of those IYKYK Their marinated top blade, pork belly, and marinated short ribs are my favs! I pretty much order all their sides as well. My only asks of their menu is that they have Fish cake, and daikon part of their sides because I love it with my KBBBQ. So just try it at least once. But once you do remember all the things I've mentioned here. This place DONT MISS!

Yelp
Seoul Meat Co. is located in Totem Lake next door to the fried chicken place and the theater. Parking is ample in the Totem Lake parking garage or surface level parking. Atmosphere (4 out of 5): There's both indoor and outdoor seating but mostly we sit indoors. Simple restaurant floor inside, with some TVs mounted playing kpop music videos (funnily enough different than the actual kpop playing inside). Tables and chairs are comfortable, and the KBBQ frying stations are big. Service (4 out of 5): Service is usually consistently good - there are lots of bussers walking around to take empty plates, and lots of servers walking around with tablets to take meat orders. Meat is sent to the table super fast (they don't play games with trying to fill you up with sides beforehand). Food (4 out of 5): For the Eastside area BBQ, Seoul Meat has above average meat quality and super hot grills. I'm consistently able to get a good sear and char on meat as needed (as long as you turn the grill up). As long as you don't cause a lot of smoke or fire, they usually let you cook the way you want to. The cuts of meat aren't amazing, but they are consistent and above average. The sides are also solid with good variety. I've also never felt pressured to leave or to order less - they genuinely give you everything you want (given it's AYCE). They've also never "ran out" of anything. Value (3 out of 5): Again, compared to the Eastside, Seoul Meat offers relatively fair pricing - they aren't the most expensive, but they also aren't the cheapest. I will say they have the best overall balance of quality and value overall, and they are my go-to KBBQ place in the Seattle area.

Yelp
If you want good quality meat at an all-you-can-eat KBBQ, that's what Seoul Meat does best! We ate at Seoul on a busy Friday night. You have to sign in on an iPad to get on the list to sit. The indoor waiting area is small, but luckily it was a nice night and there's lots of places to sit outside. We waited about 15 minutes on a busy night. Once seated, it's pretty loud inside, due to the concrete and the decor. The wife and I ordered AYCE meat and some sides. The service was very fast and attentive the entire night. As soon as we put in our first meat order, it was at our table in just a few minutes. You have two hours, which was more than enough time for us to cook plenty of meat and stuff ourselves. You can request up to three plates of meat at a time, and they don't give you too much so you don't feel like you're committing to eating a massive plate of meat if you want just one more plate. Everything came out extremely fast as soon as we ordered. The meat was great! We were hungry for beef, so we ended up ordering a variety of beef throughout the evening. We had the spicy brisket, brisket, marinated rib fingers, marinated short ribs, and truffle pork belly. Our favorite were the marinated rib fingers! It had a good flavor, and were very tender. The brisket was fine, you kinda know what you're getting there if you've been to KBBQ before. The spicy sauce on the spicy brisket was pretty good. The marinated short ribs were good, but they were cut a bit too thick for my tastes, so it made chewing through the fatty ribs a bit more of a chore. And finally, the truffle pork belly was also very good. They have a few different "flavors" of pork belly, which I suspect just has to do with the type of salt they put on it, as our truffle pork belly had truffle salt on it. All of the meat seemed pretty fresh, if it was previously frozen, I certainly couldn't tell. It is, at the very least, sliced freshly, as you can see them slicing the meat in the back. I've been to places where my brisket has come out sliced and partially frozen: not the case here! The reason for 4 stars? The sides. They were pretty underwhelming. I'm not a Korean food expert, but everything we tried just wasn't as good as other Korean places we've been to. The spicy cucumber salad, seaweed salad, assorted veggies, and grilled corn were all kind of underwhelming. We will likely come back at some point as the meat was awesome and we want to try some seafood next time, so definitely looking forward to trying some different sides and open to adding a fifth star to this review!

Yelp
Located in a Perry, comfy & nice outdoor mall area. Location is amazing, so many dessert and drink places around It matters because wait is a lot time. We got there around 12:40 and waited until around 1:30. There is a tablet for check in at the counter through Yelp For kids, pricing depends on their height There are a lot of side dishes/ not bbq items included in the $45 AYCE like the typical daikon, lettuce, kimchi etc (no potato salad).... But there are also cute personal sized cheese fondue and cheese corn!! Corn on the cob, steamed eggs, fried dumpling... The cheese corn had a peppery taste and the fondue didn't have much taste so those are passes for me... Their fermented soy bean paste also tasted too sweet ... Meat wise though they all tasted super fresh!! I don't even know what to say except they taste so fresh and delicious!!! Highly recommended

Yelp
This was the best kbbq restaurant I've had in Washington (definitely top 3 overall). I enjoyed every meat that we ordered and I loved that they offered ribeye(my favorite). The presentation of their food was amazing and every meat seemed like great quality (far exceeded my expectations for an AYCE restaurant). I definitely think the prices are reasonable. Their side dishes (kimchi, salad, japchae, and pickled daikon) were all so so so good. The service was amazing- the waiter came back to ask if we wanted to order anything else many times and they changed our grill when they noticed it was getting burnt. The restaurant looks modern and clean. I'm looking forward to coming back here again

Yelp
Just revisited this place during lunchtime and had a much better experience compared to last time. The lunch menu lacks many steak options available on the dinner menu, but I was satisfied without them. The steamed eggs tasted much better this time and were not as salty as before. Overall, everything tasted better, and the bulgogi was my favorite meat on the lunch menu. I had to request butter each time they changed the grill to prevent the non-marinated meat from sticking to it. While this visit may not fully represent the true quality of service due to the lesser lunchtime crowd compared to dinner, we still received significantly improved service after the house became full compared to last time. They also had a completely different crew this time. They promptly refilled our water, took our empty plates away and changed our grill. Our orders came out almost instantly. All the servers were attentive this time. They didn't make us wait to order for the next round or intentionally ignore us. In fact, all three servers working that day checked with us at three different times to ensure we didn't want to order more meat after we asked for the check. The environment was still very loud; I couldn't hear what other people were saying and had to raise my voice to talk to those sitting in front of me. There was almost no smell on my clothes afterward, thanks to good ventilation.

Yelp
Starved all day to have room for AYCE. The quality and extensive selection of meats for $45 is a really good value, there are also lots of sides to choose from, from your typical kimchi to corn cheese to french fries, steam egg and tofu soup are also options. The only thing that's limited 1 per table are ribeye and beef chuck which it's a straight up a full steak that you slap on your grill, don't need any more. The kalbi beef intially seems a bit thick, but once cooked and cut up, it was my favorite, super flavorful and the right amount of fat in it. There's so many different seasoned pork belly; green tea, curry, truffle, etc. You can order up to 3 meat at once, try to go with maybe 3-4 people so you can try more variety. The restaurant is pretty ventilated, did not smell like a bonfire at all afterwards. It's located in the Totem Lake shopping area right next to the Cinemark behind the Salt & Straw. I would definitely come back, it's good if you're on a high protein and low carb diet. It's almost lunch time as I'm writing this review and I'm drooling thinking about how delicious the meal was last night. Tell me about your experience if you've been here or is going to after reading this review:)

Yelp
Haven't been to Totem Lake since all of the new construction. This gem of a new restaurant is tucked down by the theater building. This is an AYCE Korean BBQ restaurant. What makes it stand apart from others is the level of service and the quality of the banchan and fresh meats that are served. The staff are so attentive and are always checking to see if you are ready for your next order of meat and side dishes (banchan). Quite frankly, the best level of service for any restaurant that I've been to recently. The side dishes were on point for all of the standard Korean meals and BBQ places, from kimchees, cheese corn, pickled vegetables, tofu soups, etc. The list goes on and on. But you come to a AYCE BBQ, so the focus is always on the meats! The quality is fantastic. The beef dishes had amazing marbling. From the brisket, pork and beef belly, kalbi, bulgogi (beef and pork), beef tongue, and so on... We were seated right next to the kitchen where they were slicing up the meats as the orders were made. We came on a Friday night, and boy were they busy and hustling. I haven't been this full in a long time. We'll have to come back to try more of the other meats that are offered on the menu. My suggestion is to come in a little earlier in the evening. By about 6 pm, it was packed with a line out the door.

Vy M.

Yelp
Finally got a chance to try this place out and I'm so upset I waited this long! We came in on a Wednesday afternoon just after lunch hours ended, so we didn't get to try the lunch special but the dinner price is not bad at all for quality meats and great service! The menu is quite simple - one option of all you can eat (AYCE) and you get 1.5 hours at your table. Each round allows for 3 protein options (meat and/or seafood) and unlimited side dishes, including kimchi, japchae noodles, and steamed egg! The only thing I was missing is big lettuce, for wraps but they do have the daikon wraps. I can't wait to come back!

Eva M.

Yelp
My fav KBBQ in town for sure now. Love the ambiance and also the service was immaculate. They're so attentive to change the grill for us. At other KBBQ, we always had to ask the servers to change it but not here! As for food, the meat quality was really good for $45 AYCE with a bunch of selections on meat cuts and side dishes (steamed egg, soup, etc.) Highly recommend!

Estella K.

Yelp
We went on Saturday around 4PM and we waited for about 20 mins until we got seated (we put ourselves on the waitlist on the iPad by their door). I love the parking situation here- there is a garage with plenty of parking! This is the best AYCE kbbq spot in the Seattle area! It's $45 pp but the quality of meat is INSANE. I normally don't like to go to AYCE places because since it's unlimited, the quality of meat usually lacks. But this place is different!! I love the variety of options here as well as seafood options. Staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs and they change the grill multiple times so your meat doesn't burn. The ambience is also great; very modern and lively with kpop music playing in the background. 10/10 recommend and I'm already planning my next visit

Maxine L.

Yelp
Kinda pricey AYCE Korean bbq with a pretty good assortment of meats. The restaurant itself is pretty vibey, typical kbbq smell, and K-pop playing in the background. The servers are super on point, making sure you have meat and sides ready and going all the time. The meat itself is okay. I like the variety, especially with marinades, but the quality is not that great and for the price, I would've expected a slightly larger selection. The variety of sides is also a little disappointing. Overall, it was still good, though not sure I would go again given the prices and selection/quality of meat and sides.

Kim V.

Yelp
Revisited a few more times and I had a much better experience! Was finally able to have soju with my meal! Service was better and quick. Servers also checked back often which was nice. During my most recent visit, 2 thick pieces of galbi was served which was pleasant surprise, as the previous time I went it was just 1 piece. Waitlist is still taken via iPad at the front. You need to add your info yourself. For first time diners here- do expect a long wait (can be more than 30min) especially during dinner time on the weekend! $45 AYCE for dinner is a great deal especially if you get the right types of meat! Also, don't sleep on the fries! They're delish- thin cut, crispy & freshly fried!

Hung T.

Yelp
Seoul Meat Co kbbq is a great place to enjoy AYCE Korean barbecue. The price is $45 per person, which is fair for the quality and quantity of the food. The side dishes are free and plentiful, with many options to choose from. I especially liked their tofu soup, pickled radish, house salad, and cucumber kimchi. The meat is divided into four categories: beef, pork, chicken, and seafood. You can try different flavors and cuts of meat, but my favorites were the beef belly and beef tongue. They were tender, juicy, and crispy. The pork belly was also good, but I didn't care much for the green tea flavor. The baby octopus was fresh and chewy, and a nice change of pace from the meat. The only thing I missed was the sesame oil sauce with salt, which I think would have enhanced the flavor of the meat. The kalbi was too thick for my liking, so I wouldn't order it again. The service was fast and attentive, and they changed the grill after every plate, which kept the food from burning or sticking. The only downside was that they were a bit pushy, and they put the meat on the grill before we finished eating the previous plate. The atmosphere was lively and noisy, like most kbbq places, and full of grilling meat smell. The parking was easy, with both street and garage options. I would definitely come back to Seoul Meat Co kbbq, if I have the time and money. It was a satisfying and enjoyable experience.

Yelp
WA has a lack of ACYE KBBQ options, so I was excited to see vents put up during construction because I knew it would become a KBBQ. Even though $45/person is twice the cost of what you could get in CA, it was worth every dollar. Food - They have a diverse selection of meat beyond beef, and a much more generous selection of side dishes. It's possibly the first time I've seen spicy items come with a non-spicy version too! Even so, the spicy stuff are not that spicy (that's coming from someone who cannot handle hot cheetos). The dumplings (deep-fried pot-stickers) surprised me and instantly became a favorite. A warning: baby octopuses are... not so baby. You get the full ACYQ KBBQ experience - a standard bowl of salad with a pitcher of water, a dish of hot sauce, fancy salt, and ponzu sauce. Only, there is no rice paper or potato salad here. There are also no dessert options. Servers come around nearly every minute to change grills and take empty plates. I only saw my real server twice (perhaps a shift change) but he was so knowledgable and we became instant friends. It's a fantastic place that I dream about every day. I came here on a sunday at 4pm and we recieved almost the last table. I expect normal hours to be insanely packed!

Adri R.

Yelp
I've been to several KBBQ in the area. They definitely provide some high-quality meats. Its AYCE for $45 per person. An a 2 hour time limit. I've done a wonderful job with the layout. It was not Smokey at all. They did a great job on changing out the grills frequently. There's free parking in the garage.

Mayu D.

Yelp
Food & Price - 4.3/5. If you have a hesitation to try this place, don't hesitate no more. Yes, it's $45/person before tax and tip, but it's worth it! I'd say that this is probably the best Korean bbq place I have tried after moving to WA several years ago. Our favorite was a marinated short rib after trying a bunch of meat cut. Tofu soup was a bit spicier than what you'd normally expect in WA, but I loved it since it's very flavorful. Kimchi was ok to me, but my boyfriend loved the cucumber kimchi. What I liked from the side dish besides soup was japche. It was very flavorful. Service - 4/5. Make sure to come in early to get seated in a half an hour. We came around 5:20pm on a national holiday and got seated right before 6pm. They have a yelp wait list only at the restaurant. So make sure to put your name and number in first and go grab ice cream or drinks nearby. They will text you when your seat is ready. Ambiance- 4/5. It's clean and modern Kbbq place. Just don't wear anything nice or bring fancy purses with you! It gets greasy and you will smell like bbq afterwards. I will definitely come back here again.

Bo P.

Yelp
A couple of friends and I came here at 5pm on a Friday night- we were thinking it'd be jam packed but surprisingly we got seated immediately. But not too long after a line formed, so I recommend coming in by 5pm. It was our first time so we asked our waiter a ton of questions, and he was extremely friendly. The quality of the meat was the best of all the KBBQ places I've frequented thus far. We easily ate our fill and for everything we ordered (and all of the sides AND refill on the sides) it would have easily been over $200... so paying $45/pp was definitely a great price point. For the food itself- you can't go wrong with any of them. We ordered steaks, pork belly, brisket, marinated short ribs, and a handful of sides -- and all were great. Since we were a table of 3, we could only order 3 meat options at a time, but that was fine and it didn't hinder our appetite in any way. FYI: the marinated short ribs come out 1 slice at a time, but I actually don't mind that bc it helps you keep your order in check since there is $15 charge for leftover meat. Will absolutely be back.

Kristen N.

Yelp
Best AYCE KBBQ in the area! It has the best quality for the price (currently $45/pp) and I thoroughly enjoyed this place every time I've gone there so far. Highly recommend going early to put your name down as it is very busy during peak times. My personal faves here are the ribeye steak, marinated rib finger, and pork jowl. The quality of the meat is really good for AYCE, not premium, but comparable to H Mart meat to me. I don't really like the various marinated pork belly flavors as the sauces are overwhelming, so I stick to plain. Note - you can only order 3 meats at a time which is honestly good as the tables are fairly small. Also, the meat portions are on the smaller side, so you can try a larger variety of meat. I also love all the side dishes that you can order and always get usual banchan, plus the corn cheese, pickled radish wraps, and assorted veggies to grill. The only thing I wish they'd add to the menu is lettuce for ssam. The service is great for KBBQ. Sometimes orders get mixed up or we get things twice, but the servers always try their best and quickly resolve issues. I appreciate how efficient they are for getting items to us and clearing our table. They always swing by to check on us and get the next order of meats in!

Catherine L.

Yelp
Noticeably better meat quality than a lot of other AYCE KBBQ spots in time. Was expecting a super long wait for dinner time looking at other reviews but they were pretty efficient. We went as a party of 2 around 5:30pm and were seated within half an hour. The location is also by many shops and such so if it was a longer wait we were prepared to get notified by phone. I appreciated the electronic sign in. The menu had quite a variety of different cuts of meat and also some seafood options as well such as mussels and octopus which as a seafood lover I was excited about. Despite there being a lot of people at dinner the staff were very friendly and checked in pretty frequently.

Sabrina N.

Yelp
seoul meet co was quite busy when we came on a saturday night and there was a bit of a wait. we came close to closing so staff were attentive and came back every 5-10 minutes to make sure we were getting all the banchan and meats we wanted before they closed the kitchen, which i appreciated. i do wish they offered other banchan that most kbbq spots have, and $45 is kind of pricey. i think ive had higher quality kbbq for cheaper.

David J.

Yelp
Wow my new favorite kbbq in the area. Slightly beats out exit 5, Baekjeong, Grill King and all the other places in Lynnwood or federal way. Palace in Bellevue doesn't even come close. I like the banchan at exit 5 better though still. But the meat quality at Seoul Meat Co is comparable to the old exit 5, before their meat quality dropped, and I liked the taste of their sauces and banchan as well. Seoul meat co had the best meat quality in the area as of today. Overall this is a slightly more pricer option. You'll probably end up paying about $55-60 per person after tax and tip but I think it's worth it. Service was good but could have been better. They bring out your first order really quick, but it's often challenging to get a grill change and banchan due to how understaffed they are at peak time. Note there is usually a wait, especially on the weekend, so come here early or late when the dinner crowd is finished. In the meantime you can take a look around the other shops in the mall. Parking is super easy. And you can go to salt and straw after for dessert! I'll be coming here again in the future, though not often.

Suejung J.

Yelp
We forgot to take photos until we were closer to the end of our meal. Okay, I happened to notice Seoul Meat Co when I was picking up food from Bok a Bok next door and decided to come back and try this place out with a couple friends. This is more like the Korean bbq places we've been to in LA and Vegas. This is an ayce place (and I'm not sure if they do a la carte since we were planning on a meat marathon anyway), and for $33 ayce weekday lunch this is a great deal. The meats come fresh and aren't frozen. They are good cuts, tender, and delicious. There is a rule where you can order up to 3 meats at a time, but as soon as you finish a plate you could queue up another very quickly. All sides come with ayce and everyone got a cheese fondue, I got the steamed egg, friends got mandu (fried potstickers), kimchi, corn, house salad, and some other things. They also provide the small dishes with sauces and salt, and it was the good salt. Service was also very prompt and different staff checked in on us regularly. Whenever we finished a plate, someone would quickly grab it while walking by in a very subtle and I uninterrupting way. I made a joke at the table about seeing if an empty plate would ever last for a minute and the answer was no, they're so fast! This place is new, aesthetically they did a great job, and I appreciate them spending money on the nicer grill vents that are right over the grill. There was no smoke lingering in the air and the ventilation in the place is quiet and effective. This is our new favorite spot.

Melody K.

Yelp
We really enjoy this place. Its good bang for your buck if you workout and want to hit your macros The portions are reasonably generous without being wasteful. One small feedback is that their pickled radish is sliced so thick, very different from the ones bought in the store. And the thickness seems to take over the flavor of the meat if you use it as a wrap.

Yelp
I've been here a few times now and have enjoyed each iteration. I went twice during the soft opening where the prices were cheaper, and once during the true opening. I think for the latter visit the cost was $45. They don't take reservations but they do have a Yelp wait-list. When you arrive you can use their ipad to enter your phone number, name and party size. They'll then place you in line and text you when your table is ready. I enjoy this process as I can easily see when I expect to be seated. My party of 6 waited about 30 minutes on a Saturday evening. Overall the meat quality is excellent - I really enjoy the large availability of dishes. Things like pork jowl - which I haven't found at other KBBQ spots - are available here which give a nice mix up for offerings. The ribeye steak was probably my favorite option! The service can be hit or miss though. There were times where we waited quite long for a grill changeover or for more meat etc. That said I'd still come by again as the meat quality is top-notch.

Yelp
There is a big space inside that consists of tables and cooking spaces. It's loud because of the decor. It's AYCE and you get 3 meats per table to start, with unlimited sides. They also have seafood options and chicken. No veg options. Kids cost is based on kid height and they have a ruler on the wall by the door. I loved the Kim chee cukes and the glass noodles. Waiters were quick to come by to ask if we wanted more meat, and to refill beverages. They have a limited selection of beer, wine, and soju but it's still sufficient as the meat is the real draw anyway. The kalbi was super thick! Chicken was marinated in a delish sauce. The bulgogis were fan faves too. Plenty of parking in the garage. They do not have any desserts but there is ice cream and bakery options nearby, should you still have room.

Yelp
Easily the best KBBQ restaurant in Washington! The first time I tried to come was on a Friday night with a wait time of over 2 hours... this time around I came on a Thursday evening and didn't have to wait too long. Any kind of wait is worth it here though! The main thing that pops out here is the meat quality. Each cut of meat was incredibly enjoyable, and you sometimes forget that this is an AYCE restaurant! Usually AYCE has lower quality meat, but the meat quality here is easily the best in town. $45 for AYCE here is a great deal. They have tons of different meat options as well as quality side dishes. A few of my favorite cuts were the chuck-eye steak, beef brisket, and bulgogi, but honestly we enjoyed every cut. Service was also on point! We asked for literally everything and our server Matt delivered, as well as some great recommendations on meat options. Matt really improved the experience for us and made it a perfect meal! Overall, amazing meat quality for a reasonable AYCE price. This is a must-try!

Yelp
Located at The Village in Totem Lake, it's conveniently located in the center of where things are happening. On a busy Friday night, my family and I decided to wait for about 45 minutes. As soon as we were seated, we were warmly greeted and our server was attentive to all of our needs. We loved how each table had an exhaust so that the smoke from the BBQ grill wasn't on our face. The food was amazing and fresh and well presented. We appreciated the care that was given to us as customers. We will definitely be back again!

Yelp
Food: the food here is great, we ordered our regular brisket and pork belly. What I liked about this place was that you are also able to order vegetables on the side and they had several of them! I am a sucker for sweet potato so I was really excited to have that! I enjoyed their bachan and the sauces as well. I was kind of sad that they didn't have any intestines but hopefully when I come back again it'll be available! Service: the staff here were so nice and attentive! Mind you it was a busy busy night and the wait was about 45mins for us. When we ordered drinks or food it came straight our way. Ambiance: one thing that most people may not enjoy is the loudness of music, it doesn't bother me much because i was there to eat but if you are trying to talk to someone or try to pull some tea it'll be tough since the music is like clubbing songs.

Yelp
What needs to improve: quality of meats, flavor, pricing (too high for what you get).

Yelp
Nestled next to the Cinemark theatre in Totem Village shopping center (Totem lake Kirkland), this little Gem is perfect for groups and/or families. We had two little babies with us and they were most accommodating with seating especially away from the rest of the group of patrons. The ambiance was cheerful and energetic with K-pop/drama OST playing in the background. They have an outdoor seating area that would more ideal for date nights due to the quieter environment perfect for intimate conversations. Inside we were often yelling and repeating ourselves when ordering or conversing with each other. You are only allowed to order 3 types of meat at time (with our group size of 4 adults) and unlimited sides. Supposedly you can order meat every 5 minutes, however our server went on break after our first order and we were without ordering capabilities until another service member realized we were left unattended. The dishes came out quickly so we rarely had to wait on food when ordered. Our favorites were the pork jouls, beef ribeye, steamed egg, pork bellies, and the spicy chicken. The cheese corn came in bite size servings so order multiple if you want a decent amount. Other than the server leaving us unattended at the beginning, my only other complaint was the bathrooms. We were there from 3-5p on a Saturday and the bathrooms were ransacked by 4p. Out of toilet paper. Garbage can overflowing and untidy. Otherwise this was a very positive experience, food was overall good quality and the service was friendly and attentive. Good ventilation and cleanliness in the eating areas. Parking can be a little tricky, we couldn't figure out the parking structure directly behind the restaurant but at least there is ample free parking lots around.

Yelp
TL;DR: All You Can Eat (AYCE) dining only. A bit pricey per person but a good group experience. Lunch is lower priced but has some menu items removed. Side dishes in upper box of the menu don't need to be ordered unless you want more because it is provided. Short kids get discount (haha). DO NOT pull hard on range hood pipes. Tips: - ask for some butter to use when cooking steaks - ask to have your grill plate changed out if it's getting too charred (your server will come around the halfway mark and do it anyway) - use the food scissors to cut up the cooked meats - do not overcook your meat - if you get grilled corn or any potatoes, start cooking ASAP on the side, those take the longest to cook - range hood height is adjustable but DO NOT pull down hard on the range hood pipe (we witnessed one fall when someone pulled t0o hard -- it was quickly fixed by a couple servers) Lunch is $33 (minus some beef items on the menu). Dinner is $45 (full menu). Parking: free street side, shared lot, or garage. Just depends on how far you want to walk. Atmosphere: LOUD. The acoustics are terrible. Everything echoes into a jumbled mess of clinks, clangs, and conversations. It's a little hard to hear over the table through all the sizzling, range hoods, and other people also shouting over the table to speak. I like the all metal plates/bowls. The utensils were disposable though. Menu: AYCE style dining only with a 2hr time limit. single page menu on printer paper and rightfully so! All the sizzling splashes oil everywhere and the menu just gets greasy. Speaking of the menu, I found it comical that kids get discounts based on height. Everything in the top box of the Side Dishes section is provided up front once your food comes out so you don't need to order it unless you want more later. Service: wait to be seated, order at the table, you will be provided a water pitcher to self water, bill brought to you, boxing leftovers not allowed, $15 charge for leftover meat. Not a lot of instruction is given in terms of meat cooking times but generally thinly cut slices should take less than a minute but chicken and pork should be cooked longer-- ask a server if you have any questions! Maximum of 3 cards per table/party when checking out. I was a big fan of the dipping salt out of the three dips provided for the meats. It was salty and had a hint of sour. I did not order these items but I saw that the French Fries and Dumplings come pre-cooked if you order them. Beef Brisket: thin slices of fatty beef, cooks in seconds. It is a bit too fatty in my opinion but it still tastes good. Just make use of all those pickled veggies with each bite! Corn Cheese: a small muffin tin with corn kernels and shredded cheese. Yummy flavor combo and fun to set on the grill plate to watch the cheese melt. Cucumber Kimchi: really refreshing and not spicy at all! Wonderful to nibble on as a palate cleanser between bites of protein. Crispy as well and not soggy! Grilled Corn: Corn on the cob drenched in butter -- It's like there was a little corn in the butter I ordered (haha). It is sweet and tasty but does take a while to cook because you need to keep turning it. House Salad: refreshing romaine with some pickled veggies and tangy flavor. Kalbi / Marinated Short Rib: it's one whole slice of meat like a steak! The flavoring is really tasty but there is a lot of bone and fat on there. Pickled Radish Wrap: you can either eat this as a palate cleanser or wrap a slice of meat inside before eating. It is quite tangy. Rib Finger: the cut of meat in between the rib bones. It's tender but also a little chewy from the tendons. Finger sized pieces. Ribeye Steak: one per person and man it's worth it (granted you know how to cook it). Comes salted and peppered with a spring of rosemary. Don't forget to ask for some butter! Sweet Potato: thin slices of potato but it still takes a while to cook and honestly wasn't by favorite. Though the flavor was nice, it was a bit dry to eat and wasn't really pleasing for my oil soaked taste buds. I found more palate relief in the pickled veggies. If you really need your carbs, I think the fries would honestly be a better choice. Tofu Soup: SPICY. It has a medley of things in it (veggies, meat, tofu); really nice chunky soup. But! For those of you who are familiar with my non existent spice tolerance, you know that when I say something is spicy, I mean it. So if you're like me and can't handle too much spice don't get this. It did taste good though but I couldn't power through it without sweating profusely and reaching for water. I couldn't help but think that this soup is just the kitchen sink version of the restaurant where they just tossed in the bits and pieces of menu items that are not presentable or aesthetically pleasing (makes sense budget wise).

Yelp
Went here on a rainy day after working for two weeks without a day off and it was the exact healing experience I needed! Table service was fast and friendly with great recommendations from the crew. The interior is very clean and because the vents are right above the grilling surface, there's no smoke build up. That's not even the best part. The brisket alone is better than any other KBBQ place I've tasted. Then, you have pork jowl, their signature bulgogi, fresh shrimp (we ordered "Cajun"), and several seasoned pork belly options!

Yelp
I went here on a Tuesday dinner around 6pm and the wait was 1.5 hrs, which for the quality is acceptable but the prices are still very high despite the extended soft opening price that's $4 off ($38.99 as opposed to $42.99). Yelp waitlist only can accommodate 6 people and no walk-ins allowed and no virtual waitlist - you have to be in person to enter. We had 7 people and had to reiterate a few times because the Yelp waitlist could only handle max party of 6, which extended our wait time by 45 min even though there were 2 tables back to back that could seat 8 that was available. The meat quality for AYCE is fairly solid, at least comparable to LA KBBQ but not the price. I particularly loved the bulgogi and beef brisket the most. They take orders at good intervals but sometimes other elements like water refills and grill change are a bit slow. I won't penalize that much since they're still working out some things for a new restaurant, so there's still a possibility I will return, probably less so if they charge regular price.

Yelp
My favorite kbbq in Kirkland. All you can eat but you're limited to two hours. We ordered the beef bulgogi, beef brisket, fire cheese chicken, and beef tongue; all cooked fairly quickly and evenly. My son ate free because he's under 2.5 feet tall. There was K-pop music playing in the background and the atmosphere was dark with green accent lighting throughout. We appreciate that the workers came by every 2-3 minutes to change the bbq grill plate so that the meats didn't taste burnt. 5 outta 5

Yelp
New AYCE KBBQ spot in Totem Lake! The sides are incredible - especially the soondubu and the steamed egg. Normally at an AYCE, the side soups and such are not that good, maybe you eat half a bean paste stew and leave the rest. But here, the soondubu and steamed egg - which you can get as many of as you'd like - are so good they're better than some other places where you pay for them. The meat quality is pretty good, though my brisket was a little too fatty. The kimchi is nice and saucy, and a little sweet which I enjoy. Their marinated meats, like the galbi, aren't very marinated so it missed the spot for me. They have the exhaust fan that comes down from the ceiling and is right above the grill which is nice. Overall a good new KBBQ joint for ~$50 a person out the door. Service is just alright but the restaurant itself is nice and spacious.

Yelp
I remember waiting for an unnamed KBBQ spot at The Village every visit to Salt & Straw and the day has finally arrived. I've been twice and have had delicious food and strong service during the soft opening. It's $4 off during this extended soft opening period. Definitely the highest quality AYCE KBBQ in Washington at the time and rivals some of the a-la-carte options. Hopefully they're able to keep up the quality because in general, KBBQ here has the tendency to fall downhill after gathering followers. They are understaffed and hiring and there will be empty tables, but that's because they are very strategic and aim for high quality service. My first visit, we were told to wait a bit so that a server could catch up on their tables. It's very apparent that they help manage the workload for the employee (I mean it's definitely hectic with the surge of people especially during soft opening) but are also committed to providing excellent service. If there happens to be empty tables while you're in the waitlist, this is a completely valid reason. Once you're seated, service is attentive and food comes out fast. With regards to wait times, expect 15-30 minutes on a weekday dinner (excluding Friday) and roughly 2 hours on a weekend. To judge, a waitlist of about 35-40 people takes just under 2 hours. If you want to beat the line, showing up 20 minutes before opening should get you seated when they open even on weekends. Most items are delicious but I'll call out some notables and less notables. Personal recommendations but everyone's taste buds will vary. [+] Ribeye Steak - honestly, their best item. It's 1 per person for a reason. Very tender and juicy steak, though the downside is some pieces can have excessive fat which is then wasted. It's helpful to grease the grill though. Order this once with each order! [+] Beef Belly - brisket's fatty cousin. Fast cooking and serves the entire party at a fair ratio. Beef belly is good at any AYCE but Washington has a weird tendency to divide their menu into regular and premium selections where beef belly is on the higher end. Here, it's all one price and beef belly is a better balanced brisket that's not as tough due to the fat. [+] Beef Tongue - thin sliced beef tongue, looks like brisket but tastes better and of higher quality. Instead of ordering brisket as the foundation of your KBBQ, opt for this. [+] Marinated Short Rib - galbi is always good and the one here is fairly high quality. Meat is tender and easy to bite off the bone. [+] Pork Jowl - bacon's cousin that's smooth and slightly sweeter. While not too different from other places, it's nice to switch up from pork belly every once in a while. [+] Wine Pork Belly - sounds interesting, right? The wine adds a light, unique sweetness to the pork belly. Two pieces of thick pork belly doused in some wine for a different experience. Not getting tipsy off the marination, just a chance to enjoy an unfamiliar taste. [+] French Fries - honestly funny to think about fries with KBBQ, but they're pretty good and a chef's recommendation. Obviously one of the cheaper items plentiful elsewhere, but it's not everyday you're eating fries with some KBBQ, so a new experience is always welcome. [-] Spicy Beef Brisket - while expecting typical brisket with some spice, it's actually minced up brisket with the standard spicy bulgogi sauce. Flavor is fine but it caramelizes the grill fast and is a nuisance to pick up. Plus the texture may be weird since it's all minced. [-] Beef Abomasum - having never tried this, I was intrigued. Abomasum is the fourth stomach leading to the small intestine. It has the same flavor profile as intestine but I felt like there was an excessive marination which threw me off. Very chewy and fair alone, but the marinating didn't taste well to me. [-] Creamed Corn - while expecting more of a corn cheese, I didn't care much for the small side of corn in a foil cup. It's alright but when wanting some corn cheese, I'd be disappointed. [-] Cheese Fondue - also in a foil cup, it's not the social media experience you're expecting. There's no cheese pull and it was not that memorable. Flavor was typical to nacho cheese.

Yelp
Meat quality is good. Service is friendly. They have some unusual flavors like truffle pork belly, green tea pork belly... All you can eat is 45 per person for weekend lunch. (2 people minimum) They have a lot of side dishes choices. The restaurant is clean and they have plenty of tables. Parking is free. But their sauce is limited, and they don't have lettuce wraps. The corn cheese is not as expected.

Yelp
I usually go out to a ton of KBBQ places, especially coming in from Southern California. There's no easy way to reserve a spot. It appears this is walk-in's only. We arrived at 5PM on a Saturday right before a movie. We were in luck because they were able to seat our small party of 3 in less than 15 minutes. We went for the $45 all you can eat menu. The portions are pretty big - we went for the skirt steak, pork belly, shrimp, and brisket. Our sides were a bowl of rice, mushrooms, fried gyoza and fondue. The food overall was pretty good. It's very comparable to most KBBQ restaurants - I feel you can't go wrong. However, I would recommend cutting your meats as the portions are large. You do get a large pair of scissors to trim down your meats. The service was pretty good. Our server checked in on us in a timely fashion to make sure we wanted more on our plates or if we needed new plates. Overall, this was a good experience, I would do it again.

Yelp
Happy soft opening to Seoul Meat Co! My friends and I wanted to check out the hype and visited the restaurant on a Thursday evening. The wait wasn't too bad for five people after joining the waitlist at 6PM - we got seated at around 6:30PM. The interior is modern and clean, and I like the idea of them having tables outdoor (which weren't in use). No KBBQ smell sticking to your clothes if you're seated outside, right? Tables are a bit awkward though for parties larger than four as each table has one built in grill. As the sign says outside, the restaurant is definitely short staffed. Everyone working there was amicable, but clearly spread thin as the service was understandably slow. As it's their soft opening, many menu items also weren't available yet - no ribeye steak, intestine, some of the side dishes, etc. One piece of feedback I'd give is that I wish the portion sizes were equivalent to the number of people in the party. As a group of five, we would still get two strips of pork belly per order. With the lack of staff, we ended up waiting around for most of the meal in between orders of meat & side dishes. I do appreciate though that all meats are included in the AYCE price, vs. having pay levels to access certain cuts of meat. The quality of the SMC Beef Brisket and Pork Belly were the most reliable, while the other cuts were hit or miss. Overall, Seoul Meat Co. is definitely still working out the soft opening jitters and I hope to return once they're fully staffed with a full menu.

Yelp
One of the better kbbq that is all you can eat in WA. Meat quality was good, wish there were better sides and sauces though. Wish it was slightly cheaper, but given the location and meat quality it could be ok. We came before the dinner rush and got seated immediately. Service was a bit slow for not being busy at first. Had to remind the staff about spoons 3-4x. Loved that they had strong ventilation and we didn't spell too bad of the typical kbbq grilling and meat smells on us. Great location being near desert right outside and activities for the family.

Yelp
Probably the best quality AYCE Korean bbq in all of Seattle. I'd definitely come back only for special occasions bc the wait is soooo long. I can't imagine how much longer it will be once this place gets more popular. Pros- pretty large portions- I hate AYCE places that just give you like 4 pieces of meat per order. Very friendly service- the server kept checking on us asking if we'd like another round of orders. Good quality meat. Fast service. Cons- none of these were dealbreakers to me but- 1. the tables are each for 4 people. We had a group of six and had to awkwardly be split up. 2. Loud music - hard to talk to people. 3. Looooong wait- be prepared to wait minimum 60-90 min. We signed up at 4:30- only 30 min past opening time on subday evening and didn't get seated till almost 6pm. When we signed up we were number 14. When we left there were 35+ people on the waitlist. I can't imagine how long that wait would be 4. Kinda not great pricing for children....my 2 year old happens to be pretty tall (3 feet) and she cost $15. I wish they would just charge by age. The height thing just doesn't seem fair...just cuz you're tall doesn't mean you eat a ton...

Yelp
We were in the area so had to try Seoul Meat kbbq. So glad we did!! We knew there would be a long wait time esp for our group of 9. Came in at 5pm to put our name down and were told about 1hr wait, came back an hour later our table was ready. Server explained the menu, this was AYCE so only 3 meat at a time but everything else like side dishes/seafood/appetizer can be ordered as much as we like. Food came out quickly once we ordered. The meat quality and all the side dishes were very good. The steam egg was so fluffy and flavorful, be sure to get. Our server was very attentive and came by to take our order often and change the grill a couple times. We would definitely come back again.

Yelp
If you are looking for a delicious and authentic Korean bbq experience, you should definitely check out Seoul Meat Co in Kirkland. The restaurant offers a variety of meat options, from marinated beef and pork to chicken and seafood, as well as fresh vegetables and sauces. The service is quick and attentive, and the food is cooked to perfection. The portions are generous and the flavors are amazing. You will also get complimentary side dishes, such as kimchi, salad, soup, and rice. The only downside is that the restaurant is very popular and there is usually a long wait, especially on weekends. But trust me, it is worth the wait. The restaurant has a cozy and lively atmosphere, and it reminds me of KBBQ in Southern California. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Korean food or wants to try something new and exciting. Seoul Meat Co is one of the best Korean bbq restaurants I have ever been to, and I can't wait to go back.

Yelp
Let me start with how wonderful the quality of the meat is. It's really delicious. Now, for the not so good parts. Tables are really packed together. My wife and I kept bumping to folks in other tables while seating. That's how tight it is. Next, the cleaning crew is very aggressive in taking the plates. They even put the meat to the grill even when we are not ready just so they can take the plate. Maybe there's not enough plates, and they crew have to wash the plate for the next order? Hopefully, they can tweak these minor inconveniences as the food was really good.

Jason L.

Yelp
Two things, first if you're going to serve "tartufo" pork belly, at the very least, make it taste like delicious tartufo pork belly!! Second, but more importantly!! They "close" at 10pm, but the last seating is at 9pm?? That's not closing at 10 pm. When you close at 10 pm, you don't stop seating people a full 60 minutes before you close. Someone comes in at 9:55, you seat them, because you're open until 10 pm. I used to work in the service industry and when you supposedly close at 10, you stay open until 10 pm.

Victoria C.

Yelp
Met up with a friend from high school to catch up. We arrived just as they opened, there were two other groups ahead of us. We were seated immediately and they asked if it was our first time there or not, they proceeded to explain how the AYCE worked and gave us some time to look over the menu. There were a few TVs with kpop videos playing, I didn't pay attention to what kind of music was being played. We ordered three rounds of meat, definitely recommend starting off with the pork. The steamed egg was the perfect pairing. For sure having to cook your own meat will slow you down on eating, and with chatting we wish we could have eaten more. Reminder to self, keep your jacket and scarf on the back of your chair and not in the chair next to you TLDR: lunch price of $35 per person is reasonable and the food was good. I'll definitely come back again

Yelp
Had a great time at Seoul Meat Co.! The only tough part was the wait. We waited about an hour and a half for a table after arriving at 6:30 pm this past Sunday. While I appreciate that they have a yelp waitlist, it's not that helpful because you can't put yourself on the list from the Yelp app or check your status in line. The only way to check where you are on the waitlist is to keep going back inside and scrolling through the tablet. Once we were seating service was lightning fast. We ordered brisket, beef tongue, bulogogi and spicy brisket. Overall the meat was good quality. We liked most of the bonchon as well. Can't wait to come back and bring our friends! This is the best AYCE Korean bbq place up here. Almost exactly like what we had in Southern California.

Yelp
I've been here for a couple of times. It was great during their soft opening, price is reasonable as well as the offerings. However, it jumped to additional $10/pax. Before anything else, price does not matter as long as you get what you pay for. They have removed some of the meat selection such as sirloin and couple of side dishes. You wouldn't increase your price as you decrease your offerings, right? So, I'm not sure if it's even worth it. For the service, all staff were great. Really good. Attentive and welcoming.
