Shinwari Kitchen remains one of my favorite places for authentic flavors, especially their mutton karahi and Afghani naan. The mutton was tender and rich in flavor, while the naan was crispy outside & soft inside, perfectly baked—just as good as always. The malai boti was delicious, though slightly spicier than I prefer, but still enjoyable. One more observation, serving rice with malai boti was bit awkward for me.
The only area where I noticed room for improvement was the service. The staff seemed a bit less attentive & seemed to watch from a distance, and I had to go to the counter a couple of times to request items or get assistance. A little more attention to checking on diners would make the experience even better.
Overall, the food is consistently excellent, and I’ll definitely be back. With a bit more focus on service, Shinwari Kitchen could be perfect.
