I didn't even book a room as I just visited for lunch at the nest on four, but my goodness, what a beautiful hotel. Upon arrival, the hotel valet service was amazing. Very prompt and personable. Seating options outside were cute and cozy. When we walked inside, we were greeted by 2 gentlemen who explained how to get to our destination. They were very professional. The overall ambiance is like upscale chic. I could take pictures in here all day. I wish I could've seen the rooms because I don't doubt they are likely nicely decorated and comfortable. Well worth the visit.

The hotel is very beautiful and all of the staff have been very helpful and kind. However, the housekeeping seems to be not well organized with minimal effort on cleaning and restock. When I came back to my room, housekeeping had come but not added toilet paper or the coffee bar area in our room. Since I had very little toilet paper before heading out again I asked for more toilet paper to be sent to my room. I returned two hours later needing to rush to the bathroom only for there to be none stocked still. I call the guest services and they said they will tell the housekeeping supervisor and redeliver toiled paper to my room promptly. I was told I cannot get it from the front desk. After 20 mins I went to the front desk and expressed I had been waiting on it for almost three hours. The lobby supervisor personally brought some up to my room a few minutes later. Also the friendship market, do not buy any of their sandwiches the bread will be extremely soggy and inedible. Also general attention to detail cleaning is not seen, shower slightly dirty, coffee bar slightly dirty (paper coasters were clearly used and stained by previous guest absolutely disgusting, I threw them away and they were never replaced which is a little funny to me), and part of bathroom floor had previous guest hair. I have had better cleaning at way cheaper hotels, which is unfortunate given the beauty and prime location of this hotel.

The ambiance of the Hotel is great. We had a Suite on the 9th floor with perfect views.The location is great if you want to be close to city or visiting the Mercedes Benz Stadium. ** Be aware parking is $60.00 per night which I think is a little ridiculous!!!! **Requesting service to the room (iron, blankets, rolling carts for checkout) from guest services took forever for staff to bring. The worst experience during my weekend stay was visiting the Homespun restaurant for breakfast on Sunday Morning. The buffet was not available but we were seated immediately. Our food arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes later! It’s was a table of 3 we only had bread, eggs, and potatoes. The waitress was very unattended to our table, no communication until we started getting upset as everyone coming after us was receiving food. She wanted to argue that it was not her fault instead of apologizing and fixing the situation. It’s was so much back and forth different waitress jumped in to try to diffuse the situation. We request the manager who eventually resolved the issues and Apologized.

I cannot express enough how amazing and beautiful my experience has been at Signia Atlanta. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone I encountered was pleasant, helpful, warm, and accommodating, creating an atmosphere of true hospitality. The ambiance throughout the hotel, from the serene spa to the vibrant Club Signia and the welcoming front desk, was simply stunning. I am truly grateful for the exceptional service provided by Lisa Marie, Monique, Ashley, Rianna, and the entire team and staff here at this hotel. Each of them contributed to making my stay memorable and enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend Signia Atlanta to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay. My husband and I had the opportunity to stay at the beautiful Signia Hilton in Atlanta for 5 days. Our stay was superb no complaints. The staff was great especially Jonathan who took care of our room. He was outstanding, his mannerism, and professionalism was profound. Our room was clean and organized with every thing in place. Jonathan sets the bar high, we will be back and hope to have him again.

I was here for a work conference and everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. My room was amazing! Juanita B. cleaned my room each day of my stay and it was fantastic. I especially appreciated that they let me have a later check out. The fitness center was also a pleasant surprise with the variety of equipment and workout space. I also was able to secure a massage at the spa. Judy was an incredible massage therapist. It was one of the best massages I have ever had. Well worth the expense. I would definitely stay here again.

2.5 stars. You don’t get much for what you pay… at almost $500 a night, I expected much more. The rooms are beautiful and the hotel is stunning. However, they are not functional. No microwaves, you can’t cast to the television to utilize your own services, very few app options on the television, minimal trash cans in the room, the elevator has a inefficient system as it makes you hold your room key card up against a reader and press the floor button at the same time and it rarely was able to capture your key card, leaving you in a flustered scramble, no towels by the pool most of the time etc. Also, expect to spend a lot of money while you’re here- as if the room itself wasn’t pricey, almost nothing here is complimentary. $6 for a bottle of water… times that by minimum of 4 times a day per person. Food was incredibly overpriced, and lacking in quality, as were the spa services. No groceries near by and, as stated, you couldn’t heat up food even if you wanted to. Front desk people were not very helpful. Valet service was incredible. This new hotel needs some work- we’ve had better experiences at Best Western.

Pros: (1) location is great, if you’re a walker it’s a 10 minute walk to downtown area. (2) the lobby is stunning with plenty of seating. (3) The staff was very pleasant and nice. Only 1 person seems to have a bad day. She was cut and dry. (4) The food is good. Nice size room and bed Cons: (1) No breakfast from Sunday to Wednesday!!! Please understand how inconvenient it was to walk over to get breakfast with your child and they tell you to go to their “market” (2) you have to request service to clean your room. When I request room service the person only gave towels, rags and took our garbage. Even though we moved all our personal belongs the beds were not made nor a quick clean. (3) the bathroom door got stuck (however they fixed it EXTREMELY FAST) (4) the room phone was not working. It kept dropping the dial tone not allowing me to dial out or would just drop the call when I finally got through to the main desk. I told the person about the phone because I didn’t want her to think I hung up but her response was just “oh” (5) the size of the pool EXTREMELY SMALL. I was actually shock because it has great views. If 10 people was in the pool it can feel crowded.

Beautiful hotel very nice pool. The rooms are spectacular. The views are amazing. Valet parking, but there are a few lots near the hotel could be a little cheaper. Right next-door to the Mercedes-Benz Stadium The customer service was amazing. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed. They have a spa and lots of amenities and amazing bars throughout the hotel. The lobby area is amazing with the most comfortable lounge chairs . I recommend this hotel for families, solo trips, and group trips .

Welcome to Vegas!! Gorgeous hotel. Have stayed here twice. Expect the overpriced everything, but - it's expected. I'm willing to pay hotel oryxes for this beautiful property. BUT you have to stand in line to check in (and it's a legit line) - even if you are deceived into thinking you can "check in" digitally via the app. ALSO - you cannot call down for valet. You have to stand in line to give your ticket (17 minutes this time) and then wait for your car (15+). $60 to park - no self park option - and this is ridiculous!!! Must check out by 11:00 only to wait 30+ minutes for the car. Diamond status doesn't mean a lot here.

Thursday, June 6th, at approximately 10:24p., my husband (Ryan) boarded an elevator on the 37th floor of the Signia by Hilton Atlanta. While in descent, the elevator came to an ABRUPT stop on the 34th floor. When the elevator stopped, it made a deafening sound that Ryan described as "the sound you hear being involved in a car crash." At the time he heard this earsplitting sound, the elevator was violently shaking - causing a good amount of debris to fall on and around him. The elevator slamming down as it did caused him to lose his balance;fortunately he went down into a crouching stance - keeping him from falling against a wall. Once the elevator came to a complete stop, he stood up and pressed the alarm button. As the door opened, Ryan was mortified to discover the elevator had stopped roughly a foot abovethe floor. He made the quick decision to jump off - not a safe thing to do, but left with 2 options: remain on an exceedingly unsafe piece of machinery or risk being mid-jump while the doors shut on you or the elevator restarts, he chose what he deemed as the less dangerous choice. He was able to reach me by phone at 10:26p to let me know what had happened. I have known this man for almost 8 years, and I have only heard his voice sound the way it sounded one other time. When I answered the phone and heard him, I thought someone had been killed; his voice was shaking, and he was clearly traumatized. He then began his descent - on his TWO BAD KNEES (both contain pins and screws) down 33 flights of steps. While on the phone with him, I ran to find an employee as my first thought was, "someone else is getting ready to get on that elevator and get hurt or killed." Needless to say, I am conveying a sense of urgency, while the first employee I approached (Joseph (Mac) Nelson) looked at me with an uninterested and confused face, I then located a woman behind the front desk; I believe she was a supervisor. I explained the situation, she was receptive and asked me to wait while she located theappropriate person to help. I waited roughly 10 minutes, which felt like an eternity, as I was still extremely upset with worry that someone is going to board the elevator and get hurt. A night manager by the name of Chris approached me, and I explained what had happened in great detail. He listened and responded with concern. Another night manager, Tasha, joined the conversation. They let me know they had contacted security and they were in the process of investigating. I expressed concern regarding the safety of others, and they said the elevator had been taken out of service, and would remain out of service until it could be investigated by the proper authorities. At one point one of the employees; I am 95% sure it was Chris, told me the Fire Department had been dispatched and would be showing up any time . A gentleman from security, Xavier, joined us. He apologized for taking so long, and he let me know he was in communication with the appropriate people who were in the process of checking the elevator equipment (elevator panel, etc.). Xavier seemed sympathetic to the situation and handled it well. Prior to Ryan boarding the elevator we contacted Uber, as we were leaving for dinner when this occurred. Ryan was able to text with the drive communicated and cancelled the ride. Healso asked the driver to wait so he could tip him for wasting his time. He found the car and tipped him $20 cash. My husband arrived in the lobby, and he communicated the series of events to the employees. Xavier left to examine the elevator car; he also stated he would have the elevator taken out ofservice the remainder of the evening. Roughly 15 minutes later, another gentlemen from security arrived with the report to complete. He walked Ryan to the elevator car; Xavier was already there. They asked Ryan for some additional information regarding the accident. Ryan returned to the lobby where I was waiting. He completed the report at roughly 11:17p, and contacted Uber again. We missed the opportunity to eat where we were headed; they closed at midnight. We arrived at our destination at 11:30p (the place was open late), only to be told they were no longer serving food, so we headed back to the hotel. When we did, we saw the elevator BACK IN SERVICE - less than one hour after the accident. What a disaster of a night that continued well into the morning. They have had issues with their elevators malfunctioning since they opened the beginning of the year, but apparently someone needs to leave by ambulance to make believers of management there. In addition to the complete disaster detailed above, there are no working outlets in the bathrooms. There was not one in our first room on the 37th floor, and there was not one in our second room (501). I had to dry/straighten my hair in the bedroom area without a mirror. While riding the elevator around midnight, there was music with explicit lyrics playing (pu***, bi***, ni****, fu**, etc.) SO inappropriate

Stayed for a business trip and conference inside of the hotel. The staff was always amazing and very courteous and helpful. I truly enjoyed that they were always available for assistance - even when ordering room service or special requests for my room there was not a long wait for assistance. The lobby areas are bright and spacious and I stayed in a king bedroom with a city view. The room was clean and spacious and I could barely hear any noise from the hallway or adjacent rooms (there were children staying on my floor so I would sometimes hear them running and playing in the hallway). I opted for no room service during my stay and only requested an iron/board but the room does come with a steamer for clothing. There was never a long wait for an available elevator even with all of the floors and a full weekday of guests for the conference. I did not use any parking and it was easy to get ride share at the GWCC entrance. There was some construction in front of the hotel during my stay so walking to that entrance was slightly inconvenient. I had snacks and drinks from the lobby marketplace ($$) and drinks at the fourth floor restaurant. The restaurants on both lobby and 4th floors were extremely busy with long wait times during my stay but I did have room service which was easy to order, quick (sometimes quicker than waiting for a table at the restaurant) and the food was good. I would definitely stay again for personal and business.

This has to be one of the BEST hotels in the city. Now this statement is likely a result of the hotel being brand new, who doesn't like brand new anything?? I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel. The room was upgraded to the starlight suit! When I tell you the room is nice, that's an understatement. However, I am getting ahead of myself, let's take it back a little. This hotel opened in January of 2024. It is attached to the Georgia World Congress center ( also the owners of the hotel). As such, you are in close proximity to the Mercedes Benz's stadium as well as the State Fram arena. If you don't mind a small walk you can walk to Centennial Olympic Park. The hotel ONLY offers valet parking at a rate of $60 per day! Yes, that is USD!! Based on the price point I think they need additional staff. The wait for your car can get long. For the price I would expect faster service. We were upgraded to the most amazing room! It was a corner room with views of the city from both the living room and the bedroom. The room was massive! Honestly, bigger than my 1 bedroom condo! Not only was it massive with amazing views, the decor was stunning! Hands down I think it is the best room in the city of Atlanta! Overall, this hotel is a must visit! They have great rooms, an array of dinning options, and the location is not based on. If you are going to a falcons or Hawks game this hotel should be your first choice!

Went here yesterday with my daughter and the customer service is Amazing, we had drinks and appetizers in the sports bar and the staff in there were great also, definitely coming back soon.

This was a great addition to the area... Hotel right next to Ga Dome. The parking is Valet and they were so attentive and welcoming from when we first arrived until our departure.! Be sure to check out the front bar ...it's so cozy and nice ...so many side pocket couches and plenty of lobby space to stroll ...the sport bar called Nest on the four was our chill spot.. they have a great roof top patio with tvs and lounge area outside the bar on the roof top. You can see the Dome and downtown view is spectacular. This will be my go to spot before and after the games. Can't wait for the Falcons to start the season now!! You all did great with adding this great green space walkway with lounge areas outside in the direction to the dome. I will definitely be back soon.

As a Hilton member, I had to check out the newest hotel especially since it's located next to my second home, Mercedes Benz Stadium. I did a staycation the second weekend after the hotel opened. Price: It is on the pricey side at least for me. It was 304.00 per night for a view of the stadium and around 269.00 per night for a view of the city. I selected the stadium view and the view did not disappoint. We were told by one of staff that we came on a good weekend because the price is only going to increase. Parking: The only parking that the hotel offers is valet parking for $60 a night. There is a parking deck behind the hotel (Orange Lot) but when I attempted to park there, it was barricaded off, not sure why. I did the valet parking. Amenities: A lot of amenities are not yet available to be sure to pack your patience. They did not have shuttle or room service available. There is a bar on the 4th or 5th floor where you can order food. They did not have premium WIFI available. I used the digital check-in option but it did not work for me. We were told there will be a "wellness" floor with a nail salon, massage parlor, and possibly a hair salon but it isn't open yet. The rooms are beautiful and I loved the bathroom! The staff were very nice and apologetic for the amenities that were not available. The hotel is in a perfect location, especially if you are going to an event at State Farm or the Benz. The only thing that was concerning was thuds every few seconds from what I was told, birds flying into the glass. I wasn't able to see a lot of the hotel but I will definitely be back!

I never noticed this particular hotel before, being so close to Mercedez Benz Stadium but rooms were available in the area. The valet service in and out was efficient and professional. This is a beautiful hotel, very spacious and clean. Our room was ready earlier than expected so we ventured up the elevator. You must have the Hilton app on your phone to activate the elevator, check in/checkout is much easier this way. Using the app was not an issue for me since I always have the app on the phone. The room was clean, very spacious and the bathroom was twice the size of other Hilton properties I have visited. There was an espresso machine, a hot water appliance for tea and a clothing steamer. We were not dressed for fine dining, so we visited Nest, and the food was not good, very disappointed. I couldn't figure out how to turn the background light behind the TV off, so that was a little annoying. Very nice hotel, will definitely stay again, just will not eat here.

Well, well, well. What have we here? Hilton has pulled out all the stops for their newest Atlanta Location. Lucky for me - Signia by Hilton opened my birthday week. Perfect time for a staycation. Never have I ever been transported to luxury so close to home. I already have a downtown favorite hotel. It's the Westin - specifically The Sundial. It's like an old family member. But now? There is a new kid in town. And I can't wait to be a regular. The rooms have the touch of upscale glam we all need. The robes, the slippers, the views of Atlanta. Over the course of our stay, we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not because we had to - it's downtown. It's surrounded by walking distance options. But because the food was that good. So the views, the food, the rooms. . . are only topped by the location. At long last The World Congress Center events can be properly serviced. We walked the Centennial Olympic Park and the Faris wheel. And lastly/ the staff. So personable. So professional. I think we will be back regularly for their brunch. Decorated with a modern flare that have yet to see in an Atlanta hotel. Mercedes-Benz Stadium, College Football museum, State Farm Arena all right there. Be patient. The spa has yet to open. They were still figuring out room service The wait staff is exceptional. And the hotel staff may still have a bit of newness to them. Love it. It's so gorgeous. Such an intentional placement to our skyline. She already looks like she has always been there. You know I've got lots more pictures. But I'm hoping you go and take your own. Moderately priced rooms. Hotel cuisine is what it is. Worth it.

This hotel was great!!!! Was here for a conference with a couple thousand colleagues. This place has even better potential. Can tell they're a little new. Service had a few misses at the front desk and restaurants, but I feel like there was someone there to offer resolution pretty quickly ... and apologetically. Meeting rooms and food/drinks were great. It's a lot to accommodate that large of a group. Ample restrooms in most of the meeting room areas. Guest Rooms were spacious. Loved that they had a steamer instead of an iron. Loved that they texted to see if there was anything I needed. (I am a Hilton honors member) We also had an event at the Mercedes Benz stadium. Was a very easy 3 min walk to get from door to door. Lastly I'll say the Lyft and Ubers are ample here and the hotel staff did a great job at managing traffic for that. Would stay again. The location is 5 star itself. Walking distance to do much downtown.

Terrible service I do not recommend for the amount of money you pay the service is below par. The customer service for breakfast was amazing that was all. The reception area , and valet need to be retrained I will not return here again it shouldn't take 5 call just to have a bed made , and no one answers the phone so you have to physically go to the front desk to request service, and even then it will not be taken care of. The ambiance is the only thing this hotel truly has to offer it is beautiful but service is trash do not recommend.

I called with 2 questions concerning my stay and they've yet to be answered. Valerie was rude to me over the phone. When I asked for her name she hesitated even though Hilton's policy is to politely greet customers on the phone and to state your name when answering the phones. She wasn't welcoming or friendly at all and when it came to addressing the questions I had, the interaction just wasn't professional or at a level I would expect being that this is a signature, upscale property. It's ok if you don't know the answer but you have to communicate and be professional at all times with guests that are paying to stay at your property. I don't see how a person that works in hospitality can be rude off the bat with a person you don't know or ever met. Especially if they are respectful to you. Don't send me down dead ends to where the phone simply disconnects and I'm calling back and when I addressed it you have a bunch of excuses. Just do your job properly. As a guest it's not my responsibility to know how Hilton operates internally. Just giving a bunch of excuses after I expressed my dissatisfaction with how my inquiry was being handled. Then, when I asked for a manager to call me back, "maybe they could answer my question" The guy Theo Williams called me back and he didn't even know the answer. All I'm wanted to know was how does the aquarium package work? The room was already booked, I just needed to know was there a specific time I had to go to the aquarium with the tickets that came with the room and what would be the parking situation as it relates to that? That's it. And even though this guy came off as professional initially, he told me he had to check his computer and was going to call me back in 30 minutes to confirm and I've yet to hear anything and it's been 12 hours and counting so I just cancelled my stay and I'll move on to a brand that appreciates my business. Hate that the experience was thwarted before it started.

Overall the stay here was amazing friendly staff clean rooms wonderful views of the Atlanta Skyline. The one thing we were let down by was the food the menu descriptions truly did not represent the plates that were served and the staff seemed unfamiliar of what the menu actually was.

Simply awful. An overpriced, poorly designed and incompetent pestilence of a hotel. Suffered through a whole week here. Avoid.

Valet parking We waited 1 1/2 hoir for our car. The wait was longer than the event we attended at this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful but the parking is a nightmare.

Do not waste your money! Hotel is beautiful but that is all you will get. Ran out of food, Ran out of plates at breakfast, was charged for a pre paid breakfast we didn't even get to eat. Credit card was double charged have made a Number of calls and get the run around everytime Saying someone will call us back. They need a total rehaul of management. save your money and stay somewhere else

I gave this place 1 star only for the ambiance and the view. We came here to watch football to only find out they have basic tv. How are you a sports bar but only showing 1 game?? they have TV's everywhere so the potential is there but it NFL season and we were watching a Rodeo... So now lets get into the food I ordered the wings ($25) and fries($10). My wings came out and they were soooooo small and luke warm. I was shocked cause looking at everyone else food coming out I thought they looked pretty good. The fries they were good but why do $25 wings not come with fries.. The drinks EXTREMLY over priced, especially for the service. The bartenders were not friendly or assertive. We literally had to flag them down and I was sitting at the bar. Oh how can I forget they had a sign saying parking was $75 we waited almost 20 mins to park for them to say oh no parking is now $100 we pointed at the sign and he said yeah we are changing that now and wouldn't grant the sign price. $100 to park with basic tv channels and couldn't even watch the games we came to watch. So my overall review.. been there tried it but definitely not worth the money.

Beautiful hotel. Entrance was definitely a wow. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Lots of meeting rooms and ball rooms . Fantastic artwork throughout hotel. Food was very good. Even at the Market , the premade salads in the fridge were very good. Again, staff at market, front desk and all throughout hotel were very gracious and over and above helpful.

If you're looking for a pretty hotel in Atlanta you'll be satisfied. When it comes to customer service and integrity you'll be hugely disappointed. After checking in Sunday evening I had to check out of my room and into another the next morning hastily. In doing so I left my airpods in my room, and the employee who cleaned my room decided to keep them, absolutely distasteful. My phone located that my AirPods were in building and then left. The next morning they were in the building again. The day prior to my checkout I spoke to a staff member to get a late checkout and was told it was ok. However, the morning of I was told I the entire hotel was not allowing late check outs. Major lacks of communication and hospitality.

The restaurant at "The Nest" we had an amazing food server, Stephanie, who actually listened to us and did what she could to help us with our order.. loved the customer service and her service! "The Nest " very fortunate to have someone like her on their staff!" Look for more people like her and you will do great! 4 stars for her!

I can't say enough good things about this place. The location, aesthetic, amenities. But what really made it memorable was how unbelievably kind and friendly the staff was! I mean every single person I came in contact with was so friendly! Valet, bar, housekeeping, spa, front desk, literally everyone. Honestly makes me want to move to Atlanta. This place 10/10 I will absolutely be back!

Beautiful hotel, convenient location for accessing both the Benz stadium and Georgia World Congress Center. Club Signia was awesome, the food and drinks were excellent! Looking forward to staying there again in the future!

Disappointed overall due to slow/non-existent service. I've tried visiting the nest bar on the 4th floor twice now and each time I've waiting at the bar for over 20 minutes to get service/a drink and have never been served. The bar staff avoids eye contact and acts busy when the bar area is not even that crowded. Very unfortunate as I was hoping this we would be a stop for me before and/or after Atlanta United/Falcons games. The hotel should look to increase staff at the bar during game day and retrain staff to be interested in their job.

This hotel is immaculate! The hotel is very well designed, the staff is truly customer friendly and very accommodating to their patrons! The food is very well cooked and seasoned . The rooms are gorgeous, and the view from all sides are amazing!Was there on day 2 of their opening, so it was a couple of hiccups that should be cleared up soon! If you get the chance, GO!

I love the hotel bar and can not wait till football season so I look over Home Depot back yard on game days. Very sleek hotel.

No room service at this point, bar closes at 11 am, terrible service, only can pay with a credit card in the market area and a lousy experience overall- much needs to be improved for any type of personal inhabitants. Avoid until you can at least call for food in-room service. Cheers, all!

BAD EXPERIENCE Stayed at the hotel for a nearby event. Unfortunately, the city was dealing with water main breaks. Because there was no water i tried to check out but they said I could not without being charged. The next day I asked for my room to be serviced. After 4 contacts they still did not service my room. I ended up asking for sheets and changed them myself. Finally, valet parking was a mess. Very long line and you could not call ahead to have your car ready for pick up.

Attempted theft on my credit cards that were in my room! General Manager, Hotel Manager, Security Manager provided ZERO assistance other than admitting a housekeeper was released due to the incident. Communication has been horrible! This incident occurred in June and NOTHING has been settled! DO NOT stay here!!!!

Came here for a dance convention. Let me start by saying we came down to get food at the market and drinks at the lobby bar. My 13 year old daughter and her teammates were chastised for eating their food in the front lobby area that we BOUGHT at the hotel. I went and spoke with DeLondo Lemon, the ' GM of the hotel'. He was incredibly abrasive and repeatedly asked me my name. He told me that there have been no other hotel guests that found issue with this policy and subsequently kicked three more groups out of the area after ours. I travel very frequently for both business and leisure and would never come back to this hotel again. Very pretty hotel, but the service is worse than a Howard Johnson.

Top notch. Amazing hospitality. The market place store in the lobby is lacking a few normal essentials. And the lobby bar closes early.

My family and I stayed here over a long weekend for a medical conference. Overall the hotel was nice but you're paying for the location and proximity to the World Congress Conference Center and the Mercedes stadium. After 4 nights, I agree with most of the previous reviewers. There are several things that prevent this hotel from being 5 stars. We checked in seamlessly on Thursday after 5 pm. After a long days travel, I gave my toddler a shower before putting him to bed. In the shower, a long string of floss hung on the wall and several small black hairs or fake lashes were stuck to the shower floor. At this point I was willing to let it slide because it wasn't worth bringing to the front desks attention; we were all tired and finally settled. What made it worse was I received a text message from Emerald, a hotel employee, asking me how I found the room so I responded with pictures addressing the shower. My text message was left unanswered. Then the following day Emerald texted me again asking how things were, so once again I brought up the shower and received no further response. It wasn't the bathroom that infuriated me as much as it was her not acknowledging my compliant. Our stay was from Thursday to Tuesday. On Saturday, housekeeping knocked on our door asking when we were checking out (the do not disturb sign was on the door). My husband informed her we weren't checking out for several more days, she apologized and left. Four hours later while my son was napping, housekeeping knocked on the door again, this time my husband didn't get the door because he didn't want to wake him up, but the housekeeper let herself in despite the sign on the door. She asked when we were checking out and was surprised when he informed her we weren't checking out until Tuesday. At this point, I was concerned there was something wrong with my reservation so I called the front desk. They had my reservation until Tuesday as I had booked, but they also had another reservation under my name for Tuesday to Friday; which I never made. I asked her if she could tell me how it was booked and she couldn't. Luckily she cancelled it before I was charged a late cancelation fee, resulting in a one night room and tax charge! Oddly, the rooms and/or common areas didn't have microwaves. I must give a shout out to the valet and bell boys. They were fantastic and always friendly. I can't remember if his name was Devon or Damien who entertained my son with silly faces and dances while we unpacked the car. We never had to wait longer than 10 mins after requesting our car via text. Unless you want to be close to the WCC or Mercedes stadium, I'd say the price isn't worth it. Their customer service doesn't reflect their 5 star price. I know I won't be returning.

Nice new hotel. Has a ton of staff but no microwaves anywhere. They claim even the employee break room. Motel 6s have microwaves. Sad #pettycash

I was initially excited to stay at this new Hilton near Mercedes Benz Stadium. However, this has got to be one of the worst Hilton hotels I've stayed in. - I call the front desk several times and no one picks up the phone. -I am a Hilton Honors member. I have the Hilton app. No one from the hotel responds when I message the hotel using the app. - Parking is valet only at $60/night. The hotel is new and there are absolutely no chargers for electric vehicles on the property. When I asked about this at check-in, the hotel desk representative says, 'Well, I guess nobody thought of that." - When I got to my room initially I could find no safe in my room to store my valuables. When I asked where is the safe, a Hilton guest services employee told me there are no safes in the room. This is Atlanta!! (So apparently guest services does not provide accurate information. I was told there is no safe in the room but as I was in the process of packing to check out and making sure I didn't leave anything, I found that there is actually a safe in one of the nine drawers in the room ) - Also there is no water in the hotel. The toilet won't flush. I can't take a shower. I understand this is a city issue however the hotel doesn't seem to have a solid contingency plan. When employees are providing Inaccurate info, I can only point to poor management and poor training which is also the responsibility of the management team. This all may seem minor, but for the price I paid I expect these minimum amenities and services. The service level does not match the price I paid. The Assistant Director at the front desk was professional however bottom line is the hotel is benefitting from the money I paid, but is delivering services at the level of a 2 star hotel. The only good thing I've seen so far about the hotel is that it is located right next door to the stadium and it is relatively clean so I give credit to the cleaning and janitorial staff. However, I would have done better to stay at a nice short-term rental home or another hotel that is better equipped for the 21st century.

If I could leave 1 star, I would! This was by far the worst experience ever. Service was the worst of all times. Attitude, not accommodating, and could barely find them. Shut down the bars early, and the valet was ridiculous. Long lines and 1.5 hour wait for our car. I was Herr with a large group. They treated us as if they didn't want us there. I have been calling and emailing this hotel for weeks to try to get some resolve. I literally had to find so.eone on indeed and email the to get their attention and have still been going back and forth. Deleon. Called and and said I would receive a 50% refund and I received 90 dollars back from a 1280 bill. Stat away from this place if you can. They do not answer the phone. I called this place for hours and eventually had to go back there before my flight and they still didn't help me.

When we pulled up to this hotel, I felt like I was in Dubai, as the building is absolutely stunning from the outside. The amazing thing is that it's equally as stunning on the inside. The lobby is contemporary, stylish, and meticulous. Every time I passed through, I felt as though it had JUST been cleaned. The elevators are quick, and the fact that I went straight to my room without delay is a life-changer. NOTE - If you are not using Digital Key through the Honors app, then what are you really doing with your life. It's quick, efficient, and kind of fun to use! When I walked into the room, I felt as though I was in a luxury apartment. I am not sure if I was the first person to ever walk into that room, but it felt that way, as it looked and smelled brand new! If all of this isn't enough, I haven't even mentioned the most amazing thing about this hotel... the people. I don't know what they put in the Kool-Aid in this joint, but the employees were on a different level! If there is such a thing as "5-Diamond Southern Hospitality", this is where you find it. From the front desk to the bar to the meeting space. Everyone I encountered treated me as the most important person in their life. It's easy to get lost in a crowd of thousands, but at this hotel, it's much easier to stand out. p.s. If this hotel is not a Top 10 hotel in the world, I will be amazed.

Mario is the best bartender of all time he gave us fancy water for free. Mario has a a mustache, a beard, and a name tag with the name mario, i couldn't give him anything but he is the goat.

Highly recommended!! I was here with a few co-workers for a conference at the world congress center. The hotel was extremely convenient to the congress center. You do not even have to walk outside. The hotel was wonderful. Very nice restaurants and bars and convenience shop/coffee shop. The staff were great also. Can not recommend this hotel enough.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff, great food and drinks! This hotel is a stunner. The lobby has numerous seating areas with several food and drink options, to suit your needs. I arrived a bit early, so I had a chance to enjoy a cocktail and a smash burger at the lobby bar while I awaited my room. It was a great start to my stay. The rooms are gorgeous, and not in the "it looks great in photos" way. Every detail is well designed and high quality, more like a high-end custom home than a typical hotel. Make time for the breakfast buffet - it is impressive. The Nest (bar and grill) has great cocktails and great food. We ate there several times and tried something different each time without disappointment. Because of our schedule we didn't get to try Capolinea, unfortunately. I was in town for a convention, and the hotels direct connection to the convention center was incredibly convenient. A lovely outdoor promenade connects you on a pretty day, while multiple interior connections are very handy when the weather is not cooperating. Not gonna lie, I had several jealous colleagues who chose other nearby hotels and wished they had chosen the Signia. At this point this hotel is still brand new and they are still working on completing some of the amenities and details that are going to make it even better. That is easily overlooked, when every other detail is on point.

Lobby bar is extremely slow and management is completely unprepared for large crowds after events. This is the third time I have tried to come here after an event at the stadium and each time the staff is completely caught off guard! What's so hard about staffing based on events in downtown Atlanta??

Beautiful, new hotel but not without issues. Valet parking only at $60 day. Wait for my vehicle was greater than 40 minutes. The room was not as soundproof as would be expected in a new hotel. Could hear the guests upstairs waking around When guests on my floor let their door slam it shook the whole room. Was surprised to see a tub/shower combo and not a walk on shower. The water pressure was awful and the water temperature did not get very hot.

New upscale hotel in downtown Atlanta. Connected to the convention center. Walkable to the park & museums. I loved the room and the bathroom & was absolutely blown away by how friendly the staff is. Hope that does not change because the staff is 10 out of 10 for friendliness. The in room wifi did not work and the temp control needs a fix because the room was too dry & hot. Club lounge was a nice experience but not really worth $150 a day.

absolute worst valet situation I've ever witnessed. Complete incompetence. You will wait 40 minutes to an hour for your vehicle. normally a valet will park a car with a set of keys to retrieve another one. Not these folks...one at a time. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had the most amazing experience at this hotel from arrival to departure. The staff is extremely professional, friendly, polite and helpful. Club Signia's manager, Rochelle and her staff are the very best. There's not any one person that I wouldn't compliment. It is obvious that they are well trained and very attentive to their guests, constantly checking to offer their help. I ate breakfast at "The Nest" on the 4th floor. I was greeted and welcomed by Janice and served by Shelby with outstanding service from both. Kudos to Jose in the electrical department. He made our day! Outstanding job! I visited the art gallery and was so pleased to see the display. Omg! For a minute, I actually forgot I was in a hotel. I also visited the ballroom and am looking forward to one day being able to celebrate in there. This hotel is all you expect and more, whether you're here on business or for personal pleasure. I'll love to have this hotel in Rockdale county. I enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel. Just check it out.
