The No. 1 Breakfast Sandwich, folded egg and white cheddar served between grilled sourdough or a flaky biscuit, is only a few dollars more than the one at your go-to doughnut shop. But it has a homemade, not house-made touch. Add-ons include bacon or chicken sausage, and thick, chef-y hot sauce is always nearby. A couple of drops is all you need.
