Seviche A Latin Restaurant

The food was amazing. I had the skirt steak. It was so juicy and flavorful. The potatoes were nice and creamy. Our server was great! Always checking on us, clearing dirty dishes and bringing new silverware that was needed. Overall, it was a great experience.

I’ve been to Seviche several times, but the food and service have declined tremendously. Today, we had the calamares, which was good, but the quality of the main course was beyond disappointing. We ordered two Churrascos de Argentina, and the meat was poorly prepared. I mentioned that it was far from what we requested and the second time it seemed like the chef intentionally served it rare after the complaint. This is unacceptable. If you’re looking for good food, stay away from Seviche. There are much better restaurants in town.

Great place. Great food and drinks as well. Service could have been a bit better for a higher end restaurant.

We attended the Pirates of the Caribbean dinner and movie. It was so fun! 10/10, no notes. Such a great idea, thank you Seviche! Keep them coming, we will be back!

It's easy to see why Seviche A Latin Restaurant is a Louisville favorite. It's one of my new favorite places now, too. The steaks and scallops were deliciously devine!! The service, the drinks, the beautiful outdoor patio... all 👌 👌

I'm a fine dining lover and food connoisseur. Discovered this place in 2024 and it has easily become a top dining pick. I am comfortable trying new things on the menu because Chef Lamas is truly dynamic in the way he marries flavors and textures together, and his presentation is gorgeous! Perfect for a date night, grab drinks with friends, or a professional meeting type of vibes. The bartender always makes amazing drinks! Ben is my favorite waiter because he has a vast knowledge and experience with food, which is easily noticed when he talks about the menu. He has one of the best table side manners! I have always had the most amazing service when dining here. My top food and drinks recommendations: Tuna Tartare, Ahi Tuna, Macadamia Crusted Sea Bass, Chicharrones de Calamres, Churrascos de Argentina, Duck Nachos, P.E.I Mussels, Mamajuana drink, Early Tomato Gazpacho, and Snapper! SOOOO GOOD!

The ambiance was really good. It was like no latin cuisine that I have ever had. It was a good different/unspected. There was no options for kids in their menu. We struggle a little to figure out what to order and that wad when the server told us that there were kids options. Our server was very friendly, knowdledgeable, attentive and on point. The rest of the staff was very helpful and fast with the meals and keeping our glasses full.

You can’t really go wrong with anything on their menu. Everything was amazing and tasted delicious. From the presentation to the freshness in the ingredients, everything was on point! Highly recommend.
