From the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, setting the tone for a delightful meal. The food was absolutely delicious comforting, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Each dish felt crafted with care and balance, offering both satisfaction and a touch of indulgence. Our waiter Andres was amazing! This spot delivers not just great food, but a dining experience that leaves you wanting to return. I’ll definitely be back.

First visit here, and I loved it!! Love the atmosphere, and my server, Shubham, was great! The food was delicious, and that was one of the best omelettes I’ve ever had. My almond milk latte had the perfect balance and was creamy. I can’t wait to come back and try other dishes. I definitely found a new favorite!

Amazing food and even more amazing people! Every dish is full of flavor, and I’ve loved every single time I’ve been here. The host Anya and Shubham makes you feel like you’re visiting friends rather than a restaurant. Always such a great experience!

I came here for my friend’s birthday and what an incredible experience! The food was absolutely perfect. I had the Herb Chicken Bowl and it was delicious. Our server Juan David went above and beyond with his suggestions, sharing the back story of the restaurant, and providing such attentive service. Everything was so good that we even asked to speak with the manager Alex, who was also incredibly kind and welcoming. We are only in town for the weekend but I already plan to come back again before we leave. Truly outstanding all around!

Silo is awesome. Super pet friendly (brought my dog a pup cup and a treat) too! Don’t miss out on the egg sandwich, it’s unbelievable. Corey was the MAN! They also just rolled out discounts if you’re a Gulch local — don’t miss out!

We had Thanksgiving at Silo tonight. I will start by saying the food was good. We especially enjoyed the mashed potatoes. However, I had called before twice to confirm there would be gluten free options or substitutions for my sister for the menu items listed. I was assured that she would have a substitute for the bread, and that she would have a stuffing option but just no gravy. Neither of those were offered. We were thankful for the soup that was offered as well as the mashed potatoes, though! I was told ahead of time that the manger would email me the gluten free menu, but I never got an email. I was also told a note would be put on our reservation but it appeared that the restaurant was blindsided by our gluten free request as the server had to go into the back and ask the chef what her options would be. We are not a hard-to-please family, but my sister has celiac disease and I had called around to many restaurants to find one that would accommodate her allergy, and wanted to make sure she had a good Thanksgiving dinner as well. The atmosphere was also lacking in our opinion, and three small circle tables were just pushed together so we were all sitting far apart. We had to ask for serving utensils for many dishes, as well as ask for the stuffing. We had to ask for a cocktail menu. Overall we liked the food, but felt misled on the gluten free options and a bit disappointed in the experience, especially considering the price. Ps: Our server was nice, and we are thankful that he chose to work on Thanksgiving. The wine pairings were good. It just all seemed disorganized, and we won’t be back because of that.

Typical hotel restaurant bar quality. I would hang out at the bar but skip the food. Our meals were edible but not great. Service was fine. The atmosphere is nice and the drinks were decent. Although the fragrance blowing throughout the whole place was overbearing.

Good brunch, loved the eggs Benedict. The service though was almost nonexistent. Idk, guess I went on a slow day, so maybe there wasn't that many staff on hand. Though, the brunch was worth it.

So this is actually one of my new favorite spots mostly because it is not overcrowded and the space itself is pretty large with it being in a hotel it feels super nice with the high ceilings especially when you're here for brunch or a little coffee session you get to people watch it's so nice. I enjoy it very much especially when you get inside away from the craziness of downtown. OK, but the food is everything and I think nashville is sleeping on silo!! I feel like the food is so fresh. I'm not sure if it's farm to table, but I definitely can taste the difference. I've gotten the pizza once which was obviously not during the morning, but I have got it there and oh my God I want to go back so very badly just for their pizza so delicious. I don't remember the last time I had pizza this good and I'm low-key hard to please when it comes to pizza. OK, back to the breakfast/brunch The iced latte was super good that did not disappoint We got the avocado toast with eggs, so good did not disappoint as well And it came with a fresh vegetables, fresh carrots We enjoyed it very much 10 out of 10 I'd recommend and the service is so good. The server was so kind to us super attentive very patient did not rush us because it did take us a second to decide what we wanted just because we weren't super hungry and we were gonna share everything so we appreciated his patience and his grace. If you're looking for a spot that isn't overcrowded feels like you're in a big room which you are with great food and great lattes. This is the place and come back during a later hour because the pizza is amazing.

Bar Review: A great place for dinner or a quick drink/snack before your next move. We stopped in before walking around and our dinner reservations. Had a few drinks and nosh amongst the lively bar setting...an inviting atmosphere. Great service from our dedicated Bartender with a few of his colleagues checking in as well. An entertaining bar with a gastropub flare.

3/5 for food but 4.5/5 for drinks! Silo has such a fun vibe, and the bartenders totally make the place. Chance is honestly the best -- great personality, super friendly, and always has spot-on recommendations. The service here is always amazing, which really makes the experience. The drinks are great overall. The wine is honestly pretty subpar, but they've got lots of Yazoo beer options, which is awesome. They even have a really good non-alcoholic beer that totally surprised me -- definitely worth trying if you're skipping alcohol. Food-wise, it's a little mixed. The pizza is just okay (I'd stick with pepperoni or cheese), but the other dishes are solid. We love the steak and fries, the chicken bowl, and the hummus appetizer -- all super tasty. All in all, Silo's one of those spots where the people, drinks, and vibe make it worth coming back. Grab a seat at the bar, ask for Chance, and you'll have a great time!

Silo was such a treat for a Monday! My friend and I walked in and we were happily greeted by the bartender Nicki! She was so kind and checked on us often making sure we were good. We had the hummus plate which was delicious. I loved the plating of it and the crudités as well as pickled onion. My friend had the fish tacos, and I had the cobb salad with salmon and no corn. The salmon was warm and the green goddess dressing was perfect. I didn't need any other seasonings. The place was nice to sit in and have our wines and beers while we got some work done, and the christmas tree gave a nice cozy feel. It was nice and chill.

Pretty basic fare for a hotel, but we did have great service. Based on the menu, it was a great choice for our restaurant club, but the food didn't wow us. Overall, it was a decent experience but it will be awhile before I decide to try it again.

We went for brunch and it was not a disappointment. They had a cool DJ playing early 2000s music and some current top 40 hits. The food was good. Everyone in my party loved their meals. The servers were super polite and the food came fast. The building is beautiful but it is still being updated. Prices are not bad. They also have endless mimosas, matchas, and a full bar too.

What a pleasant surprise this place was. I don't often associate excellent dining with a hotel but Silo was really really good. My wife and I ate there one evening due to lack of planning and it was so delicious and reasonably priced that we stopped in two more times during our stay.

It was a beautiful evening so my bf and I stopped in at the outdoor bar counter of Silo at the Canopy hotel and I am very glad we did! There were multiple bartenders who came by to check on us and get our order. For drinks we had a margarita and a dirty vodka martini with blue cheese stuffed olives - yay! The drinks were very good and came out quickly, and we decided to try the menu. I love that they offer pizza from the 5 Points window in the hotel! The all day menu is elevated gastropub with some lighter options like salads, protein bowls, and appetizers, but also have entrees and sandwiches as well. I ordered the ponzu tuna bowl and it was excellent. The bowl was fresh and came with guacamole and noodles. The chicken tenders were just ok. For having so much sauce on them they somehow weren't super flavorful or interesting. The spicy pickles on the side were very good though, as were the side of fries. I really appreciate that Silo is honoring some Nashville history with the design and menu (the Yazoo brewery was in the same spot years ago for those who don't remember). Silo is a great place to visit and I'll be back!

I'm impressed. (And it takes a bit to impress me). This little restaurant located in "The Canopy" hotel in the gulch is surprisingly great! The breakfast is delicious. Service is attentive and on point (shout out our server Shubham) Management is always pitching in to make the experience better. Try the honey latte and avocado toast or breakfast Sammie's. What was most surprising is that this restaurant has only been open ONE MONTH and they function like a well oiled machine. Bravo!

What a great addition to the Gulch! From the second we walked in, the four of us had an amazing experience at Silo. We were welcomed and greeted warmly and promptly by the hostess and our server. Our server explained a bit of the concept and backstory behind Silo (former site of Yazoo brewery). We loved the menu! We were there for breakfast, but were interested to learn about their lunch and dinner offerings. There is a full well-stocked bar with all Yazoo beers on tap. Very cool, and great ambiance and vibe. There were no bad views from any tables due to the enormous windows and lots of natural light, great for people watching! I had the build your own omelette, and it was delicious. The sprinkling of coarse sea salt on top of the omelette put it over the top, and there was a blistered tomato garnish on my plate that I loved. Drinks were all awesome, because the restaurant has partnered with 8th and Roast so you know the coffee was great. All three of my other companions couldn't turn down the lemon lime agave pancakes. They looked awesome and no one had anything left on their plates. We can't wait to come back for their lunch or dinner; from what we hear it's already the spot to be after work. So happy to have this great new addition to the Gulch's dining scene!

While the food was very good the service was even better: outstanding! The dining area is very open, no booths and, to us, noisy. I think that's by design. Nonetheless, we would absolutely return.

My salmon bowl and cocktails were great! My server Juan David was great. The outdoor patio seating was comfy and a vibe! My breakfast server Freddie treated me like a Queen! My food was served hot and fast. Definitely will return.

We had a great visit to Silo to celebrate my dogs bday in a dog friendly environment during the summer. The food at Silo was solid, especially the chilaquiles and our server Freddy was very kind; as was the entire staff- they were very accommodating and friendly. Would go back for another visit.

The service was not the best - our server took twice as long to get us drinks as the table next to us (who had a different server). She never once checked on us after we got our food and we even had to go track down salt and pepper. The food was decent but nothing to ride home about. With all the breakfast/brunch places in Nash I would not recommend this one.

The food was amazing! There were six of us and we all loved what we ordered! The Tuna Ponzu bowl was delicious!

Shubham was a fantastic server! Great opinions about the menu and fun to talk with. Food was super tasty and big portions. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun.

Very, very disappointed! Service was horrible!! Took forever for a server to acknowledge us, had to ask where our cappuccino was 10 minutes after drip coffee was delivered, had to ask for coffee refills. Food was 20-25 minutes and didn't look like the pictures on Yelp. Food was ok but not memorable. I didn't know the restaurant was in a hotel lobby, open to the lobby, one single room. And the ambiance reflected such. Would not return and would not recommend.

This was not a 5 star breakfast restaurant sub par at best. This is also in a hotel not a stand alone restaurant.

Ate at the bar and I believe his name was Nick... not sure (he is from Atlanta) was so attentive and friendly. Made a lot of great recommendations for my trip. The salad suggestion was delicious- Cobb with addition of grilled chicken. If he hadn't told me about the cote de Rhône special I wouldn't have known. It was delicious! Because of his great hospitality, I came back the next night and Luke took great care of me again. Both guys gave the best customer service I've had in a long time and stood out from their peers at the property.

We stopped at silo for a few drink. The service and atmosphere were awesome. The drinks were amazing. Corey, Freddie, and the other bartenders were fantastic.

Burger and fries were phenomenal and came out surprisingly fast. Great vibes and spacing for large groups. Numerous servers checked on me to make sure I was being taken care of. Howard Simpson did a great job putting this together from the staff, to the layout and design, and the drinks.
