I recently visited Shake Shack and had a bit of an issue with the burgers we initially received — the meat wasn’t cooked to the level we expected. However, I really appreciate how quickly and professionally the staff handled the situation. They immediately offered us a refund or a remake, and we chose the remake. The second round of burgers came out perfectly — well done and delicious. Mistakes can happen, but what really stood out was their customer service and willingness to make things right. Thank you for turning it around so smoothly!

As always, quality of food is exceptional but this Queens Centre branch exceeds my expections because of their employee Joseph. His customer service immeasurable. Best customer service I've ever experience here in the US.

I was impressed with the level of service I received as soon as I walked in the door. I asked Maria about a burger I had years ago and she knew exactly what I was asking for and assisted me in making sure I got my order correct. She had a smile the entire time. I felt welcomed. It felt like I was going to a families house for lunch and not a fast food joint. Keep up the great service Maria. You’re amazing and have a beautiful spirit.

Maria is one of the most incredible hard working people I've seen on a very long time! She was in the front helping me with kiosk order, letting me know about specially. She serves the customers, sweeps, refills, helps the other employees. Her energy is great! And Gio is so lovely, personable and kind. I needed to write this even though I am not a review writer. I'm updating my review because I like this place now..it's air conditioned, lots of spacious seating. I wish they'd do away with the music though. They have self-order kiosks. You can only pay with a cashier if you're paying with cash. If you use the app, your order will be ready when you get there so you can skip the wait. You get a free Chicken Shack on Sundays with a $10 order, only on the app. They have clean restrooms. The employees are kind.

Have craving the Shake Shack for ages! This smoked burger are the best I ever had! Highly recommend

Love shake shack! Service is always good. However you guys need new trays. Those worn out metal trays looked like it was used in prison and donated to you guys. My avocado fell off my burger and it touched the tray instead of the paper lining and it was a NO for me.

Kitchen staff needs additional worker or two. Takes awhile to get food. No cashiers anymore, all kiosk.

This particular one is decent. Considering it's fast food. All the workers were very friendly and helpful. Consistently cleaning and asking if we needed anything. I kinda felt like i was at a sit down restaurant. Great job guys! Definitely come again btw the miniature milk shakes are perfect for kids.

This branch of Shake Shack is in the mall opposite the Cheesecake Factory. The service is not bad and the space is just the tables on the second floor. The food is your typical Shake Shack offerings. The consistency is good which is important. You know what you're getting when you put in the order. I have ordered several times here and you get what you ordered.

Came as a group of 2 on a weekday afternoon. Not many people were around. After ordering using the iPad, we waited about 10-15 minutes for our food to be ready. An alert will be sent to your phone when your food is ready for pick up. There was a nice worker who was constantly wiping tables to make sure they were clean and sanitized for all guests. They made sure to check vaccination cards before allowing people to dine in. The dine in section is closed off to help direct foot traffic. The burgers were delicious and can be customized. They were on the greasy side. The fries were fresh, warm and crunchy.

Today I decided to get Shake shack double veggie burger, fries, and a chocolate shake. I'm sorry but that was the worst veggie burger. I have ever had I could only take 2 bites! Are the fries drank the shake burger in the garage! $25 it wasn't worth it!! Chef Ramona

Shake Shake Shake. Shake your booty. Shake your booty. It's not KC and the Sunshine Band, but this place probably makes a better shake than he does. I haven't eaten meat in years, but I still love a good ice cream shake. I also have a soft spot for old fashioned crickle cut fries. This burger chain does both pretty good. After mall shopping here it's a good option to replace all those calories walking from store to store.

Shout out to the Lady with the pink hair at the register. Great service, great burgers. I got a half and half with a cheeseburger no fries. I think the mall was closing I didn't feel rushed.

Their app is not easy to use and really unstable. We had failed to order dozens of times and we finally got our orders placed successfully yesterday. However, it should be improved or Shake Shack would miss lots of potential customers. We ordered 2 shack stacks, one replaced the bun with lettuce wrap, and 2 fries. The burgers were delicious as usual especially the juicy & creamy fried mushroom. Their fries were okay but not special and kind of greasy. New Yorkers definitely feel the eager of having shack shack once in a while and so do we. We will order in the store instead of using app to pre-order next time.

I wrote and published a review for this SS and now it's gone. **Wide eye stare** Thank God for backup reviews AND copy and paste. I'm seriously not accustomed to such amazing service from a fast food joint. The young staff is extremely polite, engaging, helpful and accommodating. They serve you as if it's a five star establishment so five stars is what they get from me. I've never had to get up for a refill here as the staff is always walking around making sure we're okay. If they notice your drink going down they offer to get a new one served in a fresh cup. They're always cleaning up after customers so tables are on point. (Some of us still clean **nudge nudge**). I'm not a burger fan but I'm in some serious love with their Angus beef burger. I love its smell, texture and taste. So yummy. Bathroom code remains the same which I apprecilike. I love this Shake Shack! The End.

When we don't know what to eat, can't go wrong with shake shack! Double cheeseburger, cheese fries, Shroom burger= our to go orders. This location also has indoor seating area with proof of vaccination which is always a plus.

We wanted good comfort food that was quick in the mall and decided to come here. We've been to other locations and knew that we would be getting good food but the prices were pretty high in my opinion. They had a good selection of other drinks instead of soda such as different flavors of lemonade. After ordering from the kiosk we waited a little bit and got our food which was great as mentioned but paying over $50 for 3 people here is something to think about in the future. Compared to prices in Florida 2 more people could've eaten with the amount we spent here.

Fast and delicious burgers. I usually get the add on of pickles and cherry peppers to my shackburger order. The app charges $0.50 extra for them now. Burgers were very good and fresh. Our fries however were stale.

I didn't love my recent visit. I did app pickup. When I arrived to pick up my item. The lady asked for my name. I couldn't hear her so well under the mask. When I said I'm sorry ( to repeat) she made it seem like I was inconveniencing her. Like chill!!! Its not that busy when I went. There were only one person on line to wait to order and like 10 staff on duty. Not the end of the world but thought you should be aware of. Maybe she's having a bad day? but it doesn't hurt to repeat one more time. The worst part is actually the food. I came to try out the new truffle burger and the milk bar collab. I love milk bar and the cornflake flavored but this was just not the same. It felt very messy and basically taste just like vanilla. I also hated the marshmallows inside. Why?!? The worst was the truffle burger. I paid almost $9 for it. Every time shake shack come up with new items, it just doesn't work at alll!!! The Korean sandwich they had few months back was garbage and now this. I get that what we want never looks like the advertisement/picture in real life. This is really far off. I got this truffle burger with no fried onion. It's flat as hell and it's literally just a patty, sauce and cheese. Stay away from the new items!!!! The shack burger was so much better and it had all the ingredients as they advertised and it's only around $6. Trying to overprice something that is not all that great is horrible. Maybe this store wasn't ready for it and was force to launch it? But please stay away from this burger. Gave it a 3 stars cause all your other original items are so good.

Great burger, great location, great service. I've been coming to this Shake Shack since it opened and I plan to continue coming here as well. My go to order is a hamburger with lettuce and tomato and a side of fries. Sometimes the orders here can get a little backed up when there is a lot of people, but the servers are always really nice and attentive and, on multiple occasions, I've seen them give people fry drinks or fries if they waited for a really long time. Order: - Hamburger with lettuce and tomato (5/5) - Hamburger with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions and shack sauce (5/5) - Regular Fries (5/5) Pros: - Delicious food ~ Shake Shack fries are probably my favorite fast food fries! - Amazing service ~ the cashiers take their time to make sure they get your order right and will read out your order to make sure they got everything - Great location ~ Right inside QCM and steps away from the Woodhaven Blvd subway station Cons: - Sometimes it can take a while for your food to come out if there is a lot of people, which there still is even after all these years Overall: - Everyone knows Shake Shack is amazing, so if you find yourself at QCM but don't want to eat at the food court, then head over to Shake Shack and get yourself an amazing burger and some fries!

Oddly enough it took me this long to eat at this location we happen to be at the mall & they seem to be the only ones available with indoor dinning. I had the Chicken sandwich which I really like, it was delicious nice & crispy, soft bun very good. Hubby had the Smoke Shack burger this was very good as well. we also had an order of fries , they were great & fresh out topped the meal off with Fifty / Fifty drink not bad at all. Temperature checks are done before entering, you need to sign in for inside dining & food is brought to your table , I must say in the era that is COVID this was very pleasant to dine in no crowds & total social distance between tables. Service was good, prices for burgers I've always said they are pricey but the burgers & chicken sandwiches are good so its worth a try.

I came here for a quick cheat meal of a BLT and some vanilla custard. Apparently they were out of bacon so they kindly made a cheeseburger for me instead. The staff was super friendly and service was fast.

Shake shack this burger joint speaks for it self. I have been to this location at QCM.a few times for take out with my wife. The order is always fast no matter how crowded the restaurant is .top notch customer service . It is so awesome to have a shake shack at my favorite mall.to be able to get that great shake shack taste after a nice day out shopping at some of your favorite stores. You can't beat that ..from there milk shakes to there crinkle seasoned cheese French fries .wow !!! And there cheese burgers are cut above the rest. In a class by it self. I like my cheese burgers well done with a nice crispy crunch to it with ketchup and mustard. Along with lettuce and tomatoes..that makes for a tasting burger to me.i have to rank there cheese burgers #1 in my book in the burger business. I have been to many burger joints and they dont compare to shake shacks And I cant forget about there crispy chicken sandwich with cheese a little spicy with lettuce and tomatoes I got this sandwich in my top 3 chicken sandwiches that I have ever tasted at a fast food restaurant . So I would definitely go back to this particular location in QCM in the future

One of the only Shake Shack locations in Queens (#1) and it is everything I would want for New York's greatest fast food burger chain: spacious layout, awesome customer service, seating for all, super clean interior, and above all: delicious burgers and drinks. I'm willing to say this is my favorite Shake Shack at the moment. Like any Shake Shack location, they have their busy moments, but I suspect it's really lunch time, evenings, and weekends. Even during the rush hour, I've been fortunate to score seating for all parties, ranging from a solo pig out session to a group raging feast. A bit part of the attraction here is two fold: table side service and the various TVs they have for sports. It feels almost like a restaurant, but better. Most of the time, I don't even have to clean up my own mess, a Shake Shack will come by to do it for me and refill my drink at the same time. It's pretty awesome. Bathrooms are looking pretty good and on occasion, they're bumping good music. I appreciate their attention to detail and moreover, the overall attitude at the counter and on the phone. Sometimes I'll order on the app and the order will be completed in less than 10 minutes. And the food is as good as it gets. I still savor every bite of their burgers and fall into a coma after one of their shakes. The secret menu is very much alive here and their fries are always crispy to the bite. Their condiments game is on point as well, with Louisiana hot sauce and free water to boot! __________ (#1) Not located in an airport or stadium. Ordered food for pickup a few days ago. We haven't had Shake Shack in such a long time and I used to like their burgers years ago before when SS was simply in Madison Square Park but seriously.. these burgers are so damn salty now. We both had a SmokeShack and yes bacon is salty... Who doesn't love bacon.. but along with an over-seasoned greasy beef patty is salt overload. I could not finish it and it's not like these are big burgers. Even McDonalds doesn't "taste" as salty in comparison. The cherry peppers actually helped a lot. I should've added veggies to the burger cuz it really needed it but I forgot to add them since I was trying to order and pick up ASAP. So my fault for not taking the time to customize our burgers. Regardless I think I'm over Shake Shack. The food is just too salty...

All dining experiences during COVID have been different and usually less satisfying than usual, well not today. This was the best SS experience I have had in years, from service to the food, I couldn't be happier! The greeters who help you order (1 girl had purple hair, 1 had blonde hair) did everything they could to help keep everything moving smoothly. Our 20 item order was spot on and everyone was very happy with their meals! Thank you!!!!

I have eaten here plenty of times but now I'm writing a review to only share why you need to come here. Order the Korean fried chicken sandwich. It is messy but has so much flavor. Your hands and mouth will be wet, but your belly will be in bliss. It's also slightly spicy so if you can't handle spicy food I would take caution. It's honestly so good, I had to share it with my fellow yelpers. Also, always order a shake, any of it. This time I ordered a brownie hot cocoa shake but I think they gave me a different drink because it didn't really taste like what it's called. Despite that, it still tasted great.

This Shake Shack is close to the Queens Center Mall Food Court and is pretty spacious and comfortable. The customer service is top notch and this is probably my favorite Shack but quite far from my home. I gave their bacon cheese fries a try, but it was too much salt and cheese for me. But I can see how this would be great for some. I discovered their Shroom burger and it's one of my favorite burgers now. That and the Hot chicken extra spicy. Yums.

Was sitting with my son waiting for our food and I'm thinking- wow, they must be backed up with orders because my order name wasn't called, nor was I texted that it was ready. Seeing people that sat down after me get their food first was infuriating to say the least. I went up and asked if they called me, they said no. He then checks the orders and doesn't see mine there. It was actually sitting at the bottom of a rack, cold, and my milkshake soupy and warm. Wasn't offered an apology or even a refund.

Very good as always however, when you order the pick up time is usually delayed by 30 minutes. So more of a good to know as the mall has a lot of foot traffic but overall very worth it !

It's all a hype...shake shack...I am not in love with you! I finally decided to try Shake Shack for my very first time as the Queens Center location. I ordered a Single of SmokeShack ($6.84) and a Purple Cow Float ($5.29). Holy moly that's fucking expensive. SmokeShack - the single hamburger is too thin like the kitchen literally flattened the meat. the bun was soggy from the greasy hamburger. Purple Cow - I felt like I was just drinking a large cup of expensive grape soda...where's the vanilla icecream in this so called float #bummer I am so not impressed with this chain at all. At least I can get a juicer hamburger from Johnny Rockets with unlimited french fries. Good thing I didn't order any fries because I hate paying for an expensive and unsatisfied meal!

Well, I've been here like 6 times in the past 3 months, I guess that means this store is good. There are usually no big lines comparing to the locations in Midtown and Downtown NY, one of the reasons why I prefer making a trip to Queens to get my burger instead of going to one of the locations in the city, which are closer to me. Anyway, food is good, i don't have to specify cause everyone knows ShakeShack offers really good burgers. Cheese fries are my favorite, i prefer them with cheddar cheese before american cheese but they are all good. Try one of their popular beverages, and rate by yourself.

Yes, a Shake Shack at Queens Center! This is a major upgrade for this mall and I'm here for it. This review is a bit of a downer, but probably because I strayed from my usual order (shack burger). Today I tried the new chicken nuggets that they have. You can six or ten pieces. I got six with honey mustard. The nuggets were okay. The sizing of the nuggets are inconsistent -- which means that the bigger ones are a bit drier in the middle. The smaller ones are crunchy and moist, but overall these are too salty for my liking. The honey mustard sauce was on point though. I also think they ran out of iced tea because my half and half was mostly lemonade. Next time I'll stick to the shack burger! Oh, be warned, the line for this place gets pretty long. Maybe order from the app while you're shopping?

Alright Shake Shack, I came back to try the crispy chicken shack and was pleasantly pleased. The cheese fries were also decent, probably would've been better if I ate it when it was fresh, since the cheese ended up being a little too hard to dip the fries in, since we got the cheese on the side. Keep in mind, there are no meal options at Shake Shack, it's all ordered individually. The Chicken Shack costed $6.79 a piece and the cheese fries was $3.99. Regular fries are about a $1 cheaper and then sodas are also around the same price.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, there was a very long wait. It took longer than expected but the food is delicious. I highly recommend the chicken sandwich and the fries are so crunchy.

Ordered through Postmates and I was really satisfied with my order! The food came in around 35-40 minutes, which is pretty standard for delivery. The delivery guy was also really nice and friendly. I ordered a shack burger, cheese fries, and a chocolate milkshake - all of which were super delicious. They gave me the option to have the cheese sauce on the side, which was perfect as I was afraid of the fries being soggy. The shake was super thick and creamy, I could honestly order 10 more of those! Overall, the food satisfied all my burger and shake cravings, I'll definitely be ordering again soon. Also, huge shoutout to all food service workers that are working during the pandemic - we are thinking of you and appreciate all that you do!

The new bbq pulled pork burger was a winner for me as a layer of sweet meat on the patty created this amalgam of wonderful flavors. Chick'n shack was solid and the smokeshack again proved why adding bacon to anything is always a good decision

Shake Shack's first stand alone post in Queens! Yes, we have the Shake Shacks in JFK and Citifield - sorry (not sorry) but those really don't count! Now here's the best part, it's in my neighborhood before anywhere else! Shake Shack is located in the busy Queens Center Mall! The location is super spacious and comfortable. Different types of seatings starting from two-seaters, four-seaters, benches, round communal table, and to stool seatings. It is always busy here and there is a bit of a wait but that guarantees quick turnover, leading to the food always fresh off the grill. Love this location! Shack Burger is my favorite item to order at every time I'm at any Shake Shack. It is a burger with lettuce, tomato, cheese, beef patty, and their signature Shack sauce. The burger patty was so juicy and the rest of the ingredients were so fresh taste that it helps with the grease. Potato bun was soft and I loved the way it was cut for it held the burger together so well. So amazing! Smoke Shack. Another favorite of mine because of the bacon slices! It is a burger with Shack sauce, cheese, beef patty, bacon, and chopped cherry pepper. So smokey and tasty! Shack Stack. The marriage of a cheeseburger and the Shroom Burger. I did love the combination flavors of both. Mushroom patty gives it a good crunch. Melted muenster and cheddar cheese was really good! Crinkled Fries/Cheese Fries. So crunchy, perfectly salted. Enough said! Mango Lemonade. A nice refreshing taste of lemonade and mango flavor. It definitely helped wash down my meal and want another burger to go! Sweet and tarty was the perfect finish to my visits! This location is also serving the Brooklyn special - Chicken Shack as well! My first visit to Shake Shack at this location was actually on New Year's Eve and I saw customers ordering big bags of take-out burgers to bring home for family dinner. Now, that's a big compliment to Shake Shack that people chose them for family get-together meals!

Ever since this place opened up, this has been one of my more favorite spots in the mall. The food in Shake Shack is a bit on the pricey side so whenever I do get the chance to come here, I get my money's worth. The burgers are very well made, the cheese fries are a nice side, the chicken sandwich they have here rivals that of Chick Fil-A and the main draw of the place would be the variety of milkshakes. It's as close to heaven anyone can get and on a hot Summer day, it's the best thing in the world. I'd definitely recommend not only this spot but any location that performs as well as this one.

At last, we have a full-fledged Shake Shack location in Queens (Citi Field and JFK don't count). This is a great new location, nice and spacious and in a good corner spot so you don't actually have to enter the mall to go here. As always, there are some awesome location-specific concretes here - definitely try the World's Fare, made with vanilla custard, matcha, marshmallow sauce and crispy crunchies ($5 for a single). Glad to see the shack arrive in Queens, and am now eagerly anticipating the Forest Hills location.

Shake shack now carries gluten free buns! I went in and really didn't know what to expect, I've never actually tried shake shack before (who wants a burger wrapped in lettuce?!) The gluten free bun was pretty good! It was soft and did not fall apart! A pretty good burger for $6.

This is my go to for my Shroom Burger. I live about 2 blocks from the mall. I am a healthcare worker that work nights and was craving for burger so I have ordered at 5:37pm prior going to work. I got ready for work. I got the message at 6:03pm that says my order is ready. I drove up there with my bf. I walk in at 6:10pm for pick up by the street door, BUT MY ORDER WASNT READY, I asked the employee to check my order whos also handing out the orders to check the paper bags, and he says no. I ran to the cashier/registrar to check for my order and she said they would have to make your order again and Im like "HELL NO, i want my refund!" its freakin 6:33pm I waited again for the manager and told me that we will refund you... and i ran back to the car. Its a delay that shouldnt have happened--- what is the purpose of pick up? so people can just get the food and dont have to wait for the order!I see people waiting inside with NO SOCIAL DISTANCING AT ALL. ALL THESE PEOPLE WERE WAITING FOR THEIR ORDER I was hungry, upset and late for work.

This Shake Shack location is the first of its kind in Queens. The menu is extensive, and contains special items that you would otherwise not normally find in other locations. World's Fare Concrete -Super delish -Vanilla Custard infused with matcha powder and rice krisps. The matcha has a relaxing and calming effect and the rice krisps added a nice crunch Crinkle Cut Fries: -Some of the Fries were a bit soggy(nearly)/greasy compared to those of the SS in Midtown West & Madison Square Park -Nice crinkly texture Shack Stack: -The shroom patty was crisp, well-breaded and oozed with loads of cheese -The Hamburger patty is nice and beefy Can't wait to come back for the World's Fare Concrete *-*! Bathroom- Yes Seating- Lots! Line- Fast Service- Good; however, the food took awhile to come out.

Ordered delivery through GrubHub. Food got here on time. Chick'n shack: The chicken was dry, though not stale. I prefer Popeyes' chicken sandwich and even the McChicken. Shack-cago Dog: Somewhat messy, but fine otherwise. ShackBurger: Good enough. It tastes like a Big Mac, but it's smaller. Shake Shack is not a bad choice if you like to customize your burgers, but if not, other burger chains are probably better.

Finally, a Shake Shack less than a 10 minute walk away from my home! I came here on a Saturday night with my boyfriend since we both live in the area and when we first approached the restaurant, we were turned off by the long line out the door from Shake Shack (but still inside the mall) but we decided to wait anyway. Surprisingly, the line moved rather quickly and the host knew his stuff! I'm not a huge fan of burgers and asked him for a recommendation. He had a great attitude (you know when you come across someone with a monotone that you know completely hates their job standing outside serving people? He's not one of those :)) and was able to let us know what was good depending on what our tastes were. We decided on the Shack Burger with the cheese fries, a foundation drink and the Shackmeister Ale. Although the crowd seemed pretty large, we didn't have any trouble finding a seat since people were constantly leaving after finishing their meals. They also had a good number of staff to clean the tables right after and managers to ask if everything was alright with their customers. It felt like we were actually dining with a waitress rather than a self-serve restaurant so that's definitely a +1! Oh, and they also have TVs playing the latest sports game. We were there just in time to see the first touch down from Kansas City vs Houston within the first minute of the playoffs. Our food took about 10 minutes to be ready when the buzzer they gave us to let us know when the food was ready finally vibrated. Our burger looked fresh and tasted juicy. Definitely a lot better than anything you'd find in your typical fast food restaurant. The cheese fries were a smaller portion than I thought but still fresh and good nonetheless. I'm not a fan of heavy beers so the Shackmeister Ale wins a star in my book as it's light and perfect for my Asian tolerance. After finishing the first burger, we were still hungry so we decided to order another Shack Burger and a shake to go along with it this time. The staff was extremely friendly and assisted us in our second order by letting the cashier know that we had already ordered once so we didn't have to wait in line again. This usually never happens so we were extremely pleased. Overall, my boyfriend and I had a great experience with the Shake Shack here and will definitely be coming back to dine. Both orders combined came to a total of around $35, a bit above average than your average fast food joint but hey, you're paying for much better service, quality of food, and a better ambiance. Keep up the great service!

Food came out cold. Cheese for my fries felt like it came out of the fridge. He chicken nuggets were cold and over cooked. THE WORSE SHAKE SHACK IVE BEEN TO ! And I've been with shake shack since 14th street outside !
